EDIT: SO CLOSE That's not quite how the lotto works Oni, if you take a look at the first page, a legendary is randomly generated every three months, and you try and generate a number that is closest to the national pokedex number of that legend to win it. You can't just pick a legendary and try to roll it's national dex number. As you can see if you look at the second post of this thread, this month's legend is Volcanion, #721. You would potentially qualify to roll for this months', I would need to talk things over with the other mods, but since you've already rolled and it's in the 200s, it's not really necessary to dispute it, since either way there are people whose numbers are closer to 721. Just stay active in the guild within the next few months, and hopefully you will have better luck with whatever legendary comes next, should you wish to roll for it. (:
