I am experiencing an "HTTP 500 error " each time I try to purchase it.
I filled 2 ticket but it keeps getting ignored
When will this issue be fixed?

We are aware of the issue. And more than likely your ticket isn't being ignored just that it is a bug the Developers haven't gotten a fix for yet. As soon as they do I am sure you will be replied to.

Is there a specific reason why I am experiencing this,since most people seem to have no issues?

also, please make sure that the URL is correct, and use the link on the header to get there. Using the standard www.gaiaonline.com domain will cause that error

is there a chance that mobile recharges for the netherlands are going to be fixed soon..
I have been waiting for a verry long time to recharge my cash with my mobile (only posible way for me to recharge although there are other good ways .. just sadly not for me atm)

(Seems like if you put it in an actual ad bar instead of an announcement, that could help, since ads are blocked anyway?)

will the error of the wrong amounts of cash gifted video daily treats be fixed anytime?


I looked into the issue and it wasn't with a particular provider, but within some parters that they work with. I wish I can just turn something off and all offers will go through, but it's more difficult than I thought. I can't remove the feature because currently thousands of Gaians still get GCash from video daily treats.

Recently I've noticed I see ads when I use Gaia via my phone on safai. I shouldn't be seeing ads because I spend GC thus they should be disabled??
I've also seen a notice on them saying 'spend 249gc to remove ads' or something similar, but I had just spent cash in the CS sooo idk

Any reason for the increase in gc we get for the subscriptions for the second month (which I'm not complaining about) but not the first? Can we get compensation of the missing cash due to the change? (I mean, I'd only get 125gc but still, I got no notice of the change and had no idea that I'd be getting more this month)

Question- Why won't you allow us to trade Gaia Cash? If we don't have enough for a Cash shop gift card, we should be able to trade GC.

What's the problem with programming it into the trade programming?

Simple reason was to prevent abuse where someone could create a hundred accounts, collect GC from video offers, etc, and funneling them all to one account. Otherwise we'd be happy to add that functionality.

I always have ads disabled and make sure to buy more than enough GC to satisfy the requirement, but this past week or so, I've been getting ads even though it's checked and it says that I have X number of days left of ad free livin'. Right now I still have 17 days left- but am still getting ads. It's seriously ruining my enjoyment of the site, as the ads slow my computer down too much. I've noticed that others have been having this problem as well, will it be fixed soon?

Cloud 9 is a shop right, I think it is... Anyway, I don't like using my debit card online, last time I did someone took my info and started making bogus charges with it. That whole experience turned me off to online purchases, mainly because it was a huge ordeal to fix. I'd like to use the shop but can you make it to where we can use the Gaia Cash that we have from free cash offers and other things to get in please? I mainly use gift cards to get cash but anyway, if you did this it would give me more of an incentive to use Gaia Cash. whee

You can use Gaia Cash you get from offers to purchase items.


What she means is we cannot get into Cloud 9 without a subscription. There is no "spend $100 in a year to get in" like Club Verge had. This is a pay to enter shop.

Can you guys give us another way to earn entry into Cloud 9 without the subscription?

Back in June when the subscriptions first started, the amounts you got were 875gc for the $5 option. However, when July's subscription went out, the amount for the same level was changed to 1000gc with no warning. Is there any way that those of us who subscribed in June, could get reimbursed for that change in cash granted between the two months?

We likely aren't going to be offering reimbursements as the 875 was the number we were using for June. We reviewed the system after a month of it being launched and then decided to up the amount, so if you kept your subscription, you should be getting the new amount on your renewal date.

Speaking of subscriptions, you know what'd be neat? An "edit your billing information" button.

I know Zero Omega said one would come, eventually. But I needed to update my billing information sooner than that, so I temporarily canceled my subscription to do so. Now I can't resubscribe because the buttons are missing gonk Will they reappear anytime soon?

Long story short: an "Edit Information" button would have saved me a lot of headaches.

The resubscribe buttons should reappear once your billing cycle is over, but there are definitely improvements we still want to make to that page.

You get it on your subscription date. So if you subscribed on July 2, sometime tomorrow you would be granted the item. Please note, it is not necessarily granted at midnight, so if it's not there in the morning just wait, you will get it later in the day.

Good evening everyone! I wanted to make a post on our gold and other cash shops (Not la victore) about giving us the option to purchase more than one item at a time. I purchase power ups from the BackAlley Bargains shop on a frequent basis, and it is incredibly frustrating whenever I am purchasing a large bulk of 100+ powerups at a time. Is there a way we can incorporate bulk options for all shops? Thank you!

Is there any way to make Angel subscriptions a bit smoother in terms of subscribing, unsubscribing, upgrading and downgrading? It's currently difficult to unsubscribe and I didn't get a subscribe button until after the old subscription ran out. In my case I wanted to unsubscribe from Gold Wing and subscribe to Halo to stock up on lots of GC and then go back to Gold Wing for the amount I usually want to spend in a given month.

Absolutely, that's something we're looking at addressing.

When are you guys planning on updating the bonus grab bags you get when you've bought GCash? It's been quite a long while now that for example the 50$ Bonus Grab Bags have contained 3x iCONic '17 (3 Pack) and 3x GAIA GATCHA VOL 1: Game Night Fight!.

I would love to have something else to play with now because those are actually starting to get boring. (and we're at like, Gaia Gatcha vol 5 now.)

These should work, however one of the issue with gift cards is that payment systems use address verification to verify you are the one who owns the card. Unless you register the card with your address, there may be issues using it.

hi! i just wanted to be sure y'all were aware of some difficulties with the angel subscription page. there doesn't seem to be a clear unsubscribe button? it's a big hassle to figure out how to cancel a sub for some reason, so it would be a very big improvement to make sure that a way to cancel is not difficult to find. ^^

So I subbed last month and canceled but would like to re-sub again but there is no button to re-sub. Seems like I'd have to wait until the actual cancellation date passes in order to re-sub. Is there any way that can be changed? I'd like the GC now and can wait till the sub ends and renews for the item. Just wondering if it's at all doable or will messy things up for you guys.

We'll be addressing this situation because the page definitely doesn't seem to be working as intended.

Can we get an easier way to report ads that don't give us gaia cash? Like a button similar to the bootygrab misgranted gold one? I hate sitting through an ad on the daily treat for it to not grant, and then be locked out of being able to watch other ads for who knows how long. I have also had other things in the paygarden not grant cash as well, even though I completed what I was supposed to do.

Daily Treat doesn't work 90% of the time for me, even when I have no scriptblocking on whatsoever. The ad plays, I interact with it, it claims I got cash, then bupkis! No PM and no increase in GC.
I know you guys aren't producing the ads, but aren't you in control of the interface? Any clues as to what is going on here?


We've been trying to find more reliable providers, and today we just added a survey partner that should give an alternative to earning GC. It's under the GCash pull down menu.

When can those of us effected by the Angel Subscription billing glitch expect to see our Sealed Angel items adjusted into our inventory?

I've filled a billing ticket, and have been refunded my money, but my ticket was closed without the items being given, despite the representative looking into my ticket saying that I would get them. I've followed the instructions in the Staff Notice and pm'd Jak Bauer, but haven't heard one way or another on it. I just want my items. gonk

They're generally granted when we finish the ticket, so if you don't see them it was probably an accident:

1. Either I didn't specify to grant the items.
2. We forgot to grant them in the course of granting the rest

We'll make sure that gets fixed up for you.

Any chance youll be doing an item similar to the Halo of Kannon/Bayanihan for the hurricanes that have swept through the NA region? I know some islands of the Caribbean got hit particularly hard. Itll take a while to rebuild in Texas too, in some areas

Will we see fixes for the problems with the angel subs soon? I haven't had any issues myself, but I'm very concerned by the number of people I've seen having to file tickets about it. For example, some subscribers are not receiving their cash and/or angel item, getting charged multiple times, or even re-subscribed without their permission after canceling. One user was recently charged $300 because of a subscription mistake. That's not a little oopsie, that is downright horrifying and losing that kind of money, even if it's immediately refunded, could potentially ruin someone's life. Please put as much effort into fixing the subs ASAP!


I've spent a lot of time fixing the backend last week, and all the duplicate charges had been removed, but there are a few more bugs to fix. The rest of the bugs are being worked on as we speak. Sorry the system had a lot more problem than we anticipated.

Last week, you chose to "answer" the question about whether or not we'll see an update to the bonus bags. At first, you said it was "to be edited", but then by the end of ATS, you instead changed it to "We'll have some more information about the Bonus Bags later."

... This is not an answer. Several weeks ago we were told the bags will be updating, and since then there's been nothing but silence on the matter. And now we finally do get an answer and it's not really an answer. It actually seemed like you chose this question on accident, then when you realized your mistake, you dodged actually answering it with this, which actually made several people - including myself - very angry. I could be wrong, but this is how it appeared to me.

Many people are getting upset that we have these things just sitting in our inventories and we want to use them, but we don't want to get the same prizes that have been in them for months already. It's like the Crystal Boxes: it's a bonus that isn't much of a bonus anymore. Can we PLEASE get a firm answer as to whether or not these will ACTUALLY be updated, or should we just start trashing them like the Crystal Boxes?


Hi there,

This isn't not answering, we are looking into what we are going to be replacing it with but don't have a definitive date we can give you as to when that will happen, which is why you got the generic SOON (tm) answer. As soon as we have more info we will let you know.

We can rework the design to best fit names—only worry is if we have a lot of tickets in a day, how could we best fit it in a small graphic (which isn't a very big worry). Hopefully in the upcoming weeks we can add that—it really depends on how our designer decides to work it.


I think it could be as simple as listing the names and prices at the bottom...similar to like how old item announcements used to be:

Any update about Angel Subscription situation? I keep getting the "Error: Transaction denied by Braintree/PayPal" when trying to use the "subscribe through credit card" form and the Paypal thing way.
I've been meaning to resubscribe due to credit card expiring and got a replacement.

We checked and you filed your ticket in General Inquiry instead of Billing. The GI queue is much larger than and has a longer wait than the Billing queue. Anything to do with Gaia Cash should be filed to Billing queue We have gone ahead and alerted the Help Center to your ticket and gotten it moved to the correct place and to hopefully get your issue resolved A.S.A.P.

Most of the Gaians in Europe tend to miss the flash-sales due to the difference in the timezones. For collectors (like kin-collectors) it is frustrating to see, that the item one desires for months has been sold in the Cashshop while one was asleep. Often there are also no listings on the MP left the day after the flash sale. (i.e. happend to me with pixkit and Shi Hou and the Fafnir Splicing shards more than once) Could you consider that and apply suitable changes to the flash sales? (i.e. make them last 12 hours)
