She'd caught the message when it had come over the senshi phones, but for Ash, getting to the park had taken a lot more time than it had any one else. She'd had farther to go and short cat legs could only run so fast. By the time the burmilla made it to the park, the fight was well under way and it was hard to see just who had the upper hand here, or really what the hell was going on beyond what the message had said. There was mass of signatures all over the place, all levels and alignments... and Ash despaired of doing anything really worthwhile in this free-for-all.
She was a mentor, a communications facilitator, damn it... she was not a fighter. One small cat was not going to make a terribly big difference, not unless what little she could do was applied very, very carefully... Which meant she needed more information, and that would come with a better vantage point.
Darting across the grass and under one of the picnic tables, Ash made for one of the decorative pushes to use for cover. Once crouched under it, the burmilla swept her eyes across the fighting to pick out who she knew and who she didn't and just what the hell everyone was trying to do... and where she could get a little hight for a better look.

How nice it is to know the feel of your face so intimately, Serpentine. I hope you suck this tar into your lungs, pervade every pocket in its thick substance until you lack the ability to breathe anymore. A travesty it is that I may never witness such a glory, but I would rather relinquish you to Thraen for now. As Buddingtonite calls... I will come in your stead. A smirk teased across Bischofite's features before he wrenched his hand free of Serpentine's face. A quick elbow jab toward the general's mid-back intended to send the man straight into the patch of vines and flowers, if the vines themselves refrained to claim him. Likely they would -
Bischofite knew their deadly power as a brilliant echo of blood climbing his esophagus, a pressure so great bearing on his ribs that they cracked and shattered. Loathe to relive it, the creature edged away from the swath of blooms and their tantalizing scent.
Metallia - if you so despise agents breaking from rank, then strike me down now for what I am about to do. Rip your power from my bones and leave me as half a corpse in a pile of Malicious' ash. But if you find even a fleck of joy in absolute chaos... Then relish what I intend to offer you tonight.
There's the general I used to know.
Bischofite froze for a breath, uncertain if his own mind produced an echo of Malicious' words or if he truly felt some scrap of her consciousness inside his own. However, the roar of a nearby youma stole away such considerations as he recalibrated his advance toward the obviously surrounded general. Mica lay injured in the fountain - effectively none of his concern. Around him stood a former lieutenant he met long ago, an unfamiliar corrupted senshi (who soon sailed into the sunset), Kairatos in a dead charge... Already he seemed overloaded, though Bischofite knew to add to those numbers - to reciprocate what was doled out to him months prior, and add to the blackened backdrop of chaos tainting the normally serene park.
"You," he called, pointing to a youma sporting a sinewy body and insect legs half-composed of wet, glistening meat. "Grapple wis' zat giant captain zere, distract him, attack him. Ensure zat he is separated from General Buddingtonite. Do not relent until I gif' ze order." It's never a dull day when one releases youma into the fray.
Chancing a glance back toward the blonde over his shoulder, he offered an invitation while he slowly edged away from the pair. "Once you're finished strangling Serpentine, Sraen, you should help me wis' Buddingtonite. I'f much hell to pay, you see." Afterward he turned toward the commotion and jogged toward the cluster of chaotic auras, wings providing light drag against his progress.
"Hej Buddy!" He called over the din as he wrenched his beaked half-mask from his face. "It's been so long since I'f seen you suffer." Without pause, he lunged to press the hot tarred mask to the vain general's face.

Faust sprung from the corrupted senshi's sensitive parts once Kairatos conceded to assistance with the ******** of Chaos over yonder, ostensibly unfazed by the swatting of the former. Even as Kerberos toppled over, the Mauvian launched himself off the man with a hop and started sprinting toward the fountain area once more, hot on Kairatos' heels.
"Holy hell, man! Slow the ******** down! My legs ain't that long, fool!" The cat yelled, clearly out of breath while he sprinted to keep his close lead. It inevitably dissipated over time, leaving the cat trailing behind.
However, as they neared Buddingtonite, he fully intended to scale the knight's back and use him as a springboard to nail Buddy again, but another approaching general in addition to a youma put the 'paws' on that idea. Instead he faltered, hastily looking about for additional backup.
And then he spotted the distant visage of a corrupted senshi running beside an eternal, heading as far out of the park as they might manage. "The ********?" For a moment, Faust simply considered it a delusion.
"Yo, Bull! Don't go get yo' a** killed in there! I'm gonna find you some backup!" As soon as he spotted any... But as he searched the battlefield, his eyes fell on an impaled knight surrounded by her comrades - the pickings looked slim, and more engaged another dangerous general on the horizon. Where the hell was he gonna find that backup?
Snowball nodded, "Niflhel'll be here soon. I'm sure he's not far. Probably just outside of the signature range." He was trying to encourage them. "I'll protect her until he gets here." Obviously this worked really well right? "I'm sure Niflhel'll be fine."
He nodded at them all. Though he looked up to her, while she was still holding him. "If you can move though, we maybe best to try and crawl to put some distance between us." His ears lowered when the spear tried to go after them.

Niflhel didn't actually have a pen but he had paper! He muttered as he grabbed a small twig as he ran and managed to slice a small wound. Writing in blood, he hated having to do this. "I'm freaking keeping a pen on me." He muttered as he hastily scrawled on my way, everyone okay? He could feel a rather strong aura so he knew he was getting ish.
He slapped the name on it and his signet ring so it shipped back to Mistral he was hoping he wasn't going to find a horribly bloody battlefield but somewhere inside he had a sinking feeling that he might just end up in one.
Back at the Playground
Hugbell heard the mention that someone was hurt. She smiled when she finally realized there was a girl in the tree, and apparently another senshi too. "They'll be okay." She assured her as she aimed a punch to the monster's side when it reared at her, though he caught her with his claws.
She hissed a little. "Dumb Youma. Stop that." At least it was just her arm, she could totally hide that. She glanced over to the other when she finally joined her. "Nice to meet you too, I'm Hugbell! This Youma, I've decided to call him Mr. Dumbface - why I don't know - deserves a time out. Have you meet a Youma before?" Hugbell totally didn't mind helping the others while keeping the youma distracted. Actually the monster had seemed a little bit interested in Barnaby when she threw the bear so she moved to grab the bear and throw it at the youma. "TEDDY COMFY CATCHES!" She called to see what the youma wuold do when she actually made the bear grow. She also smiled at Pisces who came to help.

Hugbell can change her plush teddy into a "big bear pillow" for a comfortable landing.
Pros:
-Can make falling from certain distances easier on the body! (So much better to land on a pillow than on hard ground)
- It's soft! Cons:
-It's the size of a twin bed, I hope you have good aim. -Breaks easily (Opps... why are there feathers flying?) -Disappears after a hard hit. (aka person falling, it breaks/disappears) -Works for either Foes or Friends -Can be used twice (second time is often very dangerous and little more unstable) -If no one falls on it can make walking difficult. -If not struck in 30 seconds it disappears (Rules aren't established. ATM I'm trying to cover the just in case things)

For a moment or two Liryn said nothing after the green-haired chibi's (Aludra) mention that someone was hurt, however when he finally spoke his normally cheerfully voice was gentle. "Well maybe we can go help them out." He had made the assumption that whoever was injured was someone on the Order side. "Although..." His attention was drawn back to where the purple-haired chibi (Hugbell), the senshi (Pisces) and Horatio were all trying to deal with the youma.
No wait there was one more - he had felt a new aura on their side, a knight one and it felt like a Squire in strength and there was a voice speaking - masculine and older. Then he spotted the knight in question, a blue and red-haired man in white, silver, purple and pink and some kind of intricate head dress type thing. He looked back towards the tree and the green-haired chibi, realising that the one who had scrambled further up into the tree (Massalia) had returned was back too with some branches to boot. "We should help them deal with the youma first before we do anything else" he finally finished.
He accepted it when the green-haired chibi said that she was fine, especially after she stood and jumped from the tree before heading over towards the youma and those by it. "I'm coming too" he called and he turned and dashed towards it, darting towards the youma as fast as his legs could take him.
Liryn's intention had been to dart in and trying scratching the youma, but part-way through his charge the purple-haired eternal chibi had thrown her teddy towards the youma and had called on her magic. The magic caused the sailing teddy to expand, making it much bigger than it had been previously and Liryn, who was going too fast to stop, ending up crashing into it with enough force to bounce himself backwards a little and causing the teddy to lose it's former huge status.
It was very much an 'oops' moment.

Massalia followed Aludra rapidly, giving her a look to indicate he'd do what he could to remain tewamed up with her and flashed as reassuring a smile as he was capable before he looked to Hugbell, nodding appreciatively before turning to the youma and lifting his stick.
"I don't.. Think my attack will hurt it." He admitted. The coyote senshi frowned. "Maybe confuse it, but not hurt it."
Pisces smiled to Hugbell warmly, and nodded.
"Ican confuse it," She said softly. "But to hurt it, I need close for a normal, phjysical attack."
Massalia made a face, then moved to lungwe for the youma, lashing out and striking for it, away from Liryn or Horatio as able. He weas circling, dominantly - if he only had cleats crossed his mind, and he was eager to trike and kill the youma, especially to help ease Aludra's fear. One more reason to be brave. Still, it was refreshing to work in a groupo for once, and the young senshi finally leapt on top of the youma himself, and tried kicking it.
Pisvces frowned, but kept close to the others, wagging a finger.
"We should think of something." She noted. Hugbell's attck distracted her briefly, and then she looked and - ooooohhh. KNIGHT. He focus briefly went entirely askew before she smiled to Sarra, following Liryn's gaze to beam.
"Hello~" She crooned. "Can you help, perhaps?"
Emily blinked, and briefly pulled her bag away from Conopus with the look of a paranoid animal guarding it;'s young. Or in this case, a computer-obsessed geek hoarding her treasure. She didn't really know what was going on, but she was vaguely aware some other guy (Merlinite) had glanced before looking away.
Okaaaay. She looked back to Canopus, brow raising, and her tone was... Rather unintentionally flat with irritation.
"What is this, a bunch of LARPers taking over the park?" She asked. She seemed apologetic for the tone, however, shaking her head. "Not to sound rude, it just - took over the walk way."
Emily looked out over the pathway again, and grimiced in irritation. This really didn't frighten her. Be it too many video games, movies, social isolation through home schooling, or some othercause, very little really frightened Emily, even if on some level she recognized she ought to be accepting help out.
Bah, there was no fun in that, and she was more focused on getting home to worry about a bunch of people LARPi9ng. Then again, the lady in black mentioned dangerous and she cocked her head.
"So what do you mean by dangerous? Like - Mythbusters?"
Just because Emily had common sense didn't mean she used it.

This was absolute chaos and everything was happening so fast. She looked from the dark mirror who asked if they were okay to Athene and gave a nod to making quick work of the youma. She stood ready and opened her mouth to call out her attack, but before she could a general was calling the youma away. She was utterly confused but she wasted no time looking to the others.
"This is insane," she looked to Athene summoning her phone, "we need to make sure Pasiphae and the corrupted aren't interceded, but maybe that would be best done by trying to help keep the negaverers occupied. That big one tossed that girl like it was nothing and I doubt that youma will fair well against him."
She looked to the dark mirror (Amytis) that had asked if they were okay and then to Athene, "I'm going to the fountain," she said finally decided and started forward running toward where the youma was and the negaverser (Titan) who was much bigger than her. She didn't know if they would follow or not, but keeping the negaversers busy sounded like a good plan.
"Hey, you've probably been doing it longer than I have," Nazca countered. However much experience the green guy had, he would've bet money that it beat two and a half months of wandering around in the dark, searching for someone who didn't want to be found. Which still hurt, a lot, and it would never stop being his primary motivation. But he could recognize that this was nether the time nor the place to bring that up. People were hurting each other in front of him, for no reason that he could see. That had to stop.
There had to be, he thought, ways of making them stop. Unfortunately, none came to mind in the heat of the moment.
Following someone felt less useless than standing around gawking. Even if the someone was a stranger. He was, Nazca figured, a well-intentioned stranger, which made him a great deal less frightening than most of the strangers he'd met since taking up the book.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions, the wary part of his brain reminded him.
Then again, it seemed like they were already in hell, so things couldn't get much worse. "Hey, wait for me!" he called, running to catch up.

This was a predicament that Mica had seldom found herself in- to be attacked so viciously and downright humiliated in front of others… it wasn’t quite something she had dealt with before, at least not to her recent memory. She recalled her spear being wrenched from her hands, she recalled Maia’s magic lulling her to sleep, but never was she dragged down so low…
And what for? A single, pathetic little senshi?!
Had she spent more time with either Vespa or Buddingtonite, she might have known how to handle this, but as it was, she was genuinely clueless. Blood clouded her vision, and her forced frigid demeanor was melting away from the raw anger she felt brewing inside, and before her was an entire smorgasbord to let out her anger on… the question was where to start…
Perhaps she could have started on Camelot, as he threw another attack her way, and there was no chance in hell she could have avoided it. It slammed against her and passed through, leaving nothing but pain in its wake, and she tried so hard to bite down on her pained cry, but it was inevitable. It escaped her mouth and she was ashamed of such a sound… to think, she had been capable of feeling such pain! She stood against the pain and tried to endure, refusing to give in to the pain. No, she couldn’t fall here! She had to make everyone suffer! EVERYONE!
The Royal Knight fled, the coward, but another graciously volunteered, likely jumping at the chance to add to her misery, and like a wolf with its hind paw in a trap, Mica lashed out at a familiar Senshi-- Megrez, barely dodging her next egg attack and reaching for the senshi. She was in pain, her vision was clouded with blood from her open wound, and she told herself that the moment she wrapped her fingers around any part of Megrez body, she would rip out her starseed and use her body as a shield.
”I’ll make a bigger mess with your corpse!”

Buddingtonite was growing increasingly agitated with this entire affair, and while he was grateful to finally have the blasted hellcat (Faust) off of his face, it seemed as though he had simply stumbled into another problem. Gra gave a hiss and attempted to give chase to the Mauvian, but the general grabbed onto Gra’s side and held him close- like hell he was going to send his youma out there when there were plenty of other capable ones to be slaughtered. ”No, no, Gra, stay with me. Stay with Daddy… at least until we find Serpentine and get the hell out of here.”
He was a magnet for trouble now. Someone shouted something Spanish to him, and immediately, Buddingtonite turned to face his new opponent. A Knight of Mars (Kairatos), and with the way he was charging at him, he almost swore he had a bull head, but that was only his shoulder guard, and it hurt like hell! One of the horns duck deep into his side and the general had no choice but to be flung backwards from the assault, losing his footing and hitting the ground with such forced that he had been left breathless for the moment. He was alive, if now bleeding, and too winded to utter a witty phrase...
How the hell was he still clutching Gra was a mystery, and how the hell he managed to get himself back into a standing position was another one. But there was no point in solving mysteries, and Gra was the one that warned him of the approaching danger, as the moment he heard Bischofite and spun around, the crab-like youma freed itself from its master’s arms, leaping into his face. Those familiar with the H. R. Giger’s work might have feared a facehugger had latched itself onto Buddingtonite’s face, but any thought of laughing at his predicament was quelled when they saw the reason. The mask, oozing with tar, had hit the crustacean’s outer shell, causing the creature to wail in great pain but protecting his master from its effects.
It was Gra’s gurgling screams that struck the rose-clad general deep, striking a primal nerve that he struggled in vain to keep hidden, even from himself. He might have said something, or tried to, though all they could hear behind Gra’s protective shell was angered mumbles, and he summoned his boomerang once more, swinging it around and hoping to strike at the half-youma freak that had dared harm his Gra!

Parthenope had mainly been kept in the dark about their mysterious contact. All he knew was that they were doing another one of those purification thingies and his support was necessary. Running into a gigantic battle had not been on the agenda.
“I don’ know who ‘Vespa’ is but tryin’ to figure out what happened isn’ gonna help us!” Almost on cue, the energies around them grew increasingly dark as a figure emerged from the clearing around them. So not only were there enemy people but youma too? “Pretty sure we got other problems to worry about…”
IRIS + ********* this sh*t..." It was in her own best interest to not use up too much energy with magic in this sort of situation.
So she did the next best thing.
Rather than hesitate, the blonde rushed to the youma and punched it in what could be assumed as its face.
Poor youma didn't stand a chance.
"WOOOOAAAAHHHHH!!!"
The cat was not expecting this reaction from Iris and was barely able to keep a grip on the senshi's shoulder as she bolted forward. She looked as if she had almost fallen off and once the youma dust began to dissipate, the cat gradually began to reposition herself upon the yellow suited senshi's shoulder.
"....next time... a bit of warning?"
"...f*ck you, Cat..."
The manx shook her head. Clearly Iris' attitude had gone sour thanks to the turn of events. However, the cat perked up as she heard two names called out.
"Well... look who managed to find us at least!" ********* voice was chipper as always.
Iris was not nearly as kind.
Absolutely indignant, Iris shook an arm emphatically at the general chaos going on around them. "Mind explainin' what the f*ck all this SH*T is?!!!"

Eternal Pasiphae - With Vespa, Iris, and *********> wanted to comfort Vespa. She wanted to tell him how sweet it was that he could forgive, in any way, those who had deceived him. That it showed his strengtrh of character and that he always should have been on the side of Order. She wanted to tell him that he didn't have to defend them, even if he had internalized it as one of his 'duties' in the Negaverse. She wanted to take away his fears and his worries, but he had battled with them long before the two of them had known each other's secrets. All she could do now was support his decision and bolster his own strength.
When he shouted for the Senshi and Mauvian for whom they had been searching, a relieved smile broke out over her face. Yes, she caught hints of familiar pink and yellow, of soft gray fur. The smile faded whenever Iris launched herself at a youma and dusted it. The Shame Senshi paled under Iris's anger, and as ever she was quick to take responsibility. Her ever present grip on her companion's hand tightened as she stated, "I'm sorry; it's my fault. I sent out a call for help after we ran into Mica. I didn't know it would... become all of this."

General Serpentine - Paved Walkways towards Grassy Area (West) - Trying to Move to Center Fountain
It was disgusting. Toxic sludge mingled with blood, forming the worst nasal drip of his life and causing him to openly gag against Bischofite's clawed hand. The tar oozed onto his skin, dripped down his chin to his uniform. Each black drop only added to the building rage within the General. Bad enough that he had to fight Senshi, Knights, Dark Mirrors... bad enough that this twisted, broken thing was allowed to continue, but now? Now it turned its malice on him in ways that spoke to Serpentine's unique weaknesses and were meant to inflame his pride.
It burned worse than the tar itself.
Serpentine did not need added darkness to make him strike out at the one who assaulted him. Suffocation threatened enough, but suddenly the grasp was gone. The sharp elbow to his back was painful, but it was also unintentionally helpful. It dislodged the remaining tar in his throat and led to him spewing the black substance over the grass. Disgusting as it was, more important was the blessed oxygen flowed more easily as he sucked in gasping, greedy breaths.
The elbow strike had also sent him hurtling towards the plants that Thraen had summoned. The vines curling around his ankle were a final frustration. He began to pull against it with all of his strength. How long would it remain? How much tighter would it become? He searched for the lieutenant (Galena) and Zircon to see if they had been taken in with the attack, but most of all he tried to make his way towards his shouting partner, who Bischofite now targeted.
'I'm coming, Richard. Vengeance will be ours.'

Horatio - Playground
Horatio was not the least sorry to admit that she was having a fabulous time. Sure, she wished she could have stayed upon the youma longer and biting it meant that she had a god awful taste in her mouth. But her friends were doing so well! The Eternal (Hugbell) summoning a large teddy bear made the Mauvian flat out squee. She loved, loved, looooved toys!
She was super proud of Massalia and Aludra for jumping in, and Liryn's presence was also greatly appreciated. But it was Sarras's appearance that made her wag her tail flag fiercely. NOW it was a party. That just made her all the more excited to give this bad guy a big ole kitty beam and make it vulnerable to her friends! Her bronze forehead star glowed and the bea shot out as she mewled happily, "You're going DOWN!"

They could have argued about this, but what was the point now? Vespa refused to look back now, not when their goal--his goal-- was just beyond reach. Iris wasn't alone, as ********* and two other Senshi stood at her side, and they might as well have been the Holy Grail being risen high into the sky for him at this point. If they could just reach them, then he'd be one step closer to salvation...
Iris was angry, but with every reason to be. When Pasiphae tried to shoulder the burden, though, Vespa was quick to check her, giving her hand a squeeze and explaining to the others as quickly as possible. He didn't want to waste anymore time here debating who ******** up more- it wasn't a contest, as he was already the pre-determined winner in that regards. "No, it's mine, because somehow they got a hold of my farewell video to my family. I dunno, maybe they hacked my computer or someone else did, maybe even stole my flash stick. That, Mica's call for backup and Pasiphae's turned intothis catastrophe..."
If he turned around, he'd see everything that was happening and allowed it to fuel his guilt, but he couldn't turn around. Nor would he. Now was not the time for such things. Now was the time for change, and the best way to start was to change himself. "I'll take responsibility for this, and you can rag on me later all you want, Iris... but let's go. If the White Moon Court will still have me..."
He walked towards the secluded part of the woods, with a clearing large enough for their group and the opening wide enough for two guards to be stationed. A perfect place for a purification to happen- just out of reach of danger though still offering a clear view of the mayhem, as though to remind him what all of this was for. The seclusion for not just for Iris' safety, but hopefully others' who were fighting...
With no one to interfere, they would not get hurt at his expense. Enough had been hurt because of him already, and he was going to change that!

Iris, *********, Vespa, Pasiphae, Irene and Parthenope have temporarily left the battlefield.
Camelot was loathe to leave the main battle, but it was only for a moment. Hopefully not a moment that would result in someone else being killed or hurt, but he could not leave someone calling out for him without an answer.
"I will be back," he said, to no one in particular, perhaps more to himself than anything else. Hopefully Mica and Megrez would not get into too terrible a battle, but he swore he would return once he was sure Hvergelmir was safe. He took off toward the group of battlers not too far away, in time to see Navi getting sliced by Painite's spear.
Ida held Painite's attention for now. The Negaverse General turned on her, calling her spear back to her one more time. She was panting and bleeding, tired from the fighting and the strain she had put on herself so far, but she was determined to keep up the fight as long as she could. When Ida's arrow slammed into her with a concussive burst again she fell backwards, barely on her feet anyway. It seemed like a lot of force, and surely Ida was close enough to feel that one as well. She let out a furious, pained groan, more like a snarl, and her body was moving before her senses even clicked back into place. She pushed herself up with shaking arms.
"I WILL NOT STOP!"
"Yes," Camelot cut in, swinging his shield at the General without holding back too much, "you will."
The weapon slammed into Painite's gut, knocking the wind out of her with a very violent and audible crunch of bones. She was sent sprawling quite a few feet from where she had been standing and she skid across the ground in a lifeless heap, rolling gracelessly until she came to a stop against a tree. Camelot looked at Ida, his expression difficult to read, but gentle and concerned nonetheless.
"Are you alright?" he asked, catching his breath. He could not linger too long, though, turning his attention toward the group gathered around the fallen knight. He looked at Ida, quickly putting his hand on her arm and nodding his head, thanking her in a silent, but respectful and grave, way for the fight she put up against Painite.
He moved over to the others, then, looking at Hvergelmir first and going to stand nearest to her, stooping a bit and putting his hand on her shoulder reassuringly. It was heavy, but not just because of his size or his armor. He knew she needed to know that he was there, in more ways than one, and that he would support her and anyone that needed him. He looked down at Mimisbrunnr, seeing the work being put into her care and feeling a burning sense of pride. It was terrible, but they were all learning how to deal with things like this. They were strong, and he held strong hope that they would survive. Now, and as long as they needed to.
"Navi," he said, catching only the end of the plan so far, but assuming the Dark Mirror was there to help. She was, at least, not making things worse, and for that he was already infinitely thankful. They had a strange relationship now, considering she was almost something like family, and he wanted to nurture it, however strange it was, because it was always better than being at war. And if they had somehow found peace, as bad as her hatred for him had been, maybe that meant no one was beyond it. He looked at the stranger, Oenone, who was now carrying Mimisbrunnr. "I'll cover you."
And that he could do. His magic now allowed him to set up a barrier around them if he needed to, and he would be able to block anyone from getting to the retreating White Moon and Dark Mirror fighters. If it came down to it, he would do just that, but with Painite down and out, there did not seem to be immediate danger.
But Painite was not down, not yet. She had refused, after all, and what good was she if she was not good on her word? She was on the ground, yes, and in terrible pain, feeling broken and battered from the beating she'd taken. She was bloody and drained of energy. But that gave her an idea. Energy. She needed some energy.
With the Royal Knight standing over with the gaggle of weaker targets, Painite needed to work quickly. She needed energy and she needed her own shield. Taking a deep breath, she forced her hands into the ground and pushed her body up, getting her feet under her and wobbling as she stood. Mostly. She was half dragged down by the weight of gravity against her injuries, and she had very little left to give. But it was enough. Ida was not too far away, and Painite was determined. She ran, as best she could, at the Eternal Senshi and as soon as she was close enough she started draining energy. She just needed enough to heal a bit, to give herself some more footing.
Camelot saw Painite moving and on instinct tried to intercept her, moving away from the group and toward Ida in that effort. Painite knew he would, considering he suffered the same affliction any noble hero faced. They had to protect those that needed them, and seeing this little senshi in danger drew him forward like a moth to a flame, but he did not see the whole picture like Painite did. She pulled as much energy from Ida as she could in the relatively short time she was working on it. She had a large enough ball of energy to eat and restore herself a bit, and she stuffed it into her mouth without a moment's hesitation. It gave her enough of a push to keep going. To cause just a bit more terror and damage. That was all she wanted to do.
"You can have this b***h, knight," she growled, grabbing hold of Ida and shoving her into Camelot as hard as she could. She teleported then, vanishing from sight. The moment she did, Camelot's heart sank into his stomach.
He turned, but really all he could do was stand and see Painite reappear behind Hvergelmir, roping her arm around the Squire's neck and hauling her backwards a few steps to put some distance between her and the others. Now she had a small amount of energy and a hostage, so things were looking up? Not really. She felt absolutely desperate, and she was clinging to her hostage tightly, almost hopelessly, but she was too proud to admit that she was in over her head.
At least she had not targeted Oenone or Navi, leaving them with Mimisbrunnr.
"Alright, pretty one. You're my ticket out of this s**t. You should feel honored: I don't take hostages." And there was no promise she would, anyway. Any deal she made for her own safety was just to gain footing: she was there to kill senshi and knights, and she would not put anything else above that goal.
(Oh god if I didn't tag someone I am very sorry. Also if anyone wants to take Painite down, feel free. Or if any chaos wants to come and help...)

She was going to do what?
He had time to brace himself before he saw her swing, and he assumed she was going to hit him like they had been fighting. He had seen it in movies and shows tons of times, after all, and he was not going to wuss out of it just because he knew it was coming. He was ready and was going to make it look good... until he felt her lightly touch him on the face and he blinked at her.
That was it? How was he supposed to work with that?
Well now he was going to feel bad hitting her at all. She was ready for it but what if he didn't hold back enough? Too much? They were making a scene now, someone had to be seeing this. And if they weren't, he was at least going to remember it, and be embarrassed by it, if it went bad. He did not want to really hurt her but he also did not want to look like a sissy... sighing heavily, he moved to punch at her, throwing some mostly phantom punches to her defenses and doing his best to make it look reasonably convincing.
Ish.
If no one else around them had ever seen or heard of a fight before and had no idea what they were looking at, maybe.
He wasn't sure Bishophite was what Faust had in mind when the cat had shouted something about not dying and getting back up, but Kairatoscertainly wasn't going to look gift assistance in the mouth, not even when he was almost giddy with triumph as he straightened up, letting out an bold bark of laughter at Buddingtonite's expense, rubbing his shoulder gingerly from where the bulls head, one horn now slowly dripping in red, had jammed itself uncomfortably into his shoulder.
Worth it.
Damn worth it, even if this wasn't over by a long shot.
"Sticky b*****d." He noted, to Bishophite, with more respect than the rather rude nickname would have implied, lifting his hand from his shoulder to give the half-youma a quick, crisp salute from the wrist.
Had Bishophite not tied up Buddy's youma with his mask...
Well it had been an oversight, and one he might have regretted sincerely.
"Wanna tag team another?" He offered, with a sudden glint of mischief. He had no idea how far Bishophite planned to carry this little rebellion in the chaos of the fight, but he was willing to offer to make it just a little more of a black eye to Chaos, even if he wished he could have helped Bishophite instead, to do something to help him pry the youma off his soul like the bone masks pried from his tarry skin.

((Cybele is coming from the South))
Cybele felt the auras the moment she powered up and found the text on her phone soon afterwards. Both were a surprise. She ran towards the commotion, of course, but there was only so fast you could make it across the city, even at a panicked sprint, even with Super Senshi powers, and when she arrived the sight that greeted her was a rather chaotic fight.
That wasn't a surprise, at least. She was almost getting used to these big battles.
At least this one is in a park, she thought, right before she heard the inhuman screech of something she couldn't see. Parks were stable and couldn't collapse in flames, which was definitely a benefit. She shouldn't have ignored the screech, though. Claws raked her scalp before she could even get close to the action. She gasped and looked up in time to see the silhouette of wings against the sky.
Erythrite let her eyes slide across the chaotic mess of the battlefield, and then her eyes fell on what looked like a very nervous little Mercury Page. The Captain took a breath, and stared down at her weapons - nothing even remotely capable of killing, but she could do some damage, and look good in the process.
And that was all it was - appearances. She had to make up for handing a Senshi to the Mirror instead of to her superiors, and well, this might be a good way to do it.
So she took a deep breath and teleported over next to him. (Not entirely a wise idea - teleporting was incredibly tiring - but oh well.)
"Good evening," she said, surprisingly lightly, and then she threw a punch directly at his stomach.
