The offer was a surprise, but Themiscyra wasn't a fool. Using one hand to hold up a portion of her toga to cover her mouth wasn't going to last her long once she got into a fight. She took the offered cloth from the man in vines (Thraen) and tied the cloth over her mouth and behind her head. "Thanks," she gave simply as she put it on, glancing at him anew as he spoke. And lifted a brow. "Offer's appreciated. No offense meant, but I'd rather keep to my own feet. Nothing for dignity, but there's probably others who could use the lift more than me." Dignity? Pft. The idea of being carried wasn't the worst out there, but he wasn't the only one sensing the Chaos auras there. Her minor hysteria was shifting, collecting into hectic energy to lash out. At one figure in particular, if she could find him.
He was still behind her. The Page felt a little shift in her world's axis, a familiar face keeping a nice semi-steadying weight on things, and she lingered on the smokey and overheated steps till Ashur could catch up. His question... was more than a valid one. Where were the sprinklers anyways? "No clue, personally. Preferably not get burned, deal with whatever the Negabrats are planning down here, and get the ******** out before we're crushed or extra crispy?" She flashed him a smile far brighter than it deserved to be. If anyone could figure out how to put it out, she'd be all for it. One building was already destroyed that evening, it was a shame that yet another was looking to be a casualty in their war.
She caught sight of the blue. The black. A walking ******** bruise. She also caught sight of the massive human wall in front of her (Titanlåvenite) and lids lowered as she evaluated. And discarded. Bear her arms? She lifted them, the fire glinting off the metal bracers below her fists. The symbol of Mars illuminated most of all across the surface. "Find a fight elsewhere. I've already got one to finish when the coward ran from the roof." And she bolted. Ignored the heat, ignored the flames. Ignored the massive man with his hammer. She went for the black and blue, fist pulled back to slam into Jarosite without a fraction of hesitation. The Page of Mars was seeing red far beyond the scope of the fire around them.
Get to the third floor? She'd deal with that later. Priorities were priorities. The image of pushing the Captain into the fire, shoving his face into the flames, suddenly flared across her mind and for no moment did she recoil from the vicious imagery.

Metis is on the bottom floor!
Pale eyes widened as Thetis let out the shout about Psyche, and Metis herself only caught a moment of copper before it vanished behind the closing door. Psyche wasn't the only one heading for the stairs though, and her boots clicked as she began to head in that same direction. Her arms cradled the cat carefully, intent on keeping him from suddenly becoming a target. But then Thetis told her where Iris was located, and the woman almost winced at hearing the senshi in question shout out to her. "Sorry, Thetis, but the Captain calls." It was hard to miss how the cat had reacted to the other senshi's departure, and in a way she couldn't blame him. The team getting separated wasn't exactly the best situation in her mind either, especially being as aware as she was of Iris' ability to defend herself no issue.
But Iris was calling, and Metis had to only trust that it meant Psyche was just as capable of keeping herself safe. At least until they could team back up. Adjusting her hold on Thetis so she was more leaning over him to shield him from any potential impacts, she beelined straight for the freight elevator. Blinking all the while, trying to ignore the sting of the smoke. Never mind keep her balance. The way the smoke blurred her vision was... disturbing. Immensely so. As the door closed and they headed down, she took the moment to close her eyes and try to clear the pain, if only to wince a little at the growing heat. Still, she gave a wary, light laugh to Iris' remark. "Got your six," she offered in a faint tease. And yet.
The doors opened. She still had Thetis in her arms, not entirely sure what to do with the feline. Already shifted him to open up one arm for movement when Iris began to walk out. Metis herself had barely even cleared the door when the figure dropped, and the line of impact seemed obvious to her after she finally registered the event. Without quite thinking, ignoring her own previous thoughts of how the Eternal could fend for herself, the Super Senshi pulled the free hand to her tiara and the energies collected into the familiar orb. She was furious. Sneak attack, ambush. "Mind's Eye Vision!" The energy orb was flung with a near snarl at her friend's sudden attacker (Schörl). "Get away from her you b***h!" It was a unisex term in her book. A book that had never carried a swear in it before that moment.
Apparently if you're going to attack her voted leader, you'd best do it with far more respect in her book.
"Onto my shoulders," she ordered Thetis roughly, trying to free up her second arm. Iris had warned her to be ready to come out swinging. Did this count? "I need you to be my eyes a little longer. Two pairs will be much more effective in this." While she was unaware of how Thetis wanted to be so useful, she was already giving him ample opportunities to start living up to it in a sense. The heat from above still warped her vision, her own senses trying to readjust from the relatively calmer elevator ride.
Mind's Eye Vision
Hovering her fingers above the gem on her tiara, orbs of various colors flow out of the sapphire, slowly condensing into one large white orb which she then flings at a single target. The orb remains whole as it flies out to the target, only to vanish into them without a trace. Once the orb vanishes into the target, they would find themselves bombarded with unintelligible, jumbled, and all around random visions of... the future? The visions in their head would come in such a rapid succession that focusing on the present could be quite difficult, though not necessarily impossible. The visions last for 10 seconds.

Mica, Vespa and Tsui are on the bottom floor
General Mica was willing to do much for the Negaverse and had already made a few sacrifices of her own, though luckily none of them required either her life or humanity thus far. For Mica, it was never a matter of if but when she'd make such a sacrifice, and what the end results would be. Mica was completely willing to throw her life away for the Negaverse, so long as the cause was just.
And from what she heard between the three generals, it clearly was not. The moment Buddingtonite announced his departure from this endeavor, she knew it to be justified and not simply the man's cowardice getting the better of him. Serpentine and Avalon's orders hit her ears without the use of a crystal, and Mica wasted no time, looking down at Vespa and relaying orders of her own.
"This fight isn't worth your venom, Vespa. I'm leaving you to assist with the evacuations- do not allow a single officer to fall, either to Bischofite's scheme nor our enemy."
Vespa gave her a look of relief before saluting, and he spun away immediately, giving Mica a chance to address the corrupt senshi (Haumea) that stood at Ganymede's side. She didn't raise her spear just yet on either one, but it was clear that she wouldn't refrain if pushed. "It would be wise to retreat than stand with the enemy, officer. Remember the fate of Wolframite and the fools that stood at a White Moon's side and learn from their mistake."
She could not speak for Avalon-- however the Negaverse wished to punish her for striking an officer was up to the General-King's or Queen's discretion, not Mica's. Her duty was to keep their own casualties, sans Bischofite, at a minimum.
Sunshine Alouette
Twilight Jaws
Vespa always wondered if it was still considered paranoia if the one spouting the rambling was right. Not that he knew exactly how right he was, but the sick feeling in his gut about this entire ordeal was dead on. He didn't understand the bulk of it, but he understood enough to know that when other Negaverse officers started to turn against Bischofite, that they had realized their mistake as well. As terrifying as it was to think of a second Rift consuming the city, it was oddly comforting that not everyone here was willing to throw their lives away for that cause. That maybe, with some effort, they could be reasoned with... that he wouldn't be alone when he sought to free himself from the Negaverse.
Mica was talking to him and Vespa was surprised at her orders, supplementing the orders already given to him by Serpentine and Avalon respectively. For once, he was perfectly content to obey, though he didn't appreciate the added pressure. He could not stop his relieved smile from gracing his lips as he gave her a salute and spun away. That meant he had to find an exit and get as many people out of this hell as possible, before it all went to hell.
He would have rather tried to stop the coming of the second Rift, but if the generals did not order it, then what could he do? He promised Kallichore that he wouldn't allow himself to die before he switched sides, and one look at Malicious clued him in on just how badly he would have been torn to pieces if he even tried. So, for now, he worked on finding an escape. That might have been the easy part- the hard part would be convincing even low-ranking officers to listen to him!
((OOC: If anyone wants out and can't teleport, come find Vespa! He will help!))
The problem with Tsui's attack was that she could only see white when she made her charge and the sensation she'd feel in her arms would leave her numb for a short while, so it was hard to tell if she had even hit anyone until she was pulled out of it and could see the enemy laying on the floor or pushed back. Even after her upgrade to Eternal, it was still a problem, but before she could notice if she had hit anyone or not, there was the crack of a whip and though it had managed to hit the furred wrap around her waist, it still hurt like hell and down the Tiger senshi went. She may have managed to tuck and roll to spare her from a nasty landing, but she wasn't as quick to stand as she would have wanted to be.
Golden eyes scanned the crowd but she didn't see who had done it. And she had bigger problems, as the General she was looking for had come rushing into plain view. Benitoite, still with all of his smugness and faux politeness... Tsui sneered and pushed herself back to her feet, ignoring any and everything else around her and only going for the general with the spear. She had enough of this guy and she was going to bloody that face of his with her fists for what he did to Bazzite! <******** you, and your orders!" Tsui said with a shout, too soon to call on her magic just yet and going for a straight-forward tackle, hoping to slam her good shoulder into his waist and send the general tumbling back. She hoped to do more than dig her claws into her prey, but to personally insult him as well by getting that fancy outfit of its muddled up.

Sarras and Canopus are in the staircase on their way to the bottom floor.
Leto said she had trusted the corrupted Eternal with her life, and who was Canopus to argue? To do so would waste time and prevent her princess's escape, and so she fled, following after Astarte willingly. She didn't want to leave until she was certain her princess would be alright, but what choice did she really have? She knew she was no match for Gunn and no doubt her death would have been crippling to her princess. That was how she tried to reason it, at least...
In her running state, it was easy to feel the wounds she had suffered. Her toes hurt from the hot concrete and she dared not look down to see the cuts and burns from when Gunn swept her leg and sent her tumbling down. She tried so hard not to limp as to not slow either of them down, especially when she realized that they were being followed.
Glancing back, it was clear that she had managed to piss off the Eternal that threatened Leto, and she gave Astarte a frantic push, unable to stop the fear from trickling into her voice as she shouted to her. "She's chasing after us! Move, move! Please, I don't want you getting hurt too!"
Maybe if she found a mirror, she could pull herself and Astarte out of harm's way? The question was where they'd find a mirror in this hell? But at least with Gunn on her trail, Leto was safe. She'd be safe...

His descent down the stairs wasn't quite the noble charge that was expected out of a knight, though the thought of how silly he must have looked never once slowed him down. If anyone mocked or teased him, he'd beat them down, simple as that. As far as he was concerned, anyone with heavy themes of black and grey in their attire was free for the picking, and the closer he got to the bottom, the more he was wondering what sort of brewing catastrophe waited him beyond the doors. As he finally it at the bottom, though, he had a new problem to deal with, as he had come across a woman, decked in black and giving off a faint, but cold aura.
She was polite enough and the glass bird she held almost made the Cosmos page pity her- her outfit outclassed him in every sense of the word and honestly he had no right to judge, but it was so good to know that there was always a Negaverse equivalent for the bullshit he himself had to deal with. Maybe that's why he refrained from outright throwing a punch at her...
"Nah, I don't think so. I can pass, you just won't let me," Sarras said with a sneer, slowing down in his charge for only a brief moment before steeling his shoulder to plow on ahead. Either she'd panic and move out of the way, letting him bust through the door she so loyally defended, or she'd take the hit and both of them would slam against the door. He had a plan for either one- if she dodged, he'd simply find out for himself what was going on, if he struck her against the door, he'd pin her there and force an answer out of her. Either way, this was going to be painful! "Get outta my way!"

Buddingtonite is on the bottom floor.
People were talking all around him, but their words were wasted. He should have feared Ganymede's arrival and he should have heard the grand speech that Bischofite had in store for the sudden and inevitable betrayal he must have been going through when his fellow officers began to abandon him. If he had heard Bischofite's words, he might have tried to talk him out of this endeavor, even though he knew it wouldn't have worked. He had failed to talk sense to the kid before... why would now be any different, when he was powerless to stop him? Still, he would have tried. He would have tried anything for a friend.
And he wanted to leave. It would have been easy. All he needed to do was teleport away, away from this, to his home, where Baldwin and Dummy would be rejoicing in the return of the lights and their master. It would have been so simple, but he found himself frozen in his spot. With everything going on around him, with all hell about to break lose thanks to Malicious' and Bischofite's deception, he could only stand there and stare at Leda. It was her. It was her.
If he could have found his voice again, he would have called out to Serpentine, revealed who she was and what she had done to entice such a reaction in him. But there were no words. He couldn't speak. He wasn't sure where he was right now, physically, but mentally, he found himself staring down from atop a roof, watching as blood puddled around her fur coat, that vacant gaze as she stared into the cloudy skies, taking in the horrified expression of her murderers as life left her body. He tried not to get swept away- he tried so hard. So very, very hard...
No, you should leave. Rift 2.0 will be opening soon and you don't want to be a part of it, do you?
Even her shout did not reach him, though the rush of steam helped snap him back to reality, forcing him to dodge and almost lose his footing entirely. It was her steam that caused him to lose focus in that fight, what caused Victoria to fight back, what caused her to go tumbling down onto the pavement. The rush of steam to his face forced Buddingtonite into action- like an old steam engine that laid dormant and was suddenly jump started, his body jerked into motion, not graceful or subtle like his movements once were, and he made his own charge, slow and steady like a diesel but soon he was all but barreling through, bladed boomerang in hand and a murderous glint in his blood red eyes. He may have bumped into others on his charge, but he didn't see them, he didn't feel them.
All he could see was Leda, and all he could think was that she was going to ******** die this night!.

Chalcanthite is on the first floor, Teleporting down to the bottom
What had started out as a simple recon mission now was turning into utter chaos as flames licked at those who were near the ground. But even among all the senshi and agents that now bickered and fought, he spotted a few that he knew and would probably follow if given the chance. The first of which was a ginger senshi (Penthesilea) that had broken his arm awhile back when he was still just a lieutenant. Her attire was now different but he recognized her and, without hesitation, shot an arrow at her face in an attempt to stun or otherwise incapacitate her on the burning ground. There would be blood from that crazy and violent senshi in one way or another. Although he would prefer to do it himself, he would have no qualms with her getting burnt to ash in this building where nobody would be able to tell her remains apart from the rest of the burn objects. Once his shot was off he made his way towards where the elevators were, where he had seen Leda disappear with a group of senshi a bit ago. He was still worried about her in a way, the white moon senshi were not a group that she fit in with. There was so much chaos in the side she was on, it had to be taxing her as she continued fighting against the Negaverse where there was order and a system to follow.
As soon as he was sure he was free to teleport down, he did so to an area down there far away from where the elevator would open but also above eye level so that he could try and get a clear shot. When he arrived, he immediately was shocked and overwhelmed but the amount of senshi that were already there. It was then he realized just how apocalyptic the plan was going and also that the man at the middle of it all was perhaps falling apart at the seams as agents began to teleport out. He readied his bow as a garden looking senshi (Thraen) body checked Bischofite but hesitated as he saw Leda in the elevator behind another senshi. He did not want her getting hurt if he could help it but any actions to assist her would appear to be treason to his fellow officers. With a heavy heart he sighed and let loose an arrow at the senshi who had attacked Bischofite, that was his first priority right now. He had to keep that pyscho alive at least tonight so he could get the answers he had been curious for since first meeting him. After the first arrow left his bow, he quickly set up another to aim and let fly when needed. He had to be careful as to not let his location be known immediately if he wanted to avoid any serious injuries. Stealth and patience would be needed, accuracy and marksmanship would have to do at his current level.

Antimonite is in the staircase landing with Sarras
"No, you can't," she insisted, but he was still rushing her, and she tried to move out of the way too late. His arm slammed against her shoulders and she let out a choked little mewl at the way her head collided with the door. Her vision went mad for a moment, blacking out, and she felt the cool trickle of liquid from the back of her head. Her glass bird fell to the ground from suddenly limp hands, tail and outstretched wings shattering off like the spun glass it was. Nononono, this was all wrong, this wasn't supposed to happen to her! Guarding the door was supposed to be easy! "Please," she managed, thinking: you can't pass me, they'll kill me. The orders from two Generals passed in one ear and out the other: this was her assignment. She couldn't leave.
Everything was so weird and gray at the edges of her vision. Antimonite reached up and tried to pull his arm away from her shoulders, to get free somehow. "I have an essay to finish," she said, and somehow, to her this seemed like a good reason to let her live. Surely he would understand. "On Hamlet. Please. You can't go through."

Pirisite is on the 3rd floor!
She hit him! Jesus ********, girls weren't supposed to clock a guy. Well, guys weren't supposed to clock girls, either, but there was a difference of ability there that just seemed offensive. Pirisite pressed a hand to his poor abused cheek, tasted blood when he probed the tattered bit part of his cheek. "Man, ******** you," he said bitterly, reaching out to grab her and haul her away from the mess of a group of Generals, past the boxes. "You bitches are all the same." There, he threw a punch, aiming for her side.

Ida has made it through second floor and is coming down the stairs to the third floor.
The flames licked hungrily at Ida as she rushed through them, but speed saved her the worst of the heat, as did her eternal strength. Strength that mad it possible to jump a building and land safely... Briefly she had considered loosing another of her arrows, maybe clear the flames, but their number was limited and she knew that all too soon she was going to need their power.
It took her moments to cross the second floor, but she felt she hardly breathed that whole time and it was a relief to break free of the fire and all but fall into the safety of the stairs... Or relative safety. She could feel the chaos agents waiting below. A rather large number of them... But that wasn't going to stop her.
Still smoking from the singeing she had gotten, Ida burst into the third floor and paused to take a swift assessment of the situation.
Senshi pouring from the elevator on the other side of the floor... The familiar white light of Tsui... Officers everywhere... A youma sucking energy from the crystals they had been trying to destroy... And there, the no doubt cause of all of this; Bischofite and his 'friends'. Surprise surprise.
Quote:
She's up for anyone to intercept, otherwise I'll pick someone ;D
The trip down to the third floor was a swift one, but she didn’t waste any time. Surely someone else would be wanting to use the elevator soon after they were out, and after tying the offered piece of red fabric around her mouth and nose, the senshi of Avalanches pulled herself up onto the forklift that had been parked inside the same elevator they were in.
She’d never used such a machine before, but it couldn’t be too difficult, right? There were some knobs and a wheel and levers, and after making sure Liryn was not going to be run over (and was quite welcome to join her on the seat with her), Varuna turned the key and hit the gas pedal once the gate lifted and they’d arrived on the third floor. Had she not been trying to get the machine working, she might have used her magic on the second floor, but there was always time for that later.
At a whopping fifteen miles an hour, Varuna rolled the forklift onto the floor, panicking a little as she almost immediately ran into a pallet of boxes. Then again, that was what she wanted to do, right? Cause a distraction?
Or even better…
They were trying to create a second Rift…? Whatever the hell that was… but she didn’t like the look of the thing that was being constructed. Some kind of gateway? Regardless of whatever it was, it seemed like they were all trying to keep people from focusing on that, and as she wasn’t much of someone to focus on (although that might change now that she had control of the unused forklift), who better to take out something the Negaverse had been working on than someone no one would miss if she got herself killed?
Varuna pushed the machine forward as fast as it could go, which wasn’t as fast as she would have liked it, but it was better than nothing, aiming towards the construction of the doorway of sorts, although what it would open to… she didn’t want to know. She just knew she didn’t want any more youma with easy access to the city.

Haumea is on the bottom floor
He couldn't help it, he turned to give the Eternal an incredulous look as she spoke. Without thinking, he blurted out, "Lady, were you not listening to the youma? You think I want to have youma chewing on my a** for the rest of eternity? Are you crazy?"
Hardly the most diplomatic of words, but still. He'd been helping at least one mad man unwittingly. Shouldn't he be able to help try and correct that mistake? And as he glanced around, wondering if they'd all been duped, he saw a lot of angry shock popping up on various faces. Not just because he was talking to a White Moon senshi, but because of what that youma had said. And because of what Bischofite was saying. Paling slightly, he wondered how one person could fool so many so easily? It made no sense.
The buzzing of the communication crystal in his ear distracted him from the senshi for a moment. Orders from Serpentine to stop what was going on followed by orders from Avalon for all first level officers to get the hell out. Good idea.
He was distracted again as the senshi suddenly demanded that he identify someone. Glancing over to where she pointed, he studied the corrupted eternal, trying to place her.
"I have no idea what her name is. Never been introduced," he answered, a slight edge in his voice. He was already pulling back. He didn't want to be thought of as more of a useless coward than he already was, but the orders to retreat had been given. He turned his head towards a female general, Mica?, as she addressed him, spear in hand.
"Yes, General," he nodded and placed his hand over his heart and bowing slightly. "You're right. It is... hard to think straight through shock sometimes."
It was the only excuse he could give himself, and thankfully, it was also, true for the most part. He did, however, refrain from adding that he hadn't been sure if anyone else had been in on Bischofite's plan. Instead, he gave the White Moon Eternal a polite nod, gave Mica a crisp salute and turned on his heel to find the nearest exit and make sure that any stragglers got help out. Much as he might want to help, he was useless in this sort of situation.

Chariklo is on the second floor and making her way down to the bottom
Choking and blinking rapidly to try and clear away some of the thick smoke that surrounded her, Chariklo once again wondered why it was always fire. Why couldn't someone, just once, throw rocks or use water guns? Why was it always fire? Bunch of ******** pyros.
Stairs, stairs, where were they... ah! Darting through blazing fires as best she could, the tall Dark Mirror made her way to the stairs, splitting her concentration between safely manuvering and keeping track of the auras below. Fortunately for her, everyone else on this floor seemed to have the same idea of going down. Well, that suited her. As she hit the stairs, she picked up auras near the bottom, Knight and Negaverse? Well, they'd just have to move! As she paused and opened her mouth to bellow, she felt another familiar aura brush against her senses and felt her knees go weak. What was Leto doing here? If those ******** were hurting her...
This time, she didn't bother to pause as she careened madly down the downs. Her voice echoed in the stairwell as she screamed out, "Some of us have Negaverse asses to kick and a Princess to rescue, so get out of my way!"
With luck, the two lingering in the stairwell would be gone by the time she made it to the bottom.

Valhalla is on the third/bottom floor!
Valhalla had remained as close to both Ganymede and Leda as he could, both towards and onto the elevator as Ganymede got it to work, and then down to the bottom floor where they met with who were undoubtedly leading this whole thing. He hadn’t had much reason to fight much just yet, and now he was more concerned with getting people to safety.
When Ganymede got his attention, he glanced up and towards the corrupted senshi (Cyllene) in question. She looked familiar, but… he didn’t want to think that it was yet another ally that had been taken from them. Avalon, Persephone... and now…
But there wasn’t much time to think about it. Leda was already jumping to attack Buddingtonite, Tsui was charging Benitoite. Even if he wanted to stop them from fighting, from getting hurt, there was too much going on.
And orders to retreat… coming from a strange crystal the corrupted senshi (Haumea) had… Valhalla didn’t know how Ganymede new this person, but there wasn’t time to ask. A general approached, one with a spear (Mica), and Valhalla frowned in confusion at her words.
“What happened to Wolframite?” he asked, turning to Mica, “And is this something you really want? You’re going to let that man go through with whatever he’s planning and just run away?” he spoke up, throwing an arm in Bischofite’s direction. “Run away, cowards! Let the horrid ‘White Moon’ clean up after your mess! Instead of taking responsibility for your own!”
He was angry. Scared and angry and unsure of what was going to happen now. “Get the Lieutenants and first level senshi out, but remember that the whole name of the Negaverse is now tied to this. If one man causes the city to fall, it’s your own fault. No matter how much propaganda you put up to say it’s the ‘White Moon’s’ fault, you’ll always have the guilt that you fell for a trap of your own kind.”

Maia, Shang, are both on the first floor headed to the bottom via elevator
Maia had missed out entirely on the energy draining situation at the power plant entirely, having chosen instead to not let the buildings they'd previously been at burn down. Even thought she received a text from Athene, she figured she would catch up and that her brother was in good hands. She'd briefly called the fire department and waited for them to arrive which took a while seeing as the city had no power.
She did not however talk to them slipping away upon their arrival and running to join up with the other's feeling relieved as the power came back on, but soon finding out that didn't mean things were done and over with.
She found her way to the warehouse and how could she not with so many power signatures about. The warehouse had smoke rising from it as well and she frowned at it having been set a flame as well. She hoped that it wasn't Gunn once again and resolved to have a talk with the senshi about public image and destruction of property.
Shang had been to the power plant with the other's and been involved in the chaos that was the energy drain and youma swarming. He had been with Athene and Ida, but they'd split up and with so much going on had been separated. It was youma he mostly ended up fighting and when the negaversers teleported out and the power came back on he found himself still fending off youma, so his arrival to the warehouse was a late one. He headed in, his eyes burning from smoke instantly worried for what he was headed into. There wasn't really anyone around that he could see, but he was sure he could hear other and feel them below. A whirring noise caught his attention and he noticed an elevator come up and stop. He took the opportunity to hop on, noticing when he turned his sister standing in the doorway.
"Maia," he called out, "come on, we have to go down."
Maia was relieved to see her brother and hurried into the smoking building running into the elevator and giving him a quick hug. "I'm really glad you are okay. Where is Athene? I thought you were together," she started as the elevator closed and headed down.
"I don't know, probably down below, we got separated when the negaversers were draining the power with these crystals. Youma started showing up and I lost track of him and Ida," he said quickly.
"I hope they are okay," she said.

Lyceum is on the first floor headed down the stairs!
Lycuem had been told to go with Sarras to make sure the girl they had saved on the rooftop was okay, and she had hung back for a minute slightly torn, but in the end had headed with the other's onward towards the ensuing chaos that was the energy drain. There was a lot of fighting going on and she wasn't sure how much help she would be especially with youma started showing up. She hung back and did more observing than participating. She was confused as to what exactly was going on, terrified, but she still needed to know and that was what guided her to continue on.
She made it to the warehouse and frowned at the smoke rising from it. More fire was the last thing she needed, and suffering from smoke inhalation wasn't exactly number one on her list for fun evening activites. She ran not entirely sure where to go, but she could feel the other's below. She also heard and saw the elevator close, frowning at having missed it and took to the stairs.
Chaos
Lyceum, is free for interaction, rough her up if you like, attempt to take her starseed, just not maiming for now!
Courage was quick to fail her—but then, hadn't it always?
That the corrupt Senshi at her side (Haumea) could not identify his ally (Cyllene) made no difference in the end. Ganymede knew who she was. She may not mingle extensively with the White Moon, but she knew her teammates by name, by face, even those she had not seen in quite some time, for it was because of them, the Jovians, that she could stand and fight, that what she'd become in three years now meant more to her than it had upon awakening.
She knew many of them were safe. Europa, Kallichore, Pasiphae, Valhalla, Sessrumnir, Babylon. They were still alive, still fighting, still making what small difference they could. And the others, she knew so little about them, had seen them so infrequently, and yet she'd hoped they remained whole. Alive. Maybe they'd left. Maybe they'd found a new life somewhere removed from all of this. She hoped so, wished for it now in the face of corruption, silently prayed (and she was not one to pray) that this was all. Let this be all, because others would speak of an even greater failure.
Ganymede felt that failure acutely.
When had this happened? Why? Had it been forced? Willing? Not willing, please, not willing, and yet forced would have been no better. But which was worse? To be forced into something you were never meant to be, or to choose it for yourself? It was wrong. Cyllenefelt wrong, looked wrong, damned to exist as a bastardized version of herself.
And what could Ganymede do? Nothing. Nothing. Stand there and gape, feel the blood drain from her face as anger and sadness, futility, roiled in the depths of her soul. It pulsed inside of her, squeezed her heart, stole the air from her lungs. Never before had she felt so powerless, so useless as she did in that moment.
A General (Mica) spoke to the corrupt Senshi (Haumea) and he moved to leave, but Ganymede could hardly react to the departure or the General's disapproval. A blank stare was all that met the General (Mica), for though her eyes had moved away from Cyllene, the rest of her—heart, mind, soul—was still fixated on her former teammate. Even Valhalla's presence, even his stubborn refusal to accept a General's dismissal did not comfort her.
In her left hand Ganymede held the frying pan. Her right was momentarily empty. She lowered her gaze to it but saw nothing more than the black fabric of her glove, and the almost imperceptible adrenaline-fueled tremors.
Always a dumb, skinny girl with nothing to offer anyone, she thought.
With confidence deserting her, Ganymede had nothing else to rely on but anger, and it filled her swiftly. Her focus narrowed onto the only thing her mind could currently comprehend. Bischofite. Something about a portal. A rift. What was that? It didn't matter. What mattered was that the city was going to be sacrificed for it, their lives were going to be sacrificed for it, and corruption would only spread. Far beyond their ability to contain. Cyllene wasn't the first, and she wouldn't be the last.
“Don't bother with her,” Ganymede told Valhalla, looking beyond the trident-bearing General (Mica) to the crowd forming around Bischofite. “She's not the one responsible. Let them run if they want.”
She pushed passed them, tucked the image of Cyllene away in the back of her mind to feed the anger and desperation. Her grip on the frying pan was tight, her face pale but set with determination. Enough. Enough. No more.
Just one more attack and her magic was done. She knew who to use it on. All she needed was an opening.

Cora is on the bottom floor.
"Huh?"
The small Mauvian was still confused after her landing on the ground. She shook her head rapidly, trying to make little stars circling around her head disappear. But before she could truely feel awake, she felt a grip on her scruff and suddenly, couldn't feel her the ground under her paws anymore.
She found herself looking at General Bischofite, right from eye to eye. It was the same general that had taken Thraen's starseed in the battle with WP, only to put it back a moment after. It had been a confusing to witness such an act a well as frightening. General Bischofite was a frightening man.
And now, she was held in the air by him and his hand was reaching to her starseed. As soon as she realized this, her eyes grew wide and the only thing she see was his hand and how it approached her starseed, like a hungry predator. "No," Cora whispered before starting to wiggle as an attempt to escape from his grip. "No!!" She couldn't escape, not when she was in this small feline form.
It took merely a second for her to transform. Suddenly, there was no furry scruff Bischofite was holding. Instead, his hand was touching a long, creamy hair and the neck beneath it. In front of him was a tall, bare-footed girl who was wearing a white dress and a capelet. The girl looked panicked while she was making attempts to escape, trying to push herself away from the general's grip.
"No, I don't want this! No!! NO!!" she cried.
She gave him a strong push, just before his hand would have slid inside her chest. However, in the same time, the garden senshi (Thraen) rushed behind her and the attack that was meant for the general hit on her. Eyes wide of the surprise, she stumbled forward, in the arms of the general whose hand found it's way deep inside her chest.
And right at the moment, her attempts to escape ceased. In fact, the cat girl found herself completely paralyzed, capable only to breath, if even that. Wide, fuschia-colored eyes stared somewhere in front of her with no focus on anything, reflecting shock and pain she felt. She gasped air, her breathing abrupt and sharp, unable to make any other voice except small, short whimpers that were interupted be another panicked gasp. Oh, how she wanted to scream, to let it all out, let him and eveyone know how much it hurt! But she was silenced by her own agony. She could feel her body shaking, not obeying any commands she gave to it. All she could do was to stand right there, as his captive. As his prey.
I'm dying.
I'm dying...
I'm dying!!!
The thought consumed her mind. It made her sad. She could never see Hypnos again. She could never speak with Polaris or Chronos again. She could never see her Mauvian friends again. She could never find a way to get on Mau.
Her breathing turned more rapid, more anxious. Tears burned her eyes, until she finally couldn't hold them back anymore. The cat girl broke into a helpless cry while she pressed her head against the one who was holding her life in his hand, literally.
Please... Someone! .... Anyone... Save me.. I don't want to die.
At this point, her instincts kicked in. In order to calm herself down, her body reacted. At first, it could only be felt, a slight tremble that consumed her body. And then came a sound; a soft, in a way vibrant sound that resembled the sound of an engine. A moment by a moment the sound grew stronger, calming her, soothing her, bringing her memories of happy moments.
She wasn't crying anymore, what if sniffing at times. Silently she was purred in Bischofite's arms, eyes closed, starting to accept her fate.
I'm sorry Hypnos. I don't think I can come home tonight...

Iris is on the bottom floor
Iris was prepared for a fight.
She just wasn't prepared for it to come at her from the ceiling. "O SH*T!!!!" was the curse waiting for the Captain (Schörl) as Iris' body staggered at the sudden impact.
Even in such a situation, Iris coudn't help but grin slightly as her teammate (Metis) cursed. Had she ever heard the blind girl curse before? She was pretty sure she hadn't, but Iris wasn't here to judge considering her own Sailor's mouth.
Rather than panic from the sudden attack, Iris practically bucked like a wild horse in an effort to get the Captain off of her. The moment there was any give, the eternal senshi grabbed her teammate by the wrist and bringing along the momentary seeing-eye-cat (Thetis) as they bolted forward, fleeing the area rather than give it the good fight.
It seemed quite out of character for the eternal senshi, but once they were able to put some distance between themselves and the attacker, Iris revealed the plan.
"...I need you to cover me... because I ain't gonna be able to attack directly fer a bit..."
She was saying it without really saying it. She needed something more powerful right now, and the only way to summon such strength came with a dress.

Benitoite is on the third floor, and on the floor literally - Thanks Tsui..
The words speaking of retreat made it over his crystal and were heard, why would they be retreating though? For a moment, as he landed on the ground, he took a look around them. He didn't get much time though as he had a tiger hovering over him. Reaching up he yanked at one of those damnable sections of fur she wore and gave it a pull. If she wanted to fight without magic and knock him to the ground than he was yanking her down with him. Why though...why would people be retreating...what had Bischofite done? Some deception? he didn't like the idea as it didn't sit well with him.
He wanted, wished he could, ask and find out but he was rather preoccupied even as he yanked at the tiger senshi in the hopes of bringing her down on top of him, where he then planned to roll them so he'd be on top. He had no issues in getting down and dirty and messing up, and ripping up, his fancy uniform. it would repair itself and be nice and clean for the next time he powered up.
The only thing he disliked was his growing hair, he had been growing it out again, had no hair holder or means of being tied back and out of his face. It hadn't since he was a Lieutenant though so while he disliked it he could make due with it.
"Do you dislike me little tiger? Tell me...what do you think of me?" he asked smirking at her. Anything to get her angry and see if it affected how she thought and attacked, see if it made her lose focus and opened her up to being an easier target. How far could he wind her up and would she show a weakness - a fatal flaw. He wanted to push her also as it would be fun, in his opinion, he'd been fighting with this senshi for so long he enjoyed these fights. it was a shame he'd eventually have to kill her, that he wanted to kill her even now, who would he go to next?
It kept ringing in his mind though retreat, you've been deceived, a second rift. The words bounced about his mind even as he tried to focus himself on the fight. But they wouldn't leave him alone, and perhaps it was a good thing. he couldn't become too lost, not with a fire roaring above them all as it devoured whatever was in it's path. had Bischofite really deceived them all? And what was it about a second rift. What had he been planning? What couldn't he have told the blond and yet asked him to lead part of and fight for? An ache entering his chest signaled just how much the idea of Bischofite using him hurt and while he wanted to find him, to question him, he couldn't. He was too caught up in fighting for his cause...and for his own need and desire to fight this particular senshi.

Ashur is on the second floor.
It wasn't long before his feet finally hit the second floor, landing just behind Themiscyra and someone he assumed was a higher level senshi (Thraen) judging by the offer he managed to catch the tail end off. He gave a quick shake of his head and regretted it immediately. "Mine's all about dignity, dude," he said through a wince. "Being carried through a fire screams 'damsel in distress' to me, and I just can't picture myself ever playing one in any situation." He gave a quick thanks before turning his attention to the task at hand.
The fire was, in a word, ridiculous. Why he was even on this floor and staying was beyond him; actually, why anyone was still on this floor wasn't something he could wrap his head around. Themi's response to his question got a small smirk out of him though, despite protests from the injury on his face. Ash only nodded at the last bit of the suggestion -- not getting burnt to a crisp was definitely preferred -- before he caught sight of a massive lieutenant (Titanlåvenite) and a familiar blue and black-clad individual right nearby (Jarosite). His attention flicked between the two for a second, and he was about to say something about a plan to get past them and to the stairs, following after the senshi, when Themi just...rushed right on in.
Typical.
"Hey!" he called, bolting after her and praying he could reach out and pull her back before she got into a rumble right there. "We're in the middle of a ********' fire!" he shouted, a wave of relief hitting him for all of a second when he managed to get a hand on her shoulder to yank her back toward him, an arm immediately going around her waist as a means to keep her from running off again. How effective that would be he couldn't be sure, but Ash hoped she'd calm down enough to get her head on right. The fleeting thought of catching a solid hit from her elbow came to mind, but he squashed it down. He'd take the risk, given the circumstance.
"Get your damn priorities straight! Out of the fire, tear the Negaverse a new one for pulling this BS, then beat his face in!"
