The ghoul wandered deeper and deeper through the woods, but there were no glasses to be found. The guilt was getting to her, but there was nothing she could do...
... but go onwards. Maybe she'd find the glasses thief somewhere in this forest.

Well, why the hell not? Jack picked one of the signs, and headed off in that direction. The sign directed her to another tree. With many more signs pointing to nowhere in particular. Sighing, she shrugged and followed one of the signs of this tree. With a little sigh, sweetm00n continued on, and finally found her first tree. "Oh come on, don't be such a spoilsport! Here, all i need to do is-" A whack from the branches sent her reeling back, voice shrill and squeaky with outrage. "Well I never!! You better watch your back, you bark faced piece of kindling!" Striding away with her nose in the air was the only option. Quote: 2: The second tree is a wide tree and doesn't look too happy to see you. It crosses its arms. "I don't think so, the last people who were here were terribly mean about it. Terribly, terribly mean and it just won't do anymore. If you come any closer I will have to resort to violence I mean it! Don't come any closer!" If you move closer it hits you for -5 damage with its branches. Upon approaching a talking signpost, the boil got a brief gist of what he was supposed to do--honestly, he was a little more distracted by the fact that this place was uh...really unique--and then went off to examine these trees as directed.
...But instead he found a stump. The next tree had a riddle, and TotallyAllan had no clue what the answer was. The riddle itself seemed impossible and riddled with holes.
He told the tree as much.
"Why, I didn't think you would. It proves I am the better tree."

n0ms gladly skipped along through the the dense woods, peeking around corners until she noticed a tree that caught her gaze. Tilting her head one way and the other she came into view of it. Plastered on it's front were words. "Hmmm?" She bent over, tilting her body towards the "This Way" sign and then back over towards the "Nowhere" sign. There was a perplexed look on her face and she puffed out her cheeks again, shifting her weight on one leg and the the other, looking around the tree to see if there was anything else - fruit perhaps?
Her eyes saw nothing and she nodded to the tree. "Well thanks anyways!" Tree 1/5 10: You reach a tree and on top of it is a smiling set of teeth. Not the tree itself, just on top of it. "You seem a little lost", says the smiling set of teeth, "but not to worry. Everyone's quite lost here. I hope you find your way, there's so much more for you to get lost in." Before you can ask what it means, it is gone. B0ss thought everything seemed odd in his dream, from his outfit, to the trees, it all seemed very odd indeed, but his first tree definitely topped the charts as far as weird things went. Not only did it have teeth and talk, but it also said the oddest things, then disappeared! B0ss thought it was very odd indeed, but simply took it for face value. "Well, one freaky tree down, four to go." He mumbled as he continued on his way. She heard the sobbing before she saw the tree, her eyes drawn to it's broken branches. Perhaps it had met the violent tree from before? (That is, if these trees could move on their own, which she wouldn't put it past this place) "Whats wrong?" She asked, then nodded as it mentioned it's missing glasses. There was a rather calm looking tree for a change, and the ghoul thought to stop and ask it if it had seen any missing glasses anywhere, or know anything of it. She would instead be confronted with a rather strange riddle.
She ho and hummed for a minute, confused at certain inconsistencies within the logic.
<I'm not sure.... but you said you had two friends - are you Dilly, Nilly or Milly?> she answered honestly.
The tree shook its leaves condescendingly, and assured her that it was the better tree. The ghoul figured that there was no reasoning with it, so it would be better for her to move on....

Considering he wasn't really in any place to turn down a request from any of these weird trees--especially since he had no idea what was even going on--Puppetking grudgingly fulfilled the freaky striped tree's request.
Once he received the fragment as a reward, he booked it out of there.

SANDSHARK groaned, his auburn head sunken into a palm. What had he gotten himself in to? Multicolored trees and all sorts of eyes staring at him from every different direction. With a hunched back and an irate growl, he headed towards the first thing he could focus on - a signpost.
A talking ******** signpost. Examine the trees, it told him. Examine the stupidly colored trees.
Swirling around begrudgingly the Gryphon approached the first tree he saw - and ended up getting smacked in the face by leaves and twigs. So far, so good.

How terrible to lose it's glasses! "I will find them!" He chimed happily, eager to help. Everyone here needed help, and it was the kind he could do! Finding something wasn't too hard, right? If there is any 'sheen' to it it's more brownish. A fluffy dog's set of ears and tail are added. Aside from that, he really doesn't look like he'd make a good wall... BUT HE'LL DO HIS BEST.
