Kale was lost in a darkness he didn't recognize right away. The moment he realized what was going on, he heard the sound of Maggie's voice. He turned to face her and instantly pulled her into his arms. "Maggie! What the hell are you doing here? How did you get here? Are you hurt? Do you even know where you are? You have to get out before it's too late. This is Limbo Maggie! If he catches you before you get out you'll be trapped here and I won't be able to save you. I'll be alright, apparently there is something of me he wants, he wouldn't have killed if he didn't. Technically my body is alive but I am brain dead until he puts me back. Do not fret, just be brave." A light emitted all around them and the figures of every soul he had ever taken grasped at his feet, not touching Maggie at all. He stood there, unphased by them, and looked down at the psychic.
"Time works differently here so I don't know when I will return. Don't panic. As long as there is a heartbeat, there is time. Go Maggie. Watch over the others and cancel opening for every day I am gone. Tell Cassie she needs to go to my old apartment in France and wait there for my next instruction. I really have nothing for her but it'll keep her out of your way for a time. Everything will be alright." Kale pulled Maggie into him and kissed her lips, sweetly, lasting only a moment before he enveloped her in smoke and forced her back to her body the safest way possible as not to injure her. The spirits disappeared and suddenly Kale was face to face with the devil himself. "Hello Caelius..." OOC:

❝I will tell you your fortune and the out come... What you do, is you're decision. You control your stars.❞ Magnolia wondered a bit more in the void. Where was she and what was she getting herself into? She tried to look into the future or find Kale but her powers didn't work here. It scared her a bit. Anything could happen without her knowing. She hoped that Jesse and Chloe were okay outside, able to handle anyone that wanted to come see Kale... especially Cassie or Cathleen. When she saw Kale, he pulled her in his arms. She looked up at him listening and hugged him tightly, "I'm sorry, Kale. I didn't know what to do. I'm safe, I found you on your floor. Jesse and Chloe are outside, making sure no one interrupts from the outside world. I used meditation to get here, but I didn't know I ended up in Limbo... Who is he?" She saw the spirits at his feet and looked back up at him. She nodded in understanding him. She didn't panic, but she was worried. "Please be safe, Kale. Please come back to the Cirque, to use... to me..." Magnolia was shocked when Kale had pulled her into a kiss. Affection, embrace and kisses all in one night. It was surprising. But nice. When Kale was sending her back, everything was fading. Magnolia didn't want to leave him, she was worried. What was going to happen? Right before she faded completely, she saw a figure appear in front of Kale. Who was he?
Snapping awake and sitting up, gasping, she was wide eyed and looked around. She looked back down at Kale, she bent back down and listened for a heartbeat. There was still beating. She sighed a bit in relief and sat up again, wiping blood off the corner of his mouth. She carefully got up and used her power to get him in his bed. She closed the door before leaving the Caravan and walked out, looking at Jesse and Chloe. "Thank you, you two. How long was I gone? Please come in, we need to talk." Maggie walked back in Kales caravan and sat down at the table. Mr. Grimm walked into Kales caravan and forced the bedroom door open, a crack, squeezing himself in. When Chloe and Jesse came in and sat down, Magnolia looked at them. "This morning, Kale asked me to do a reading on today's outcome. At the end of the reading, Kale was to have a visitor not from this level of life. It didn't hit me till now. The ringmaster is in a coma like state. If things go well in Limbo, he will return to us... I'm telling you two because I can trust you two the most here. I know we barely talk, but I need you two to help me and the ringmaster. I cannot have this place in an uproar, it will be madness and Cassie will take over. I had gone to Limbo to speak with him. The opening week will be canceled till he is gone and Cassie is to go to France in Kale's apartment and wait for his next instruction. I'm going to let her know. Have either of you seen her?" Magnolia asked looking at the two very concerned. Chloe looked at Jesse and shook her head, "I don't know what's going on. It is odd but I've never seen Magnolia in such a panic. I don't think anyone has ever seen her make an expression like she did. Not even Cassie... It is odd, but he's not God. Everyone needs help once in a while." She crossed her arms, feeling the small chill. She felt Jesse pull her to his side, she snuggle into him. "Thank you, you're so warm. I didn't have time to pull on my robe..."
When Maggie came out after sometime, she looked over at her, curiously. When she asked them to go in, she took Jesse's hand and went inside. Something wasn't right and she could feel it. She sat next to Jesse and looked at Maggie. "What's going on, Magnolia?" She asked before Maggie said anything. She heard what had happened. Hopefully, Kale would be okay and come back. She understood the importance and looked at Jesse before looking back at Magnolia, "I'll help. But I haven't seen Cassie. Have you Jesse?" She looked up at him curiously.

Jesse followed the others into Kale's caravan, and sat beside Chloe, listening to the situation at hand. Limbo? What? He was so confused having little knowledge of the true inter workings of the Cirque. When asked about Cassie he nodded some. "Uhm, yes I did actually. On my way back to my caravan from dropping off Chloe, she was really drunk and crawling on top of Malachi. It was actually pretty intense looking, so I walked home the back way. That was the last I saw her, but Maggie, you were gone for almost five hours..." He motioned for her to see the position of the sun, and offered up the time on his watch. The Cirque members were setting up already having no idea they were to remain closed. It was nearly time for their ten am opening and people would be flooding in any moment.
In the short time, moments, Maggie had been gone, so many hours had passed. Kale wasn't kidding when he said 'time works differently here'. Jesse looked concerned, and kept Chloe's hand in his own, wondering what they were to do and how things could possibly work out. "I'll help out in any way I can Maggie, just let me know what I can do or what you need from me and it's yours. This seems pretty serious..." Concern filled his voice as he looked to the psychic for help. OOC: We could time skip it till about Christmas time when Kale returns?? We could say the Cirque members have all be on a hiatus, staying in the grounds, too afraid to leave the ringmaster's protection. Once Cassie leaves, they could all turn to Maggie to lead them figuring since she is psychic she would know best. Then they could open on days she says will turn out well and not on days of danger. ??? Thoughts? I'd really like a Christmas special!

❝I will tell you your fortune and the out come... What you do, is you're decision. You control your stars.❞ Magnolia looked at the two in complete shock. Her eyes wide and her mouth dropped a bit. There was that much time between the two worlds? She looked at the two, "I am so sorry that you two stood out there for five hours. It was supposed to be at least an hour or two, not an extra two to three. Thank you for your help. Jesse I need you to let everyone, but Cassie know that the weeks show is canceled till Kale gets back. He is our Ringleader and our Master. We cannot do this without him. Chloe, I need you to put up the closed sign till further notice. We only have moments till the gates open." She took a deep breath and leaned on the table, holding her head. It was already getting a little crazy. How was she going to round up her lady balls to talk to Cassie? It can't be that hard, right? She sighed and got up, "Thank you two again. I cannot imagine trying to pull this off by myself. When you two are done, please rest for the rest of the day... I feel horrible to take away your rest, friends. If you need me, I'll either be six feet under by Cassie's hands or here, making sure that Kale comes back safely. Please let me know if anything odd goes on." After that, she made them go and do their jobs so everything will be okay. She peered in Kales room, seeing their cat laying next to Kale. She looked at him and frowned, "Watch over him. If anything happens, come get me at once." She cat meowed before looking back at Kale. Maggie pulled her shaw over her shoulders and walked out of Kales Caravan, locking the door. She walked over at Cassie's caravan and stopped at her door. Magnolia held up her fist to knock on the door but froze and shook a bit. She didn't know what was worse, the worst days at the asylum or this. She took a breath before knocking on the door, calling for Cassie. "Miss Cassandra, it's Magnolia. We need to talk. Kale asked me to give you instruction before he left. A visitor not of this world summoned him." She took a step back and braced herself for whatever was coming her way.WHEN YOU FUMBLE ALL YOUR BANGLES AND YOUR LOVED ONES HAVE BEEN MANGLED LISTEN TO THE JUNGLE JANGLE OF MY GYPSY TAMBOURINE "May I tell you your fortune, my love?" Cassandra stirred groggily, still completely undressed from her eventful night before. Malachi was the same way, beside her in her bed, but her hangover allowed her not to care. Finally she had had her way with the magician, or had he had his way with her? Either way she had enjoyed herself and was irritated now to have been bothered. It was near opening time and neither she, nor Malachi had a clue as to just how late it was. She grabbed a towel and placed it around her body, opening the caravan door to the sound of Magnolia's voice. 'Oh s**t. What the hell does that little b***h want now...' She unlocked the door and glared down at her, hickies adorning her neck, large and painful looking. "What the hell do you want Magpie, I don't have all day. Kale? Why didn't he just come tell me? What did he send you for?" Irritated that she felt replaced, she stepped out of her caravan in nothing but a towel, backing Maggie up and glaring her in the face.
"Listen here miss thing, I don't like you, and I don't like you sniffing around Kale. I am going to say this, and I am going to say it once so pay attention. Kale is mine, not yours. He has been mine for a few centuries now and it's not about to change. So in my absence, I suggest you keep your whore legs shut and your slut mouth away from him, understand me? I don't want to hurt you Maggot, but I won't hesitate if you become a nuisance. Oh, and if Kale finds out about this little chit chat, even your stars will fail to see what I would plan coming. So back off you little b***h because I am not afraid to end you." Stepping back, she glared Maggie down and got back into her caravan after listening to whatever Kale had sent her for. Figuring it wasn't to urgent to leave right away, she crawled back into her bed, ditching her towel and crawling over Malachi. "Good morning handsome...care for a rerun?" OOC:

❝I will tell you your fortune and the out come... What you do, is you're decision. You control your stars.❞ Magnolia looked at Cassandra and crossed her arms, being a little secure. She took a breath in and said, "He didn't have time to tell you. The summoning was rather abrupt itself. I was the closets person he could deliver the message. He just wants you to go to his apartment in France and stay there till further instruction. It sounded a little important." She kept her distance from Cassie, feeling a little on edge. When Cassie went on her rant that Kale was hers and to keep her whore legs shut, Maggie bit her lower lip, biting her tongue to keep her from hissing and yelling. She was tired of fearing Cassie's verbal abuse and threats. She didn't have the say who Kale belongs to and it's not like. Kale decides who belongs to him. Maggie would usually feel scared and think that Cassie was right, but between the night before, the dance and embrace then the kiss in Limbo. Besides, Magnolia was not the whore in this situation. Cassandra was. She opened her legs to anything that looked interesting. If someone belongs to you, you only spread them to someone you love. But, Magnolia nodded and said, "I understand, Miss Cassandra. You make it crystal clear." When Cassie departed, so did Maggie. She was upset about the matter. She walked over to her Caravan to change out of her sleep wear and something more appropriate. She got dressed in a black corset with deep purple lace and the ribbon that tied it together was a nice purple. Her skirt was black and the sash that wrapped around her hips was black and gray with a silver moon and stars dangled. She made sure that the blood vial with her amethyst was still around her neck, showing this time. She kept her hair down and added the red flower with feathers. She applied her make up before walking out, feeding and taking care of her gypsy vanner. She made sure that Sophie was okay before going into her tent where she did her readings. Maggie grabbed her cards and made sure that Cassie was gone before returning to Kale's Caravan, locking the door behind her. She went to his room and frowned. She didn't like him to be gone like this. Who was he consulting with. She walked over and bent over, listening for a heart beat. There was still one. She looked at Mr. Grimm and asked, "How is he doing?" The cat looked at Magnolia and back at Kale. She took it as a good sign. Maggie sat at the foot of Kales bed, crossing her legs under her. She leaned against the wall, trying to do a fortune on Kale. She flipped her cards, finding them all blank. The psychic sighed and looked at Kale before returning to her cards, now just playing with them with their pictures back. Chloe smiled at Maggie and said, "There you have it, we will both help you. It's not a problem, Maggie. Just be careful with Cassie..." She got up with Jesse and walked out with him. She yawned and stretched, looking at Jesse. "I don't know about you, but I'm thinking about a nap today. Poor Maggie. I've never seen her like this and she looks like the type to keep her emotions under control no matter the situation. I'm going to get dressed and put up the sign before people come. I'll see you later, okay?" Chloe reached up and just made it to kiss right under his chin. Oh the pain to be so short... She walked off to her caravan to get dressed. She pulled on ripped skinny jeans with a white and blue short dress tank top. She brushed her hair and left it down like everyday. Chloe pulled on her black converse and walked outside with the sign in her arms. She walked to the booth and started hammering in the sign in front of the window before the visitors came. She made sure the gate was locked and walked away, hearing someone that came complaining already. People are so selfish. She made sure no one had fallowed her as she went up to the hill that Jesse took her last night. Looking at the scenery, it was even pretty in the day. The sky was so open and the lands was so vast with trees and departure for the river. Chloe plopped down in the soft grass, laying in it, watching the clouds. If today was canceled then that means they all had off today... She wondered if Jesse was doing anything today... ((OOC: I think it's a grand idea! c: ))

Months had passed since Kale's odd coma had taken place it was now late mid December and the cold was rather biting, here in the chilly mid western state. For the Cirque members, it was an extended vacation with no real responsibilities, or duties to uphold as shows had been on hiatus until the order was given by Kale, who had been missing in action for nearly since May. Seven very long months. For Jesse, his work was never ending. For it was he that was called upon constantly for repairs no matter the weather or situation. Heaters, leaky faucets, broken windows, flat tires, you name it and he was called to help. Being the person he was, he always did his best to get to everyone, asking for nothing in return. Cassandra had been gone just as long as Kale had, with still no word from her at all. Jesse would have like to have the same vacation time, and wished he had a talent that was performance worthy just so he could do so, but he was unfortunate in the matter.
The only others that really 'worked' were the members who ran the foo trucks, staying open at certain times of the day to keep everyone fed and happy. As always Jesse would pay and tip, then take his food either to his caravan or to his place on the hill, depending on the weather. As Christmas neared, he posted a sign on his door, stating that he would be taking some time for a Christmas break, and would only attend to emergencies such as gas leaks, heater trouble, or other major problems. He felt bad doing so but at the same time, Chloe came to mind. He hadn't been able to spend time with her like he had wanted as he was always running or too exhausted to hang out. He did however find time once or twice a week to eat with her, and had decided that to make up for lost time he would write to her and leave her secret letters. He thought she would find them sort of romantic and hoped she wouldn't find it creepy.
He helped out on a nightly basis, deciding to ease Maggie's mind and tend to Kale's body for her, keeping him bathed, and adjusting him now and again to avoid bed sores for when he was to awaken. He didn't mind the work, nor did he find it awkward to bathe him, for he would want someone to do the same for him if he were in a coma. Who would want to just be laying practically dead in their bed, smelling up the place with sweat? When he would finish it was right back to his caravan and into bed.
As he finished fixing Malachi's heat, he returned to his caravan by nightfall and grabbed a pen and his notebook. writing out a letter he contemplated on weather to sign it or to simply write 'Secret Santa' on the bottom. Making his decision he rolled up the pages and tied it with a oceanic blue ribbon, making it more of a scroll. He slipped an exquisitely colored stargazer lily in to be held by the ribbon and took it to Chloe's caravan, leaning into the doorway and placing it carefully on her kitchen table for her to find. He then went to Kale's, walked through his checklist of duties, then hit the showers, and returned to his own caravan, glad to finally relax for the evening. He pulled on a pair of dark grey sweats, black socks, and a black v-neck tee shirt, pushing his hair from his face as he searched for a DVD to watch. He decided on a newly released action movie, grabbed a soda from his mini fridge, and a tube of pringles. Settling in, he wondered just how long it would be if Chloe decided to pay him a visit, after finding his unexpected letter.
Dear Chloe, I am writing you this letter, in hopes that it puts a smile on your face. You've worked so hard lately, and I thought I would surprise you with a small gift for now. I have a more important gift waiting for you but you'll have to wait till Christmas for that. I am sorry I haven't really had time to spend with you, as I've been completely booked since winter hit. I would, however enjoy your company, anytime you'd grace me with it. I've been a bit too alone lately and I miss talking to you. By the time you get this, I should be in my caravan if you felt the urge to drop by. Snacks and hot chocolate, at my caravan? I apologize for leaving this inside your home, but I didn't want the winds to blow it off the door and worry that you would never have known it was here, or someone walk by and take it. I look forward to seeing your pretty face whenever it works out best for you, if you are interested that is. I hope you like the flower, and I hope to see you soon. Always, Jesse OOC: TIME SKIPPING! In honor of the Christmas spirit, we will be revolving the time nearing Christmas. Cassie has yet to return and I will post Kale's awakening after this post. The plot is about to get very interesting everyone!!

Kale was gone for a total of seven months, though in Limbo, it felt like it had only been hours. Kal's conversation with Lucifer, or Satan as some would call him, wasn't going as well as he had hoped. "What the hell do you mean I need to travel again? I just settled the Cirque! I bought the land and set everything up! You can't ask me to just pick up where we left off and travel the world again!" Kale was nearly outraged. After everything he had just been through and it was all for nothing. "I understand that Caelius but here is the problem. There are people in this world that I need reaped before long. I have a never ending list of names here, and you are the only one who can get me the souls without damaging them. You travel to the destinations I dictate, and retrieve the souls on my list. Refuse me, and your soul will be the second on I crush, that precious psychic of yours will be the first, and I will make sure you have front row seats to watch that. Think of it as your duty! This isn't a punishment! I think your advocates and followers will appreciate the change of pace."
Kale thought on it and asked "Alright and if I agree, what do I get out of it? If I have to use up all my energy collecting souls for you, how will I nourish myself?""I like your attitude! Alright, in return for the souls, I shall grant you a wish. For every one hundred souls you cross off my list, one wish, no loop holes. No wishing for more wishes, no wishing for more souls, nothing like that. I will decide what is irredeemable. Deal or not?" Kale nodded and shook the man's outstreatched hand, then could feel himself returning to his body. Once he was there, he looked around and checked the date and time. The evening was young still, though the date bothered him. He was gone for so long. Taking to the showers, he scrubbed his skin, dressed, and applied his usual evening amount of make up. Taking off to Maggie's, he knocked on her door, hoping like Hell she would be there. OOC: Ugh lame but I am so sleepy!! ><

Within the seven moths while Kale had been gone, Chloe would help around the cirque when she could, trying not to destroy anything and make more things for Jesse to do. She would help with some people practice with their future acts, have an occasional dinner or lunch with Jesse and spend time with Maggie to make sure she was okay. The two ended up being good friends and the psychic has even helped her with her clumsiness. She got comfortable being around Magnolia and Kale, even their cat that she was secretly scared of. As the months got colder, Chloe would make warm meals for everyone at the cirque.
Chloe got done feeding the animals before going to her Caravan. She pulled off her snow hat and scarf. She saw a scroll with a beautiful Lily in it. She pulled the Lily out and put it in some water, making sure to keep it alive. It was snowing though, it was rare to find lilies during this time of year. She smelled the Lily before reading the note. She smiled happily that it was from Jesse. It was hard to see him since their work has been clashing. It was either she was too tired or he was too tired. Besides, she was a little cold and hot chocolate would be perfect by now! Chloe fixed her hair and pulled hair scarf back on. She headed over to Jesse's caravan and knocked on the door. When he answered, she smiled up at him as it began to snow again. "Good evening! I got your scroll. Thank you for the stargazer. It's beautiful!" When he allowed her to come in, she took off her jacket, showing a long sleeved dark blue top with black trimming. She hugged Jesse tightly and said, "I missed you. I hope you don't feel neglected..." She looked up at him, giving him a worried look.

❝I will tell you your fortune and the out come... What you do, is you're decision. You control your stars.❞ Within the seven months were a little hard on Maggie. Trying to keep the cirque together, keeping an eye on Kale and making sure that Cassie was still at France. She couldn't be any more grateful that she had Jesse and Chloe to help her. Without them, she would have gone crazy. There would be times where Magnolia wouldn't sleep for two months, hoping Kale would wake up, but ended up being relieved by Chloe. She couldn't thank Jesse enough to bathe him since she found it very improper and it didn't feel right. And if Cassie was to ever find out, she would be more dead that the victims of Jack the Ripper.... But she managed to keep Kale's body hydrated and thankfully, he didn't really need people food. For his birthday, she ended up making him a small handmade voodoo doll. The others found it very disturbing looking, but she thought it was cute. Mr. Grimm ended up hissing at it. Hopefully, Kale would like it. Mr. Grimm did his part too while Kale was away. He was worried about his partial owner and brought in dead animals for him, hoping that it would help wake him up or hoping that he would wake up to see. That cat caught three hawks, five buzzards, four possums, six raccoons and a full grown fox. That cat had game, but when he wasn't out hunting, he was by Kale's side, being depressed. Magnolia's heart was torn half the time seeing her baby depressed and her love basically dead. She would always check the stars and his heart beat, but nothing changed.
When December came, it got a lot colder and Magnolia started wearing her black hooded cloak with her scarves. She wore her hair down more and worn black snow boots. Winter was a love hate relationship with her. She loved it because it was cold, it snowed and it's an excuse to be under a lot of blankets and curl up. She hated it because she had to wear shoes...
Maggie was at home, cooking some warm soup and tea water was cooking on the stove. She had her hair down, she had a on a black long sleeved shirt that covered most of her hands and a long black skirt on. She wore the necklace with the vial and the amethyst. She sets the table for two, predicting someone was coming, but not who. She pours two cups of tea and as she sat the tea kettle down, she walked to the door. Opening it up, she saw Kale. Her eyes got back and she jumped out of the Caravan and into the snow, hugging him tightly, "Caelius! You're back!" Coming back to reality, she lets him inside and closed the door. She looked up at him and said, "You've been gone for seven months, sir. I'm sure you're hungry and thirsty. Dinner just got done and the tea is fresh. Mr. Grimm had caught a chicken this morning so I thought I'd cook it up. So tonight is chicken soup, appropriate for the weather, if I must say." Speaking of the Devil, the cat meows and rubs up against Kale's legs purring loudly. WHEN YOU FUMBLE ALL YOUR BANGLES AND YOUR LOVED ONES HAVE BEEN MANGLED LISTEN TO THE JUNGLE JANGLE OF MY GYPSY TAMBOURINE "May I tell you your fortune, my love?" Jessee got out of his bed to answer the door, smiling brightly as he looked at Chloe. Just the person he wanted to see. He took her coat for her and hung it over a chair, before taking her into his arms and smirking at her comment. "You are welcome! I've missed you too, and maybe a little bit but it's fading out now that you showed up." He kissed her forehead and turned toward the kitchen making two large mugs of hot chocolate, with marshmallows on top. Leading her to the bedroom portion of his caravan, he sat on his side of the bed, and got under the blankets, telling her to get comfortable as well. He was within the last five minutes of his movie, and asked before pressing play to finish it while she got situated. They had done this movie night thing several times before now, and it was awkward a bit at first but now it came to them rather naturally. Sharing snacks, giggling and snickering back and fourth, sharing blankets against the cold, and over all just having a good night, without worrying about the stresses from their days.
As the movie ended, Jessie offered to let her pick the next one. "Unless of course you had something else in mind. I was game for the hot chocolate, the rest is up to you beautiful." he smiled as he drank from his mug, loving the way something so simple could make her blush so badly. He ae another potato chip and waited for her suggestions, weather they be movie titles, types of games (mostly personal games like Would You Rather, Two Truths And A Lie, or Never Have I Ever) that taught the other personal details that they did occassionally, or even walking, though he didn't think she would suggest it in this cold weather. Waiting for her call, he finished his hot cocoa and headed to the kitchen to refill their mugs. Neither had any idea Kale had returned, but it was only a matter of time. OOC:
