Sagebomb Eviesee645 Yeah honestly my guess is that it was the plot of a TV show or a movie or something or even a dream I had. I mean it just seems WAY too random to have come just from my brain not working right... but then again I guess it's possible and yeah sorry novii @_@ Memories are effectivly just formed neural pathways, so it makes sense that when you have a partial its located in a generally similar area each time, and that it could trigger a memory stored in that place at one point. During the seizure when your brain is being forced to play that memory, whist still trying to function normally, it seems logical it would bring the two togather in a attempt to make sense of it. Yeah haha I just really want to know what it's a memory of! It's like really specific and pretty much exactly the same every time

Sagebomb Citrus Novii Yeah I have too actually, but at least MFP has a lot of different options, like...you can choose walking briskly down hill vs walking slow paced. XD A downside and a positive I guess~ It doesn't really affect me too too much I guess, since I'm just mainly using it like a diary on the exercise thing, I guess it's like a motivator for some people though. Like, oh I worked out now I can go eat something lovely. I 'unno since I just eat when I'm hungry anyways. Fair enough, my eating is as messed up as my schedule atm...need to get that back on track, I went to bed around 10:30am this morning. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Messed up? XD Seems like it just got flipped on its a**.

Funny thing is I think I know more old people insomniacs than old person early to bedders. "Abstract Insomnia is a prevalent problem in late life. Sleep problems in the elderly are often mistakenly considered a normal part of aging. Insomnia, the most common sleep disorder, is a subjective report of insufficient or nonrestorative sleep despite adequate opportunity to sleep. Despite the fact that more than 50% of elderly people have insomnia, it is typically undertreated, and nonpharmacologic interventions are underused by health care practitioners." Ive always kind of been a old soul....but older soul than just human living years ninja

I wouldn't ever call myself an insomniac, but I 'unno I just have a hard time calming my brain down to sleep sometimes. I've always got one more post to respond too, one more page in the book to write, did I drop of the store's sales taxes today? Stuff like that. XD I DID pick up some of that melatonin yesterday though when I was getting fruit. If I have any troubles tonight I'm going to give it a shot. c:

I have a very similar issue, unless I am really tired (which isnt that often even when working long days), If I just go to bed, turn the ligh off and thats it. Then I will usually be laying there for 2-3 hours before falling alseep, because like you said, when I stop doing stuff thats when I start thinking about all the stuff I need to do, might not have done, or what kind of super powers I would like and the run on effects of those powers in a social anthropological setting and such... So I almost always watch a movie, or a couple episodes of something on my laptop before I go to sleep, because that way I can turn my brain off and veg out to something, then just shut the lid (So yeah I often sleep with my lappy close to my head XD). Awesome, let me know how it goes. Also, what strength did you end up getting?

I have to do the same thing, XD Of course that sometimes backfires on me...since I get invested in stuff easily, like white chicks was on last night and I just couldn't stop laughing and ended up being awake until midnight. emotion_facepalm They had like three (1mg 5mg and 10mg) options, and ended up getting the 1mg because I've never taken it before, and don't want to end up screwing my hormones or something. Paranoooooooooiaaaaaaaa ♫

Paranoooooooooiaaaaaaaa ♫ Often I end up watching something Ive watched before so its easier to turn off, though recently its mainly been movies Ive been getting. Like last night it was about Moon Nazis and thier plans to take over earth. Because melatonin is a natural thing in your body unless you are taking massive ammounts its unlikly to do any damage. (Aka below 10mg and you will be taking less than your bodys normal daily fluxuation of melatonin) Since all melatonin in drug form does is boost the ammount already in your blood stream, its got virtually no side effects (Unless you count things that tend to be side effects of sleeping more, such as sleeping more, or if you have depression and are already sleeping lots...it might make you more tired). There are some things in the "might" category of unproven side effects, but those are often linked to other medications like mixing with blood pressure medication. Aka as long as you are only taking before you go to bed...and not say before work. You should be all good XD. But still best to start at the lowest dose.

Plus my skin tone is like, similar to paper, I usually end up this color whenever I go out into the sun. ; 3; BUT GOOD FOR YOU. Is work going better then? I don't like angel food cake. :< I have failed you.
