Dylon stayed quiet as Jerry ssh'd him, looking around for the source of the music. It was beautiful. So delicate and beautiful. His heart beated a little faster as he waited and listened, the thick darkness surrounding them as his light was snuffed by Jerry's hand. He wasn't sure what to do.

Jerry could feel the panic instinctively welling up inside his chest. The darkness was pressing around them, the haunting, beautiful song growing louder- closer.... Roar snarled threats that if he didn't keep his s**t together, the weapon would completely disown him,
Sasha's parting words, echoing down into the dungeon rang in his ears- if they had been directed to Evan up at the mouth or to them or both it didn't matter. don't let them know you are hunters. "Quick," He hissed quietly, "Take off your coat. Do you have your pack?" He had left his own up at the entrance forty feet above them.

The music faded and something hit the floor with a gentle thud nearby them.

"M-my..." His coat? Dylon wasn't sure what the deal was, since the hunter coat was kind of important, right? He moved to try and remove a sleeve when the music suddenly stopped. He flinched as something dropped nearby.
Hesitantly, Dylon moved his flashlight to where he'd heard the thud.

Jerry was already shrugging out of his own, rolling it up to stuff under his arm, clutter in his pockets and all, like a camping blanket. 'Ah... W-WHO'S THERE?" he shouted, voice wavering in terror he wasn't sure if he was faking or not. "Play dumb," He hissed in the trainee's ear.

The light revealed a rope ladder, gently swaying as it hung down from the ceiling above.

"They did it." Dylon beamed with a relieved sigh. "Jerry, it's a ladder." Odd that Sasha or Wash didn't call down first, though.
"Jerry, are you able to climb with your leg like that?" He asked, already getting up and offering his good hand to the older hunter.

Jerry's mind wasn't far from Dylon's, his brows furrowed. "SASHA?" he called up warily. "WASH? EVAN?" He eased himself up to his good foot with Dylon's help, but made no move to grab the rope.

"Come on, Jerry. We don't have all day," Sasha's voice lectured impatiently above them.

"Ah, there she is. Come on, Jerry." Dylon smiled. "I really thought we were going to be stuck here a while."
Dylon started to climb, albeit a little awkwardly as he babied his left hand. "Jerry, if you need to stop let me know, okay?" He didn't want to race ahead if the sun hunter needed a breather, or aid. "I don't think I can piggyback you though, sadly." He chuckled.

"You s-scared us there for a minute!" Jerry gave a sigh of relief at the sound of her voice, slowly making his way with a hiss of pain to the base of the ladder to hold it still for Dylon as he climbed as well as gripping it for support. "Yeah, yeah I'll ah... be right up." He glanced back over his shoulder at the bottles of ale.
He debated.

With his injured leg, Jerry would only be able to carry one small cask up.

Dylon spared a look down, seeing Jerry eyeing the booze.
"Um, no disrespect, but I feel like that should be the least of your worries?"
