After waiting, what would appear to be months, the Chimera Kumori and Red had made would finally sit up, alive. Kumori helped him to his feet, giving him the name of Din as they left to get some training done.

As the Pagan stepped into the crypt, he could definitely tell that something was off from the last time he'd visited. The area was abnormally clean--free of the ancient dust and debris that normally coated all of the tombs and underground passageways. The occasional plush chair and curtain gave a very regal feel to an otherwise mortifying and grim scene. "I can tell you for certain that there's a group of succubus here. Seductive furniture, curtains...? They're definitely in their native environment here. Especially surrounded by so much death." His steps were light, taking special care not to make very much noise. Even if the three of them were powerful, they had no idea exactly how many opponents they were facing; mistakes could lead to death very quickly. As he proceeded further through the crypt, Amias started to see lights in the distance. Multiple tunnels--most of which would have led to the same point--were all giving off a strange sort of light. It flickered from purple to red in random patterns, giving the walls a sort of living, vivid glow the closer they got to the room.

However, Amias paused in the middle of his step. Hoping the two would follow suit. There was something...off about these tunnels. In front of them, a strange wall of purple fog had seemed to take shape. Even if he were virtually unkillable by many of Axiom's creatures and entities, he found it rather obvious that an unnatural wall of fog like this was not something you should just walk into. In a low voice, he whispered, "We need to circle around and pinpoint the source of this fog before proceeding. Look at the walls..." If they were to look at the walls--which were made of stone, with some incredibly hard minerals in the mix--they would see that anywhere the fog touched was being quickly disintegrated. Even for a durable body like Gil's, he would find it extremely difficult to pass through such an area unscathed; for his rank, he would undergo severe damage.

"Since the two of you seem to be...closely bonded, I'll take the path to the right. The two of you can venture off to the left as you please. Or you can stick with me. The choice is yours." Either way, Amias would make quick, light steps towards the right, around the current ring of tunnels leading into the fogged room. Both sides would be riddled with the succubi's traps along the way. Some could say that getting into the fog room would be the most difficult part of the mission, but...they'd be wrong. Very wrong.

xxxGILGAMESH's booming footsteps echoed through the halls of the crypts as he approached Amias, assuming that Ghull was right behind him. He didn't bother looking behind him because he could sense his undead kin's energy getting nearer from the rear. These crypts were a place that GILGAMESH felt quite welcome in. He was massive, making it a bit narrow for him to maneuver, but he felt cozy. Maybe it was the fact that nobody would come here to bother him. Perhaps it was because this was a place that his brother would be able to thrive in while GILGAMESH could stay and protect him. These were two, good reason, but it was likely just the scent of death in the area. It was really calming for GILGAMESH to be around death. It wasn't a morbid reason, more or less. Actually, it was selfless. Ghull, in life, was Diabolus and was a ruthless killer, but was now embraced by undeath as a Lich. It was expected for Ghull to now be a lot more comfortable in places where the dead lied. Even more so, he'd thrive in a place like this as a necromancer.

xxx"Stay behind me, brother," GILGAMESH said in Demonica with a hushed tone. After hearing what Amias had advised, the devil had gone through plans of action in his own head and came up with this as the best course of action: Make a way around to the source of the fog and shield Ghull from harm as much as possible. "I will walk first and defend from any traps. You lack the skills required to defend yourself right now so I will do it for you." GILGAMESH knew that his brother had not yet come to learning many of his powers. For now, the necromancer was defenseless, and it was up to GILGAMESH to act as a shield.

xxxThe devil pushed his way through the corridors and around the fog, stepping into the tunnels opposite of Amias' path. GILGAMESH did not expect this to be simple by any means. In fact, he was prepared to give his life for his brother if it came down to it. He was actually always prepared for that. He failed to protect his brother in the past, leading to his embrace of undeath, and would never do so again without putting his own life in harm's way first. As the massive demon pushed forward even further, voices and footsteps could be heard. It sounded like simple chatter between two people and their footsteps grew closer, coming around a corner. GILGAMESH wanted to get the jump on them so he motioned for Ghull to stay back for this. The devil stood along the corner with his spear in his right hand after he removed it from the holster on his back. He could hear them get just about to the corner so he pushed himself around and rammed his spear through what he assumed would be one of the Succubi, but he would be quite disappointed when his weapon only disemboweled the air in front of him. Before being able to try to comprehend this event, five bolts of energy, the same kind fired by a low level mage, plowed into GILGAMESH's armor and sent him flying back into a wall. It hurt, but it wasn't anything that would threaten his condition. Actually, most of the pain was from the impact into the wall. When GILGAMESH slid down to the ground and then got up, he'd see a heeled shoe step away from them around a corner down the hallway. They were getting close. It was at this time that he became curious as to what was going on with Amias in his neck of the crypts.

Ghull was following behind his giant of a brother GILGAMESH. He was able to catch up to his brother rather quickly which was a surprise to him. His brother was always far ahead of him when it came to walking due to the big strides he could take with the length of his legs. Hell it was minimum two steps of Ghulls equal one of GILGAMESH'S steps.

As he followed in his brothers foot steps a smile would creep across his face without him realizing it till they got to the entrance of the crypts. The stench hit him and oh boy did he ever love it. The smell of death, decay and everything nasty all rolled up and he could even smell the slight catch of just starting to decompose bodies. That was his favourite smell of all time it really got him excited cause it meant the body was now cold and filled with more smells. To many others the smell would cause them to throw up, however for Ghull the smell was inviting as he got excited more and more now with each step they took towards the entrance of the crypts.

He followed the two men into the crypts and when they came to a stop he heard what the other man by the name of Amias had to say. He felt like this man was smart and wise so rather then starting a fight or anything he would listen to him and follow his plans. “Succubus you say... Hmm I haven't ever seen one in quite some time. Guess that means I might have myself a new toy to play with after we are done here.” He chuckled at the idea of having himself some new bodies to use for his future skills he planned on developing for himself.

He snapped back into focus when he saw his brother beginning to walk away which caused him to jump up slightly and quick pace himself up behind his brother. Once he caught up he slowed down as he gripped the staff of his scythe. He listen carefully as he began to hear the same noises as GILGAMESH he was being careful as he followed. When his brother motioned for him to stay back he took a step back and held onto the scythe with both hands. Within a quick moment he watched as he saw his brother jump out then get flung back onto the wall. Which to him was kinda funny seeing his brother get knocked back for once was defiantly not something he saw everyday.

Once his mind came back he calmed himself as he began to walk closer to his brother, he peeked his head around the corner but for himself he didn't see anything. He took a step back as he waited for his brother to lead the charge once more.

For Amias, it just so turned out that the grass was much greener on the other side. Truth be told, he'd relied on their loner nature to coerce them into separating from him. With the two of them out of the way, he was able to successfully determine what the best angle of entry would be inside of the fog room without having to waste his time walking around the back to some hidden lever, ridden with traps. Using his special ability, Amias was able to temporarily destroy the space between himself and the fog room, showing up nigh-instantly in a tremendous room...it looked almost like a theater. Dozens of rows of seats descended for stories, leaving down to what seemed to be a tremendously large center stage at the bottom. Thankfully, Amias had appeared at the top level, out of the range of most all of the succubi. Below, a young, blond-haired woman was literally being skinned alive by a small horde of succubus. IT was a ravenous, macabre celebration of flesh and blood; even though it was nowhere near the succubi's ideal range of food, the horde was devouring this poor girl almost for sport; it was despicable.

For now, Amias would only watch and wait as more sacrifices were brought out for the carnal slaughter. He wanted to wait patiently for Ghull and Gil to find their own way into the Fog Room so that he wouldn't be the only one tasked with the cleanup duty again. Gremmy could have helped, but it didn't seem that Lich were...skilled at cleaning up their messes. Only good at making more with the dead bodies they salvage.

xxxThe next five or so minutes were filled with a series of loud charging sessions through the tunnels. GILGAMESH smashed through a couple of the walls in what seemed to be a fit of minor rage. He didn't usually get like this, but his primal instinct as a hunter had kicked in and he was going to finish hunting the creature that had just recently assaulted him. It could seem, though, that the rage GILGAMESH was exhibiting could be harmful to their task, but things took an interesting turn when GILGAMESH kicked down a wall that toppled over one of the Succubi, whom did recover themselves and get back up. On further inspection from the devil, he had busted into the room where their targets had been waiting. If it were visible through the full helmet he wore, a wide, toothy grin would be on display, showing how pleased he was with this treasure cove of a hunting ground. His massive left palm gripped the steel ball that hung from a chain wrapped around his waist. He pulled it out and the chain unraveled, falling to the ground. His other hand gripped the chain and lifted it up. A chuckle was let loose from his mouth at this time. Now, it would just be until that someone made the first move that he would stay still where he was.

Ghull stood there on the other side of the wall as he watched his brother from around the corner as he kept his charging rampage down the hallway after the people that had just assaulted him. As his brother made his way down the hallway he would slowly follow behind a few steps that of his brother. He found it funny that his brother was as almost as big as the hallway that they walked down. Suddenly when his brother kicked down the wall he saw that this was the target location they had been looking for.

It was a giant size room, it was quite nice looking at first glance. With the layout being that of a theater place which he found quite amusing. With their feast being that of a show for themselves they would bring the prisoners here then feast and do as they wished to the prisoners. Whatever it was as long as it pleased their own needs they seemed as happy as possible, which to him sounded like a great idea which made him realize. He needed his own layer for him to do things like this in. As he thought about it he had many different ideas now swarming around within his head for ideas to begin his adventure on creating his own diabolic laboratory. He shook his head as he gathered back his attention to the situation in front of him.

“Well so it seems we have found ourselves the people we have been looking for now haven’t we?” He chuckled as he looked around the room enjoying the look of the room. “Well it seems you have ran out of options here, cause we have been hired to end your lives and I will never turn down a job nor will I never not complete a mission that I have been hired to do.” He looked at the succubus that stood in this room and grinned as he gripped his staff and held out his other hand as a green sphere appeared in his hand. He let out a chuckle as he pulled it back then threw it forward as the green ball flew over and exploding in front of one of the succubus causing the man to fall back out of being surprised. It didn't do much for damage but did cause some cuts and scratches upon his face and upper body.

Now that the other two had made their...sudden entrance, Amias figured it was time to act. After Gil rammed through the wall, some of the debris had actually fallen to the stage below, coming rather close to killing a couple of the succubus by default. However, they were fast enough to dodge. Five of them leaped to the back, opening what seemed to be fire tomes. It was clear; the succubus they found in the bar had alerted the sisterhood that the trio was on their way. Fire magic would prove to be powerful against creatures of dark or undead nature. Meaning that...against fire magic, GILGAMESH and Ghull were both weak. Without missing a beat, Amias snapped his fingers. While their spells were being cast, the ground underneath the succubus disappeared, revealing what appeared to be an execution pit. It was likely that a trapdoor existed somewhere on stage to dispose of the bodies...but this was a more direct route. "I'll handle the mages; I figure you wouldn't fare very well against fire anyway? I leave the up-close and personal to you." If they were to look over at Amias' location, they would see that he had vanished. As of now, he was slipping through the hole with the mages. With another snap of his fingers, the hole closed. A total of ten succubus remained above the pit, each armed with various weaponry, or simply their bare hands. Hopefully, the two of them would be able to last an up-close and personal fight.

Amias--however--was perfectly in his element. The pit was incredibly deep; everlasting torches lined the circular walls of the hole, going down even further than his eyes could see. Apparently...the succubus planned to keep this 'body storage' gig going for millenia on end. After coating his fingers with dense Lyr, he shoved his fingertips into the wall to hold himself up. The succubi--however--seemed to have some sort of spell that allowed flight. This looked like a tricky situation; one flightless Pagan versus five flying fire mages...perhaps he wouldn't fare so well this time?

xxxSuccubi with weaponry? Fire mages? None of this was threatening at all to GILGAMESH. "This battle shall be simple for me." The demon spoke in his de facto language before lunging forward with amazing force, launching the steel ball forward into the gut of an unarmed Succubi. GILGAMESH continued to run through and into the crowd of demons, clawing into the throat of the aforementioned Succubus with the recent abdomen injury from the steel ball, and grabbed hold of her trachea, tearing it out of her as he charged right into an Incubus that had no idea what was coming. GILGAMESH ran through and slammed him into a wall. The devil, still holding the trachea from before, punched his fist right into the jaw of the Incubus, crumbling his mandible with his massive fist, and shoving the Succubus' trachea down into his throat. GILGAMESH dropped the chain to the ball that he was holding and whipped out his longsword, slashing it across the gut of the Incubus and eviscerating the beast. With a blood-lusty gaze, he stared at the Incubus' gut as they spilled out of his body. A demonic laughter was let out of the massive devil's chest. He wasn't fighting or protecting his brother right now. GILGAMESH was hunting for game.

Ghull's eyes shot over to where Amias had been when he heard of him speaking to GILGAMESH and Ghull. He was at the top of the theatre being within the last row of chairs were he was hidden and safe. So he easily made it into the room then it seemed, the difference was his and GILGAMESH'S entrance was defiantly a lot more big and flashy. “Seems that would be the best move to have done due to the weakness we hold towards the casters.” He watched as Amias jumped into the what seemed like a portal and then disappeared just as quickly as he had appeared to this fight.

With all of that being done he knew it wasn't going to take very long before GILGAMESH jumped into the fight doing what he does best and that is tearing apart what stood in front of him. His lips curled into a sinister smile as he watched his brother doing what he does best. He held out his hand causing a ball of energy to appear within it. As the ball began to swell into a bigger ball he took his left hand and with an open palm pointed at the group.

“Arise swordsmen!” A black swirling hole appeared in the group and a skeleton swordsman appeared as he began to crawl out of the hole. The skeleton looked rather normal, he was a basic looking skeleton with a metal helmet and chest armour. The helmet was tilted to the left while both metal armour was very battered and scratched up. He held a simple one handed sword which looked like it was a ancient looking sword. Once the swordsmen got out of the hole he made a few steps over to stand in front of his master as he held his sword in his ready stance.

Now his attention was back to his other hand that had an energy ball he was holding. The ball began to shoot out energy attacks which kept hitting one of the Succubi. They were all shooting out hitting him in separate areas so it wasn’t all in the same spot. He got knocked back which caused the skeleton to run forward in a burst were he swung the sword from left to the right. He flicked his wrist and swung from the bottom right diagonally up. With another flick he brought the sword a little bit to the right before bringing it down with one last swing cutting the Succubi into a few different pieces before landing and jumping back in front of his master holding his sword waiting for the next move to be made.

For the most part, Amias' battle with the mages was...uneventful. They would throw a couple of spells his way, and he'd deflect them. It was getting to the point where some of the succubi were simply crossing their arms in irritation; they couldn't kill him, and he was hard-pressed to kill them as well. It was six energy pools against one, and their spells were potent enough to defend against his gunfire and his lyr. To be frank, it was one of the most annoying stalemates he'd ever been in. However, it was oddly relaxing. What with what had happened on his last mission--where he and Lilith nearly destroyed an entire town fighting Amala--this was a nice break in the action. So for now, the group merely stood there, pea-shooting each other with petty spells and abilities until the action cleared up above them.

Well, until Amias got really bored, that is. After summoning his cannon, he fired the shell directly at one of the succubus. It possessed enough power to tear through her body and into the wall behind her. However, she and all of her mage sisters were already preparing blasts of fire purposed not only to destroy the cannon shell, but Amias as well. The next instant was something truly spectacular, and one of the Pagan's favorite gambits. Using his abilities, he moved himself and the cannon shell through the flames, allowing his shell to smash in the skull of the succubus he was aiming at. However, the fun doesn't end there. Using his ability one more time, he moved the shell back into his cannon, instantly reloading. Now, he stood less than ten feet away from the rest of them. Their surprise was...intense. Gasps and screams of horror filled the space as their leaped backwards in shock, trying to create some distance between themselves and Amias. However, it was too late. His arm extended towards another one of the mages, and as soon as the shell fired, her body was pierced, ripped to pieces, and strewn across the wall. And somehow, the shell was already back in the cannon, ready to fire. He did this dance for a while, gunning until only two of the succubus remained. However, something was off about them. One of their bodies began to glow a sickly green, the other a pale red.

"Joint Necromancy? Now that's a treat." Amias need only look below. the pile of corpses that inevitably waited below was the only place they could draw their abilities from. Whatever it was...it hinged on how many corpses they had piled down there. What Amias didn't expect...was the air-shaking rumble that began to effect his body as soon as they began chanting. It wasn't quite visible yet, but the silhouette at the bottom of the torches was...massive. Whatever that hulking creation was, it was quite obvious that they hadn't been collecting corpses from just Luimira. This was a widespread movement; those bodies served far more than one purpose.

Amias could only ready himself for now. A fight would be inevitable at this point.

xxxAs GILGAMESH was now in his hunting state, the Succubi and Incubi that crowded the area were now backing away. They could sense the Diabolus' full presence now, something that was overwhelming to most humans and could strike fear into demons. These demons that stood around GILGAMESH were definitely frightened now, but not to the point that they would back down so easily. Actually, three of them gathered around GILGAMESH and all charged together towards him, striking him with longswords, but to no avail. Each slash only swiped against the armor that the devil wore, and, when they managed to connect with skin, they found the same result. A Diabolus' body is basically an iron armor and a set of steel armor on top of that only made regular blades bounce right off. The demons continued to strike GILGAMESH, though, as he began to gather dark energy into his body. The attack did not phase him in the slightest. After about twenty seconds more of this, though, of them actually broke their longsword across GILGAMESH's stomach, which struck even more fear into them.

xxxGILGAMESH was tired of this now. He hadn't gathered enough energy to finish this fight yet, but he could still fight while he gathered energy. The devil that was now radiating black and purple flames of dark energy turned and locked eyes with a Succubus, whom then began to find it quite difficult to breathe. When she went to grab her neck as if she was choking, she felt a long and hard object lodged all the way through her neck. Her eyes followed it and realized that it was a tail extending out of GILGAMESH's armor and was now plunged deep enough through the Succubus' throat that about five inches of it were showing on the other side. The tail was whipped out of the demon's throat quickly, creating a sloshy, *fwip* sound as blood immediately began to gush from the gaping hole. A foot soon collided with the side of her head, which broke with was left of her necking, snapping it around one-hundred-eighty degrees. Blood exploded from the Succubus' mouth before the body went limp and crumbled down to the ground. The two Incubi that stood and watched this were not expecting GILGAMESH's next strike. The devil dropped his longsword and then lunged forward with all his strength, slamming his hands forward to the guts of the demon's, aiming his claws to plunge through, which they did. As the gauntlet began to pierce their bodies, dark energy flowed through them due to GILGAMESH's nature as a Shadow Knight, improved even further as black jets of flame punched out of his fingertips and torched through into their insides. The jets didn't go out for fifteen seconds, spending the entire duration cooking and boiling the intestines, kidneys, spleen, gall bladder, and stomach, turning every organ into a roasting, puss-oozing, useless organ, which each burst and released their contents, spilling out of the bod in only one place, the rectum. As the guts came out while the Incubi soiled themselves, GILGAMESH ripped his gauntlets out of their bodies so that he could wrap his hands around the handle to the greatsword that was strapped to his back. With a mighty swing, GILGAMESH cleaved the Incubi right through the tops of their torsos, just inches below their collar bones, which severed their heads and arms from their bodies right at the shoulder. The armless and headless torsos stood for a moment before they were both slapped down to the ground by GILGAMESH's powerful tail.

Ghull let out a chuckle as he watched his brother was ripping threw everyone that stood in front of them. He watched closely as his brother used his sword and even his tail as a weapon against the Succubi and Incubi. He always did miss having his own tail as a weapon but with him becoming a Lich he lost the ability to use it as a weapon which did make him sad. His attention was brought back to the last of the few men that stood now in front of them.

He took out his hand and held it up towards one of the Succubi. The same green glow appeared within his hand that had just appeared within his hand moments ago. A small ball appeared within the glow before it grew in size and launched out of his hand and into the face of one Succubi. His minion crouched down before leaping at the Succubi with his sword clenched in his hand. He took the sword and swung it across the chest of the Succubi which caused the man to stumble backwards before another three balls of energy to fly out of the hand of Ghull and into the face of the Succubi. The minion then took his sword and began to do random slashes with his sword, he took about ten slashes at the Succubi before he dropped to the ground causing his blood to pour out on the ground.

He took his hand up and held out his hand causing it to glow green again. Three green glowing spheres appeared on the ground below the feet of three of the last few Succubi. The three Succubi got their attacks ready as they held them up against towards Ghull they were about to be sent towards him as the three spheres of energy exploded at their feet causing them to be sent flying. The minion launched himself forward taking his sword and spinning mid leap cutting one of the Succubi across the chest, he would then follow up the attack with a few quick more slashes causing the Succubi to drop to the ground.

Ghull took his staff and held it up towards the sky as the top of the staff began to glow an eary green glow. He held it up towards the sky for half a second before slamming it down on the ground. After about a second from the moment he slammed the staff onto the ground would cause green bolts to appear and strike each enemy within the area. It would hit all of the enemy’s within the area. It would even hit the enemy Amias was currently dealing with underneath them. The bolt hit the two last men he was dealing with causing them to drop to the ground before they would be able to unable to move. He grinned as he looked at the bodies around them, he would have to make sure to grab them so he could use them for his future projects.

Amias could vaguely hear the sounds of battle above, but they mattered little to him at the moment. Currently, he was dodging the hulking fists of a nine-armed monstrosity. It was composed entirely of bodies, and held together completely by the magic power of the dual necromancers. He tried to kill them as well, but unfortunately...they were somewhat persistent in keeping themselves alive. No matter how much he teleported around trying to kill them, it was like they were reading his movements; the energy sensing ability of the mages was quite annoying. No matter how many times he shot the beast with his cannon, its arms were continually regenerating. Though...there was a limit. If he continued to damage it, and continued to force it to regenerate, the necromancers would run out of energy, lose their flight ability, and plummet tragically to their deaths. So he continued with the meaningless dance for a while. It got to the point to where he simply equipped two cannons. Going dualsies for a bit--instantly reloading his weapons with his cheap-a** ability--and blowing this b***h to a grave of nothingness.

Even so...this was getting annoying. Very quickly. The sounds of crashing and smashing could be heard from above; Amias could tell that the two above him would wrap up their fight shortly, so he planned on following suit. With a burst of energy, he unleashed tendrils of Lyr from his body, using them to slice through the bodies composing the wrists of the giant. It couldn't regenerate this damage quickly enough to avoid falling, so it plummeted down to the pile of bodies below. This gave him enough time to turn on the two necromancers that had been causing him so much trouble. "Now...you two ladies have been awfully rude. Summoning a giant to try and kill me? Basic human decency is still a thing, even for we supernatural beings, you know. In return...I guess I'll have to show you the same indecency that you've given me. Perhaps I'll make it tenfold for some added flavor." From his body, the tendrils extended again, slicing off the hands of the necromancers, forcing them to drop their tomes, nearly falling to their deaths from the lack of concentration. Unfortunately, cutting off their hands wasn't enough to get them to stop chanting their spells. So he did the obvious thing. Using his tendrils to hold their mouths open, one sharp tendril entered each of their mouths...and promptly sliced off their tongues. The cries of pain weren't exactly beautiful--especially coming from succubus--but they were music to his ears after all the annoyance they'd put him through. When it seemed like they were about to pass out from profuse blood loss, he repeatedly shot them with the cannon until they were swiss cheese, and then let them fall. Instead of making a flashy entrance and killing all of the remaining succubi above, he used his ability to instead reappear at the top of the stage--where he was when the fight began. Because it was nigh-instantaneous, it was likely that the two wouldn't even notice in the heat of battle. However...he simply waited patiently for them to finish now.
