Jude rolled his eyes at the both of them, "I got a girlfriend thanks."
Or at least something resembling a girlfriend, but he wasn't here to try and mince terms. He didn't seem to feel awkward about anything that just happened as he waved a hand over at the pair of girls.
"Unlike a lot of people I can keep it in my god damn pants. Thanks." It seemed the implication that he'd do anything with a strange girl was almost insulting to him. He was a lot pickier than that, thanks.

Fedora walked into the main room where food was going to be served and stopped in place. It was a good thing that there was no one behind her, because she was floored by the decorations. The stag, the castles, the waiters...
She'd never been to a fancy place like this.
She felt severely under-dressed.
Tugging at her scarf consciously, she moved to sit at an empty chair, staring over the menu and biting at her lower lip. "Uh..."
The second one sounds nice.
Torn between it and the third, Fedora sighed, reaching up to tip her hat down, openly frustrated. She didn't realize the waiter was speaking to her until he cleared his throat, making her jump.
"O-oh! I'll have the water, please. Thank you." Frowning as he left, her eyes slid back to the menu, wondering what to order. There were no prices on the menu. This worried her...

Heidi squeaked and awkwardly pat the other girl's hair when there was suddenly a head on her shoulder. Awkward position was awkward, her arm didn't like bending this way. Ohhh, Jude had a girlfriend. "Oops! I'm sorry, I didn't know~." It was an honest apology, she wouldn't have made the joke if she'd known. She didn't even seem bothered by Jude's grumpiness over what she'd said. "At least now we know how to calm the Wild Jude. Put a napkin over his face."

Maebe didn't know that either, but it certainly killed the awkwardness Heidi had accidentally created. All she could say was a quiet, snickered, "She must be a saint." But she bit her stinging tongue, and sat back up straight, patting his shoulder.
"You know what, that was uncalled for. I'm sorry." Her hand reached out to shake his. "Truce?"

The only thing that saved them both from a very angry Death Hunter was that they both apologized to him. He went from grumpy back to neutral in about three seconds. "Forgiven and truce."
Quietly he reached out and shook hands with Maebe. There was something in his demeanor that bespoke of his tendencies to go for the metaphorical jugular. It must have been the way he stared at Maebe trying to make sure she wasn't going to suddenly play a new trick on him just then.

Jude was a smart, smart man. Because of course Maebe had ulterior motives. She took his hand and put it right in her mouth, before chomping down on it.

Jude was smart but not smart enough. That or not fast enough.
His expression was neutral as he barely flinched at the bite. The young man stared at her blankly, "You have three seconds to let go of my hand, Twisted One. Exactly three seconds."
"If you fail to do so I will forcefully remove your teeth with a hammer.."
There was no laughter. No funloving grin. Only blank stare that slowly became murderous.

For some reason, Maebe actually believed him. Oh, she knew he had no hammer, and she knew - well now wait, she thought. Perhaps he did have a hammer. Perhaps that was his weapon. Perhaps three seconds were almost up. She let go of his hand, pulling her mouth away and closing her lips tight - for all of a second. Then she grinned a giant, cheshire cat smile. "He tastes like chicken, Heidi." She whispered to the side.

His fist now free from her mouth was wiped clear. Jude's ear twitched when he heard her words whispered to Heidi.
Quietly he leaned toward mostly Heidi with a small feral grin suddenly perched on his lips, "Funny you should mention chickens. Considering ..."
He was out for blood. Unless she relented.

That a*****e.It was well deserved.Maebe's grin melted away into absolute horror when he threatened, without so many words, to reveal her secret. She turned to sit and look straight ahead, no longer in the mood to play any games. "Since it's on the menu." She finished for him, quickly. "Yeah, haha. Real funny." A waiter walked by, finally handing her the coke she ordered, and she snagged him before he got away. "Rum, please." Have you not had enough intoxication by now?She ignored the stupid voice in her head.

That's right Maebe. Back off.
When it seemed that her urge to toy with him had relented. He leaned away into his own personal bubble. His grin disappeared just as quickly as it had formed and he sat there as if nothing had happened at all. "Yes. It is on the menu. I am not sure if it is any good."
There was a quiet glance over at Maebe from the corner of Jude's eyes.
It was uncertain if anything within his actions was apologetic or not, but likely he didn't regret a single thing that he'd done.
She wasn't crying. He wasn't angry anymore. He was ready to shove it into the past.

Sin was dragged along by Alaska, having heard of a commotion on the promenade, mostly from the incoming crowd that tsunami of gossip. And they just had to interrupt his drink.. Really, somebody should realize the importance of timing. Putting down his drink -- barely in time before Alaska yanked him from his seat. "Owch.." He winced at the job, complaining to Alaska, "I'm delicate." Not that he was really but.. well, Sin was Sin.
Walking relaxedly with the other hunter, je whistled appreciatively at the sight of the dining hall -- man, there were people who could really afford such luxuries. In his preoccupation, Alaska dragged him to a seat. "Isn't it nice to have you take care of me?" He grinned good-naturedly to Alaska.
Conversation from him was a bit more quiet, seeming preoccupied with thinking. He was a bit busy thinking about the dead body.. wishing that he had a chance to see it. Man, how fun would that be? But when Nevada directed a question towards him, he shifted his attention to the hunter. "Where am I from? I'm not really sure of that myself. I spent my younger years traveling so my memory is pretty hazy~ "
"Never mind me, where are you two from?" Syusaki UGH MY DELAY SORRY I WILL BE BETTER TOMORROW

[Entering]
By the time he had entered the dinning hall, the place was already full with not only the dining crew, but the other hunters as well. Jason didn't immediately find a seat however, as he was too busy staring at the elegance of this place. He had thought the french restaurant had been good, but this? This took the cake.
And he hadn't even paid for it.
The thought threw the moon trainee off. 'You've been here before'
'Somehow I doubt it.' When the weapon sensed his owners skepticism, he laughed. "You don't believe me? Most demons are snobbish rich bastards, didn't you get the memo?'
"Guess not." He mumbled out loud, tearing his gaze away from the ice sculptures and taking a vacant seat at the table. Upon asked, he shook his head to the offer of wine. "No thanks, just a soda if you have any." He had enough sense not to get tipsy on a mission, no matter how extravagant it was. "And I'd like the beef fillet please."

[Entering] Sherry wasn't going to lie. The dining room was some kind of stunning. The whole boat was, but... she didn't think she'd ever seen chandeliers quite that fancy. "Wow," she said, turning to Jake. Her fingers were definitely playing with a certain pendant that hung just below her scarf. "Let's see about some food." She touched his hand briefly before stepping into the room and moving at a slow pace, making sure to avoid stepping on the crew and the multitude of milling hunters. It was bustling, to say the least, and the chatter. Dining halls were a world unto themselves. Sherry was actually beginning to wonder if she would ever find who she was looking for, or if she'd just have to hope she could catch the other hunter later. She also made sure she'd not lost Jake in the crowd, and may have tugged on his sleeve once or twice to ensure it. "Yes!" Sherry let herself grin when she did find the girl she was looking for. "Ofelia, hi." She sounded happy as she approached the Hunter. Ofelia appeared well, and already settled in with a drink. "Here's your room key," she said, placing the card on the table. "I think it was a very nice room." Sherry was aware of a server who was looking at her rather...expectantly. Right. "Mind if we sit?" She was asking both Ofie and Jake at the same time, and she didn't wait for an answer. She simply slid into a seat by Ofelia, and attempted to pull Jake into the seat on her other side. Sherry turned to continue greeting her red-headed friend-- Only to be stopped by the menu placed in her hand and a server who started talking about wine. "Oh, um." Sherry glanced over the menu and made a quick decision. "I'll have menu two," she said, pointing at the chicken. It looked like a safe enough menu. Sherry turned down the wine and asked for tea instead. The girl had enough wine, thank you. When the server finally left her alone, she turned to Ofelia to ask, "So. What are you having?" If the server hadn't made her so nervous, she would have asked it before ordering for herself. Oh well.

[[Entering]] Food was a lot less appetizing when you were still wondering what had happened to a dead body (seriously, had nobody figured that out? It was going to bother her for weeks now) and then crowns and what had been the deal with the floor and-
Yeah, this was going to be an interesting trip to say the least. Relaxing, in a way, given they got to enjoy being dressed up a little bit and doing nice things instead of being waist deep in liquid-corpse (urgh).
Finding a seat would be no issue for her at all - it looked like two of her favorite people were near each other, after all, and Cass gravitated towards her husband and older-sister-figure. Though they had company in the form of several faces she hadn't seen before.
"Candace." she nodded to the mist as she put her arms around Marcus's shoulders, giving the man no greeting but the lean of her head against the side of his.
"Who are you sitting with here? Is there room for one more, perhaps?"
