Tybalt was in the midst of writing the next sheet when all of a sudden his haunted pen started to go haywire; writing 'help me' all over his arms, desk, and sheets.

At first he was concerned, but after realizing that this was already a ghost critter, he gave it one good smack against the desk, forcing it to be obedient.

Fell ignored the note completely. That or she hadn't noticed it at all. Either way, she continued to write her exam at a steady pace.

Skald on the other hand, saw the note. However his response to the message was to crumple it up and chuck it at the first gnome he saw. Like he would believe that s**t! Though now that he was sure people weren't taking this exam seriously, he decided to write whatever the hell he wanted. He didn't give a s**t.

When Darren's pencil started acting up, it was all he could do to stop it. The pencil acting up - scribbling help me over and over wherever he happened to put it down. Grumbling, he finally managed to corral it to do what he wanted, which made this head hurt anyway. He was not built for tests - no, not at all.

Sighing in defeat, he pushed the paper with the rest of his pages and laid his head on his desk, letting the pencil mark him with help me after help me.

He gave up.

First being maimed and now being written on. Zel felt that maybe the haunted pencil was adding insult to injury, growling as he wrestled with the pencil - he couldn't help it when it kept scribbling, but he did as best he could to ensure that it didn't mark his entire page completely. He still wanted to finish the exam jack-dammit!

Struggling with his left hand as best he could, he filled out the page that they had not been told about. He wondered if that was part of the test - to see how much annoying extra paperwork they could put up with.

Oh well, at least he got it filled out. He pinned his pencil to the table with his left hand, hoping it wouldn't bite him again.

Rosy thought the moment she heard the professor speak out, she was done. So she stood, only to narrow her eyes as he explain that not only were they not done, but there was another page. Dropping back down into her sit, she pinch the bridge of her nose for a moment as she tries very hard not to curse out loud. She wasn't in the mood for any of this, really, she just wanted to go back to her room.

With a small sigh, she lifts the envelope and flips it over. Sure enough there was the paper that they were told about. Leaning back in her seat, she crossed her ankles as she carefully removes the sheet. Last thing she wanted was to tear it, after all this was an exam.

Looking the questions over, she arches a brow before she shakes her head. What in all of jack was this? Seriously? I blob, then shapes?

Picking up her pencil, she blinks as it coughs a couple of times. Lifting it to her face, she gasps, then covers her mouth to not scream as it suddenly writes a couple of words across her cheek.

First the doodling haunted pencil, now this one?

Next time, she was bringing her own jacking pencils.

Tapping the pencil to the paper, she blinks once again as her eyes go wide. Lifting the paper, she mouths "Help me!" as it would appear this was what the pencil seem so incline to write at the moment.

With a long sigh, she push her fingers through her hair and just wrote her answers out quickly. Ignoring the fact that every time she stopped, the pencil would write 'help me!'

Dropping the pencil down, she add this test paper to the other two, then just waits with her head down once again.

This exam was still going? She glanced up at the time, groaning when she saw there was still another 45 minutes left. When would this end? She was a little terrified of exams, but now that she was actually taking it, this whole thing seemed like a waste of time. And wasn't it, really? These haunted pencils were making it nearly impossible to get anything done; her writing looked so sloppy in comparison to the usual...

Frustrated with her sloppy handwriting and the exam, she decided to look back down. She had thought it was only the first two sheets, but it looked like there was more to it. She turned the envelope around, attempting to figure out where the exam might be.

Aha.

Serafina yanked the back off the envelope, revealing a ... psychological exam. What? She squinted her eyes, looking at the first question. What was that supposed to be? To her, it looked like two burly boils who were back to back. Probably rather attractive burly boils... maybe they were getting ready to defend her from the forces of Insanity...

That sounded incredibly romantic, and Serafina let out a happy sigh, mind elsewhere as her pencil decided that this was it's golden chance!

Her pencil yanked her hand around, beginning to write rather passionately one set of words, over and over again, without an end, screaming to get out of the prison that was Serafina's hand.

HELP ME!

HELP ME!

When Serafina looked back down, her eyes widened in despair. First her writing was sloppy from the struggle with getting the pencil out of the desk, and now the pencil was destroying her paper with screams for help. Frustrated, she attempted to wrestle the pencil back into control, attempting to write out her replies to the exam despite the fact that her pencil was spazzing out--again--determined to make this as hard as it possibly could.

It took a while, but eventually she got the jackdamned thing back under control. It was unfortunate for Serafina that it was by the end of the paper. Honestly, she wasn't even certain what to answer the last question as. What would be considered to be a good thing to admire by the professors? Was there really a right answer to this question?

Was there a right answer to any of these questions?!

Whatever.

She wrote down what she thought was right and moved on.

At the 45-minute marker, Mia gave one last quick glance at the sheets she had filled previously, nodded, and moved on the the next... which was even more ridiculous. WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT INK BLOB?! And... numbering shapes. Really??! Were they just using this test to mock them?

Regardless, she answered the questions... to the best of her abilities. NO WAY was she going to get stuck working at McScary King for the rest of her life. She had bigger plans. MUCH bigger plans... even if she wasn't entirely sure what they exactly entailed.

She had just about finished writing in her answers when her haunted pen began acting up... and then... decided to tear a huge gaping hole in the middle of her sheet.

OH. MY. JACKING-

Gritting her teeth, Mia raised her hand, resisting the urge to chuck the pen halfway across the room.
"Sir, may I have another sheet?"

It’s been 15 minutes…They have been at it for 15 minutes, AND NOW THERE’S A THIRD PAGE. WHAT IS THIS? WHY IS THIS PART OF THE EXAM.

Clyde rubbed the bridge of his nose and tried to calm himself down, mentally chanting There’s still time, just bare with it. Almost through with this…

And for a brief moment, he looked up. What he didn’t expect –however- was to see the ghoul sitting before him’s test…and all her answers. Or well, what he could make out as answers. THERE’S A GIANT HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF HER PAPER. His eyes immediately went back to his paper as the ghoul before him asked for another exam sheet. At least his paper is still in one piece.

Round 1
Roch dropped down in a chair and stared at the test blankly for a long, long moment. This was important? But he already HAD a jackin' mentor and everything, so how--

Someone sniffled behind him.

How in the hell did this impact anything?

Sniffle.

Jackdammit, he thought as he dug through his pockets and popped a hard candy into his mouth before starting to write.

Name... Roch Scythe, date, sixth October, seventh day... he thought. Where does FEAR come from? Humans. A healthy FEAR comes from a healthy...

What in the jack? He stared at that one for a moment, then dug through his pockets again, pulling out a pick. He promptly flipped it in the air, watching as it landed heart side down. Then jotted down the words, "getaway" and "Alibi" (after flipping again.)

To become a boogeyman--Roch stared at this one for a very, very long moment, then thought about the boogeymen he knew. After a long moment of debating (because beautiful hair SHOULD be a requirement, but he was pretty sure it wasn't) he decided to circle "NONE OF THE ABOVE." Because seriously, if they knew the legal system, why were there judges and lawyers and stuff? Then he jotted "ABILITY TO BE AN a*****e IS GOOD, THO" under the question. He was being helpful!

To become a trick or treater--now this one was more familiar, he thought. He was flipflopping back and forth between being a trickster and understanding the human world--but seriously, he thought, if you just knew about the human world and didn't know how to trick, well, then you were just DETH. So he circled "SKILLS OF A TRICKSTER" and moved on.

And the guy behind him sounded like they were trying to drink through their nose... so jackin' irritating...

He circled the "ABILITY TO BATTLE AN ARMY" line without even reading it for the professors--simply because he figured THEY would think it was the right answer. And moved on.

To... what the key elements of a human were. What? He stared at that one blankly for a very long moment. Then jotted down the first things that came to mind, "EARTH AND AIR." Because he didn't see many humans being on fire or water... he guessed.

2DA... what? He had no jackin' CLUE what the next question was, he thought, wincing as the guy behind him literally honked into a tissue. Okay... how would he deal with it? Whatever it was. "USE MY GUITAR." Yeah. That sounded good. Definitely a cover his own a** sort of answer.

Which classes were important... uh... He leaned back, tapping his pencil on the table for a second before leaning forward to write, "WHATEVER CLASSES KILL YOU THE MOST"

And his level of FEAR mastery... "PRETTY DECENT."

Then it was simple again. "THIRD YEAR," then "TRICK OR TREATER" and finally, with a shrug, "STUDENTS THAT CARE ABOUT ME." Because he was faithful to his bros and ghouls. Even if the answer was sort of lame. Then he leaned back again--only to move forward just as quickly as the kid behind him sniffled loudly. Greeeaaaat.

Roch had just found the third page when he glanced up and saw the kid in front of him flash his--

Page of doodles. Yeah. The level of intelligence in this joint, he thought with amusement. That did absolutely NOTHING to his replies from earlier, he thought as he tugged out the sheet and started writing.

Third page. What third page? Aldara could only clearly recall having received two pages in her envelope. If this was a trick she was going to be very unhappy and...

Her nose wrinkled as the secret hiding place of the mysterious 'third page' was revealed and she huffed, turning her envelope open and...

EW. She dropped the page instantly, just barely managing to keep herself from verbalizing her disgust as her fingers touched something sticky. She turned her hand over, making a face at the black smudges now all over her fingertips before glaring down at the offending page.

Someone had a bit too much time on their hands.

The harpy huffed, carefully prying the staples out of the page so that she could flip it over to see whether or not she could make out any of the answers on the other side through the ink. She wasn't going to fail just because of someone's idea of a practical joke.

Her nose wrinkled as she leaned back in her seat, holding the paper up above her head to the light, squinting to see what she could through the ink. She could just barely make things out, a little bit more in the places where the ink wasn't as thick, but...

Sticking her tongue out slightly she brought the paper back down, scribbling a quick doodle for the first answer before repeating the process. One by one she ticked away the minutes trying to see things as best as she could and making up things where she couldn't.

Panic! Oh Jack there was a part three.
With one of her pencils she was able to write, but the other one was suddenly going crazy. It was writing 'HELP ME' all over her, desk and her test. She sobbed lightly to her self as she worked on her test, trying to ignore the scribbling.
