I found out, tonight, that Detra can't read very well and has been teaching himself how for quite some time. We sat down together and I helped him.

Detra came home after his fight with Casseth with the news I'd been dreading he'd find out. Cas had almost died in the pit, though surprisingly not by Det's hand. We argued and I blurted out that I loved him. He ended up leaving that night and I've never felt worse. It was as if someone ripped my heart out and took it with them.

Went to visit Casseth to see how he was doing. He was up and about even though he shouldn't have been. We sat and talked about Detra before Lithian came home and made Casseth go back to bed.

A night at home with Detra, snuggling on the couch with brief touches. I got brave and tried to push his limits. I didn't get far but that's alright. I'll work to open him up to more. For now, we've started to plan a trip to Ayr.

Our first night on Ayr. I had a nightmare and when I woke, Detra wasn't there. He came back, shortly after, though, with breakfast and we quickly got ready for the day and headed out.

We came upon some cliffs and Detra decided to show off. I played along and though I slipped at one point I caught myself with the wind and after things went smoothly. It was so much fun.
