One of the girls who he had hit earlier was back, water balloon to hand. Briar had managed to doge one, but she had found another and was chasing him with it.
Briar took the chance of slowing down enough to lob his own water balloon behind him, a shriek suggesting that his throw had found a target – although Briar hadn’t stopped to check whether it was the girl that had been chasing him or someone else.
After narrowly missing a small bird, another bush and a teacher's car, Trev's energy was beginning to flag somewhat. He had one balloon left before he would have to go reload. Maybe he'd go get a juice box and cookie from the snack table before he went back to tossing balloons about. Yeah, that sounded good.
Without really bothering to look, he chucked the balloon over his shoulder and was amazed to hear an alarmed squeal mere seconds after. Spinning on his heel, he was beyond thrilled to see one of the prissier and meaner girls in the school glaring daggers at him as she stood dripping from a direct hit to the face. Clapping his hands over to move to hold in the bray of laughter that threatened to make his head explode, he turned and raced for the snack table before the girl could think to return the favor.
Derek's attention was drawn to a squeal when one of the angrier girls was hit. Who threw that? Derek wanted to be friends with tha- Oh. It was Trev. Forget that. Rivals to the death mang. Picking up a balloon, Derek went to throw it, only to loose his footing on the wet soapy ground. He balloon soared in the obbosite direction, away from the match. "Uuuugh!" Why! Why! He groaned.

Marisha bounced in glee after her last hit. She was so happy to have found those bubbles. They had made such a delightful mess of both her own dress and the kids hair. However it was now time to go and find another lucky victim of her stellar aim. Looking around she finally spots another lucky victim in the form of another girl. However as she threw her balloon at the girl it flopped on the ground without even breaking.

Drat! Once again, her careful stalk had all been for nothing. After grabbing another balloon and making for her prey, she'd thrown it and it had gone far off to the side, exploding against the ground.
"I'll get you next time!" She shouted at the confused girl, turning and running away while the other was still trying to figure out what had happened.
... and wouldn't you know it, not watching her surroundings brought the girl a balloon right in the back. She squealed as water soaked her, turning to glare at the one who had thrown it. "YOU! Prepare to die!"
Realising just how very thirsty he was, Briar had taken a break in order to grab some juice from the refreshment table. He’d settled on a glass of apple juice, since he didn’t particularly like orange (and especially disliked the orange juice that came with bits in it).
Juice drank and Briar was ready to enter the fray again, choosing a gleeful looking girl to lob his balloon at this time round.

After having refreshed himself with a juice box and chocolate chip cookie, Trev snagged a second juice box and went in search of Derek. Guy could probably use a drink. Hopefully he wouldn't mind Triple Berry Punch.
As he searched, he snagged a couple of balloons to amuse himself with. And he already knew the perfect target. Prissy Mean Girl was still just standing around glaring. Except he'd seen her before she'd seen him. With an impish grin he launched the balloon and whooped softly as it struck her backside, leaving it covered in soapy, sticky bubbles. Fantastic!
Giggling as he hurried away before she could see it was him, he finally spotted Derek and hurried up to the other boy, tossing him the juice box.
"Take a break, bro. Refresh yourself. And be thrilled that the title Soggy Butt is no longer yours."
With a wink, Trev sauntered off, humming to himself.
Ralph had caught a glimpse of a new face, perhaps he should give them a fun welcome with a water balloon? Ralph lobbed the purple balloon towards Marisha and watched it sale over other kids heads until *pop* it hit her and busted.
He couldn't help but laugh at the result. It wasn't confetti or soap but it was still pretty funny!!!

Jason wasn't doing to good now, he droped his last balloon and this one... when he threw it went wide of the inteneded target to break upon the ground. Bahhh.... Jason really wanted to drench someone. It was imensly satasfying when a balloon burst upon another person soaking them to the skin.

Derek blinked rather stupidly at the juice box in his hands. ...Well now these was unexpected. "Thank you?" He said slowly. This had to be some sort of trick... And who the hell got the title now? ...Wait. Was it Prissy pants? Oh pleeeeeeeeeeeeease let it be prissy pants. Derek snorted as Trev walked away, recognizing the song. He waited till the boy was far enough away before throwing a balloon. It missed, like he wanted. Instead he was after Trev's attention. So when the other boy turned around, Derek stuck his hand under his chin and wiggled his fingers, grin plastered on his face.

Eliza had managed to grab a refreshing snack that consisted of apple juice and cookies. It was the perfect combo to refresh her supposedly boundless energy that came with being a kid. She had chuckled when Griff had failed to retaliate against her dousing him in bubbles. Entering the field of battle once more Eliza darted towards a tub and grabbed a balloon before throwing in a random direction. With such a random throw, it was hard to tell if she would hit anything.
Surprising enough though she managed to connect and soak a random kid on the back. Feeling rather proud of herself Eliza covered the giggles that threatened to give away her innocence as she tried to casually stroll towards the next nearest tub of ammo.
She almost cried. Water balloon fight! Rosie didn't like sports, especially those sports where you throwed something. She was bad at throwing and she hated the possibility she could actually hurt someone in the process, whether it being physical or mental hurt. Or in worse case, both.
So, Rosie just stood there, a water balloon in her hands, little fingers sliding gently on it's rubbery surface. She really didn't want to particiate in this game. But she was given no choice when a girl that had been running away from other girl accidentally pushed her. Rosie stumbled forward, losing balance and hold of her balloon which flew straight towards Briar and exploded.
"Oh sorry," other girl said before continuing running away from her chaser.

Briar had found himself back at the confetti; he’d been about to turn away and go grab a balloon when he thought he spotted someone who had tossed stuff at him earlier.
Grabbing some confetti, Briar tossed the handful that he’d grabbed in the girl’s direction before running in the direction of the water balloons.

It seemed Meagan was destined to try and fail over and over again.
Another balloon was grasped, another child picked out for prey, and another long stalk commenced... but yet again, when it came time to launch her missile, her aim proved to be her undoing. The balloon flew... flew... and splatted feet away from her target.
"Darn it!" Meagan shouted as she dashed back to bin to try again.
