"Hmm..." Meiloyn thought. "We're going to need a good supply of food until the rescue team picks us up, which could take a long time. How about the fruit up these trees?" Meiloyn looked up a tall tree and shook it Animal Crossing-esque. Some fresh fruits came falling down. "Cool! So we have lots of food up these trees."

Jaz grabbed a fruit. "Well, here goes nothing." She punctured the fruit and dabs some on her bare skin. "Ok, and now we wait. Water? Oh, there's a freshwater stream back a ways," she pointed.

"Hmm... I should try that, it might be a repellent for something." Meiloyn squeezed some juice out of the fruit into her hand and rubbed it all over her skin.

After about an hour, no rashes had appeared, so Jaz judged the purple fruit safe enough to eat. "Ahhh..." she said as she ate the succulent fruit. "Very good."
