Molan offered a brief nod at the statement. Yes, yes it was him. Though the smile faded a bit of concern as he did notice that, while she had been patched up, she was a bit of a mess. She really didn't belong out here about to deal with goodness knows what. " You do... look a mess. I apologize." Brows knitted a bit. If he hadn't failed to bring her along she'd never have been beaten up so badly, it was something of a failure on his part as well. "Aside from gravity, well. The tower was kind, the portal not so much." He replied, recalling the lovely felling of falling. "And then... things." He grimaced slightly at the thought of being mistaken and the happenings in the golden kingdom. Not bad people, just... odd. Though he was still a bit displeased with the King. To a degree. He didn't find him unfair, just as egotistic as they had been told. "Are you certain you should be here though? You're hurt." He added after a moment, pulling himself out of the past again as he tilted his head. Honestly, this wasn't a game anymore. Sure their lives were on the line for the Kingdom race, but also it wouldn't do any good for your kingdom to win if you died in the process. "Are you well enough to be here?" He himself was sore from falling, but in decent shape. She, on the other hand, looked like she needed the rest of the day off. Not running from wild beasts. His bangs are long in the front on each side and tied to keep some manner of order to them. He has sky blue eyes to add to a fairly pale complexion.

On impulse, Sharra grabbed another handful, too stubborn to move on with such a paltry sum of what might very well be their salvation. Though their potency almost doubled him over, he tucked those in his belt as well, shivering as he stood there, eyes narrowing as claws flickered green at the edges of his fingertips, every spine on his body at high alert. He wasn't the only stubborn one. The weapons tech had a sinking feeling that his best friend might have attempted to overburden himself as well. If the Ganerie had managed to get himself killed, so help him but the Orychanian was going to find a way to raise him...just so the blond could kill him again for rushing out like that.
He hadn't waited, and that in and of itself disconcerted him on a certain level, touching on emotions he'd just rather not examine whilst in the middle of this overpowering field of crimson. Sector A Sector A is considered the "Safe Zone". There isn't too much danger here, unless your character has a fear of large hedges and untamed grass. Occasionally you think you spot something, someone glancing at you, voices chatting behind you - - But every time you turn around, there is nothing. - You are free to stay and rp in this zone as long as your character likes, there is no benefit for them staying in this zone for too long. When you are ready move to SECTOR B.

(Starting HP=50) Urrrrgh. Acerium liked plants. She liked bogs- she used to have a bog-like area in her greenhouse. There were fun plants that grew in bogs. But this was a whole other story. She moved quickly, hoping to get out of here soon. SNAP "OW!" She cried out. she was aware of other cries of pain in the labrynth around her. Jay didn’t like mazes. She was not a puzzle kind of person, but perhaps this particular labyrinth would not befuddle her too much. Actually, as the copycat entered the first section, she realized it was a garden. She squinted her eyes at the fauna. What was so bad about this place? (Starting: 45/50, area B) Bitey things sealed the deal. Acerium was pissed. She strode forward faster with the most no nonsense look she could muster over her growing headache. TEA. She wanted... TEA. Another critter thing jumped at her and she gave it a look. "Buzz off. My home is crumbled, people have been rude AND polite at the same time to me, I didn't have breakfast OR that wine i traded for, I have a headache, and I AM OUT OF TEA." she shouted. The critter stopped mid leap, startled, and she smirked a little before heading with great purpose to what looked like an exit. Madeline sprung back when the girl was bodily tackled from behind, an instant buzz of gadgets whirring into motion. She quickly dismissed the flamboyant as non-threatening though, and lowered her glowing hands and puffed out her cheeks. Well then. That was all fine and good as a greeting back on the ship for her, but hadn't anyone ever said that two's a party and threes a crowd? She liked the rabbit-thing. She didn't know what this one was though.
Turning back to the girl, Madeline gave a shrug, pulling the hood of her jacket over her head. Her lips curled into an adventurous grin. "Well, let's go find out." She waited for a few moments as the rabbit-thing took the lead before following afterwards, pulling her PDA out and checking the reception. Her lips twisted into a tiny grimace.
There was none.
She tucked it back into her belt and sighed. Alright. No wireless, no connection, no electricity.

Once he had brushed himself off, Alexander peered out from beneath a fringe of dark hair at the area now surrounding him. Crystallized red flowers littered the field, and he made his way swiftly to the closest pair, reaching down to gather them up in his arms. How many of these was he allowed to take? The greediness of the thief inside of him wanted to pick more then was reasonable, but he knew that was likely a mistake. There was a reason nobody was just strolling in here and bagging the whole garden. He was just going to have to use his judgment. The Voice save them all. He emerged from the swamp, still covered in mud, to find himself blinking in fascination at the crystalline red flowers everywhere. They were startling, lovely, and unique, and he rather imagined people would have been taken with them as a novelty in less serious times. People were picking them, but with some degree of reservation, which he noted curiously as he reached to pluck some himself. It was only after he'd picked two flowers that he noticed the problem himself, blaming his distraction on the muddy creature that had given him a taste on his way through the previous part of the labyrinth. The flowers contained the miasma they needed... but the cost was more than mud and angry creatures, the cost was actually the flowers themselves? "Tricky." He commented, not to anyone in particular. They did need the miasma though, The Voice had sent them to find it after all... And he was in better shape than he could have been so he could afford to continue to gather more. For now. The next batch of flowers he approached was slightly larger then the last, and he gathered up each into his arms, smiling serenely at the task. Taking a moment, Olivia looked down at herself, probably the first time since running for her life. Her clothing was a little dirty - a shame - and indeed, there were a few bandages and bandaids.
"I will be fine," Olivia told him, "the doctor said they were minor." He hadn't told her much else, and well she never did get that ice or the rest he suggested. "And... I kind of wanted to get ... away," she added, a little softer than normal. She was still adjusting to the Blue Kingdom, there were so many strange things - stranger than she could have imagined in that place - and strange people, even if they did seem ... kind of nice.
"And dealing with flowers doesn't seem too bad," she offered with a slightly forced smile. She hadn't seen very many in the party hall of the casino.

Her eyes toured the many flowers littered everywhere. Here was the precious miasma that was so coveted. Slowly, Verusha approached a few of them, kneeling to get a closer look. He gathered up another six before it occurred to him to wonder if there would be further challenges ahead. It was not, after all, the end of the labyrinth... but he was feeling pretty good about this so far. He felt good about this, maybe even a little cocky. He was muddy, he hurt, he'd lost his kingdom, but so far he felt as though this adventuring thing was almost ridiculously simple. Maybe just a few more flowers. OOC Character Name Sayid HP: 37/50 HP

After plucking up the six flowers, Verusha started to feel herself growing a little more weak. Those dang creatures in the last sector had really set her back... and though she didn't have as many flowers as she would have liked... it was better than nothing. She wasn't going to be foolish and risk losing what she had.. she'd have to cut her losses and take what she could get. And so, with the half dozen flowers in tow, Verusha continued onto the next sector.

There was already an unsettling feeling about this place, and Alastair had only barely set foot within the first section of the labyrinth. He glanced back at his companions and offered a tiny shrug. "So... this is how we die." He chuckled weakly with his joke and carried on. Once in a while he'd hear a haunting whisper from the eery foliage causing the man to shiver. He couldn't tell whether the shuffling sound in the leaves was movement from small animals or... if he let his imagination get the best of him, some invisible monstrous beasts.
Alastair cleared his throat as if to dismiss the fear he was feeling, and casually slid closer to his companions. For protection. Not that he'd ever admit that.
