Note: the rp sample used is of a lieutenant...I took this sample from a rp sample I submitted to another Bleach guild earlier
Asakura stepped onto the training field, monitoring the members of his squad. He smiled kindly to each member and wished them a good morning as he walked by them in search of his captain. He held a small gift for the man as it was the day he had made Asakura his lieutenant. Looking around the training grounds, he spotted no sign of the Captain, and decided to check his quarters.
Asakura stopped at the door leading to the captains quarters and knelt down, knocking on the wooden frame."good morning Captain, im coming in now"he announced before opening the sliding door and standing up. He entered the room and quietly set the gift on the desk where his captain would find it later."how are you today, sir? shall I make you some tea?"he asked. When he got no response, Asakura became confused.
Asakura looked around, tilting his head as he noticed the room was empty. It seemed that the captain had gone out for his morning walk already. He shrugged and walked out of the office, sliding the door shut behind him. He walked past a few squad members and smiled, offering them tips on how to improve their kido before leaving the training grounds in search of the captain.

Example:
Haruka sighed as she peered behind herself, it appeared that those Konoha scum didn't know when to give up. She herself had scratched out the mark of Konoha on her head band, it hung loosely on her neck as she wore it. Haruka herself had even wondered to herself why she'd kept the damned thing when she was free of all ties to Konoha. Her family were strict and cruel towards their own members, especially on their own children. It was a wonder why she had even survived life in the Hyuuga compounds.
It was quite true that Haruka herself was a valuable member of Konoha, she was of the main branch and unmarked with a curse seal, she was also one of the eldest. Yet she still detested every single one of the Hyuuga family. They had too much pride for their own good, thinking themselves above others like that was despicable. Not that what she was currently doing was anything different than them, but she felt she had nothing to gain from Konoha now that she had reached her peaks.
This had Haruka thinking as she jumped from branch to branch, only narrowly avoiding the shuriken and kunai being flung carelessly at her curvaceous bodice. Haruka assumed that they were too out of breath running after her that their aim had begun to suffer the consequences. Well, Haruka did have quite the head start, the chase had started from the morning and by then she was far from the gates and heading towards Amegakure.
She had heard gossip of the Akatsuki rounding up rogue ninja who were capable for the tasks they handed out. Since Haruka was going to join them, she couldn't have these people tailing her the entire time. Haruka normally focused mostly upon Medical jutsu or her Clan jutsu, but this time was different. She had flung her kunai at them, the oddly shaped weapons whizzed through the air as they contacted themselves with their targets, digging into their flesh.
Blood curling screams echoed around the forests on the outskirts of konoha as she had landed a blow onto one of their limbs. Haruka, had spared them since she used to work with them, but not they were just plain annoying, following her and begging her to come back. Telling her that this choice was the wrong choice, but this was the right choice to her. Haruka heard a bang and a wide smirk spread upon her luscious lips as she had activated the explosive tags.
She liked explosions, especially ones to this magnitude. Tsk.. I wish I didn't have a soft spot, or else I would've killed them by now, she thought to herself with a sigh escaping her lips. She had headed straight to Ame. However on the she began to feel the strain of running away tug at her and eventually she lay down to rest, a small fire keeping her warm. She know she was near Ame, there were mists which were caused by the mass of rain which fell upon those who resided in Amegakure.
Her footsteps were silent as she controlled my chakra, trying to make it appear regular as any one of the civilians in the street. Slipping into an alleyway, she had knocked out a homeless man who was yelling at her for intruding in his alley. Haruka rolled her eyes, pressing her back up against the side of the alley wall and watched as the Konoha shinobi walked by, looking around for a track of her, when a bark sounded.
Right.. Inuzuka's their noses are the best.. I guess I should have changed my perfume, She thought to herself with a minor chuckle to it. They'd caught her scent, the only thing to do was try to run long enough that the rain would've washed her scent away. Sensing someone ahead of her she blinked lightly.
"Byakugan!"
She said in a whispered shout as her velvet voice was washed away by the rain. Peering in front of her there appeared a man with a large amount of chakra, she was sure it wasn't the men who were chasing her, as they were behind her, but before she could do anything, she had been knocked out from the blind spot behind her neck. Haruka groaned as she slowly sat herself up, no matter what Haruka tried in her life she was still unable to get rid of the damned weakness of her's. Groaning, Haruka slowly lifted herself off the hard ground to be glared at by multiple males of a group. She assumed that each one of them were part of the group in which had been the one to knock her out.
As Haruka began to stand herself up, she found her arm had been connected to a thick chain which was attached to the wall in god knows where she was. Even in the dimly lit room she could tell she was underground, the distinct musky smell of the soil and water mixing together told her she wasn't far from Amegakure, in fact, that she was just underground Ame. A loud, husky voice questioned her to way she was here in Ame of all places, and being chased by konoha shinobi who claimed that she was delusional and needed to come back.
"No reason at all.. I just didn't want to spend my entire life, living for someone else, I wanted my own life and I was going to take it, no matter what stood in my way,"
"Oh? And how are you going to take your life from their grasps?"
He questioned, an amused smirk curled him lips as he stared into my pale eyes with what appeared to have been interest. Haruka chuckled to herself as he questioned her that, giving him a smirk in return for his own. No she wasn't power hungry, but she wanted a little more fun than what Konoha offered her.
"I intend to join the Akatsuki.. Hm? Surprised Leader-sama? didn't think I'd know it was you huh?"
She questioned as her velvet like voice spoke to him, the shock was clear on his facial features as it disappeared as soon as she assumed he had realised that she had noticed it. Though, it was too late, she had saw it and now it was imprinted in the depths of her mind. Honestly, it was adorable to a point.
"You know it's dangerous for a woman as pretty as you to join an organization as dangerous as Akatsuki.."
He chuckled, holding her chin in between his thumb and index finger as he stared into her eyes with his own coal black eyes with a small chuckle as he lowered himself to press his lips against her soft, pale pink lips, though as luscious as they were, she wasn't going to allow it, no matter who he was, and no matter if he was cute or not. Haruka moved her legs to find them unattached to any of the chains below her. Using her chakra she focused it mostly in her knee as she raised it to his stomach. The Leader who had assumed she was a weak woman had not expected this, therefore was sent flying back.
"Ugh.. that was disgusting.."
She sighed, wiping her lips, she was way too late to protect her precious first kiss to him. Sighing she pulled her arm forward, infusing her chakra into the chains causing it to slice apart, using her fuuton skills. Her arm was free from the chain in no time at all as the leader had pushed himself up laughing.
"That was sort of sexy.."
He murmured, causing a shudder gown down her spine, the hair on the back of her neck standing as she raised a brow, she was certain, this man was a creep and it didn't matter, she was going to join the Akatsuki no matter if he liked it or not. I swear.. he's a nut job, the damn machoist she though to herself with a sigh, rubbing her wrist. The chain had been strapped to her too tightly it began to rub against her soft skin.
"Okay, Akatsuki huh? You'd need to win or last ten minutes in a battle with me.."
The leader had said with a smirk, assuming she was unable to even last ten minutes with the man; truth be told Haruka would've gone insane within being locked in the same room with this notorious pervert in front of her, but in battle, she was sure she was just as capable of getting him pinned down three times or more.
Time Skip to Dawn (It's night at the current Time)
Haruka stood before the leader as he activated his eyes. Huh.. who thought an Uchiha could be so talkative.. She thought to herself, activating her Byakugan as she got into her Jyuuken stance. She was never the type to rush at her opponent irrationally. Just as she thought, the leader had rushed at her, hoping to get this over with and use her unconscious body as he wished to and keep her as his slave.
As he reached her, he was at close proximity for her to use sixty-four palms on him. First strike. 2, she thought to herself, the second and thrid strike 4, 6, she thought, her movements were fluid and fast with an added grace to it. The palm of her hand connected with his solid back as she began to close off his chakra points. As she neared the 64 strike mark, the man in front of her that she had assumed to be him, had disappeared and replaced with the body of a Konoha ninja who had died by her hand at this time.
"That was kind of cruel.. "
She spoke ducking as the whizzing of steel rang through the air. So he's behind me huh? Trying to attack me from my weak spot.. I won't let him have the chance. From her crouched position she swiveled around and pushed her palm against his abdoemen sending a wave of chakra through her hand as she watched his body his the wall, his body printing it's mark. No.. that's not enough to get him down, but it counted.
"One,"
She murmured under her breath, looking over at him as he pushed himself off the rock, thoroghly stunned with the chuunin ranked move that I have used on him which had cause him to be send flying into the rather large boulder. To anyone else he would've been hurt but, last minutely he had used his chakra to protect him, though causing a print he used it to make sure he stopped a inch away.
"Impressive,"
He chuckled, his cheeks puffing out as she could only assume what he wanted was going to do. In a minute she had replaced herself with a log as her shot out a large fireball which surely would've ended the first there and then if she hadn't done so. Stepping out of the front of the forest it appeared her hands had been engulfed by two big blue fires which seemed to have the characteristics of a lion. Rushing forward she ducked under his right hook and send him flying with her punch. Dashing over to be under him as he fell, she punched upward, sending him the other way.
"Time!"
A male from the Akatsuki had yelled, holding his hand up as the twin lions had disappeared in to nothingness. Looking over at him. She stared blankly as she realised she'd gotten awfully carried away with the thought of beating his a**. Walking up to the leader she held out her hand, watching as he took it and smirked.
"Welcome to the Akatsuki."
How much I usually write per post:
Silence filled the room as the play had ended. Haruka rose a brow at the comment that had been mad about beauty over experience. She rolled her eyes. Though she was young she had plenty of experience. As he mention her name he questioned if this were correct. "Incorrect, Haruko would be my name is I were a male, my name is Haruka" she stated as she had taken a seat beside him. She knew of that play well, the havoc it had created when the Akatsuki had existed. Her parents had told her of that. They told her to stay away. At the time, she feigned fear, trembling in her seat where she had been placed. Had they looked in her eyes, they'd seemed that it wasn't fear that shook the girl, but excitement, to be able to bring that once great organization back.
As time went on she stared at him. When a purple illuminated above her she watched as the dust slowly disappeared. A brow raised as he spoke. "If I wished for my life in Konoha to continue, I wouldn't of betrayed them the moment I received your invitation would I?" she sighed, she stared at him indifferently as he had continued on about something that she had vaguely paid attention to. Perking herself up at the question to why she intended to join the Akatsuki she chuckled to herself. "Is there really an explanation required?" she questioned rhetorically, it as clear in her voice the question was not to answered, "There is no other reason for me to join other than acquiring a certain amount of freedom and continuing their great legacy."
Haruka had been standing as she spoke to the man, her sleek arms wrapped around her waist as pearly, white eyes gazed up at him from her height he had towered over her curvaceous form. Never did Haruka break eye contact with him, even though she could hardly see his eyes from behind his mask, she gazed at the holes where his eyes should have been, tinted. Then her eyes narrowed. "I don't care whether you decide to reject me, but I will join the Akatsuki, even if I have to risk my life," Haruka stated, she was obviously very serious about joining the Akatsuki, although she'd have to give up the life of being able to walk into every village and not be attacked for no reason. She also joined partly because of the thrill of her life being in danger constantly.

Here goes nothing... Hopefully this is good enough to be Zero Division:
Setting: A War Torn Soul Society, few buildings remain in the Seireitei, and 48% of the Rukon Districts destroyed. Grimm, a Member of the Zero Division, is the first of the Zero Division to arrive. The Gotei 13 nearly fallen, the Head Captain is dead and all that stands between the ending of this war is the Espada Leader.
Enemy: Espada Leader
Colors: Aero-Dark Red, Grimm-Blue
Floating high above the Seireitei, Grimm scans his eyes across the ruined Seireitei, he remained out of the battle until he was absolutely needed and now he realizes he should have joined from the beginning, this was all his fault. Messangers flock to him from requests for the rest of Zero Division to take over, but he denies them. He was requested to become apart of the Zero Division by them and he was going to prove that they made the perfect decision for the job. He stops his attention on a fight between the Squad 11 Captain Kensashi Mitsurugi fighting against the Cero Espada, Akiza Ukituki. Though nearly evenly matched the Captain is starting to have trouble against the Espada. He begins to move towards him when he feels a Cero coming at him. Quickly blocking it with his hand and diverting its route into the air, he turned to face the being who fired it. Keeping calm and level-headed Grimm stood facing one on one against the Espada Leader, Aerokai Diskence, his Brother-in-Law.
He knew what this battle was, they both knew. This battle was their fate, to finalize a meeting that began nearly a millennium ago. Standing still he waited for Aerokai to speak but no words come out of his mouth. He just stood there smirking, flaring his spiritual pressure itching for the fight to begin. Flaring his own spiritual pressure, Grimm himself was getting ready for the fight to begin, the ground beneath them quaking viciously, splitting in various spots causing debris from the ruins to fall into blackened pits. The fight beneath them between the Espada and Captain seized as they watched above at their respective leaders fighting. "I hope you are ready Aerokai. I promise you this, only one of us will walk away from this." Only getting a bigger smirk and the draw of a zanpakuto, Grimm let out a burst of spiritual pressure before drawing his own zanpakuto and flash stepped to Aero, sending his blade pushing down onto his brothers, forcing him down several feet.
Immediately after the first clash of their zanpakuto's they both took off flashing away from each other then right back at each others throats, the sky was lit with sparks from each time their blades and reiatsu clashed. Grimm sent his zanpakuto into a thrust aiming for Aero's midsection, only to be met with a knee to the forearm causing his aim to go past him, almost simultaniously he twisted his body around to send a swift kick to Aero's left jaw which connected with a forceful push, Grimm sent his brother flying to the right and upon instinct he used Flash Step in front of him and began to enchant a Kido. "Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! Hado #63, Raikōhō!" A loud boom exploded through the still air as Grimm released the Hado, catching himself from the recoil of the attack, he watched as the Hado connected with Aero's zanpakuto and was diverted to the ground. "Come now brother, don't you think I'm worth something more powerful, maybe Ittō Kasō? Enshroud him in Hatred, Torturado Dios." Releasing into his 1st Resurreccion, Aero had already grown bored and wanted more out of the fight, covered in his all white Espada's coat, his hollow mask covering his face, long silver hair to compliment his covered face. Without warning, Grimm was soon face to face with Aero, who was already sending his zanpakuto down on Grimm's left shoulder. Trying his best to fully dodge the attack, yet he couldn't he didn't have time, taking the brute force of the attack sent the blade slicing through his should towards his chest, a gash forming, blood beginning to flow out of the wound, quickly he pushed back already bracing for the next attack that was coming.
Completely on the defensive now against Aero, Grimm was having difficulty pushing away enough to be able to release his Shikai or his Bankai if he was certain it was time. "Lanze del Infierno."
Sending out one of his favorite and most deadly attacks, Grimm had barely enough time to dodge the attack only getting grazed on his side, with insincts kicking in he released a massive amount of spiritual pressure just at the same moment Aero was, simultaneously Grimm and Aero released to their final releases. Grimm now in his Bankai and Aero in his Segunda, it was time for them to end the bout. "Your arrogance has brought this upon you Aero, I will not hold back against you, I have never wished this but the Gods have spoken, you must die. I will fulfill that justice, only I am allowed to do this. Imperium Bow." Bringing out his bow Grimm begun firing high powered spiritual pressure arrows at him, like a Quincy would, but not Quincy abilities. Firing arrow after arrow at Aero at high speeds only giving him the chance to dodge without moving forward, quickly though Grimm seized this attack to Shunpo to Aero sending a massive right fist to his midsection connecting, causing Aero to curl inwards, hearing a groan of pain, Grimm continued to his attack, sending fist after fist into his brother, not only wearing his brother out but also wearing himself out, which he now understood was his brothers intention all along. Once Grimm stopped his attack he was vulnerable and for the few seconds he was vulnerable his brother had sent an attack, all Grimm could feel was the intense pain through his chest, Aero had thrusted his arm through Grimm's chest impaling him.
As soon as Aero was pulling his arm out, Grimm wrapped his hands around it keeping him from pulling his arm out. "I'm sorry brother, but you deserve this. All this destruction, all of this death, you of all people deserve what is about to happen. I wish you nothing but an eternity in Hell. Zetsubō no kōzui..." Releasing his final attack Grimm was finishing what he should have so many years ago. As he released this attack an enormous explosion burst through the air, a blinding flash of light covering the sky before the eruption of Spiritual Pressure filled the air, in a spherical manner, the explosion pushed outwards, clearing the sky of smoke and ash, forcing its way through the ruins below them, whoever was alive and in the radius of the attack, he hoped was already out of the blast radius, friendly and enemy. This attack was meant for Aero and Aero alone. Finally siezing, only smoke covering the area surrounding Grimm and Aero, slowly clearing, and when cleared the sight was something to behold. Grimm was holding a limp body by the arm still through his chest, Aero's body was burnt, smouldering, crumpling in agony, dead. Grimm's body was not as badly damaged, but was still damaged, to go along with the wounds he recieved from Aero, his left arm was severely burnt, his leg was gashed open with blood dripping down to the destroyed ground below. His armor slowly deteriorating as his Bankai was fading away, as his spiritual pressure was nearly drained he was finished, the fight was over.

This is a single post done by myself from a fight friendly spar I had with a buddy of mine less than a day ago. In this fight he is using the Biju and fights as the Sage of Six path reincarnate. I hope this will suffice for a spot in the Akatsuki ranks.
As with before the heads shriveled up and fell lifelessly to the ground. However what might have gone unnoticed was the fact that the chains that were attached to their collars were attaching themselves to the Fallen Kings collar. All that remained were the tailed beast serpent, the serpent of corruption, and the fallen king. When that light shot forward and annihilated the serpent heads Abel quickly made several hand signs before shouting out, “Forbidden Art: Devils cage!” Nearly instantly four black cage walls sprung from the ground and finally sealed him and the serpent within. This in itself was an odd fact since the cage drained the energy source of whoever was inside of it at an extremely slow rate. However since this was his jutsu he was well aware of this. At the same time he did the three remaining serpents went into action; they had sent the chains around there collars into the ground and two would resurface with enough time to absorb the Biju Bomb. Four of the remaining chains would rush up from beneath the ten tails in an attempt to ensnare it.
These black chains were very unique due to the fact that the absorbed the energy from whatever they touched at a very rapid rate. The energy source would then be transferred to the user; who in this case was the serpents. And excess energy would be stored in a small gourd Abel had on his side underneath his cloak. The cage itself also had one additional ability, the energy source (in this case chakra) that was absorbed was then turned around and used to reinforce the cage increasing its durability to withstand even more. For example it was currently absorbing both Abel’s and his serpents chakra at an incredibly slow rate but it was enough to neutralize most standard chakra based attack from these two. But as stated from before they also had some of the Biju’s chakra stored with them which is what he had intended. The chakra from the Biju Bomb was more than what the serpent had used over the course of the fight and as such some of it was instead stored inside the gourd. Abel took said gourd from his waist and took the plug out. While the chakra had been neutralized by the chains and was no longer volatile it still leaked out of the gourd at an incredible rate. Abel quickly replaced the stopper on the gourd and returned it to his belt once enough of the chakra was released. Because of the slow absorption rate of the cage majority of the released chakra dispersed however enough of the chakra had been absorbed by the cage to make it very resistant to the Biju’s chakra attacks.
“Step one complete. How you holding up king?” Abel asked the Fallen King. He simply nodded as he concentrated on chasing the Biju around with the chains. The four chains would dart around the battle field weaving in and out avoiding any incoming attacks and were quickly joined by the two that had absorbed the Biju bomb. The now six chains would tirelessly chase the Biju until they eventually ensnare it. They would of course dive underground whenever possible so it would be more difficult to target them. If they were not stopped and eventually able to ensnare the Biju they would quickly tighten down on it and pin it to the ground not able to move an inch, thus not only replenishing Abel’s and the serpents chakra but storing excess chakra for later use. In addition to everything else that was going on the Fallen Kings eyes were now fully open. they would dart all across the field and in addition the green ring around his pupil began to glow ever so slightly.
P.S. due to never being good with the English language and writing I'm always looking for some criticism, so please don't hold back whether it's improving the grammar or the writing.
