For just one, single, brief, moment, she reached out-
The torrent of voices hit her like a wave. Something inside of her cried out, begging to return home, and Riley cut off the connection almost instantly, her entire body shaking from disbelief. No, she snarled out to herself. She wouldn't go back. It had been a mistake to try and reach him, when it was obvious there was nothing of Jericho in that mind. At least, not yet.
What are they waiting for. Riley growled to her team, her eyes flickering over to the infusers. We can't hold them forever.
It was then, that she saw the second plume of grey flame, and followed its path as it engulfed one of her own team, and then Sammy, and then-
NO. Riley screamed, her hands tightening on the rope as she tried to keep Jericho down. YOU WILL NOT TOUCH MALODORE.
Best friend or not.. now she was mad.

GRAPPLER
It was only a few moments for Marosa to watch the scene that unfolded, but he knew that he'd never forget this one moment for the rest of his life. He was here for a reason, and he hoped that everything would go well. He also hoped that if push came to shove, he'd have to use his ability.
But he'd be ready for that.
Impressed with what the Professor turned into, Marosa only took a moment to watch until he shook his head and snapped out of it, letting out a breath.
Swinging his rope, Marosa aimed to grapple the large misty dragon, wings fluttering as he jerked his hands to try to grapple the thing as best he could. There was no amount of training that could have prepared him for this, but he'd Jacking well try his best.
He got it on the first try, leaning back and pulling on the rope to add his extra weight. After this was over, he'd definitely ask Sharra for some sparring matches. If fights were going to continually be like this, Marosa would definitely start hitting the gym and build some much needed muscle.
Junko had been keeping quiet, a fiercely determined look on her face as she just grasped her bell tightly in her hands and looked all around them. She hated snow. Hadn't this been the first place Jericho had met all of them? But it was Red's stillness that got her attention, watching as their professor turned into a beast of a creature again. Her eyes were wide, shocked by what she was witnessing. It was incredible to watch, to see their teacher in control of what was happening to her. But it wasn't long until Jericho made her actually take a step back, his appearance something uncomfortably familiar. Not him too..
At Malodore's orders she nodded and did as she was told, keeping an eye on everyone around her. Right, right. Watch them. Oh, Jericho was so angry..she hoped this really worked.
Sophie stood strong when it all began. She was afraid; terrified, actually but this was too important for her to be afraid and risk messing up. Red was.. Red was incredible and possibly the only thing that stopped Sophie thinking it was a mistake for her to go. She had never seen anything so spectacular and frightening at the same time. And the Jericho came and the ghoul swallowed hard. It was always fire. Always. She gripped her bell tightly and circled round to the get a better eye on the grapples; more specifically her brother.
She went over a mental check in her mind. Use the bell when their health gets too low for you to be able to heal it with your FEAR. Save it until then. Be careful when sending out bandages. Concentrate or you'll lose them. Don't die. Don't let anyone else die. Eyes opened and the ghoul was suddenly focused. It would take a lot to break her concentration right now. But considering the size of the dragon they were up against a lot wasn't all that much..

SCRAPPER (not attacking obv')
The harpy stood strong when Red turned. It was a sight to be seen, that was sure. If she weren't so vain, she might have admitted that it took her by surprise. That she might have been a little scared at first. Of course she would never admit such a thing and she was could at keeping a poker face when she wanted to. This so happened to be one of those times and the ghoul put up a tough front, locking away those emotions for no one else to discover. She watched as grapples, infusers and medics took their place while she simply stood there looking pretty.
She felt a little bad. But her time would come soon enough and it would be tough. Insanity wasn't something to joke about; Jericho was living proof of that and she was horrified to think her gorgeous figure could turn into something like that. Regardless of that, she'd offered her help and she'd not stop until she was told to. Her word was worth as much and she was certain karma would repay her in one way or another. She stood back some, observing Jericho and his movements, studying him for the battle ahead.
The dragon had just about enough of these hooks. Roaring out in fury, they began to struggle against the grapplers, attempting to break free from their hold.
1. Captain: Riley 2. Roch - Shadow Step. Does not affect grappling. 3. Pokerus - Can use draconic strength. Pokerus gains +2 to grappling checks vs Jericho. 4. Alexander - Death grip, can hang on longer. Alex gains +2 to grappling checks vs Jericho. 5. Marosa - Touching him can make the toucher become addicted to touching Marosa. Only affects Jericho if he ICly touches him. 6. Sharra
Terra rushed forward, pulling back her slingshot and aiming the JOY at the dragon. She was terrified. There was no other word for it--but her hermano was yelling for them, and she wasn't going to chicken out now. She barely managed to hit the dragon before being hit herself.
It hurt. A lot.

After finished tying up the head, he watched at Red. The Professor was with her head a bit downward, she seemed locked in her own contemplation. AJ was waiting, waiting for Red to move and the grapplers to do their jobs. He had nothing to do right now except keeping an eye closely on the whole thing, being alerted. Suddenly, the Professor hunched up.
In a few seconds, Red disappeared, or better say, turned into a werewolf with white fur. AJ can hardly make out the white beast in existence of the snow, he squinted his eyes in order to focus better on what was going on. Luckily, soon he could clearly see what happened as the whole figure began to blacken. Nope. Not a werewolf. The transformed creature had pointy fatal spikes on its back and arms, horns on the two sides. Its eyes was glowing eerie red. COOL. It was a behemoth. A giant one. They were like little ants from her view.
Then, a portal. It appeared in the sky and followed by a loud roar, a giant dragon dropped down. Red, aka the Behemoth was trying her best to hold the foggy-misty dragon creature in the place. Was it their target, Jericho?
Now. It's the grapplers' job.
With the leader of grappler team ordered, the grapplers started to get into their position. However, the dragon was not happy with that, it roared loudly and struggled to break free from their hold.
Where's their leader? Why isn't they directing? The dragon was about to get free!
Knowing that their situation was not good, he decided not to wait for the leader's order. He picked up a snowball, put it onto his slingshot and shot! Maybe he was too rushed, the snowball barely hit the dragon while AJ himself got hit by the slamming tail lightly.
Alex was, admittedly, also wondering when the infusers were going to attack, but he could only assume that they were waiting for all of the grapplers to have their hooks and ropes in place, ensuring that the dragon would have the most likely chance to be hit. If they hadn't begun, there was likely a good damn reason for it.
He clenched his teeth tight, growling under his breath and biting back any retorts he might have had for his complaining team mates. Barely any time had passed, really, since Jericho had arrived. It was easy for tensions to run high, however, when a flame spewing, tail thrashing, insanity dragon was attempting to crush and destroy them all.
When the dragon bucked and attempted to get the ropes off, Alex held on with everything he had, his hands grasping the rope so tight that he was sure he would have the imprint of rope on the palms of his hands forever afterwards.
His rope held, and a sense of elation rose up inside of him. They were going to be able to do this!
And then he got hit with a tail, and he hunched his shoulders against the blow, bending his knees and trying desperately not to fall in the snow.

The moment the last hook landed in the Insanity dragon (which on its own was enough to instill quite a lot of trepidation in the even the most seasoned of battlers) he began to thrash, which really only furthered that whole sense of trepidation. Thankfully what woke the witch up from that was an unhappy shout. She bristled to reply only to break off whatever she was about to say to, instead, shout at the two students who ran forward. Without her cue. Who were then struck by the monster. Fabulous. "Next time you wait for my cue!" Belladonna shouted at the two students before she loaded her own little slingshot. With a pull back and a snap, the JOY sailed at the monster with an impressive hit. Leading by example, it was the least she could do. "Be loud and clear if either of you need a medic." She quickly added, a bit softer. They were her teammates after all, so she would do her best to look out for them.
Jerking against the strain by gripping onto the rope, Marosa felt his hands slide, redoubling his efforts to keep the dragon pinned as his grip tightened once more. Determination was on his face, and he was not going to let his team down.
Licking his lips as the dragon's tail swept at other party members, Marosa's wings fluttered as he watched the opponent warily, wondering if their efforts were effective. The dragon was still as strong as ever, and looked to be no worse for wear.
Now they were getting hit with something strange. It caused no pain, but it did end up angering the big beast even further. They continued to furiously lash about with their tail. The hooks were still strong as well. They may need to try and do something about that again fairly soon.
