"Interesting way to think of it. You play violin, don't you?" Sometimes she wondered if she should've bought him a violin instead of a guitar. Or a piano keyboard. The guitar suited him though...

Candace watched Jerry shave, occasionally tilting her head the same way he did without even realizing what she was doing. This did seem to work for him. It was very..old fashioned, just like Jerry. This man probably would have been happier in another time, an earlier decade.

The sudden curse made her jump and press back against the wall away from Jerry just out of instinct. What?! What ha--oh. He nicked his cheek. "Oops. You okay?" At least it wasn't his throat.

"I see that.." Candace fell quiet for a minute, just watching Jerry continue on like nothing had happened until she finally spoke up again. "May I try? I promise I'll be gentle."

"I know he does." Candace wasn't quite sure why it mattered that H also had a straight razor, she'd spent enough nights in his suite to notice he had one. "Please? Just show me how and I'll be really careful. Pleeeeeease, Jerrbear?"

...Jerrbear?

What?

You called him Jerrbear.

Candace's cheeks flushed hotly. Oops..she hadn't called him that in a long time. "S-so um...after this..what'll be next in Operation: Return of the Jerry?"

Candace pouted with dejection. It wasn't that he was tired it was the fact that he didn't want his face sliced up like deli meat. "Hey! I'd be careful!" She brought up one leg to hug it to her chest, keeping a heel pressed against the edge of the counter. Candace muttered something about underestimating jerkfaces and leaned against the wall, pouting like a child who'd been told no.

"I just wanted to try. Like, one little stroke." She mumbled, pressing her cheek against her knee and watching Jerry again. "...I'm sorry if you thought I was saying you couldn't do it. That wasn't my intention."

She wasn't bored, she was fascinated watching Jerry. But his words seemed to be a very polite hint. Candace sighed and straightened herself out, hopping off the counter. "Sure, just give me a call anytime. I'll see you later." At least she could leave knowing Jerry was finally going to start doing something about this rut he'd seemed to have gotten himself stuck in. Candace pushed away from the counter and stepped around Jerry and the chair, humming quietly to herself as she left the bathroom to collect her things and leave.

She was putting on her coat when he called her name, getting her attention immediately. Candace plucked her shoes up off the floor and carried when as she made her way back to the bathroom, peeking in to see what Jerry wanted. The thank you was unexpected, appreciated but unexpected. She smiled. "You're welcome. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Remember what I told you~." Candace then gave Jerry a small wave before she finally put on her shoes. "You're already looking better." She told him honestly, turning away and finally leaving to give Jerry his privacy.

Ah. Almost out. Candace blinked, stopping at the door out of his room and looking back toward the bathroom. "Yeah, every little bit counts, right?" She turned again, reaching for the door knob. Hm..every time she started to leave he called after her again. Candace glanced back over her shoulder. Was it just coincidence? Probably. Sighing, Candace shook her head and rolled her eyes as she stepped away from the door and across the main room to the bathroom again. The soft tap of her heels would be enough to tell Jerry she was still there. She stopped in the bathroom of the doorway, folding her arms across her chest and leaning against the door jam. She looked amused.

"Jerry, do you not really want me to leave or something?"
