Gabe sighed and hugged her, burying his face in her hair for a brief moment. There were really no words; he'd burned out all his attempts at humor, at lightening the situation. Even his normally boundless energy couldn't quite bubble him up right now.
He stepped back, opening the passenger side door for her.

She ran the back of her fingers down his cheek before she stepped into the car. Pulling in her feet so that he could shut the door and buckling herself in. Grasping her purse and settling it back into her lap.
Probably would have been something better than her shoe to throw. But then it did have all her junk in it. So perhaps a shoe hadn't been so bad to almost loose.
Vyth looked out the window silently. Figuring it would probably be a pretty quiet drive back to the dorms anyhow.

Gabe sat in the driver's seat, buckling in. It was indeed a quiet drive, at least on his end. He was thinking way too hard to talk. Already it was starting to churn over and over in his mind.
He sensed a long night ahead of him.
When they arrived at the dorms, he got out and opened the door for her, and finally spoke again.
"Hey, Vyth...I really enjoyed tonight. And I'd like to do it again. Er, thing with that Senshi aside." He said, holding out a hand for her.

Taking his hand, she stepped out of the car onto the curb. Ugh the dorms. She would've invited Gabe in or something but then she'd probably get in trouble. Honestly she couldn't wait to graduate and move out into her own place. While she had her own room it would be nice to have a place where people could come over and hang out whenever.
She smiled up at him. "I had a great time tonight as well. Sans Senshi thing." Nodding Vyth grinned. "And of course we'll do it again. That's what couples do silly."

"Hah, so I guess we are officially a couple, then." He said. He liked that idea, a lot. And, well, after what had happened, it only seemed appropriate.
He leaned down, kissing her lightly. When he pulled back, he was actually smiling. "Maybe we should patrol together sometime. Safety in numbers and such." He suggested casually. It seemed like a good idea to him.

"Officially official indeed." Vyth pretty much considered them a couple since the first time they had met. Sure it was never really officially announced or anything. No cards with pictures of them on them sent out to friends and family. Even now what would you put on such a thing? He saved my a** and compromised his own morals perhaps, hey we're dating? Nah, that didn't sound too appropriate.
She was not too sure how he dad might handle that....but on second thought. Hm, she would have to call him later. Leave out some details for sure. She was pretty sure telling her dad that her boyfriend had taken out someone for her might not slide too easily.
Vyth placed a hand on Gabe's chest as she kissed him. An eyebrow quirked at his suggestion. "Ah, trying to keep an eye on me are you? How chivalrous." She laughed and waved a hand side to side in front of her face. "But it does sound like a good idea anyhow. Of course you have my number so whenever you feel like having me tag along give me a ring."

Gabe smiled absently. He supposed killing someone to protect her was a pretty good way to tell your girlfriend you cared. And, you know, make a claim on her as your girlfriend.
He'd have to introduce her to his parents, he supposed, though he certainly wouldn't be telling them much about tonight.
"Well, I hate to think that you might be out on your own and get into danger, even though I'm sure you can handle yourself far better than I can handle myself." After all, she had awesome Senshi magic and such. "I'll do that. Call you, that is." He said. He twined his fingers with hers, squeezing gently beofre stepping away to go back to his car. "See you soon, Vyth."

With a nod, she quickly kissed him again before turning towards the gate. "I'll hold you to that, sweetie." Waving, she continued on her way towards the building. The evening still playing freshly in her mind.
Maybe she'd take a nice hot bath or something then climb into bed. She was still feeling a bit drained from using her powers earlier. Hopefully with time it wouldn't make her so tired.

Gabe nodded. "I expect you to," he said, and then he turned back to the car. He gave her a last wave before getting in, buckling up, and driving off.
It was the most focused he'd ever driven, because he couldn't think about anything else and keep his sanity. Not right now.
Processing would come later.
