Looking fair so far. Just a few questions primarily of personal interest first as well as one change we need to make. In the first Kido you're actually using 'Might' as a factor in the time for their escape. I understand this is sensible but we're really trying to avoid becoming a stat based RP. I think maybe it'd be better to say. "Strong people will have an easier time escaping." Also because it nullifies the Kido entirely at 6 Might and thus doesn't take into account shifting levels of power. Otherwise the Kido is fine. It serves as a nice higher tier Bakudo alternative to our anti air Hado. With the next Kido you realise that ripping chunks out of someone's skin will cause them to bleed to death right? Well that got me thinking. If you were to cast it near a bleeding opponent would it rapidly drain their blood. This might make it a little too powerful if so as you could effectively cut someone once and then drain all their blood in one shot of this Kido. I like the last Kido. No objections here. I bet tenth squadders are gonna want it later.

First and foremost let's just check the description for Hado 11. Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through. Basically it does exactly the same thing as Hado 22 except it's canon. If you can find a way to meaningfully change the Roc Barrier I'd accept it but as it stands it's too similar to Hado 11 because I can't find a reason to pick one over the other. Phoenix Barrier on the other hand is fine. It's a nice fair Kido. I'll add it in.

And blood could only be sucked out as fast as it can flow. As for skin ripping. Its from the beam. Instead of saying, my super awesome beam tears all the way through you! (I mean hado #4 does that at close range), it can only penetrate the skin. So an area slightly larger than your hand would have the skin burnt off. Which I thought was better than it tears through your body at the same size.

You should probably try to say something closer to 'It destroys the layers of skin it hits' rather than 'tears through' as I imagine it ripping entire layers clean off and exposing large areas of muscle. Otherwise I'll approve and add them into our lists. They'll be crossed out for now to show they can't be used.

Right but we're also talking about the interest of avoiding a stat based RP. I mean obviously if some guy rips himself out of it in one go and he has like. 2 Might. Call him out on it. Tell him it makes no sense given his might score but try to avoid attaching numbers like that to it that give guaranteed outcomes. There might for example be situational factors such as allies which could tear them out or reiatsu techniques. All sorts.

PupSage ((These are the three I will be making my "unique" kido for the first 3 months.)) Kido Number: 33 Kido Class: Bakudo Kido Name: Ookii Omoku Sa Re Ta Tejou (Great Weighted Shackles) Kido Chant: "You who has soared high above the world spreading filth. Now come crashing down into the gates of hell!" Appearance: The user slashes their hand or weapon through the air and creates a massive arc of energy (12 ft in length). This arc speeds towards the enemy. Effects If it touches the enemy, it wraps around them and binds them from the neck down for up to five minutes, getting weaker the longer its up. Exceptionally strong victims can break out with ease. The victim is dragged to the ground by a massive weight, taking the damage of the fall. The caster must maintain concentration on the victim, and can only move closer towards the victim while keeping the kido cast. Flavour Text: Created by a former fifth seat of squad nine to help detain criminals. Credited to: PupSage Kido Number: 39 Kido Class: Hado Kido Name: Shinkuu Juu (Vacuum Gun) Kido Chant: "Die you black fly. Surrender to my net and be crushed by my hand." Appearance: The user holder their hand in a gun-like shape ahead of them. Then a wave of reiatsu fires from their hand, much like a cero. Effects Whatever it hits is destroyed accordingly, but soon after, that area becomes a vacuum, sucking in everything around it for ten feet. This kido has only been used to hit a person once, and it massively damaged their skin, removing it down to the muscle in the area hit. Flavour Text: Created by a former fifth seat of squad nine to help detain criminals. It fills the enemy with a sense of false ego as they believe that your attack missed. Credited to: PupSage Kido Number: 37 Kido Class: Hado Kido Name: Yabu Retsu (Burst) Kido Chant: Twenty Seven by Seven Oh Two. Moon raises higher, tide crashing, Vision Obscured as the Great God takes his seat on the throne and cast out the impudent from his court!" Appearance: A black ball appears in the users dominant hand. It is roughly the size of a basketball, and shadows of itself reflecting around it, making it hard to see the exact location, but it can easily be narrowed down to a three foot area. Effects When the ball is thrown, it appears like this until it senses life within five feet of it, or until it crashes into something. The ball then explodes into 26 tennis ball sized balls of white light, that travel out at the speed of a shunpo, ten feet away and explode. Each white ball creates a 3 foot explosion. Flavour Text: Designed by a drunken squad eleven captain, who was saying that kido doesn't have enough explosions. A drunken Squad five captain took the idea and made it into the flesh, using it to defeat that squad eleven captain after he went insane. Credited to: PupSage Edited

Kido Number: 38 Kido Class: Bakudo Kido Name: Devils circus Kido Chant: dance with the ten devils, drink and forget, let the night wash you of your will to fight. Appearance: ten blue flames wrapped around the target from shoulder to calf Effects the caster of this Kido begins to chant and each individual finger begins to light one after the other. As if clawing at the intended target the caster throws the flames as they stretch and wrap around the target. The target is then trapped and is not able to move. The flames then slowly as if by a mosquito begins to drain the target of their reiatsu. While to fully drain the target it would take weeks. The Bakudo is used to surpress weaken targets for safe transport. The flames themselves do not burn he target they grows stronger and weaker depending on the reiatsu consumed. The flames can be overcome by individual pouring reiatsu into them. Or over exerting a large amount of reiatsu at once such as a release. Flavour Text: N/a Credited to: Karite the reaper

How's the reclassification of the Chiyudō, Pad? Kidō Number: 45 Kidō Class: Bakudō Kidō Name: Tri-Point Scarf Kidō Chant: "Let the winds heed my calls and the air form my words. Following my commands, form the saving light within my hands. Shield us from cunning blight! Thirty candles. Twelve cloths. Seventy-three sacred strings. Envelop us!" Appearance: When the Kidō incantation is said, a thin piece of light, resembling a glowing cloth, manifests into the hands of the caster. It generates a light only visible to those of the caster so it is basically invisible to other people, may it be foe or comrade. However, once the Bakudō is properly placed, its physical profile will become visible to those around it, if only faintly and easily overlooked. Its texture, upon its revelation, resembles a faint-glowing transparent glass. Effects: It is a medium-level barrier that holds only to burst-type of attacks. It means that it can only shield to those attacks that do not gain strength or intensity when executed from a distance, like charge-based Kidō or Zanpakutō skills. It can only hold only to one level of shock and once the intensity of the first wave is increased, no matter how little adjustment, the shield shatters. However, the Kidō has other advantages: invisibility and flexibility. It is invisible, unless finally positioned in the field, to anyone and anything (it does not generate its own Reiatsu; only in the final setup). It is flexible because it can be carried like a cloth and can be thrown at a certain distance at a certain space and area; once it does land on the field, it creates a triangular-base pyramid and holds that place for protection. And as it is flexible, it is easily dispelled, merely a wave of hand from the inside. Flavour Text: It was developed by Daigoro Hayashi, a Shinigami with renowned talents on performing Kidō (although specializes in Bakudō). He developed this Kidō as a cloth-based shielding device, for easy concealment during the heat of battle. Upon realizing the nature of concealment in this Kidō, he made a junction between his own Kidō and Kyokkō (Bakudō #26), therefore hiding the cloth-like barrier from everyone's sight and feel. Sorry about for the double post. It just suddenly occurred to me when I saw the Life Scan ability by Kasen. I wanted to developed a much more advanced version of it. Kidō Number: 35 Kidō Class: Chiyudō Kidō Name: Complete Analysis Kidō Chant: "And when a man's spirit moves away, the body is left in the way. Separate us from worldly pains and woes; reveal to us what binds the soul." Appearance: Upon the caster's incantation, a majestic circle of light appears around the healer and the patient. The circle of light is made up of ancient words, in different tongues, that indicate "heal thy soul". Then, after a moment, the circle of light gets smaller and smaller until it is encircling only the palms of the healer (positioned advisably several inches above the patient's chest). Once the healer moves his hands in one direction, the circle widens several inches in diameter, spanning over a certain area of the body. Effects: Essentially, it is an advanced version of the Life Scan ability. Once the Chiyudō takes full effect, the circle of light will reveal words around it that reveals about the patient's infliction (damages in internal organs; Kidō currently active in body; Kidō inflicted on the body, et cetera). The words are highly subjective, depending on the healer's perception of things: therefore, the words appearing to describe the damage in a captain-level healer is much more different from a seated-officer. That is why it is better performed by healers with much more knowledge in medicine so that more information reveals from the analysis. Flavour Text: It was developed from the earlier Chiyudō, Life Scan (Chiyudō #1). It is much higher level Chiyudō that aims to specifically identify the gravity of the wounds and damages of a certain person. Since the general idea had originated from a former captain of the Fourth Division (as indicated in the information of the Life Scan Chiyudō), its main developer was never known for it was worked by countless scholars and Chiyudō technicians throughout the years. The reclassification is now done. Thanks for reminding me. Only think I've gotta do now is sort out available numbers and try and finish off the early set. You should probably try and get in any low level Chiyudo you want now before I finish the initial ten off. Let's examine your Kido then. I like number 35 there. A bit strange but I can see it having very special uses. For example as you say 'Heal thy soul'. For higher level healers might it even reveal non physical damage? Also I like Bakudo 45. Just keep in mind I'm having trouble understanding what you want to get at. I don't mind adding it in now but you may wish to edit the description for greater clarity.
