Molly was so impressed, so in awe of her fellow trainees and Division lead as they took out more creatures.
Her FEAR shield was still pretty low, so she hung back, and would try to defend when she could…at least until Aria’s new orders rang loud and clear. Get on the floor!? Molly immediately panicked and dropped like a ton of bricks as ordered, wincing as her lance clanged noisily on the ground. Were they being attacked? Was what going on—
The only warning she got from her weapon was:
<Oh, yehr so fu—>
A hand immediately clamped over the red head’s mouth as she curled into herself, and there was no stopping the way her eyes immediately watered and streamed as her abdomen exploded into the worst onslaught of pain she ever felt in her entire life. Molly was no one to try and be strong at the moment, especially when it seemed all her other Mists were on the ground too. The young woman whimpered and writhed, trying to curl as tightly into herself as she could, arms tightly wrapped around her stomach. Was it bad she was thinking, ‘someone please come and end her?’
The only answer Candace got was a loud whimper.
Midol? Aspirin? Er…Molly had some in her bag…but she didn’t even want to try uncurling…oh gosh…she couldn’t even get the words out at the moment.

Another mist went down nearby, and Feng's heart went out to her as her pain seemed to be exceptionally horrible. He just didn't know what to do for all of these girls in pain. But he couldn't just stand there and watch. That seemed cruel. He knelt near Molly and rubbed her back uncertainly, trying to figure out what he could do to best help her. He even went as far as to shakily wipe the tears from her cheeks. He had no idea what he was doing.
<You're not very good at this.>
He ignored his weapon and nibbled at his lip. "Is there anything I can do for you?"

Even in pain she knew Marcus's Cassdar was fully functional. That on top of CRIPPLING PAIN might have been why she hadn't been more specific in where they could be found. Still, as the older trainee came over to join her, Cass half-whimpered and lifted her head to give him a pathetic look.
"I don't want to move..." she whined sadly, half curling around his legs since they were nearby. So close yet so far. Moving was agony. Midol? If she had to sit up to take a painkiller, she was just out of luck. In her head, Nicodemus was weighing the pros and cons of what had happened.
Good power boost....
Currently dead-on-the-floor Cass. He didn't exactly like that.

Deep down, Feng’s efforts were very much appreciated and Molly thought it was a very kind gesture…but…but a whole world of hurt was speaking for her at the moment. She squinted up at the young man. “…. Kill me, please.” She whimpered. “… Mercy…kill…” She further choked out. But that was very unlikely, and Molly ended up wrestling off her bag while still staying hunched. She nudged it towards the young man. “… I got…aspirin…please?”

Aria closed her eyes and concentrated on breathing. She took one long, slow deep breath until her lungs were bursting before releasing it. You could have warned me sooner, she told her weapon once she was able to stand up, desummoning her and sliding the flamethrower-now-knife into the sheath on her side.
Her weapon replied bluntly. There was a pause before she added,
Aria had no response.
Her weapon seemed to shrug.
The topic was dropped, changed to another as Aria forced herself to relax and move. First, check in on the trainees. Then --
wait what.
Aria blinked and stared at Feng. Her eyes flickered from the cat ears on his head to the emblem on his coat, the pieces clicking into place. Aha; one of her male Mist trainees. So they did exist!
The division leader nodded to him as he moved to assist Molly. She herself knelt down next to Syd, touching the trainee's shoulder. "Breathe. Slowly, in and out. Inhale, hold, exhale. Your weapon -- where?" Aria looked around, locating her weapon and pressing it into Syd's hands. "Talk to her. Distract her. You're her partner; give her support." Chances were Aria wasn't speaking to Syd with that particular order.
When Marcus burst in, Aria was on her feet in a flash with her weapon drawn, flamethrower pointed at Marcus. She held the pose as the Moon hunter barged into the room and zeroed in on Cass, the Mist lead relenting in order to wince and push one hand against her abdomen. "<********> who left the goddamn door unlocked?" She groaned, sheathing her weapon once more.
A touch at her leg made her look down. Aria lowered herself to the ground and rested a hand on Candace's shoulder, wincing. "Breathe. Relax. It hurts, but it helps to try and move around. Talk. Ask your weapon to speak to you. The distraction helps. Concentrate on something other than how your insides feel like they're -- urrrgh." Aria groaned, shaking her head. "********, I'm going to kick Allan next time I see him."

O nO
Feng didn't leave the door unlocked did he? Was he the last one in? Oh god. He was probably the last one in. He totally left the door unlocked. He tried not to let his complete and total panic show on his face as he kept rubbing Molly's back like it was the most important job he could possibly have. Molly was important, yes she was.
"I'm not going to kill you!" He squeaked, obviously distressed by the suggestion. He actually relaxed when she pushed her bag toward him, but not by much. Going through her bag was better than killing her, but not by much. You weren't supposed to go through girls bags. Like, ever. Nope. He stared at it dubiously for a moment before he finally stuck his hand in, expecting something to bite him immediately. When nothing did, he sighed and went to work, digging and shifting until he finally felt the rattle of a little pill bottle.
He managed to wrestle it open, grabs a couple pills, and dig some water out of his own pack to offer her. "Will this do?"

Cassdar, built into some part of his brain that just intrinsically knew that she needed him. They all had a sixth sense, what was a seventh? Marcus would say it was natural. It just worked. he whine made hm frown as he kept up the soothing motions to her back. Every power came with a price, and this one? Frankly it sucked.
"Shhhh I won't move you till you're ready then. Just don't.... warn me if you get sick feeling." The way he said it hinted that he might have seen it happen. Slow, soothing motions to her back as he sat down beside her, trying to keep his own movements to a minimum. "It'll get better. We'll get some hot soup and a blanket and we can go to a corner and cuddle and I'll be right there okay? Hm?" He was trying very hard to reassure her, but it didn't help that he was biting his own pain and wincing every so often.
Aria's curse made him realize however, he'd just. Barged in. Cass> Others right? Dis chimed in his head, pleased with the fact Marcus was feeling embarassed. [i]Serves you right, not knocking. Looking over to the mist lead, Marcus mouthed a 'sorry' to her before wincing and turning back to Cass, trying to mask the pain with a smile.

"It wasn't me..." Cass whimpered in Aria's general direction. "Should we put an automatic lock on the door?" she questioned out loud before whimpering again, arms wrapping around her midsection. Was this what labor felt like? If so, she might have been more than willing to pass on spawning. At least until she suddenly got baby hungry in another ten years.
If she lived that long.
"Thank you.." she added, moving slightly to lay her head in the moon trainee's lap as he came to join her in the pit of mist agony that was going down right then. He was a superhero in her book. All tough and strong and.. she probably would have swooned in her insides weren't threatening to kill the universe. Her universe. Her inner universe.
She could have gone on mentally, but Marcus was there being soothing and nice and Aria was mostly functional in comparison to them. Which reminded her - Cass passed a look to her leader with a frown.
"Think.....think we should call," she winced and hissed a bit, "Lance and let him know?" she asked.

Since Molly couldn’t have a swift merciful death, it would have to do. “ Th-thank you so much…” She squeaked, and as much as she didn’t want to, Molly pushed herself up to sit, hunching as much as she could as she took the water and the pills. “ Y-you’re a dear…!” The red head just tossed the pills into her mouth and downed them as fast as she could with some water. “ I really hate to bother you…but if the others need it too…would you be able to give it to them?” Pills and water. Molly was ready to go back to curling on her side.

Breathe. Relax. Right. Okay. Easier said than done but she'd try. She whimpered and nodded, her hands pressed against her midsection as she tried to get up onto her knees again. Try and move around?! Was she serious right now?! TALK!?
I'll talk to you. But I think she wants you to speak aloud. Candace groaned. <********. That. Atropos made a sad noise. Oh, Candy. Shhh. It's okay. Would you like me to distract you? Oh! I know~! I'll tell you a story of my past! How about that! Fuuuuuuck.
Candace grasped the arm of the couch, her body shaking as she tried desperately to pull herself up to stand. Move around. Get your mind off it. It's like getting a charlie horse, just walk it off. Walk away the pain. Ignore it. It'll pass. When I was a young ghoul I lived on the streets. It was tough. I had to steal food. One day I stole a loaf of bread and the palace guards-- Candace suddenly started laughing. ...the palace guards started chasing me. But they couldn't catch me. I'm too quick for them. Candace continued to laugh.
Atropos finally huffed angrily and stopped. What's so funny!?
"Th-that's the introduction to the movie Aladdin!" She laughed, doubling over from the action. It was like the time she tried to convince Candace she'd written Harry Potter! It felt as if Atropos was pouting.
Who is Aladdin? This is my life, you little-- Candace drowned her out with laughter, leaning back against the side of the sofa until she lost her balance. Her legs didn't want to support her and she collapsed onto the couch. Wait. Did someone mention Lance?
"Oh god! Lance had one of these stupid things on, too!" Was he okay?! Where was he?! He couldn't get up and walk around to ignore the pain like the rest of them! Candace winced, forcing herself to try and stand again. "O-ow.." She whimpered, rubbing her abdomen. Atropos huffed again.
I tried to help. She sulked. Candace was sure if she could shuffle her feet and kick a pebble she would. Awww, Atropos. I'm sorry. Tell me another story, okay? Atropos grumped. You'll just mock me again. She grumbled much like an annoyed child. Candace forced a smile. I won't, I promise. ...Fine.

Izy said quickly as he was ordered to do some talking.
"Wh--what?" Syd asked, desperately grasping onto her weapon's beautiful voice.
he said, ever so seriously.
"Wh--whattt??" she yelped, turning bright red. She was in serious pain here and he was discussing reading cheesy romance novels?
"Izy--you... idiot," she gritted out.

Marcus' apology was met by a flat glare. Aria was not amused by you, Marcus. She watched them a moment further, answering Cass' question. "The locks will be upgraded. I don't know who has the keys to this place, and if who we found was the former owner..." She shook her head. There was paperwork to do once she got back and the Insanity was dealt with. Did they jump the gun on claiming a house?
She ignored the suggestion and stood, moving slowly and forcing her breath out. Come on, Aria. This is nothing. You're a bloody division leader. Strength. Strong. Walk it ******** I'm going to kill that man.
Symphony prodded as Aria moved further into the house, glancing towards Syd and nodding encouragingly. Good; there was some progress there.
She gave an encouraging nod towards Feng as she passed him. "There might be more water in the fridge," she mentioned in passing, reaching down to squeeze Molly's shoulder. Poor girl; at least she came prepared. "Try to relax. Breathe in. Out. Try to concentrate on something else or have your weapon talk to you." He attention went back to her weapon, I don't think I even reme-
The weapon's words were blunt enough to draw Aria up short, grimacing as recollection surfaced. the weapon continued, clearly vexed.
For now, Aria replied, disappearing into a room and yanking the sheets off of a bed. We're going to... move the body. I don't think the girls or guys want to be in the same room as a corpse, especially considering the condition they're in.
No. They're going to be occupied enough as it is. I'll let them rest.

With the bed-sheet in hand, Aria approached the body that Molly had discovered earlier. The unfortunate hunter wasn’t covered immediately. She reached out with her gloved hands and began to search, pulling out and sorting through the contents of their pockets. Items she deemed were personal effects were examined and put back. The few things she deemed were not were transferred to her own pockets. The keys to the house, their wallet; a cellphone was shoved back into a pocket, left on in case somebody called. Aria wasn’t about to turn it on and called whoever they contacted last to inform them of what had befallen the previous owner. She wasn’t good with words, and the live Mists took precedence over the dead.
At last the body was covered and rolled into the sheet until the body was covered. Aria hefted the former hunter up onto her shoulder, stumbling and cursing under their weight. She hefted the body up, hitching it further onto her shoulder. There. It wasn’t perfect but it would do well enough.
When the division leader was seen next, she was without the body. Her first priority was to wash her gloved hands in the kitchen sink before she moved back to the main area, glancing at the Mists (and moon) gathered there. “How is everyone holding out?”

She could only hope that the aspirin might help quickly, but for now she stayed sitting up but hunched over.
Gosh…she really hated being useless. She wanted to do what Feng was doing…going around and checking on everyone else. Not be sitting here nearly rendered immobile by this pain and nausea. Will power, Molly, will power! Vaska was rather convinced that sheer will power could get them through this if she really tried. Molly startled, looking up as Aria squeezed her shoulder in a comforting gesture.
…She really did have the best division leader. The young woman nearly burst into tears again at the kind gesture, and instead nodded her head a bit. “Y-yes ma’am…!” She breathed. “Thank you…!” She looked down again, arms wrapped around her stomach as she focused on breathing…and listening to her weapon mightily proclaim how if he was in her situation he would act like everything was right as rain and such…huh…it was a good distraction…
She looked up as Aria appeared again, and she really did want to try getting up…but she was afraid she’d lose her lunch if she even bothered. “…I…I’m really sorry I’m of no help.” She uttered to no one in particular, upset about that.

"I--I'm fine, ma'am," Syd lied through her teeth. She felt like crap, and it didn't help that Izy was reading one of the cheesy novels in her mind, proving that yes, indeed, he was an excellent reader-- "But... I wish... Izy would have picked... a different subject," she finished. "Really... different... subject," she gritted out.
