Talent Description: Space Trancending Pact:
This talent allows Axel to make blood pacts with several beings [ animal, humanoid, inannimate ect ] that serve her just like summonings would serve a sumoner. Each creature, or object, has a specific trial which Axel must surpass, usually besting it in combat, but in other cases she must do something else like learn a certain technique or reach a certain rank.
These creatures, as said before, serve as if they were summonings; there for they must be applied for in the custom summonings thread.
In order to make such a pact Axel must use the following jutsu:
Kin: Space Trancending Pact
Rank: Varies
Type: Kinjutsu - Ninjutsu | Supplementary
Description: A technique past down through Axel's family and to those deemed worthy by it. This Forbidden Jutsu allows the wielder to sign a pact with any creature that deems the user worthy
And in order to summon these creatures Axel must use the following Jutsu:

4 at Jounin
5 at Sanin
6 at Kage
Talent Sacrifice:
Due to the fact that Axel doesn't usually fight herself she isn't able to learn taijutsu or Kenjutsu. Added to this her overall physical strength is - 1.5 ranks, in other words weaker than someone her normal rank, but stronger than someone bellow her rank. Adding to the physical weakness, since the girl does not fight on her own at most, she is only able to use one element, and that element is weaker by 1 rank making her pretty useless unless she's using her creatures.
Adding to this the girl must have Summoning Specialist and Chakra Control as her shinobi types; Summoning Specialist to be able to control the Summonings and Chakra Control to be able to control and summon them.
And his elemental jutsu cost 3 CP more.
NOTES:
* Only 1 summoning of the same rank can be used at a time.
* If a summoning runs out of Chakra it is dispelled.
* Any specific summoning can only be used once per battle.
* The fight with the summonings must take the same number of posts it takes to learn a jutsu of said rank.

You are unable to use ninjutsu from your second element? Why is it specified in that way? Does that imply that you can use genjutsu, or something else related to the element still?
Besides that, please add a penalty of +1 post per rank to learning medical jutsu, since your character is rather forcing herself to learn it, contrary to her profession.

I can't justify a massive reduction like that, especially considering neither of your types have any relation to the jutsu type desired. (Or learning bonuses of that level) The highest reduction I can see being allowed is one half.
Side point, genjutsu is much more closely related to medical than ninjutsu, as far as chakra control is concerned. If your focus on medical was to reduce your ability in another area completely, but leave another intact, it'd remove the ninjutsu before genjutsu.

Because that'll leave me without any- *face-palm* Forgot about maruton gonk .... Basically, all I meant by saying that I'm unable to use ninjutsu for my second element was that I couldn't learn any ninjutsu other than medical (hence my embarrassment for forgetting about maruton). Therefore, yes, that implies I can use genjutsu from my second element. I hadn't thought so far as to whether or not I can use anything else related to the element, but I suppose I assumed that as well? Added the learning penalty.

How it happened:
Raphael is one of the most gifted Nara clan members to ever be born. His raw ability rivals that of even the clan head, although his current level of mastery is very sub par. He is expected to be the next Clan head, even though he is from a branch of the family that used the clan techniques as a leisure activity.
Neither of those count against his jutsu learning cap right? I just had those added because that was the easiest way to explain it I could think of.

Talent Sacrifice: Sora Ushio // Aku no Sora has chosen not to use jutsu/techniques outside water-element ninjutsu and genjutsu and his clan's techniques. This leaves out, foreign Taijutsu Styles, Universal Jutsu and Universal Genjutsu (besides the basic things, Water Walk, Tree Climb, etc.) including learning other jutsu for any other elements he would get at later ranks.
In exchange, he can use the clan techniques and access them as if he was Chuunin. This also put him at the Chuunin stage of the Ushio clan while being at Genin rank, and his growth would be like that as well. Although,this talent doesn't effect the fact that you still indeed have to learn under the Ushio head. So anything that would be somehow learned without it being under his tutelage, will still be considered at 3/4ths the power it would be at should you have learned it under the clan head.
How it happened: Sora has never had particular interest in learning jutsu outside of the Ushio clan's own techniques and teachings excluding Suiton jutsu. As a Ushio male, he has been told to train in many different aspects of jutsu to defeat the other children who want to train under the head. But Sora ignored these warnings and displayed quite a unique ability -- he fought as if he was operating as a Ushio Chuunin. He quickly became a threat to the rest of the Genin. His thoughts and actions were too quick for others to follow or even keep up with, as they were operating as Ushio Genin. He was labeled as a "Pure Ushio" by a few others because of his quick advancement while being a Genin in the Chuunin stage of the Ushio clan's Well Of Knowledge. This talent has stuck with Sora, and will stick with him, as long as he continues to only rely on his bloodline's traits.

No. I can't really even describe what's wrong with this, but sealing dead people's shadows makes little sense, and there isn't really even a length/range set on any of them that I know of. Range is a tricky thing in RP... Besides that, this would be more a jutsu set than a talent.

Actually some of the Nara clan techniques list a range. sweatdrop And yes, I agree that range is tricky in RP. I wanted to be capable of spreading his shadow over an entire area, although this probably isn't the best way to do so. I was actually drawing on a nibi type effect. for the sealing of shadows. sweatdrop Okay, I'll go back to the drawing board.

As one last addition, please add that medical jutsu you would not normally be able to learn (Those above the rank you can access without being a medic.) have a -1 rank penalty to effectiveness. That should help to balance out what is basically giving you a weakened version of a second profession. (Sorry that I didn't think of that before...)
