Cress blushed when her lips touched his. After the kiss he stared for a little bit. "O-Oh I see. S-So your father was trying to get you married?" He studdered a bit.
Looking into her eyes he didn't relize she was also holding him a little too. He was staring to feel really awkward. Did she like him after all?

"Of course silly, I am princess after all..." She replied holding him close and looking into his eyes. "Father saw me as just another pawn and wanted me married to one of his allies in order to build a stronger bound between warring factions."

"PRINCESS!? You never told me you were a princess!" he gasped blushing a deep red. "W-Well I'm glad I rescued you then." Cress looked away unsure of what to think. He was so shy sometimes, and this was all moving so fast.
"You're a really tough Princess." He commented slowly wrapping his arms around her body, her scales felt to hard yet smooth to the touch. Cress gave her a warm smile. It was odd holding her some, it seemed like their hearts were beating at the same time for a brief moment. Everyone seemed to fade around them as he turned to look into her deep eyes.
Was she seducing him? He didn't know though strangly enough Cress didn't mind being held by her some. Yet he still was unsure what she would do next.

"My race is naturally tough but I believe I catch your drift..." she added kissing him again this time with a little bit more passion and less surprise.

Cress gently rested his forehead against hers. "I see...you really are full of surprises Scarlett." he smiled gently. This time he pulled her into a deep romantic kiss. For some reason this felt like the right thing to do. Maybe he had fallen in love with her a little. Still he was too shy to say anything.
"Would you like me to start calling you Princess Scarlett from now on?" he said after the kiss. He felt her tail wrap around one of his legs. They floated there snuggling into one another lost in the kisses they shared.

Grinning as she felt her tail take hold of his leg, she gave it a sharp tug and pulled Cress off his feet into the surf.

Cress felt himself go under it was a good thing he took a breath before she did that. Somehow he managed to free her tail from his leg. By the time he surface he was gasping for air.
"I won't call you Princess.." he gasped panting a little. "I'm starting to get cold..so I'm heading to the shore." he said before swimming to the shoreline. Wrapping himself in a towel he noticed that it was entering evening. Where did all the time go?
Blushing a bit he couldn't help but think about the romantic kisses she gave him, then pulling him under the waves. Was that all just a ruse? His head was so confused. Laying back he was glad to be on shore. Cress wasn't one to swim much.

After a few minutes of playing in the surf without Cress, Scarlett grew bored and came in as well. Stretching out on her towel alongside Cress, she basked in the evening sun as it slowly began to disappear beyond the horizon.
"What a way to spend the day..." she said, sighing contently.

"Yes it was fun..though why did you kiss me?" he asked sitting up. Looking at her Cress couldn't help but notice they were the only ones left at the beach. "You don't...like me do you?"

Cress blushed, she did make a good point. "W-Well I just.." he didn't know what to say. "You're just a really beautiful woman. I just sort of figured you to be a lone wolf. " he said with some embarassment.
"I..like you too..." he finally said figeting a little. The way her scales and bikini still sparkled took his breath away especially in the pose she was laying in. As a gently sea breeze tossed his hair around some Cress scooted closer to her.

Cress blushed. Silent for a while he sat there wrapping an arm around her shoulder and pulling her close. Snuggling into her some he smiled. "Well how about we head home? Maybe get some dinner or something. I kind of would like to dress into some dryer clothes. I'm sure you're tired of wearing that knock out bikini too." he chuckled a bit kissing her cheek.
"So..." his blush deepened. "..you want to make out?" Realizing he said that he looked away. "U-Uhh...why did I just say that!?"

Thinking along the same line, she wasted no time pulling him into a passionate kiss. Allowing the moment to linger they enjoyed the comfort for each others embrace.

Packing up, they left the beach and headed home. Cress dressed in something casual and ordered some pizza. Sitting upon the couch he waited for her wondering what was taking Scarlett so long.
He still couldn't belive it though, her kisses felt soft and tasted sweet. Cress couldn't stop thinking about it.
