~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity wrote in a fancy writing. The note read this:
"Thomas, I knew you would eventually find the book. I hope it aids you as I want you to have it. I'm sure you need it more than me. Thomas I wanted to tell you something but I didn't have the courage to tell you face to face.
Thomas I love you. Yes writing it seems easier but I know you are a solider and your mission are important. Its why I didn't tell you face to face. I thank you for saving me and I will remember you always. You are a fierce solider so fight on Thomas. I don't know how you feel for me but I love you. Be safe -Love Trinity"
Trinity stood in the rain as.she looked upon her father's grave. She was soak and wet as the tears spilled. Her heary long for Thomas. "Rest in Peace Father.". She stood there soaked and drentched not caring if she catched cold.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas's hand trembled as he held the note. Thomas, I love you... The words repeated over and over in his mind. He was numb. Love? I can't leave her now... But I have my duty to fulfill... He stared down at the letter until darkness decended. The rain had ceased, but still he felt the thickness of the air. Finally, he stood, clenching the note in his fist. He could delay his journey for a day or two; Trinity was more important to him than his orders. He would take whatever punishment came to him. Thomas lept into the saddle once more and rode back the way he had come. With any luck, I will be there before sunrise.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ As darkness fell upon Crystal Mines, Trinity kissed her father's grave and placed a flower she used to pick for him when she was little on his tomb. "I will see you again father when my time comes." She smiled as she walked into the shop and went to her bedroom.
Trinity took a bath in hot water so she wouldn't catch cold then she climbed into bed and slept. Her heart still longrd for Thomas as she now felt the pain her father felt for her mother.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas found himself standing in front of her door. The sun had not yet risen. Now what? Damn... I wish I had thought this through a little more... He looked down at the ground and suddenly had an idea. He scooped up a handful of small pebbles and began throwing them against her window; they made a soft tap, tap, tap noise. He saw the room flicker with light as a candle was lit and smiled.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity was in deep slumber until she heard tapping noise. She grumbled as she turned on a candle. She then stormed out in her night gown as her hair was down and walked out the shop and around to her bedroom window. "Who the devil do you think-" Trinity stop in mid-sentence as she saw Thomas. "Thomas?" She couldn't brlieve it. Was she dreaming?

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas gathered the courage to speak. "I've come to return your book," he said with an mischevious smile, "and... your affections." There was silence as they stared at each other for a while. "Can I come in or must I stay out here in the damp?"

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity stared at him until he finally said something and broke the silence. A smile broke on her face as she grabbed his hand. "That book is a gift so keep it and you already have my affection."
Trinity pulled him inside as she closed the door. She went over and lit a fire as it was a cold night. She then turned and faced him. "You are here, now wgat?" She smiled.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas laughed. "I meant that I am returning your affection; I feel the same way, silly girl," he said, brushing her hair out of her face gently. He regarded her briefly, then turned away to sit in an armchair. "I wonder what it is that you want. Sending me off into battle with those thoughts... I would've been killed. So... what is it you want? Do you want me to stay behind?"

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity tilted her head as she laughed. "Ops, my intention was not that at all and I did not think you felt anything. I would figure you would go with Evangaline." She was lost in thought for a second.
She approached Thomas and kissed his forehead. "I love you Thomas. However, I know you can't stay at keast not long but... What I want is you to return to me safe and sound."

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Evangeline...? That girl? I wonder if she's jealous. "Of course I felt something. How could I not, after all we went through in our time together? But... I can't promise that I'll return at all. I'm a runner. We have the highest death rates of anyone. We are the first into battle and are put in the most dangerous situations. If I go back, there's a good chance I'll be killed. I don't want this to be the last time I see you, Trinity. I don't want to leave you here in this town to mourn your father."

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity knelt down as she smiled. "Then what are you planning on doing Thomas? Stay here with.me and forget your duties, your orders? I would have figured that by me telling you how I felt will give you that motivation to live. No, I wouldn't want you to die at all. I keep that thought out of my mind. When you left, I truly did believe that was the last time I was going to see you.
She stroke his cheek as her blue eyes looked into his eyes. "I lived for a century, my father has been alive when settlement first began, we Minstrel love for life. My father mourn my mother everyday because that is your other half. Thomas you mean so much to me. So much that I support you in whatever you wish to do."

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< "I can't forget my duties... But I can't leave you behind, either," he mused. A thought popped into his mind and he considered it carefully. "Trinity," he said, breaking the silence, "I wouldn't ask if I didn't think you could take care of yourself... why don't you come with me? Think about it. We could stay together, take care of each other, even help drive the vampires out of our territory."

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity thought about what he said. In truth, he was right that she can take care of herself. She didn't have anything here except the memories of her family, childhood, and meeting Thomas.
A smile finally broke on her face. "Alright than. I will go except not at this minute. I suppose prosponing it would not hurt sincr I would have to back but I also want to at least relax with you before we start attacking. You sure you want get in trouble for bringing me?"

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< "I might," he admitted, "But I'll deal with that. We need more people and she knows that," he said with a hint of irritation. He smiled. "We'll postpone it as long as you need. I suppose I'll go tell her..." Thomas wandered of outside and ignited the white flame in his hand. Nadia was going to be furious with him.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity nodded as she watched him walk outside. She hoped she didn't get him into serious trouble. She stretched as she wonder if she could truly postpone the travel. "Understatement." She mutter as she went towards her room and crawled onto the bed. Thomas did wake hee feom her sleep so she laid there waiting for him to be done.
