  Seytan Rex [ Puppet Master ] - [ Konohagakure ] [ Genin ] -
A young blue haired shinobi walked into the doors of the office, staying in the main office where all the lower ranking missions were at. He didn't want to bother the Hokage with something so simple so he would just go on and walk up to one of the secretaries. " Hello Miss Secretary, do you have any missions you could offer a young genin such as myself? " The boy would ask the secretary, whom recieved him with a skeptical glare and pointed over at a board in the opposite side of the room. " Thank you very much miss."
He thanked the ever so 'sympathetic' and 'useful' secretary and shrugged her off and grabbed hold of three slips of paper, three dog walking missions, three different clients, three different dogs, all at the same time, good for him he guessed. He needed money to start his training, and that would just do the trick. He grabbed the three papers and walked out of the office heading to the town square to meet his three clients and get a nice payment out of his job.

Cryshal Fuero {Assassin} --- {konohagakure} --- {Genin} Enter from Village Gate Cryshal walks up to the site where the hokage tower used to be before it was replaced with a pit, she looks down at sees a few snakes and exclaims "OMG SNAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she then runs away from the pit for a few to regain her nerve. Once she has regained her nerve she enters the pits hoping to find the hokage soon. Cryshal approaches a door and knocks on it hoping that it is the office, when the door opens she steps into the room and says "my name is Cryshal Fuero but many people call me Crystal. I am new to the village and I am here to become fully registered." As she says this she eagerly puts the papers down on the desk and her hands go in front of her waiting anxiously for the hokage's decision. Chakra: [25|25]

With a gleam in her eyes she happily nods at the assistant and thanks them both and with a warm smile and gentle wave she is off to start her life as a ninja. Exit to mission board Chakra: [25|25]

Heading up to the secretary, he offered up a normal smile and requested for a few basic missions his Genin could deal with at the Hospital. Having the kid go through all the work without it being at least a little fruitful would be a waste. Taking up three D rank missions for the Genin, he thanked the secretary and headed off towards the Hospital to begin his little relay run.

Zaku Akatori
Enter from Gates of the Hidden Leaf
Zaku openned the door to the Hokage's office, immediately noticing the amount of snakes. He scans the room, observing the docile nature of the snakes. Feeling safe, he walks into the office and approaches the secretary. Somewhat nervous, he says "Hi, uh, I would like to hand in these registration forms" Placing the forms in front of her. She takes a quick look at the forms, and without looking back up responds, "Ah, yes, thank you. We'll get you into the system as soon as possible. In the mean time, feel free to explore the village. He nods and begins to back away. Zaku turns and begins walking to the door.

Shocked by the sudden appearance of the girl, Zaku took a step back. He noticed her looking at his headband. Joining a squad would be the fastest way for me to get stronger His eyes widened at the idea. He smiled and replied "That would be great. My name is Zaku, and i would love to join you squad." Although he was smiling, he was doing everything he could to hold back the excitement from bursting out of him. He thought to himself, First day and already a squad. Man, this place is great.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu It has been a few weeks since Zin's historical departure from the village gates. The meeting with his father, truly made him wish to do nothing more than to push for supremacy. What he did, was embarrassing. So what if he was one of the legendary Sannin. Zin has surpassed his developmental area, when Orochi was his age. He should be stronger than him... yet instead, he was made a fool of in front of his village. The very thought infuriated him the more he thought about it, but at least he had a plan to ensure this situation doesn't occur as bad, should it happen again.
First, is making Konoha economically stable. Now that more shinobi are being pushed out of the Academy, Zin is able to send people on more missions. More people on missions means more money for the village. More people for the village, means the ability to get closer to his dream goals. But with these continual assaults against his operations, it is quite difficult to make those moves solid. Before moving into his training phase, to ensure himself to be an adequate Kage in the combative sense, Zin would stay in the office for a little while to see if anyone needs his assistance. That, and he needs to organize a couple things in the village, that seemed to be a wee bit on the outdated side.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu After Zin completed his work, he summoned one of the ANBU. Fishing into his pocket, he retrieved a rather large sum of gold and instructed him to purchase one E-Rank, one D-Rank, two A-Ranks, and one S-Rank jutsu for him. After that had happened between his father, Zin was going to really start hitting the books and start training on his technique. He had, at least to him, far too weak techniques to confidently go through with his plans, as well as go completely heads up with his father in the art of jutsu skill. He definitely, was many years before the young Naga, but with how much Zin has accomplished within his short life span, he definitely was going to make use of his talent and push beyond his father's parameters, until that man completely fears him.
After about five or so minutes, Zin was given his scrolls, which he took down into the depths of his Kage "tower" until he came to the base floor where he does his training, with Nagi and Hitan slithering beside him. Coming before the two guards that usually permit individuals except for himself to enter, Zin spoke, "I wish not to be disturbed until I have completed my training. If it is dire, then I will accept. But bare in mind if I feel the issue is not prudent, the next training victims I will use as target practice for my jutsu's, will be first your children... then your wives... and then you. Are we clear?" ZIn said with a fake smile, venomous fangs pointing threateningly from his lips until he heard the stuttering mummers of agreement and the door to his training "stadium" opened.
Coming to the middle of the stadium as the light became lit, Zin would place rented scrolls down, via the order of their rank, and would pick up the E-ranked scroll first. Upon unrolling it, Zin found it to be a Genjutsu; something he was particularly weak at, but hoped to build enough strength in it to overcome his weakness. This Genjutsu, or better known as "Kumo Monokage no Jutsu", was a very low ranking Genjutsu that had a lot of possibilities. It was triggered, from what Zin read, visually which meant it more so effected only the occipital lobe. He'd have to be careful in performing this technique to a high leveled shinobi, but even they can fall pray to it if he performs the jutsu just right. Looking around and spotting the nearest surrounding guard within the dome who usually brought in the prisoners that would be victim to Zin's training, he waved him over who... reluctantly came forward; for after all, with no victim being brought into the stadium, the only other people that could be practiced on would have to be the other guards or himself.
Seeing his hesitance, Zin stood up and tilted his head, "Are you sure you are ANBU?" He questioned softly as Nagi and Hitan raised their heads and stared at the nervous man intently; wondering, if they were to be getting another snack. "Zin-sama... I a-" A curt hiss from Zin cut him off as the Naga prince giggled, "It is hard to lie, to a liar. Indeed you have the title of ANBU, but unfortunately your personality is lacking the qualities that I need in my ANBU. Pity... It would seem that you have now indirectly volunteered yourself to be my guinea pig." Zin said as he'd flash the images of the short set of hand-seals in his mind briefly before his hands would take action and replicate what he remembered. With his hands exploding from the depths of his over-sized cloak, and the ANBU already nervous about his livelihood, ZIn was going off the intuition that it would be this that would make him look down to Zin's hands, to see what is coming out; or rather, what is this burst of motion going to create. The hand-seals themselves would be performed a bit effortlessly due to the ease in the level of the technique, as Zin focused his chakra throughout his body and specifically his hands, to create the hypnotic effect that his hands would need to make in order for this technique to move on.
After a couple of seconds after the move was made, Zin saw the ANBU make a subtle movement of his body, that looked like it could be one of question. "What do you see?" Zin inquired,as he awaited to see if the technique was performed as he expected. "I... I do not see you Zin-sama... There is a cloud blocking the view." Zin wouldn't let onto it being a Genjutsu or Ninjutsu, but then again, the moment Zin would stop concentrating on the technique and the "cloud" would fade, he should be able to suspect what was really going on. "On to the next one." Zin said softly as he began to prepare himself to move on to the next ranked jutsu, which would be the Genin leveled jutsu he rented out.Kumo Monokage no Jutsu (Cloud Cover Technique) Learned

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu After the completion of the technique, Zin then decided that he'd work on a step above that Genjutsu and do another basic technique, that again would be quite useful under his sadistic hands. Indeed, this technique, was one of the Genjutsu's that was utilized during one of the Chuunin exams; "Magen: Kokuni Arazu No Jutsu", or "False Surroundings Technique". As Zin opened the scroll, he started to get a better understanding of the technique and it's usage.
Basically, the technique, via either touch or visual implement of the Genjutsu, creates a false image of a specific target that Zin wants portrayed in the mind of his opponent. But, being this was such a low leveled Genjutsu, the technique can only put the curtain of an illusion over something that is equal or less than the size of a man. "Which, on average is between five-feet eleven inches or six feet even." Zin thought to himself before nodding and hissing to Nagi who slithered up his left arm and pointed his large diamond shaped snout towards the ANBU member. Using his other hand, Zin would form a simple sign and concentrate on performing the illusion. Opening up the chakra points like before and forcing his chakra to project from his tiny body, to that of the man before him. Which would therefore, bring the hopeful forced influence upon the ANBU's mind.
"What do you see?" Zin asked softly, as the Naga prince uplifted the coiled Nagi further in his hand as if he was wielding a blade. The ANBU responded, "I see a straight sword, Zin-sama." He replied, which ZIn nodded in confirmation and then dispelled the illusion and sat Nagi back upon the ground. "Good..." Curling the scroll back up and placing it to the side, he spotted his last few scrolls, that held the higher level techniques that he was suppose to learn before his training session would start to close.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Now it was time to really start working on something that would be rather difficult. But being Kage of title, it was something he'd definitely need to have, in the event that he needs to leave the village, and needs instant information upon the situation of Konoha. The "Kage Bushin Technique". A technique, that can both be used for purposes such as "running" the village outside of his direct absence, as well as creating an entirely new aspect on the battlefield once he incoporates the jutsu into his technique list.
But how should he start on such a technique, had Zin a little baffled. For, instead of making a simple Bushin jutsu, he was actually giving a true physical form to this technique. Maybe it required simply, more chakra to be expended from his body when forming the clone. More chakra may equal more physical form to the clone. Pondering on this, Zin would take a seat and begin to meditate and encourage on the workings of his chakra. Increasing what he'd normally output for a Bushin technique, then doubling that chakra out put, before calling out, "Kage Bushin no Jutsu!" He exclaimed, as a poof of smoke appeared, and the look of his clone gave him a migraine. His clone was beaming. Smiling enthusiastically at Zin who was simply glaring back. "Nagi... Hitan..." He hissed, as his serpents attacked the clone at the neck without question while Zin calmly went back to working on the jutsu once more.
Performing the technique, ZIn would adjust his chakra a little more. Maybe, add a little more chakra and see if he can't fine tune the technique until it works out perfectly. Forming the seal and focusing on his chakra, he mentally pronounced the jutsu in his mind and once more another plume of smoke appeared beside him. What appeared before Zin was another abomination of life. Now, Zin looked like a neanderthal. Overly pronounced forehead, strong jaw, neck and shoulders, and truly one ugly son of a gun. Sighing, Zin hissed to Nagi and Hitan to kill again, striking the neck of his horrible excuse of a clone and began to work on his jutsu once again. Finding much a big irritant in the fact that he was not completing the jutsu fast enough. "I cannot be having these delays. The longer I delay, the longer I am being a waste to this village. And I, Prince of the Naga Clan, am born of a superior clan. I should not be having such trouble with this jutsu!"
This was rather embarrassing. Spending so much time on just one technique, and not even getting close to what he needs to do to actually complete the technique properly. He was around the right ballpark with his chakra, as if he wasn't the technique wouldn't even produce a clone. This, wasn't the problem. The problem, was fine tuning the jutsu to match the high rating technique. Finding the area that would permit him to move onwards and stop dallying on the technique for long. Shaking his head and preparing to perform the technique again, Zin sighed and concentrated briefly. First, working on the concentration of his chakra and building it up, but keeping a "marker" on either passing or going lower than his past few attempts. This is so, he won't be simply idly wasting chakra and time on a technique he should have been finished with.
"Kage Bushin No Jutsu..."Zin hissed, as the technique brought about .another plume of grey smoke. Having appear from out of the technique a almost perfect clone. Everything seemed normal until Zin's slitted eyes thinned at seeing his clone have two heads. Nagi and Hitan prepared to strike the clone down again but Zin's agitation was at a point that with a flash of speed and accuracy, Amaterasu was unsheathed with the quickness of a battojutsu-ist draw, and let the head of the clone tilt off the stump of a neck before poofing into smoke. "Annoyed..." Zin said with his temple starting to throb a little in annoyance.
That truly was the final straw. He could not be dallying on this simple technique. Playing around with a jutsu that is only a drop in the bucket in what he suppose to have as a Kage of a village. How could he surpass his father at this rate? Failure is not an option! He is a Naga! A prince of them, as a matter of fact! By blood, he is suppose to succeed. To rule. To be the superior race amongst the so called elite. To put a shadow and damnation on the name of Uchiha, when compared to his Clan; and as such, he was not going to fail again. Not this time. He cannot. Failure was not in his blood. That is for the weak. For those that now fell to his feel in defeat. They fail. Not him! Clasping his hands together, he utilized his narrowing of the window his chakra is suppose to be in-between where the technique would hopefully pose a success, and pushed his chakra into that window. Announcing the technique this time with authority, the next plume of smoke that appeared beside him, revealed a perfect clone. One that was in fact perfect. "Kick him." Zin said plainly to the clone, who sprinted forwards without warning and put the ANBU in surprise before taking a kick to the face. Launching the man backwards but not at the complete force that he would if Zin was kicking him. "Interesting... It has half my attributes. For it I kicked him, he would have been sent flying. Although when my clone kicked him, he was sent only half the way... Very interesting." He thought to himself as he ignored the painful scowl of the ANBU member and moved calmly onto his next technique.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Zin decided to keep on his track of Ninjutsu. Which lead him to bring about his next high ranked technique, that would further his abilities in the manipulation of chakra. He felt, the jutsu almost gave the feeling of superiority over other shinobi. To have and harness a weapon under your complete control, but have it completely orchestrated by your chakra alone. To him, this was simply magnificent! Hence the reason why he purchased or rather "rented" the jutsu called "Soushuuha" or "Manipulate Advancing Blades". It was a technique he was interested in ever since he read up upon it during his years as a Genin. Truly, a fascinating technique that he was sure, that he was going to utilize sometime in the future.
Unraveling the scroll, Zin better familiarized himself with the jutsu, by actually learning what it entailed. "This technique originated from Sunagakure a century or so ago. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as a kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his or her target with the same force he or she usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands. The hover effect can last up to three minutes." Zin read mentally before returning the scroll back to itself usual form and thinking. "So basically, I first need to manipulate my chakra, possibly through a single hand-seal, then mold it to extend from my body, and lace around the projectiles; almost like tendrils." He thought to himself, as he fished within his kimono and pulled out his two favorite kunai and placed them on the ground on either side of himself. Taking a deep breath, Zin clasped his hands together and closed his slitted eyes and began to meditate once more, but this time, on sending his chakra outwards rather than simply cultivate it inwards.
Like before, there was nothing but silence and the sounds of Nagi and Hitan slithering around their master, playfully snapping at each other, or searching throughout the colosseum for some rodent to snack on and purge from the vicinity of Zin. The Naga child, kept on his training and work on procuring enough chakra that it can mobilize from out of his body and have enough form to actually grasp upon the kunai and bring it up from off the ground. Closing his eyes and focusing deeper, Zin would try to utilize some of his "Eight-Gates" training in releasing the gates to give him an amass of powers, but utilize it in a lighter sense, where he is releasing the chakra outwards instead of unlocking the power inwards. Hopefully this little trick would help having it coming out in such a raw form, would make the actual manipulation of the technique rather difficult. Which meant, Zin would have to release the chakra with power, but not so much that it releases out in an uncontrolled state and make manipulating anything with it quite improbable.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Through this thinking, and input, Zin began to have his chakra creep from off his form and off onto the two kunais that sat on either side of him. It felt weird admittedly, to use his chakra in this manner. To actually have the capabilities to pick or lift physical objects, even if those objects aren't of really true significant weight. Slowly putting his hands into a seal, Zin began to put some accuracy and strength with his utilization of chakra, through the now fluctuation of his chakra points. Determining just how many it takes to lift the kunai's from the ground, how many it takes to keep them stable within the air, and ultimately, how many much does it take to actually send the kunai's through the air at the force that would be equivalent to that of it he threw them personally.
When Zin opened his slitted eyes, up did the kunai's rise and parallel did the become; or at least as close to it as possible. Finding a target, or the ANBU that he found such interest in training on, Zin outstretched one hand and began to lock onto the ANBU's cranium. Attempting to aim to have the projectiles to stab straight into the slitted eyes of the mask. "Here is a test to see you if live or not." Zin hissed softly as he sent the kunai's forwards with a blast of his chakra. Being launched forwards and aiming straight for the ANBU but the control of the jutsu was still in it's early phases so the kunai's veered only to the sides of the ANBU's head; good news for the operative, who was about to lose his eyes. "I don't know if you didn't flinch because you couldn't react in time, or you have learned your lesson in fear... But the fact that you stayed put has saved your life. Congratulate yourself." Zin said softly, picking up the last and final scroll for him to start working on.
