Sometimes it's easy to forget the times we weep, the moment makes us weak, and all the shame I see ≮Λlyssia|The Keeper|Virgo≯ As Alyssia awaited the others responses she picked up a sound that was something like that of hoof beats. She turned her gaze towards the direction of the noise and found herself surprised by the sight of Sen, Endellion's summon, who she had not seen in quite a long time. With a slight smile at him as he approached, speaking before he even came to a halt, she listened carefully to what he had to say. 'So, Endellion needs me over there? Well, wait..of course she would. I'm one of the few people who can calm others down...' She thought to herself, her smile slipping away as she reached over and gently ran a hand over Sen's fur.
"It's okay, Sen, I can go there of my own. I believe Cael is right over there, still sitting near where Leith had been a moment ago. I will go ahead, if you can get his attention I'll see you two once you get back to Endellion. Alephonze I believe already went on ahead, so I'll just catch up to him and find the way there myself."
She said softly, yet still with a serious tone. Her gaze drifted back to Leith and Alistair and she once again smiled, this time soft and apologetic.
"Leith, Alistair, please, take my key, but do be careful...and please do not make a mess of my library or quarters for my room holds my life's work, and it could cost all of us dearly if anything should happen to it. I am trusting you two...please do not lose my key...I shall return as soon as I can."
She said seriously, though her voice remained kind. Reaching into her kimono, Alyssia drew out her key, and placed it gently in Leith's hand, closing his fingers around it before letting go.
"I hope you can find some sort of peace from all of this emotional turmoil. Oh, and you two must be in some sort of contact, be it touching each others sleeves or possibly shoulders in order for both of you to enter with this key. It will only allow one of you to pass otherwise."
She said, her words quiet before she turned away from them and made her way towards the hall that she had seen everyone vanish into, and Sen come out of. Then, as if it were an after thought, she waved her hand out, and vines stretched from within the wooded area she had been sitting near before she had entered the gathering, and stopped a short distance from Leith. They lined the ground waiting.
"In order to find my door, please follow those vines. The arch-way will be stone, covered in moss and roses growing on vines."
Her voice drifted back to Alistair and Leith as she disappeared into the hall. As she ran, she tried to catch sight of Alephonze who had headed in even before she had, and when she finally caught sight of him, she called out.
"Alephonze!"
She hoped that he would hear her. «The memories ease all the pain inside » Memories exist for all the precious days my heart still wants to keep, somewhere deep inside of me ((sorry if reading what I wrote is a little hard on the eyes. I need to figure out whether the text should be colored, or just the speaking parts. lol. "I may have the stubborn attitude of a bull..." "..but I have the strength to match..." Alephonze The Protector Kaido
"Dammit!"
Alephonze cursed himself as the shuffling of grass underfoot echoed throughout his mind while he ran towards insomnia's chambers. He had been foolish. How long had he been punishing Insomnia for something that happened before his time? How much fuel had he put into the painful fires that the young man bore? Why couldn't he let go of the past that had nothing to do with the present? Sure himself and Insomnia were not supposed to get along according to their signs but neither were Cael and Alephonze. Now the situation had spiraled out of control, the very person his teacher gave his life for was about to come to an end of behalf of confusion. Insomnia had to be confused, he would never willingly hurt Aratus, it was against the Scorpio nature, for him to react the way he did must have meant that the boy felt something. Some part of the old Scorpio lay within him. If Alephonze could only reach him, talk to him...maybe this situation could all end peacefully.
It was at that moment he heard Alyssia's voice, he stopped in his tracks and looked back to her, stunning as always. He cursed his thoughts, now was not the time to be drifting off in her beauty, he needed to act, she could of course help, maybe even more so than himself. He supposed she would have been called for when it came to diffusing a situation. The gentle hand of the Virgo would be much more soothing than the rough grasp of the Taurus. Moving so that he was facing her directly he supposed she would only call out to him for the need of some information, he would brief her as best he could.
"Yes, Alyssia. How can I help?"
"...So watch it"

Sometimes it's easy to forget the times we weep, the moment makes us weak, and all the shame I see ≮Λlyssia|The Keeper|Virgo≯ At first, Alyssia didn't think that Alephonze would stop running because he seemed to be in such a deep state of thought that he wasn't aware of everything around him. That thought vanished however when he seemed to respond instantly to her voice. As she reached the Taurus she slowly came to a halt, her gaze locked on the others for a moment before she gave a slight respectful bow. When she straightened she met his eyes again and tried to offer a smile. Alephonze seemed stressed to her, which she did understand well, seeing as she knew how close he was to the old Scorpio in the past, or at least, how close he would of liked to have been. The old Scion of Insomnia's sign had been a sort of teacher to him, which meant something truly, because even the old Scorpio didn't trust many people. Aratus and Alephonze were probably two of the only 'friends' that he did have.
"Alephonze..everything seems to have gone to pieces today...hasn't it?"
She asked softly, her gaze never leaving the others as she spoke. Her smile softened a bit and she lifted her hand as though to reach out and comfort him, but hesitated for a split second. Alyssia was always nervous, or maybe it was slightly shy around the Taurus because he always seemed to have a sort of warmth in his eyes when he was near her. He always seemed to act at least a slight bit different towards the Virgo. She didn't mind of course, in fact, she found it rather pleasant that someone actually acted like she was more then just a tool for information, or to calm down the Scorpio. Placing her hand on the males arm gently, she smiled again, softly, her expression one of understanding but not really pity, because people usually despised the idea of someone pitying them. She understood that well.
"Insomnia just needs some time...and perhaps, someone who actually knows a bit about him, whether it was in this life, or his last. He's probably just confused about everything, and that coupled with his exhaustion and hunger most likely isn't making it any better. I think, if anyone besides Ara can reach him in some way, it would be you."
Alyssia said in a calm, gentle voice, her eyes sad yet still warm. She kept her hand on his arm as she glanced slowly towards the direction she knew Endellion and that would most likely have gone, seeing as the Virgo often had to find the Scorpio near his chambers often enough to calm him down or talk him out of doing something stupid, she knew the general location of his room.
"Endellion needs both of us, she's sent Sen out to bring us to her. I told him to wait for Cael, and that I would go ahead to find you."
The Virgo stated, her voice still soft and yet she let a slight edge of seriousness enter her tone. Her golden gaze traveled back to Alephonze as she let a smile, slightly bright despite the situation, and warm, grace her lips.
"Shall we walk together?"
She asked, awaiting his response, all the while seeming to have forgotten that her hand was on his arm. «The memories ease all the pain inside » Memories exist for all the precious days my heart still wants to keep, somewhere deep inside of me

Leith §The Diplomat§ Pisces The emotions were starting to get to him again, and another quick wave of dizziness swept over Leith but he managed to keep himself upright. What was going on with Insomnia and Aratus? Or rather, whatever half of Aratus was with Insomnia. Normally, Insomnia's bad moods were something that Leith could deal with just fine but the earlier fight had left him entirely exposed and the confusion and anger were something almost tangible to him, battering his senses. He needed to get his defenses back up as they should be, but it was impossible right then with still so many harsh and worried emotions. When Alyssia offered to let him and Alistair stay in her quarters for a while, he was a little shocked to say the least. Before he could give any kind of answer, Sen came up to the small group, asking for Alyssia to follow. He seriously considered at least trying to follow when Alyssia turned back and offered them her key. His eyes widened a bit and he was about to protest but those gentle fingers had already closed the key into his own hand.
Leith gripped the key and watched as Alyssia ran off after the others, feeling useless again. What was he to do now? As his duty, he should certainly follow and do his best to break up whatever was going on with the two Scions but in all honesty, he didn't know if he could right then. Besides, if he passed out as he felt like doing, then he would simply be a hindrance. Swallowing his momentary self hate, he turned back to Alistair. "Do you.. need any rest... there? I should.. get on to the others but... I just don't know.." He simply had to help the others somehow.. It was entirely against his nature and his duty to not help. His empathy was becoming a problem though.. How was he supposed to be the Diplomat if this happened because of a fight? he wondered again. It was strange though, as this had never happened to him before. There had been plenty of times when Insomnia and Alephonze had gotten angry with each other and, though it hurt, he could always deal with it and sometimes even help. So why was he having such trouble now?xX-Abyss-Rayne-Xx ((I think the coloring is fine if you would like to keep it that way:3 Both of your layouts are really nice>w< ))

"I may have the stubborn attitude of a bull..." "..but I have the strength to match..." Alephonze The Protector Kaido
Alephonze felt her warm hand against his exposed arm, the jolt of electricity as if his iron hide had been pierced by that simple touch. Without any outward show of emotion he internally cursed his softness in the face of this situation his teacher would've laughed at him, and there it was again...thoughts of his teacher flooding to his mind. As Alyssia told him how everything had gone to pieces he couldn't help but feel his responsibility in it. He looked down and away and with a simple nod agreed.
He looked back to her gaze and saw her understanding of the situation, even though he had been an idiot she of course was always kind to all. As she continued to speak the thoughts came to Alephonze's mind, Of course he was confused...I would be to in his situation.. As she finished her statement Alephonze couldn't help but linger on the last words. He would be the one to bring peace to this. He had to be. After all the evils he displayed to the Scorpio it was finally time for him to make peace with the past and bring the Scion into the future with him. The more she spoke, the more her eyes softened, the sadness deep within, the more Alephonze acknowledged what he had to do.
Though her last question in any other situation would've made him nervous enough to sputter there was only one response that was needed at this time. Reaching across his body with his armored arm his own larger hand enveloped hers only grasping slightly as to give her enough room to pull away should she choose to he looked to her, his blue eyes softer than usual.
"You're right, Alyssia...Let's go together"
"...So watch it"

Cael wandered away from Leith after Alyssia arrived. He'd meant to join the huge party of Scions outside Insomnia's room, but what was the point? There was nothing they could do. No one, not even him, could get in there and do anything about it. He couldn't help Ara. Even if they were friends. He was... Useless. And once again, he'd failed as the Guardian.
He punched the wall as hard as he could, needing an outlet for his anger at Insomnia and himself. And then he did it again, with the other hand. He was ready to go in there and kick Insomnia's a**, right now.
Walking over, his knuckles scraped but not bloody, he stood with the group. He was pretty sure his anger was tangible now.

Sen Sen waited for a few moments for signs off the Leo. Not seeing him, he snorted a bleat of slight irritation, and then turned around and galloped back the way he came. Endellion had said speed was important. Now was not the time to sit waiting around for someone who could be anywhere, and would likely show up soon anyway.
As he came upon the Taurus and Virgo in the hall, he slowed long enough to give the two a bow of the head, and a slight rearing which was his form of a brief salute. Then, he continued his ungainly run, hooves clacking loudly into the distance until he drew up with Endellion, back at Insomnia's door. "Virgo and Taurus are on the way . . . what happened?" He asked, eyeing her, the door, and Tus with old, intelligent eyes.

Burning here, In my room, Feeling that, the walls are moving closer, Silent scene, the dark takes me, Leads me to, the ending of another day, ☽...I'm Haunted...☾ Tell me who you are,I am spellbound, You cannot have this control of me, Everywhere I go, I am spellbound, I will break the spell you put on me, Insomnia (The Strategist) Scorpio ________________________________________________________ 【 I'm sick of the pity I always see in the eyes of everyone. 】 ________________________________________________________ As he watched the Gemini examine his room, he had to wonder if he had seen it before when he used to be the old Scorpio. He couldn't quite remember, but that didn't matter to him. When the other wrapped his arms around himself, making it obvious that he was cold, Insomnia couldn't help but smirk, knowing that the only real source of warmth in the room was himself. Of course the bed in his room was somewhat warm, but seeing as the place practically felt like Alaska, it most likely wouldn't be enough. Though it wasn't like he was willing to let Ara cling to him for his source of warmth. Just as he thought this, he heard the Scion ask about just that.
"Warmth, in this place? Well, sorry to say Ara, but besides my bed which offers a small bit of warmth once beneath the covers, the only other source of heat would be me. However, don't go asking anything about that, because the answer will most likely be no."
He stated, a grin on his face as he turned back towards his bedroom and walked towards the edge of the bed. The Scorpio wasn't entirely sure why the cold didn't effect him in any real way when he was fire and he at least expected the ice to bother him. It didn't though, and he was okay with that, especially since it tended to cool his skin and body a bit. He couldn't stand the constant burning that the fire caused to course through his veins when it decided to act up.
"You can lay down there to at least gather some warmth if you want, but I'm telling you it won't really help. Whatever it is you decide to do though, is your business I suppose, because I'm going to lay down. Whether I sleep or not is up to my body though."
The Scion mumbled before moving to the other side of the bed, and slipping onto it. Laying his head down on the pillow, he didn't actually intend to sleep, because he didn't trust Ara in the slightest, but as he lay there, he could feel his eyes drifting closed. Insomnia wondered what the other would choose to do, and whether or not he would be crazy enough to try and search him for his keys when he actually fell asleep. The problem with that, of course, was that the slightest of certain movements or sounds was enough to wake him up, so even if he did try it wouldn't really work. Then again, if he had been that way in the past too, then the Gemini might use that against him. ________________________________________________________ 【 Who do you think you are, ordering me around like that? 】 ________________________________________________________ Velvet drapes, glowing candles, Silent whispers, of words inside of my head, The nighttime comes, it waits for me, Leads me to the ending of another day, ☾...I'm Haunted...☽ Tell me who you are,I am spellbound, You cannot have this control of me, Everywhere I go, I am spellbound, I will break the spell you put on me, (())

.: |Ara and Tus|The Messenger|Gemini| :. Ah, I'm broken Or that's what they'd like to tell me anyway ╔══════════════════════════╗ I'm so used to my life with you around I don't know anymore the real me ╚══════════════════════════╝ I wanna know what's Deep deep down inside
Ara wasn't surprised at the answer he got. I should have known..., he thought, a little disappointed. What did catch him off guard was the offer to share his bed. An idea that he wasn't too comfortable with. Am I missing something? He wondered as he followed Insomnia to his room. I swear he said something about not touching him...no, he said it would 'most likely be no', which didn't help his train of thought at all. Not to mention the fact that he was trapped in here. He paused for a second. There's no way...is there? He didn't know Insomnia that well so he couldn't really say for sure. Biting his lip he got into the bed, it was the only warm place he was allowed. He looked over at Insomnia, who looked like he was going to pass out any second. "Umm...Isn't this awkward? I mean...me and you in a bed together after you forcibly drag me into your room and refuse to let me leave." He said, smirking. "What would the others say?" He asked. He knew Tus wouldn't be happy. Furious is more the term, he thought, shuddering a bit. Tus hardly ever got mad at him, but he knew it wasn't pretty. Sighing, he tried not to think about Tus. He still didn't know how he should feel about the fact that he lied to him.
<<=====::=====>>
Tus nodded to Endellion and stepped back, trying to remain calm even if he wanted to scream and yell. Being angry will solve nothing right now, he thought, but that was hard when the constant throbbing in his arm and face were a constant reminder that Insomnia had done something. His best guess was that he had hit him. Even though Insomnia said he 'respected' them, Tus still didn't trust him. He can't really hurt Ara though, so that's not really the problem. He was mostly concerned about Ara's emotional state of being and his emotion were getting in the way of him sensing Ara's. I need to calm down, he thought. Every time he started to get a hint of emotion from Ara he'd look up and see his door and his anger would flare up again. He cursed under his breath and pressed his palms into his eyes.
Sen's footsteps brought him back to the present. "Is there anyway we can get in? Or get him out without Insomnia's permission?" The last though almost sent him over the edge. He shouldn't have to go through anyone to see his brother. "I don't think I can sit here waiting without going insane."
Ah, I'm so pissed Using both my hands to keep it all inside ╔═════════════════════════════╗ Someone like you, someone like me Maybe it's change that sets you free ╚═════════════════════════════╝ I'm gonna blow it Empty out my mind

✦I've got my defenses When it comes to your intentions for me Endellion Aibhe {TӇЄ ҎΛTӇϜɫЛDЄɌ} Capricorn And we wake up in the breakdown With the things we never thought we could be✦ Endellion glanced at Cael, but despite the worry his dark look brought on, her gaze didn't linger. She had always been bad with the Leo's moods . . . it seemed that no matter what she tried, she only made things worse. 'Alyssia, please hurry up... She thought. This situation was getting even further out of hand fast . . . Ara and Tus had always hated being sepparated, and clearly, Tus had only gotten worse about dealing with distance. Cael was obviously out for the count where guidance and decision making were concerned, Alephonze was apparently on his way with Alyssia. Leith and Alistair . . . she almost swore at the thought. How could they all have been so careless with both empaths in the room? The Stars only knew now how they were managing. Endellion pressed her palms together and took a deep breath through her nose, slowly letting it out, and repeating it once more. It looked like it was up to her.
She opened her eyes, gaze still on the door, to reply to Sen.
"Insomnia has Ara." She said, indicating the door with a pointed finger. "He and Tus split up what was nearly a fight between Insomnia and Alephonze. All we know is that Ara was hurt." She finished, rolling her sleeves up past her elbows as she spoke.
This done, she held her hands out slightly from her side, fingers outstretched. Mentally, she breathed in, focusing her strength. Then, her mind exhaled, spreading it's power out through her domain- all the Earth around them. It was a comforting, assuring connection to the immovable stability. Endellion called, and the Earth answered. Slowly, on either side of Insomnia's door, walls of earth rose from the ground, over a foot thick, and continued rising until they were close to nine feet tall. Then began the more complicated part- the front. Piece by piece, she constructed the double gate, two layers, between which was created a large room. There was an open doorway on the outer, on the inner was a second doorway, this one blocked by a huge panel of Earth that would clearly away. This wall was broken by tiny windows, a foot tall, but only a few inches across.
With a rumble, it settled into place, and Endellion let her breath go. It only took an extra moment to add simple earth blocks for seats and a table consisting of a much larger block.
"There." She said with a sigh, moving into the makeshift fort to sit by her table, Sen at her heels. Turning to Tus, she addressed his questions, lips pinching.
She shook her head. "I don't know . . . if there is a way, Alyssia will know. She's on her way." She looked at Tus with concern, brows drawing slightly. .
"If that door opens though, we'll be ready . . . We'll get in as soon as we can." ✦I'm not the one who broke you I'm not the one you should fear ╔═══════════════════════╗ I thought I x ʆ ѻ ʂ Ϯ x you x ʂ ѻ ϻ є ω Һ є r є But you were x ɳ є ѵ є r x really ever x Ϯ Һ є r є xat all ╚═══════════════════════╝ I can feel you falling And I wanted to be all you need.✦

Cael walked to stand directly in front of the door. "Endellion, let me try something." He knew full well that it wouldn't work the way he wanted it to, but, perhaps, he could get a few tendrils of power through. Enough to at least tip Ara off to the fact that someone knew he was in there. And he didn't care if Insomnia knew- let him know. Let him f***ing know.
Cael thrust his hands out, palms first, at the door. He called the familiar power of his element, Fire, to him. Unlike many other Element users, (well, all he knew of,) he could only summon the Light aspect of fire. No pyrokinetics, no heat, no flames, just pure Light. It curled around his arms, his hands, before being violently thrust out at the door. If there was any crack, any at all, he would find it and worm some Light in, through, even if it was just a thin thread. Maybe Ara would see and know he wasn't quite alone. And maybe he wouldn't completely fail at his Duty.

Leith §The Diplomat§ Pisces Leith certainly understood how Alistair felt as more emotions washed over him. The pain was almost unbearable but he had to go help.. First, he had to get Alistair to Alyssia's domain, where he would be able to rest. He was about to offer his hand to the Alistair when the Ram was suddenly hit by a vision. "Alistair!" he cried out in concern. Alistair's pain and his own, mixed with the sudden burst of anger that he felt from Cael were almost enough to send him spiraling into chaotic darkness and for a moment, his vision did darken, but he kept himself from passing out though his legs failed him. Leith caught himself before he fell completely though, ending up on his hands and knees.
A bright light began to form around Alistair and Leith sat up in time to see the light shoot from Alistair and form into what he supposed was his summon. He was almost a little startled when the ram spoke. "L- Leith..." he answered quietly. "Alistair.. Is he... Will he be alright?.." Emotions pierced him again and his hand flew to his chest as he doubled over in pain, a small sound of pain escaping him, his hand still clutching the key tightly. The key... After a moment, he was able to look up again and straighten, forcing himself to stand once more. He nearly crashed straight back down but he caught himself on one of the pillars in the courtyard, letting the structure support his weight for the moment. "Alyssia... she gave me her.. key... We should get... Alistair there.. He will be safe there...." he managed through the gasping breaths. If he couldn't help the others then he could perhaps at least help Alistair.((Leith is of the new generation:3 No need for editing that I can see~ And you're quite fine^^ ))
