"Uh," She tensed up when their missing group member was mentioned; she was pretty sure that Vieve was still sore over that, and the less they mention Edel, the better it would be... For now anyway. They could akways make up later.
"Let's proceed for now... If she joins us later, we could wait for her at the end of the maze." That sounded like a much better plan than waiting around, especially since Edel didn't say anything about what she was planning to do.

SECTION ONE
"Alright then," Lattice murmured quietly, "I'll...start my way into the Maze."
Lattice meandered her way forward and it didn't take long before she almost walked into a couple of walls and tripped on something or even her own two feet. Thus far Lattice was off to a good start.
No. Really.
The disoriented feeling she was having as a sign of progress!

SECTION ONE
The aura of progress (disorientation) continued as she twirled about in a circle for a moment and went the wrong way. She didn't realize it until she was almost back at the entrance again and she tripped over the same spot again.
...Turning around she moved in the other direction hoping that this wouldn't happen again. She was too stubborn to ask for help at the moment.

SECTION ONE
'Progress' is strong with this one.
This time Inky spoke up patting her head and trying to guide her but this seemed to cause even more confusion as she ended up standing making no new strides in the area of Progress.
"Thank you for trying," Lattice said with a small chuckle.

SECTION ONE
Determined to keep helping Inky made a small sound as it started to try and do a better job of looking around peeking out of her hair here and there and tapping at her neck whenever she needed to make a turn until eventually they made it to a new section.
At least what Lattice hoped was a new section. She took a deep breath and kept moving forward. They had to keep going.

SECTION TWO
It was too late for Inky to warn her and her head was directed elsewhere when she came across the table and bonked it rather hard. Sharp edge of the table bonked into her thigh causing a thin line of red to appear. Lattice uttered a small hiss of pain but kept moving.
Hopefully there wouldn't be much more of this.

Section 1
A moment after Lattice started into the maze, Lizzy followed; she was attempting to follow the engraver, but ended up being disorientated by the many mirrors, unable to tell the real from the fake. Soon, she found herself on her own, with only her reflections - and not in the epiphany sense either - to keep her company.
With one hand on the mirror-wall, she started to walk, careful not to walk straight into one of them or something equally embarrassing. It didn't take long before she found herself in a different part of the maze.

Section 2
Hearing something from the side, she hurried over just in time to see Lattice - and Inky - leave. Not wishing to lose sight of her friend again, Lizzy quickened her pace... Only to knock into a mirror-table that she had missed, "EEK!" She yelped, quickly bending over the table to quickly grab a mirror-vase as it tipped over, almost dropping off the edge.
"L-Lattice!"

SECTION TWO
Lattice heard her name called as she started and wandered back, "Lizzy?" She asked softly as she wandered back only to 'find' the table with her other leg cutting herself again and causing the vase to wobble about unsteadily.
"Ahh...! Stupid thing," she hissed quietly rubbing the other lightly bleeding limb.

Section 2
"This maze is confusing..." She muttered, holding the vase steady again before frowning and attempting to move away from the table, finding the mirror-walls with her hands outstretched. Luckily, she managed to get away from the table, to an area with a...
"... Mirror toilet," She blinked, her tone suggesting that she did not quite believe her own eyes, "Uh..." Wandering over to it, she sit down on it, her lips pressed into a thin line as she expected something to happen - like an epiphany or even for some sort of a trap door to open. When nothing did, she started to blush, feeling really silly as she stood up and dusted her skirt off.

SECTION TWO
"It ... is." Lattice agreed as she tried to follow Lizzy only to somehow end up separated and back where she started and yet not completely at the beginning. Lattice wasn't sure if she should be relieved or angry that she wasn't back in the first section.
..Sigh. She turned and tried to wander further.

Reunited again she ran into the table causing a small sound if displeasure as she scraped against it once more. For a moment she had an urge to kick it as she waited for the vase to still. Inky waved a small curled inked 'fist' at it.

She wound up in the same place again. Lattice frowned a bit as she stubbornly turned around and started back into the second section determined to not let it have the best of her.
Inky meanwhile was stumped.

Section 2
She frowned at the mirror-table that she had somehow walked into again. It was giving Lattice problems too... Feeling a sense of rage - maybe this was the belated epiphany she had been waiting for from sitting on the mirror-toilet - she grabbed the side of the mirror-table and flipped it. It was a glorious flip that would make even Desu-chan proud.
She then merrily continued on her way.

Somehow. Somewhere. She turned right back around and ended back at the beginning of the section again.
Clenching her fingertips into fists she whirled about on her heel and tried again.
