Stepping into the game room was a thrilling transition. She had a few moments to herself and she'd take advantage of it to all it's worth. Aislin glanced around the room, wondering to where she should go first. The faint chime and clink over near the slots seemed to be calling her name, so she found herself a seat, grabbed a handle, and gave it a yank.
She watched the numbers turn rapidly, hiding her hand with it's crossed fingers in her lap.

As the wheel came to a stop, and her last ball rolled into a slot with yet another 'fail' number, Lizzy couldn't help but feel rather disappointed; she had only won one chip - ONE - from the wheel!
She made a mental note to drag Mot along next time; he was her good luck charm!

Two chips clattered down from the dispenser and into the holder. Aislin wiggled in her seat, keeping her fingers crossed on one hand. That had to have been the key to her luck, that one act. She reached out and give the slots another pull.

When he had a chance to break from the crowd Bul made a stop at the games table. He was feeling hella lucky tonight particularly after he managed to tie things over with Riley. So far the night had been nothing but a blast so while it was still good...
I'm gonna win us something good~ he chirped in his head while shaking his booty to the music by the slots and reached for a lever.

"JACK!" Bul cursed the machine and rolled his eyes. Seemed he jinxed himself for the first roll but what would the next few entail?
"Okay, alright fine... I won't win a damned thing-" Bul looked away as he pulled the dice like an unimpressed lover. Reverse psychology worked right?

Nothing this time, but that was alright. That was cool. Only one moment of unluck so far. She had two chips, at least, and that was something. She grasped the handle and rolled again.

The urge to grab the machine, strangle it, and promptly smash it's face in was hard to resist but the beast managed to get by. It would've entailed getting his a** kicked out anyway. "Look... I'm done reasoning with you. Why don't we just call it a day..."
Instead of leaving though, he pulled again.

The banshee glanced over at the red-headed Monster boil sitting at the slots as well. He looked about as frustrated with the machines as she was beginning to feel. He'd even resorted to talking to the thing. Deciding that he must be the sudden influx of bad-luck on her person she scooted a seat away from him, just one, and gave the lever another pull.

Again nothing happened. Like a kid at the hands of a crane game the half beast leaned against the machine, face mushed to it's surface and tail curled behind him. He tried affection with it.
"You're such a nice slot machine, yus you are~ Now please.. won't you be a dear?"
He hugged the machine for a while with good intentions before pulling the lever once more.

It wasn't until he seethed with rage to the machine that he noticed the banshee near him had scooted further away. Furrowing his brows he gestured to the slots like he was innocent. "Seriously, this thing..." he said to her, shrugging.
"Last roll.." he said. "Wish me luck?"

Ever since Open House, Tess had learned she rather liked playing in games. Even if she had terrible, horrible luck with them, there was that thrill that she couldn't help but enjoy. Somewhere between the dancing and the getting of refreshments, she'd flapped over to the slot machines and positioned herself in front of one. Taking a breath, she pulled the lever.

Tess didn't expect to win, not really, she just wanted to play. Though admittedly it would have been nice if lady luck smiled on her as she pulled on the lever again.

Aislin watched as the boil pulled the lever one last time. She'd meant to wish him luck but... well. "Oops, I don't think it would have done much good." She gave a little giggle and reached for her own machine. "Maybe my last roll will be better."

Beside her, other students weren't faring any better it seemed. Maybe the machines were rigged? But then again, what were the odds she'd get a winning number? No, that was rhetorical, she didn't want to calculate anything when she pulled the lever. Crimson eyes widened when she saw she'd landed two of a kind! "Yay!" she cheered.
