Shu made his way to his job site for the day, flattening his ears seeing it was going to be a slow business day. He nodded as a greeting to the other waitors and waitresses, some busy at the few occupied tables and the others spending their time talking. He leaned up against the back wall, waiting for a table to serve. Shu yawned, he was tired..he didn't get any sleep last night..especially with those horrid yet wonderful dreams of Hikaru that kept his mind busy all night.
((i dont want to know what exactly was horrid yet wonderful in those dreams of Hikaru XD))

After around lunch time, Hikaru and Max went to the resturant and sat down. "Hey...doesnt that inu boy work here?" Max asked. "Probably. I wasnt really paying attentian to much yesterday." Hikaru shrugged. "Except my sushi..." Max grumbled.

Shu's ears flattened as he saw Hikaru and Max. He looked around only to see that it was dinner-rush and the servers were all busy. After a warning glance from his mother he sighed and slowly made his way to Hikaru and Max's table, praying that someone'll come and take the table from him.

Hikarus ear twitched as he looked pretty pissed at the moment. He didnt get much sleep, plus his wake-up call sucked. Max looked at his menu, not paying attentain to anything else.

((theres either theres a possessed teddy bear in my sisters room or theres a ghost saying it loves me DX))
Shu flattened his ears, knowing no one was going to take away the table. His ears flattened even more when he saw Hikaru's pissed expression. Shu couldn't help but think, I hate my life, I hate my life, I hate my life!! as he approached their table with his notepad and pen, "You guys ready to order?" He kept his eyes down on the notepad.

Hikaru didnt look over and was looking out the window. "Hai. Ill take the octipus balls with fried rice with saki..." Max looked at his menu. "The chiken ramen, also saki." He turned to gibe him the menu and smiled. "Oh, hey Shu." Hikarus ears perked up a bit, hearing the name.

Shu looked up at Max, "Hey Max." He muttered before scribbling down their order, repeating it as he did so, "Okay, Octopus balls with fried rice and saki and chicken ramen with the saki also." He nodded and took the menus, turning on his heels to give the chef the order.

Hikaru glanced over to see Max glaring at him. "What?" he grumbled. "What do you mean what? You know what. You didnt even look at him."

"Hikaru-"
"None of this is your buisness. I know you know what happened at the CD store. I was just messin with the kid..."

((Ah~ u know me so well X3 lol..omg! ok..i went thru my sisters room trying to find the teddy bear and i found it burried under a bunch of stuffed animals in her closet and my bro had to bang it on the wall for it to work..but it sounded like someone was holding it right outside the door and putting their hand underneath it like u would normally do for it to work..ooh..))
A few moments later Shu came back with their plates and drinks, still not looking up or smiling. He quietly handed out the plates and glasses and without another word, turned to start walking away.

Hikaru and Max paid for their food and stood to leave. Hikaru looked over. "Shu." He motioned his head toward the door before walking out with Max.
