It at least didn't take long for Shun to grab the food. Even without the keen nose, he didn't care for the scents all too much. With the two meals in hand, he headed back to the table, setting down one of them for Mitsu. He had grabbed the sushi for himself, nuggets for her, and a drink for them both.

Briefly, he had glanced over towards Cady, but turned his attention back to the girls.

Upon taking his food out of the container, it looked rather normal. For now.

Attention focusing on Shun as he returned Mitsu took the nuggets gratefully. "Thank you." It wasn't the best of things...but it was at least food. But...Mitsu realized her problem as she contemplated eating. Normally she didn't eat around others because she would have to remove her mask to eat with ease.

A nervous glanced looked over toward Riyo shortly before she looked back at her meal of nuggets. Did she dare remove her mask? Most of the people so far had been rather nice though Mitsu was far from comfortable exposing her face just yet. The only people who had really seen her were Shun and Lizzy so far.

"I..I don't feel very good all of a sudden..." She lied. Though there would be no saving this food for later sadly. If left out it would turn into something she didn't want to deal with. It was sad though, money wasted.

At Riyo's question though Mitsu had to think. "I..I don't know. I feel like I would slow everyone down now." And she was leery of what else she might run into. Cannon cats, panty crabs, rapalicious....what would be next?

As Mitsu looked at Riyo, then back at her food, the demon raised an eyebrow.

There was a small silence as she waited for the ghoul to partake in her meal, figuring she might get to catch a glimpse of whatever the lupine was hiding...

But no. It appeared as though keeping things hidden was more important than food...

"I don't recall us ever moving fast in the first place. If you don't want to go, why don't you just say it? It's more important to keep yourself happy than try to please a bunch of bastards who probably don't care anyways." That was her opinion, anyways. Something she considered truth.

"I'll probably just go home." The demon said simply to Shun, picking at her food with minimal interest. "Generally I don't go out unless I have to, and I really hadn't planned on staying so long..." It seemed like Riyo wanted to add something to that... But she opted not to.

After watching Mitsu for a moment, Shun couldn't help but frown a little more as she just poked the food some. He still didn't understand what her deal was with the mask. Well, at least he didn't understand the full extent of it. Shaking his head to himself he raised a brow for the moment as she mentioned she still enjoyed this excursion for the most part. That was also something he had to ask himself. Did he enjoy wandering around with these two? He didn't really feel as if he swayed in either direction all too much. Though, this was probably the most social he had been in quite a while.

Riyo sounded like she was going to say something more after she said her piece, but nothing came out. Though, for the earlier comment, he ended up narrowing his eyes some. She did have somewhat of a point there.

Not really caring what came next, he just continued to eat.

Something about the tapping set Mitsu a little on edge. Tap tap tap. It reminded her of her guardian when he was sitting at his desk working, obviously less than pleased. It was usually in those times that something bad would happen and a span of time would be lost. Riyo seemed to be just as displeased if the tone of her voice was any indication.

Ears falling back against her head Mitsu looked at her nuggets. "I..I'm sorry....I-I'm really not hungry." She stuttered out now nervous. "I-I-I apologize for s-seeming rude." The last thing Mitsu wanted to do was make the girl feel like she was unwelcome...it was such a familiar feeling that Mitsu wouldn't wish on anyone else.

Riyo's hands ran through her golden hair in an aggravated manner, trying her hardest not to snap. She just didn't get it.

It was obvious the ghoul was becoming more nervous by the second, and that was the opposite of what Riyo was trying to do. She was trying to incite honesty.

Instead of blowing up on the spot, the feline reached up to touch her top hat and pulled it down slightly.

Quietly, she reached into her other pocket and seemed to search for something. When it was apparently found and in her hand, Riyo sat a business card right in front of the canine. A fancy one... With the brand of a company under it?

"Here. I owe you for today, and I don't like being indebted to people... So... Just call that number when you need a favor.."

Seeing the card, Shun furrowed his brow, not entirely certain why Riyo felt she was in debt to Mitsu. Perhaps something had happened when he wasn't looking. He did notice how fancy this business card was and found it a bit peculiar but he said nothing of it.

It did seem though that they were going to part ways soon. Getting some peace and quiet did sound like a rather nice thing right now, with how noisy and crowded the booth areas were. Perhaps he'd do a little more wandering on his own, but he wasn't completely certain yet.

Why did she owe Mitsu? Contrary to how she'd been acting, the feline really had been having a good time... And that may not have been possible if not for the canine leading her along.

Not that she'd say any of that.

Riyo gave a small nod to Shun, then looked back to Mitsu. "I'm sure you'll see me again." She thought about adding 'whether you want to or not', but figured that might be too much.
