Hakubo almost froze in place as he heard Kirabachi speak, the village hidden in the leaves had been attacked? As the Anbu said this Hakubo looked over at his bodyguard and gave a slight nod to the boy; who then proceeded to bow to the rest of the room and quickly leave the room. "Kirabachi; If you would accept it; I would like to send a group of my Jounin to the Leaf Village in order to assist in what ever it is that they currently can" There where a number of other things he wanted to comment on such as Master Miso, if this was the same one he knew of before; he had to easily be reaching a hundred years old; seeing as he had not been too young back when the alliance was formed; but then again... maybe a student or successor of his? "I would also like to request any Village that has Sensor Class Ninja to spare to each form a search group in order to find the group who had attacked the village".

With a curt little tug, he checked the headband on his arm. It was engraved with the Leaf logo and highly polished. Despite his appearance- he was no slouch...
"Thank you. I am leaving to collect the members of my team and rally in the village itself. I appreciate the support, please send them when time allows..."
Looking to the Mizukage, he gave a not.
"Please pardon the interruption to the affairs. I will need to have Kagekarasu excused from the third round. His services are required."
Though his tone was relaxed and somewhat subdued anyone with half an eye could tell his focus was completely mission-centric at the moment. His mind was already working things over.
Any sensors in the room could tell a decent amount of chakra was dispersed in a "field" around him. It was a dome formed of invisible chakra "mesh" that extended about 5feet around him. He had suppressed it to a near-personal range during the Summit, but there was no reason to suppress it any further. It was true- Omamori made him a skillful sensor, but his application was going to be FAR from simply that when he arrived in the village...
"Of course... any support would be welcome..."
The afterthought almost seemed a little force. His motto was, "Work hard or get out" after-all...

The Tukikage then stood up as well. "I will be leaving as well; with the new developments the Village hidden in the falls; aid will move faster if i am there to coordinate as well as sign the needed papers" He said before bowing to the other Kage as well as the guards in the room. "I was mainly here for the alliance meeting; now that it is over I have no need to be here; The Falls has no ninja in the Exams this year so I am not needed for any voting" He said before turning and bowing to Denrei. For a Ninja of her age in the position she was in; she had done very well; well enough for a personal bow from the Tukikage. "Hopefully the next time we gather will have a lighter undertone then this meeting" He said before looking back at Kirabachi. "The Fall village's aid should be there shortly after yourself; they will be deployed the moment I reach my Village" With that The Tukikage turned and left the room; his sword gurgling and chattering slightly as he left.

Oh how things were running so smoothly! He gave Akeru a small nod at her joy before listening to the profoundly horrible news, so the Leaf was attacked, and the Hokage had perished. That was never good news, "we may be at a shortage of sensors, however I will gladly send a group from our puppet specialists..." Before his offer could even be turned down or anything he quickly turned his head back around to Akeru and stated, "I need you to return to Sand and report back to FOUR, please tell him to deploy the Red Scorpion Cell to the Leaf Village, they are to follow the orders of Kirabachi, also, make sure he sends his personal files on all of them so Kirabachi can know how to use them best. I don't doubt his counter-intelligence but I would rather be safe than sorry. Can you do that for me?" The man gave a slight smile as he turned to face the rest of the Kages. He was amazed that the Amekage hadn't jumped forward throwing his money around offering to rebuild, that was good, it gave him and Nemutai a chance to offer their own services...

She ordered, speaking in a stern but comparatively casual tone."Yes, ma'am." the blue-skinned S.S. replied with a salute before taking his leave. Who knew? Maybe this could turn up some interesting information. Like hell would she give up an opportunity to get more information, especially not with something this intriguing. Not to mention, it was only right that Mist did their part to aid another village in the alliance.

As the Kazekage gave the order for Akeru to return to the village Nemutai looked back over at Masato. "Perhaps to show trust with our alliance; our two Newest Jounin should return to the Sand village together. Even Jounin shouldn't travel alone. Hell; even we Kage are told not too" Nemutai said looking over at the Kazekage. "And with Kiko being escorted to the Sand village by a Sand Jounin; and on orders from the Kazekage I am sure getting into the Sand village wouldn't be an issue for the two of them" He said still looking at the Masato. "What do you say?"
(Now For after Kirabachi)
As soon as he finished saying that Kirabachi spoke. Nemutai instantly looking over at him. "......." The Raikage would love to help; but he was still rebuilding his own village from an attack. "I don't know how much the Cloud will be able to assist you; but I will send whatever I can"

 She paled. Herself, a jounin? Well now, that was a surprise. She shifted slightly uncomfortably, feeling like she was in the hot seat. Kiko nodded at Nemutai's words, though remained quiet as she waited to be spoken to. She'd done her share of talking for the day, and she wasn't about to get herself or her village in trouble. She'd already made one alliance, making the allies angry was out of the question.Tsukiko Theme

Masato turned to meet the Raikage's gaze and gave a slight nod, then turned to face Akeru, "That sounds acceptable. They can accompany each other, however, she will be helping assist the Leaf Village, not visiting Ichite-ru. Please remember this." The man did not want the girl to have distorted ideas of what her reason for going to the Sand Village was.

Kiko nodded at the Kazekage's words. She wouldn't run off to visit Ichite-ru; that was a breach of duty and of orders from her own kage. San shifted under the table, coming to meet her mistress. She wanted to speak, to say that her duty wasn't to Ichite-ru, but to her kage and her village at the moment. She was a jounin, and priorities were priorities; for now, Ichite-ru was on the backburner. "My duty is to my village, my kage, and my family in Konoha; visiting will have to wait until my mission is completed in full." Kiko's nose twitched lightly, and she hardened her face. Kagekarasu headed directly for the Council room, still wondering why he was being pulled from the exams. Second thought, he was wondering why the Kage council was being held with the Exams. But he did not dwell on these things. He looked straight ahead as he entered the room and almost immediately spotted his sensei, only recognizable by his mask. He also took note of his being garbed in ANBU armor and almost immediately caught on to a sense of emergency. Well, that and the seal on his neck was almost scalding hot from the amount of chakra his sensei was emitting "Orders Sir?" he asked, for once seriously thinking this was not the time for any other questions.

"The short story kid is that we are heading back to the Village. It was reported to under attack and the Hokage is missing. I sent Garou ahead to collect Raion and any other ninja he could. You are returning with me to handle the situation. Understood?"
The report was somewhat lax, despite the serious implications of the words. Kirabachi, in his ANBU whites, was adjusting the Tanto he strapped to his back as he spoke but his attention turned to the door afterward.
"We're moving out."

"Yes sir" he responded crisply. This was a far cry from his normal sarcasm, but then again, now that he understood why he had felt uneasy and the situation at hand he pushed all thoughts from his mind and followed his sensei's command. One motion, and his cloak was loosened, allowing for arm movement if necessary. On command, he followed Kirabachi out.

She shook her head lightly. "Let's go then; the sooner we get to Suna the sooner we can send out the forces for Konoha." She turned on her heel, and whistled for San, letting Akeru follow behind her as they made their way from the kage's room to the Land of Water's Forests.

After the newly promoted jonin left the room Masato slowly made eye contact with the Mizukage, she had mentioned how the mist village was attacked a couple years ago, maybe he could offer her the same offer that was given to Nemutai. "Lady Mizukage? I have an offer, I would like to propose an alliance between Sand and Mist, and by extension, Cloud if they wish to be part of said alliance. I only wish to offer the Sand Village's services in helping whatever rebuilding that still remains in the Mist Village. All I ask for in return is a mutual agreement to protect each other, if your village comes under siege the Sand will happily aid you in defense as well as rebuilding following, and the same would go for us if we were attacked... How does that sound?" The man gave a calm smile, he thought it was a good offer, however, he had no idea if the Mist Village still needed rebuilding, he could only hope...

After waiting several minutes for a replay Masato came to the conclusion that the Mizukage had in fact ignored him. It was a shame, he only wished to offer the Sand Village's services but she wasn't going to have any of that. For another couple minutes the Kazekage resorted to watching out one of the many windows in the room, however, something caught his eye, something huge and destructive, what appeared to be a massive beam was shooting out of the cave system that the exams were taking place in and Masato knew that something of that magnitude could not come from a genin... Something was up, and what made matters worse was that it was heading straight for the building they were sitting in. So in one quick motion, Masato stood to his feet and took a glare at the Raikage before grabbing (Got permission from Norainu Zaiten) the man by the scarf and chest plate he wore. "I advise we leave now." The man's words had a bit of excitement in them though there was also bits of uncertainty, but critique of the man's statement wouldn't be available for analyzing for long. After he had his newly formed ally in a strong hold he easily drug him along for the ride to the window perpendicular to the first window and completely through it. "Looks like there is some trouble in the Exam Area. We both have contestants there." With his statement done and his ally out of immediate danger he quickly let go of the Raikage so they both could prepare themselves for landing.
