 Tensaiji Ushio| Otogakure |Academy Student | Ushio | Sealing Master |// Chakra Control & Combo User// "Heh...Hehe,"
Though exhausted the Ushio mustered enough energy to smile and chuckle. Whether it was exhaustion, relief, or pride in his performannce that brought upon his smile was lost to to him but he knew he was simply glad he completed his training. Never one to dwell in the moment, no matter the occassion, Tensai knew the following day would probably be spent studying Seal Theory and refining his chakra control. Any rigorous Taijutsu training was out of the question for the next few days but he was already anxious to achieve the next stage in his training.
"I will do all that I can to ensure the safety of the Daidoumyaku's secrets," vowed the Ushio and for the first time in a along time...he felt a connection. The Rice Country wasn't the same as the Uzushiogakure-remnant camps in the Whirpool Country, but Tensai loved the former as he did the latter. His life wasn't his own to bargain with, as if father frequently told him. It belonged to the country and its people first, before even his...friends? His brow furrowed at the thought and he hastily filed it away for later contemplation. Smiling he turned to his peer.
"Would you like to visit The Grill afterwards? It's not a long walk," he offered.

Bringing himself back to his feet Shin looked toward Daich and said Thank you, this helped with... well remembering. After speaking Shin shuffled his feet as he walked to the sheet he abtaned from his last teacher, once he had it he drapped it over his shoulder and followed Tensa. When Shin came to the small step that lead out of the open court yard he hesitated and looked back at the monk, fear plainly visible in his eyes. With a deep breath Shin lifted one leg to the top of the step and pushed up, the pain in his leg was terrible and it caused him to grown a bit. Once he was past the step Shin looked back at the monk once more and said : "You are a evil man." -------------------------------------------------- "Sewn into your soul, this is out of our control..." xxxxA small redheaded kunoichi walked forth into the courtyard of the dojo with smooth strides that exhibited more confidence than she truly felt. In all honesty, Nikke was trembling on the inside. It had taken a while for her to snap out of the daze that her conscious mind had fallen into and follow her sister, but she had nonetheless. She had followed Sasayaka just as she always did. She was quickly beginning to grow irritated by her lack of speaking ability, but the terror silence that had stricken her was too great for Nikke to overcome. Her terror silence coupled with the pain she endured on a regular basis was enough to keep Nikke‘s words choked back from being spoken aloud. Pain racked her petite frame as every cell, saturated in the raw power of pure chakra, triggered the pain receptors that sent stimuli to her central nervous system. But, as always, she swallowed her pain, caused by both her bloodline and the twins‘ bloody past, and continued forward. She approached her sister quickly, reaching out a delicate hand to touch her cool fingertips to Sasayaka‘s sleeve. She did not trust the man that had instructed them to follow, and she did not wish to train with him. She simply wished to speak once more. She wished to know what had happened to herself and her sister and why. But Nikke knew more than anything that she wasn‘t getting her answer easily. It would take training, possibly even a visit paid to the Otokage, to learn exactly what had taken place in the Kotone home that night."...Be who you need to be; there are no others: you or me."

They needed to become stronger if they ever wished to learn, and face, the man that laid their home in ruins. "Neesama," Sasayaka said patiently, "we have no other choice. But, if you wish, I could always try and ask somebody else." But who was there to ask? Everybody in this village looked like normal farmers and country folk. Today the young student wore a small smile as he entered the courtyard, purposefully ignoring the amazed glances from the monks who witnessed his painful introduction to the Daidoumyaku fighting style. Ordinarily, he thought, new initiates would be forced to recuperate before returning to the courtyard for additional training. Unlike most initiates however, Tensai knew a few remedies for a sore and beaten body. With the help of grandmother Tengoku he awoke earlier that day with a refreshed look in his stormy gray eyes. He meditated in the backyard and took a brief stroll down the street before arriving at the Doko.
He discarded his straw hat and entered the courtyard wearing rough gray shorts and a worn tunic. Both showed signs of constant use but they would hold for a few months at the very least. He entered the courtyard carefully wrapping his arms and neatly placed his sandals against a wall before locating a free dummy and lifting it from its perch on the uncomfortable gritty floor.
As he walked towards an appropriate location he accidentally brushed against a red-haired girl, one who admitedly didn't look familiar at all and was conversing with another small girl. He hastily offered an apology.
"Sorry!"

If Tensai was at all bothered by the girl's feral look he didn't show it. Nor did he seem to pay attention to her deliberate movement between herself and another red-haired girl. He was already moving away from them, seemingly unconcerned even thoug his mind churned through waves of information obtained from the girls actions.
Tense. Defensive. Was she even a shinobi? It was possible, she seemed familiar with the concept of 'training' but she could also be the daughter of a farmer who wanted his children to be well versed in self defense. He decided she wasn't a real threat and halted his motion, turning to observe her over his shoulder.
"I wouldn't,"
Actually he did mind but he was far too polite to say so. He didn't even convey his dismay through facial expression and a cocky grin tugged at the corners of his slips. He shoved the post into the ground where he stood and walked onto the opposite side. He decided not to practice his stance in front of a girl who may be unaware of the Daidoumyaku. She had a small build and she might not even be a ninja so the Ushio made a rough estimate of the time it would take for her to leave due to exhaustion.
He fell into the standard Horse stance, different from the version he learned the day before but adequate enough for him to perform the necessary strikes. Inhaling deeply Tensai struck with his palm and the rice bag dummy rocked under the force of the blow.

It was painful for her to let her sister go, but there was no way Nee-chan would ever grow stronger if Nikke was always holding her back. She was tired of being dependent, tired of always having to follow her sister. Her pale, scarred hand reached forward hesitantly to pick a piece of grass from her sister's long red tresses, noting the intensity of her observation skills. Nikke needed to make her choice or cost both sisters their futures as kunoichi. So instead of holding onto her sister's sleeve, she placed her hand gently against Sasayaka's shoulder and pushed her forward, gesturing for her to go train with the boy. She sat patiently off to the side, her back against the wall in the shade as waves of pain racked her petite frame, causing her to squeeze her eyes shut now and then to brace herself against the pain caused by the power overflowing her body. She leaned her head back, drifting in and out of paying attention as Nee-chan was left to train with the boy. It wasn't that Nikke didn't wish to train with her sister, it was simply that she only wished to train in one style at the moment, the kunoichi taijutsu style. And she honestly doubted that the boy would be able to teach her."...Be who you need to be; there are no others: you or me."

"Suit yourself,"
He directed his focus onto the training dummy and struck its skull twice before delivering a somewhat sloppy kick to its left side. Although the Ushio looked like he was oblivious to his surroundings, the two gingers and their curious relationship occupied most of his thoughts. They gravitated towards each other, that much was obvious.
He mentally shook his head before leaving the Horse stance and standing erect. This simply won't do, he decided as he took a single step towards the red-haired girl who spoke to him. He would use a direct approach.
"If you hesitate to answer my question, you won't leave this place with ease,"
With those words he dashed forward and came to a sudden stop in front of Sasayaka. "Do you serve this country as a civillian or are you employed in its clandestine service?"
His tone was severe and serious but with a hushed volume so he wouldn't be overheard. If she so much as tried to flee or attack he knew he was capable of bringing her down at such a close range. She herself admitted she only had a 'basic idea', though this could be interpretted in multiple ways. He wanted a straight answer and the look in his gray eyes showed he had no patience of jokes or mischief.
