 Liviana froze in place. Was there something...following her? "Lumos maxima," she yelled. She trembled, anticipating something that wanted to hurt her.

"Oh, no particular business..."
The shadowy creature emerges from the bushes, two red eyes glowing.
"But, if you should want it..I might offer some assistance."
The creature laughs darkly.

A shadowy figure emerged into the circle of light emanating from Liviana's wand. She gasped, and tried to bid her legs to run, but they were stuck to the floor of the forest.

"N-n-no thanks. I'm doing this on my own. I don't know who you are or what you want, but you can leave," she whispered. 'Oh God,' she thought,'I want to get out of here.' "If you come any nearer, I'll hex you," she said, her voice regaining some strength. She wanted to be firm.

Liviana looked up. 'Hooves? The unicorn! But no, it can't be!' She tried searching for a figure in the dark, one different than the ominous shadow man.

"But I know who you are. And that's all that really matters isn't it?"
The creature comes forward, morphing from a shadowy-nothingness to the figure of a tall, dark woman. A hand reaches out towards Liviana --
"Come now, don't try to hide your fright. I know you are scared, I can smell it."

Liviana stayed cemented to the ground like a classical statue. Her legs were stone, her arms alabaster, and her throat was as dry as sandstone. She was as terrified as the woman said. Out of nowhere, a small voice from inside broke through her statuesque form and out into the world. "No! If you know me as well as you say you do, you'd know I do not want, nor do I need your help! Get away from me!" She raised her wand, and cried, "STUPIFY!" The shadowy form was thrown back, and Liviana collapsed, having defeated the wraith.

Liviana rested for a few moments, and then weakly forced herself to stand. She had heard hooves, now it was time to find their creator. She hoped nothing else came along that was as mentally exhausting.

The sound of hooves continues to get closer and then the steps come to a stop and a pair of eyes is looking at Liviana from a group of trees.

Liviana stared back at the eyes staring at her. 'Could this be it?' she pondered. "Immobilus," she whispered.
