Attire "Dammit" Was all that would escape the mouth of the mechanist as watched the ship disappear under the waves and started to escape his sight. The metal being hooked on to his body was becoming dead weight but this did not mean he was not useful. As Kirin would fire up his jets once more he would use them to thrust himself out of the water the defeated mechanist and started to make his way to shore with what energy he had left. Slowly skidding the mechanist across the banks of the shore Kirin crashed into the shoreline and stayed on the sand for a moment. The twin saw blades quickly ripped through the octo arms attached to him freeing him from the giants grasp. Shoving Yensen off of his body Kirin went to his knee to glance over towards the Mer woman on the shore still. Atleast one good thing had came out of all of this, She had not been taken. Ares started to rush over to his master quickly standing next to him trying to assist him up to his feet but Kirin waved him away as he started to stand on his own. His left hand went to the scared piece of armor near his next feeling the energy sparking slightly from the exposed area. That was great, but it was better than massive exposure that was for sure. B quickly landed on shore only a few moment later moving up next to the Mer woman looking her over, trying to see if she was hurt in some way. From what he could pick and he sent to Kirin's HUD, the woman seemed to be fine that was sure. Glancing down towards the undead mechanist that now laid lifeless on the ground he started to scan over the exoskeleton that this thing had. If this was who he really thought it was than this man was legend and did not deserve something like this.
Looking over towards Ares his mic started to pick as he pointed towards the exoskeleton. "Ares take this man back to Aramil, make sure our officers take a look at his body and make sure any of the magic that was controlling him is gone. We can remove his tech and see if we can use whatever data we can get off of him...." A small pause would echo from the mic as he started to the helmet under his chin starting to collapse the helmet off his head. "...and we can send his body back to Kusana. Speak to the woman incharge and see what we can do with his body." he said softly almost to the point that Ares could not pick him up. B started to move away from the Mer woman and move up to Kirin with a happy tone."Everyone is unharmed, There is no need to be down master..."he said obvious trying to put his master out of the state he was. Faintly smiling down towards the machine he placed his hand on his head and gently stoke the top of it. Nothing would be said about but Kirin was silently thanking him. This only left the problem with the Mer woman. Glancing over towards her with Azure orbs he still had his faint smile across his face as he spoke up. "Come on, lets take you back to Aramil and maybe find you a place to stay." This was normally something that would have branded as Treason but Kirin would be able to speak to the other officer and explain everything.

The Mer woman would simply shake her head, "No...my place is here among people of my kind. Thank you for all your efforts." CG took a step towards him but stopped within a foot of his reach. "I'm sure that is not the last of him..." Spheres were drawn to the fallen dead, the crustaceans encrusted on his surface. Closing the remaining distance she hugged his face again, squeezing the jet and blue locks against her chest. Happily she mused for a moment before she pried herself from him. "May all your journeys be blessed!" Peachy lips pressed to his cheek and then started to walk away. "Take care.." With a quick wave she stepped into the water, gradually letting it rise to the curve of hips before the twin pillars were no more, an impressive tail in their place. Quickly she dove down into the water and swam away from the area that the ship submerged into.

Attire Only to up and leave back to the b*****d... What was all that... The fight was pointless. Kirin watched as the Mer woman started to go in to the sea before him and disappear only to go follow it. His azure gems started to glare at the sea shore as he watched all of this. This was what happen when he actually gave a damn for the fish. The man had started to tap around his neck and started to summon the helmet back around his skull. With the anti-grav jets online Kirin started to return towards a checkpoint to atleast restock. Maybe the men could lead him in the right direction of where Raphael was seem headed. Exit

CherryLovette
Cherry had come to the beach as a way to relax. She'd been out of sight and out of mind for many years now. Her reason for departure was a mixture between not being able to deal with the complex emotions she felt whenever she was around Fenrir, and trying to deal with Lust. The woman stretched her arms up above her head and released a soft sigh. There was one problem she had dealt with. In all her years of isolation, Cherry had learned how to control Lust. Or at least keep the feisty succubus' appetites sated.
She felt the warm sand beneath her feet and walked further down the beach, towel in hand. She woman spread it out and laid down upon the town. She'd spend today soaking up the rays of the sun and enjoying the warmth that came with it. It was her way of celebrating.
She still couldn't believe how much time had passed. Cherry wondered if anyone she knew was still around, or if they even still remembered her. She wouldn't mind if they didn't, but there were certain people that she missed. Perhaps she'd see them as she began her travels once more? Or perhaps she'd just wander until she got up enough guts to reclaim her child Selene. Of course, she didn't want to uproot the poor girl if she was doing well. She hadn't been the best mother, and she knew it. It was something she was ashamed off. Giving Selene away was probably the best choice she could have possibly made for the girl.
Either way, she decided to think about something more pleasant. So the woman began to focus on the sound of the waves as the cool water crashed against the shore. The birds were chirping, people were talking, and it was just going to be a good day, she could feel it.

Cherry had been on the beach for some time, relaxing and soaking up the sun. Her skin was returning to it's normal color, versus the pale skin she'd had for quite some time due to concealing herself. The woman looked to all the people passing by, and found herself focusing on the men. There were a lot of really good looking men walking around, which seemed to awaken Lust. Cherry could feel the ping of want and desire as she watched them. As much as she had Lust under control, she still felt the demon clawing at her, begging her to partake of her natural desires. It had been so long since Cherry had been with someone, and she couldn't help herself for giving in to Lusts demands.
Cherry stood up and approached a strong, handsome man. She started up a normal conversation with him, smiling sweetly and acting like her usual innocent, cheerful self. Before she knew it, he was completely drawn to her. Smiling softly, Cherry took him by the hand and began leading him away from his group. She took him to a secluded spot on the beach and from there, let Lust take control. She gave in to her every whims and desires that she'd been holding in for the past five years. In the end, the man was completely exhausted from the activity, while Cherry was feeling very fulfilled. She smiled down to the now sleeping man and thanked him for helping her out before dressing and returning to her spot on the beach. She knew he'd wake up before too long. So she decided it would probably be best to move to another location. Picking up her beach towel, Cherry started walking off, looking for another spot to sunbathe.
She eventually found it, a spot with only a handful of people, situated on the north side of the beach. The woman spread out her towel and sat down upon it, watching as the waves crashed carelessly against the shore. Her blue eyes stared at the water deeply as memories surfaced to her head. Memories of Aramil, of her Tower, and other things. She wondered if perhaps she should go back to her tower, or if she should leave it to whatever inhabitants were currently in it. The question of what to do now plagued her. She felt like she was at a complete loss. Cherry had become far too shy to show her face anywhere, and felt as if she didn't belong in the first place. It was why she had been gone for so long, and why reemerging was proving to be very difficult for her. Yet she also wondered how much had actually changed since she had been gone.

LunaMoon
Luna dragged Din to the beach and pushed her way through the bystanders. She needed a better place for them to go. Somewhere more concealed. The woman headed to the north side of the beach. Here, she only found a few other people and a strange pink haired woman. Luna sniffed the air and noticed the woman was a werewolf. For some reason, she reminded her of someone, but Luna wasn't sure she'd ever met the woman before. Luna ignored her for the time being and looked to Din.
"Alright, what kind of spells do you already know?" Luna asked as she put her hands upon her hips. She had no idea that her conversation with Din was being heard by the strange pink haired woman, who seemed to have a certain interest in the two of them. "I'm more of the hand to hand figher, so I can't say I know too much about the mages."
Cherry looked over to the very loud catgirl who was dragging around a rather hapless looking boy. She didn't know why, but she felt like watching these two and started eavesdropping in on their conversation. Cherry's blue eyes seemed to light up when she heard the word mage, and giggled slightly. The woman stood up and headed over to the two, hoping she wasn't interrupting. "Excuse me...I do apologize if I am interrupting you." Cherry looked to Luna with a comforting smile that seemed to irritate the Kiranu a little. She then turned her attention to Din as he spoke. "Where you hoping to teach this boy some mage skills? I don't mean to be rude, but you don't look like the mage type. If you like, I could teach him the skills he requires. I myself am a mage. He may learn it faster and easier if he learns from someone like me." Cherry said softly.
She looked more to the boy to see if he agreed than Luna, since it seemed the Kiranu didn't really care all that much. "You see, it would be good for me as well. I've been away for a very long time, and I am afraid I have mostly forgotten how to properly interact with others. Oh, speaking of which, I haven't introduced myself. My name is Cherry Lovette. It's a pleasure to meet the both of you." The woman smiled warmly as she extended her hand to Luna and then to Din.
"I actually just came out a little while ago. I've decided to spend a little time on this beach. I am really afraid to go anywhere else. I'm afraid for a grown woman, I need to take baby steps when it comes this."

Din watched as he watched the people move aside for him and Din before she stopped at the open space. Din felt someone's eyes watch them as he looked around for a bit before Luna asked him what he knew, but just as he was about to answer, the pink haired female intervened. She was a mage, like him, but her presence made Din feel a bit weird, and he was already feeling weird since he was handing with a provocative Kiranu. "I-I wouldn't mind both of you training... because I would like to learn the way of a sword." He told them both as he was blushing softly while looking at them both. He raised a hand and shook her hand gently before he soon said, "D-Din... pleased to meet you too."

Luna looked to Din and lifted her hands up, shrugging her shoulders. "Well, I can tell you what to do with a blade, but I can't show you. I can't handle weapons. I'm not good at anything like that. My weapons are my fists and my claws." Luna unleashed her claws and showed them to Din before putting them away. She looked over to Cherry who had offered to teach Din the way of the mage. It made better sense to let this woman do it than trying to teach him on her own. So Luna agreed. "That sounds good to me. I mean, it's probably better if you learn from her than someone like me. I'd have no idea where to start really. I never was the teaching type. Besides, she seems fairly powerful." Luna said as she motioned to Cherry. She saw the way Din was acting and decided she wanted to tease him a little bit.
"Awe, what's the matter Din? You know most guys would kill to have two girls ready to spend their time with him." Luna grabbed Din's arm and leaned in, rubbing her cheek against his. "Are you all flustered? I bet you've never had two girls ready to help you out like this before have you." Luna grinned, practically from ear to ear as her tail swayed behind her. Abruptly, she released him and licked the fur on her paw.
"Anyway, I'll let her start with the lessons. I need to clean myself off anyway. I guess it's time to go for a little swim." Luna said as she gingerly walked over to the water and slowly started easing herself in.

Cherry watched the two and smiled softly, giggling as she watched the Kiranu had some fun with the boy. Once she was out of the way, Cherry turned her attention to Din. She could feel Lust stirring within her, but she had enough sense to keep the demoness in check. She didn't want anyone to know she had the creature within her. Last time she had checked, people would kill her for carrying it. At this point, if that was her destiny, then she would accept it for the good of the world, but she wasn't about to just toss her life away. She was still young after all, and there were still things she wanted to do, even if it seemed like she was just wasting time right now.
"Well then Din, shall we get started?" Cherry said as she shook his hand. "Have you learned any spells already? Or are you completely new at this? I must say, being a mage is great. It is a good feeling to be so connected to the elements." Cherry said softly. "You can create so many things..." The woman looked over to the Spire that she herself had created. Perhaps she would return to it. It seemed like the place that called out to her most. She pointed over in the direction of the large building. "See that? I created that years ago before I disappeared. All with the magic that I had within me. Perhaps I'll show you one day. But for now, we'll stick to your training. Tell me, do you hail from a nation or are you a rogue?" Cherry asked softly.

"Instructions do help more than demonstations for me when it comes to objects." He told Luna as he looked to her claws before she put them away before he looked back to Cherry. Soon he nodded with Luna as she agreed to let Miss Cherry teach him as Din nodded, feeling a bit confident... that was until Luna began to tease him. His face had glowed a bit more red as she pressed her cheek to his, rubbing her cheek against his as he was glowing red. Before he could respond to her teasing, she released him and groomed herself before she went to the waters.
Once Cherry got prepared to teach him, she began to ask him if he was ready, to which Din nodded to her. She asked him if he had learned spells as he looked into his spell book and showed her all the ones he had crossed off as learned. "I believe I became a rogue when I allowed Miss Moon to take me... to which I did not mind at all."

Kumori The Shadow Magistrate ╔══════════════╗
Kumori had arrived at the beach, breathing heavily as he dismounted from his steed. He placed Miza down as he was cursing, cursing the names of those involved with Kevai. The demons and angels were invading, that was true, but they weren't a real threat yet. That was until Kumori had plans with them... and heartbeat was a good starting point at that. The people who were here would soon find their fate to be.... unfortunate. The phantoms of Din, Cherry, and Luna would vanish from the beach as Kumori's energy started to run rampant on the entire place. The ground shook, the sand obeyed Kumori's desire to cause death and destruction. The innocents here, including children and even the elderly... all of them noticed the ground shaking, but before they could leave, sand spirals shot out from everywhere in the beach, impaling everything and everyone, who was not their master. Kumori's rage grew the longer he remained in this place as a portal opened up underneath the water, and a cracked portal opened in the sky. Kumori held up his shield, which was still enchanted with the Shadowknight power as he began to take in the bodies and souls of the deceased. Kumori soon turned to meet up with a few high class demons, who were overseeing his work. He even noticed what appeared to be a Seraph with black wings instead of holy white.
Standing before him were beings of hell, with the Six winged corrupted angel being one of the leaders. Kumori glared at the woman, who laughed at Kumori's own temper tantrum before he drew out his blade to point it at the woman. The woman grinned at him before she placed her hand on Miza, the blade screaming as it even caused Kumori to wince, the angel backing up as Kumori sheathed his own blade. The angel giggled before she soon floated around Kumori as she soon stated, "To think I'd stand before the wielder of the Banshee blade." The woman stated as Kumori was still glaring at her before she offered him a hand. Kumori's gaze looked to the hand, the sandy spikes of the beach only covered in blood instead of bodies. The waters that washed over the sands slowly became tainted with hatred and blood as they passed by the bases of the spikes, collecting the blood from them. Kumori reached a hand out, grasping the Seraph's hand as they shook before the woman smiled at him. "Man of few words... bringer of death and demise... we welcome you to our ranks... together, we shall see this world purged of all mortal life. But... to insure you come to no harm from our side..." The seraph snapped her fingers, a small dark demon rising from the sand, a destructive being made out of the shadows and blood of the innocent. It was a demon, hand-forged for only one purpose.... to serve the being of which it was made for. The seraph pointed to Kumori as the beast charged at Kumori, who couldn't dodge in time. But instead of damaging Kumori, the being forced itself inside of Kumori's being, tainting his spirit with the forces of hell, effectively transforming Kumori.... into a Shade Demon instead of being just an ordinary shade. He was accepted into the group of Demons, all of them appearing to be under the guidance of this Higher corrupted angel, the Seraph. With a single clap, Kumori, the demons, and the Seraph all vanished into the portals, leaving no trace behind, except for the spikes, all 300 having blood on them to show how many had died in this attack.

Release him, she commanded the officers in the dark of night. They brought a man out of a cage, shackled with his eyes covered in a blindfold. The woman whipped him on the back as he left, grinning at the sound of his muffled whimpers. His entire face was covered - eyes blindfolded, mouth gagged, his cheeks propped up by some material connected to an iron collar. By the looks of it, the other people there - the ones who confined him - were Mer. So why were they on a beach, as opposed to in the water? He must've been of a landfaring race. So what race?
"This man has a special ability," the woman told the guards. "It is capable of unprecedented calamity. From what our resources inform us, he can . . . warp reality. No..." She corrected herself, pausing. "It's not quite that. It's something... even stranger. He can't control reality completely, but he can alter it somehow. I don't know the specifics, but it's an ability we haven't seen before, and the Vas Kohmaeta wish to extract his power."
Vas Kohmaeta?! Hadrian could barely hold his breath there. That was the faction that wanted to resurrect Kaminae! They believed that this man could warp reality, allegedly. Were they going to use that ability to try and revive the dead Sea Witch? He had been following them for a while, taking note of their exceptionally suspicious activities as they scouted the beach of Kevai. Little did he know just how grim their actions were. Hadrian, no matter what, could not let that happen. He had begun preparing a release for a while now, and now that he knew of their alignment - with that terrible faction - he could not sit idly. Machaius rose from the depths of the ocean, his gigantic head ripping through the water. Without a pause, he released a breath of mist that descended upon the Mer, the men and women freaking out as the misty air consumed their vision. Without pause, Hadrian manipulated the pH levels to melt them all alive. All of them except for the prisoner, who Hadrian extracted from the mist using a tentacle-shaped whip of water.
He released the gag from his lips, and then brought his fist back, covering it in a sharp and jagged ice. "Who are you?!" He kept the blindfold on. He wouldn't be able to see the Mer, only hear him. Feel him pinning him down to ensure nothing odd could happen to allow his escape. This reality warping ability . . . the prospect of it was dangerous. If this man was truly capable of such a thing, he couldn't fall into the wrong hands. "Are you working for the Vas Kohmaeta?!" Even though it might have seemed strange that his allies would confine him, they were an odd group that required immense secrecy and discretion. After all, they were hunted by the whole of the revolutionary Anthosii government . . . and by Hadrian too, as one who helped topple the Komonist strata and bring about a new and more fair ocean for the Mer to live.

This day had started off so well. The win streak this time was twenty seven games strong, it would have been twenty eight. Xenos guessed that rolling those dice that high each and every time was just too lucky for anyone else to believe he had not been cheating. Maybe he had given himself away by tossing around gold like it was nothing. It just came to him like metal to a magnet. So it was that he had been completely blindsided coming out of that casino on the beach only to be nabbed on the spot by unseen foes. A blow to the head later and it was like the whole thing had never even happened.
Well, waking up in a cage surely brought it all rushing back. At first he thought his eyes had stopped working and his mouth had been sewn shut. It took a moment to come to fully and realize what was happening. The clanking and screeching of metal probably meant they had caged him, which was strange seeing how he was already shackled and most importantly gagged. He gave no resistance to being picked up from under the arms and dragged like a rag doll. The sudden stinging of a whip against his back had him flinching in shock and pain. A guttural yowl of annoyance was all that he could really give with all the contraptions holding him in place. It was just bad etiquette to treat a prisoner like this. He tried to curse through the gag but only managed more muffled shouts and grunts. So badly he wanted to tell her to Vakk Antha, which was impossible right now.
He stopped struggling to swear at this vile woman who ordered his capture when she started speaking. Quickly the dialect registered in his mind and it automatically translated itself. Xenos would have shown a genuine level of being impressed if this thing wasn't pressing so hard against his face and restricting a lot of his movements. They must have been watching him for awhile to have figured all of that out. He grinned as best he could. For most people this situation would seem incredibly dire and terrifying. Xenos was oddly calm. Things usually turned out in his favor and hell, being honest with himself today was starting to feel like one of his lucky days.
There it was, right on queue. Xenos hadn't even needed to raise a finger this time too! Chaos erupted around the pagan and in the mix of it all he found himself being pushed face down in to the warm sand. He kicked out his legs in an attempt to hit one of his attackers and managed that especially well. One of the mer trying to escape the mist tripped over his extended foot and fell flat on the ground. Suddenly a wet pressure around his body and Xenos felt himself being lifted off of the ground completely. He was then pushed back on to the ground and mounted on by someone or something. A gasp of air was taken as the gag was removed, though his captor wasn't kind enough to allow him to see as well. "Wouldn't happen to have anything to drink would you? This sand is all mighty dry." His words would be in a perfect meritian dialect. Xenos said plainly as he struggled to turn his face away from the ground. When there was no reply to his comment he continued speaking, but in common this time. "Well if I was working for them that's some pretty terrible employee benefits, am I right?" Always the wise guy. "Look here. I was just minding my own business before I was so rudely abducted. I'm the victim here, not the enemy."
Something to drink? Even in this situation, Hadrian could almost feel himself snapping out of the adrenaline-based stupor to smirk at a wiseass comment. He laughed slightly under his breath. "I have something, but I can't guarantee it won't melt your insides," he said. His dragon huffed at the mention of his mist. Hadrian gestured for him to settle down. The man quickly followed his smart comment with another one, though his words were true, even despite the Kohmaeta's aggressive nature. The woman did say to be careful of him, and they had bound him with clear intentions not to allow him to fight back, break free, or even speak. It must have been... an abduction. But one thing caught him as very odd. "How can you speak Meritian so well?" He asked. The language was exceptionally rare. Even the Mer in Aramil tended to not speak it, as it brought them shame to speak the same tongue as Kaminae and her sympathizers. The world was changing now after her death, and the Mer had begun to take more pride in their heritage, but even so the tongue was far from common - especially not for a land dweller like this man. Hadrian could tell in an instant that he was no Mer. His senses were far keener than most, as the Mer's five senses were deeply active. He didn't smell like the ocean. He smelled like booze and money.
... Yeah, he definitely smelled like money. Too much of it. He could almost feel the paper crawling on his skin. "Let me rephrase that question, now that I've sized you up better: how can you speak Meritian so well despite having the aura of a drunken lecher?" He bit his lower lip. It was definitely an odd coincidence. Something didn't feel right with him. But he wasn't just gonna... like, stab him to death or something. That wasn't his nature. Innocent until proven guilty, right? And he didn't seem very guilty. Maybe Hadrian just didn't like that he smelled like such a heavy drinker. And that he was so suave in such a precarious situation. Was it even possible to be suave while being a hopeless drunk? Was he even a hopeless drunk? He really did smell like it. That and nasty Vas Kohmaeta stanky Mer breath. It was like they didn't have whale bristle teeth cleaners in the dark side of Los Anthos!
He sighed. It was mean to confine him to a fumbling ball of immobility while Hadrian was just awkwardly thinking out the possibilities. Plus, if the Kohma came back, he'd not like this man to be defenseless if it came to a fight. He undid his bindings, from the cheek to the arms to his ankles. Finally, with a nervous look, he removed the blindfold from his eyes, anxious to see what his first look into him would reveal.
