((1. This is my last post until the 28th, since i leave in about 5 hours. 2. Ava, you broke the post order stare , and why are you following my character around?)) Notwen heard Yuki's name being called on the loud speaker back at the Colosseum. After some team mate time with Hisaki, the blonde boy ran off to his fight. Kaala had found a very ancient-looking store. The architecture was similar to what he'd read on western buildings back at the academy. Out of the corner of his eye, Notwen caught a glimpse of Oasis following them. How long has she been tailing us? he wondered as an old patron of the shop opened the door and beckoned them in. The inside of the establishment had an air of frozen time. Dust motes could be seen stirring in the soft yellow light. Stacks of books littered the tables and shelves, while other artifacts were stowed away in a glass-door cabinet behind the cashier. Kaala was examining some arcane text on the other side of the room while Notwen activated his thermal scan. Without a doubt, the blip that was Oasis was still standing a few feet from the entrance. The Uchiha wasn't sure how much the kunoichi could see through the opaque windows of the store, but it was frustrating and annoying how it made him feel. So this is what my country thinks of me. Very well, then. Notwen waited until his companion strayed close by and put a hand on his shoulder. " Is anything the matter, master?" asked Kaala, who obviously couldn't know that they had been shadowed. Notwen kept his voice low and nodded. " That girl you don't like followed us here. She's standing outside as we speak." The phoenix-boy was about to turn towards the dusty windows, but the long-haired blonde stopped him. " I have a plan, though..." Making sure Hisaki was distracted with the appraisal shopkeeper, Notwen instructed Kaala to transform into him, while he would transform into the latter. To hide the that was sure to come, the Uchiha dropped a heavy book, which caused a lot of dust to rise into the air. "Sorry, I tripped." said Notwen, who now looked and sounded like his companion. Kaala, who now looked, and sounded like Notwen helped his disguised master up, and turned to Hisaki. "Oi, Hisaki. We're going back to the stadium to watch Yuki. You take care of business here." With that, the duo left the store and headed back to the Colosseum. Notwen made sure the Oasis blip was a safe distance behind before whispering final instructions to Kaala. "Remember what we discussed. I'm sure red-head here is gonna follow us back. If she engages you in conversation, and says something about you, ignore it. Change the topic of the conversation as subtly as possible. I know you can do it." The phoenix-boy, who was disguised as the long-haired blonde nodded. "No worries. Armored birds are one of the wisest creatures of legend." After some time, they were back at the booth. Kaala went over to the man doing the bets and got the 3k ryo they had just won. "One thousand ryo on Yua, sir." he said, taking a seat at the window sill with Notwen.

Hisaki heard a thud from behind, and turned around, shifting his gaze from the elderly gentlemen to the pair behind him. Kaala got up from the floor, with Notwen next to him. Apparently, they'd fallen over each other or something, and the only thing they disturbed was a book. However, Hisaki noticed something was up, neither of them was covered in dust. Hisaki glanced at the book at their feet, then his eyes traveled up again. Three quarters of the way up, Hisaki noticed something else was wrong. Notwen's arm band with the light netting was on the wrong shoulder. Hisaki's eyes quickly shifted to a look of slyness, They transformed and switched places, and used the book as an auditory distraction for the poof sound when a ninja transforms... But why? Hisaki turned back to the old man, and pulled out the coin, stopping when the pair announced their leave. Hisaki waved, and said, "Ciao." After they left, Hisaki flipped the coin in the air, and caught it in his hand, and said, "What I have for you today is something special. This coin, I hear, is like, centuries old or something. I bet its worth a bundle. Here, have a look." Hisaki handed the coin over to the old man, who looked at it closely. It was immediately obvious that his old eyes couldn't properly assess the coin without help. The man pulled out a pair of spectacles, and looked closely in silence. In moments, his face went pale, and he excitedly ran behind his desk to get his jewelers loupe. He studied the coin intensely, turning it and analyzing it in the dim light, before saying, "Boy, you really have something here." Hisaki leaned over the glass counter the man had put himself behind, "Well, like I said, I heard it was really worth somethin'. What do you think it'd go for at auction, man? A couple hundred? A thousand?" The elderly pawnsman shook his head, "I'll level with you. At auction, this could sell for over a fifty thousand ryo. In the right crowd of coin collectors, over a hundred grand. Boy, what were you planning on doing with this coin?" Hisaki shrugged, "I'll sell it to you if you wanna do the work to get the real price of it. How's thirty kay sound?" The man shook, trembling in a mix of anticipation, disbelief, and utter amazement. The man practically yelled the price back to Hisaki, then screamed, "IT'S A DEAL!" The old man ran to the back of the store, to an old bronze safe. He cackled loudly as he jiggled the lock back and forth to the correct numbers. The tumbler clicked inside, and he pulled the door open quickly. With the air of a man twenty years younger, he withdrew the coins. Thirty thousand ryo in physical cash sat in a bag in his hands. With the same youthful energy, he tossed the sack to Hisaki, and yipped, "The deal's made, no refunds!" Hisaki stared at the man listlessly as he practically jumped around the pawnshop like a child, Is this guy for real?Quote: From everyone that has made a major appearance or gesture to appear at my party so far, (Hisaki, Yuki, Notwen, Yua, Lilith, Oasis, Hatsuma, ssa's horde, Jin = 1055 total lines =D

Hatsuma had been hauled away towards the medical area in the arena to get some bandages placed on her though she didn't feel she needed them since she was mostly bruised and nothing was really broken inside that she could feel. regardless of this the solvent that they had was quite effective in removing this sticky substance from her out right which she would allow. So the fact that it was a puppet likely wasn't the only reason that she lost... she didn't move into action soon enough, she would certainly need to find a way to analyze situations quicker in the heat of battle. In the end the field was against her and with her opponent which was always a key factor in the success of a mission. Finally they reached the room she would be staying in for a day to make sure there were no internal injuries and then she would be free to leave the area and return to the room she had checked into at an inn in town. The medical shinobi did what they could taking her equipment to be cleaned and wrapping her torso in a gauze bandages making an effective shirt in a sense however she was given a medical gown to wear as well before they left. "Oh and Miss if you need food or anything you can just order it over that intercom along with anything else you might need. Your gear will be cleaned up by tomorrow and we'll bring it here then." A medic nin stated pausing at the door and looking back into the room as she waited for Hatsuma's acknowledgment.
"Understood..." Hatsuma stated bluntly before laying back onto the bed. her torso was pretty sore since that was where the brunt of the attack landed heavily. She'd have to find a way to defuse the effectiveness of insects as well as find a way to deal with controlled devices such as puppets since those seemed to be quite a bane to her at present. Staring at the ceiling she thought through possible ways to overcome certain situations if she were to encounter them again.

Ka'rinth cracked his knuckles softly, it seemed that thus far he had managed to conceal the tricks of his puppets as well as the degree of his own strength. Yet he knew he had been observed using his cloak, needles, and plant. It was also safe to assume that the existance of two puppets though not the capabilities was known as well as the existance of Arachne though not the parameters. It was vexing but a strong opponent could result in him having to reveal something like his bloodline or stronger jutsu not to mention potentially his card deck. With a hiss he shifted his weight and put his mind to work on the problem of how to deal with keeping his abilities hidden. He was vexed at the idea of being made a chuunin but if it was between that and loosing his garden he had to honestly consider the value of the garden as quickly devaluing. Soon it might be necessary to move and if that was the case then it was best to keep his potential hidden. With a nod to himself he exhaled slowly and decided on the simplest solution to the problem, he would make sure that his fight ended very quickly.

((Oh man, I completely forgot to post here... Again)) ’I shall fight to honor the name of Kaiten, the name of my father…
Erkamina heard Yua's name from the person the bets and felt her eyebrow raise ever so slightly. "Looks like Yua's in the next round. If I had any spare money enough to bet I would bet on her, just to show my support of a teammate. Unfortunately..." She reached into her pocket and all that was there was some pocket change and a few bills. "I only have about 200." She said softly as she counted it out again, nodding sadly as she confirmed her suspicions on her low Ryo count. It wasn't enough to make a dent in her support so she would just cheer. "Alright Yua! Show 'em what Mist can do!" She yelled into the forest, hoping the girl could hear, not really caring if anyone else heard or not.
… Soon I will show the world the worth of that name.’

Jin cleared his throat. He ignored the ruckus that went on behind him. Whatever was going on was none of his business and he didn't want to get involved in it either. Jin kept his eyes on the battle below and when Sora won it, Jin simply smiled. Once again a veil of darkness spread over the arena and Jin turned away from the window to see who was left in the room. It was only him, a girl from the mist village and Fuyu. The sand and leaf genin had left and soon afterwards, the mist genin left as well. So she was Yua? She was to fight against the quiet boy that was friends with the host of the party. "One grand on Yua." Jin said. He quickly moved to collect two of the three thousand he had won, leaving the remainder to cover his newest bet. Turning to face Fuyu, the two being the only people left in the room, Jin gave the boy a short bow. Smiling slightly from behind his mask, Jin handed over the package that held the scythes. "That was." Jin stopped. For a moment he thought for the correct set of words. "That was certainly an interesting match. But shouldn't you let someone tend to your wounds? Those burns will heal badly and you can end up risking your career."

Oasis, having all but forgotten why she followed them, was entirely un-phased when Notwen and Kaala tripped over each other like a young couple on a first date, damn they were annoying around each other, Kaala was a smarmy boot-licker, and Notwen a cocky a**. She shook her head, he was from her home-land for crying out loud, she shouldn't be thinking things like that about him. She groaned lightly and shook her head again before watching the two leave and returned her attention to the one she gave the coin too, and the strange old man who was acting like an energetic boy now as he danced around with the coin, how odd really. She sat down and looked through the window for awhile before it hit her, Yua was fighting now, which mean Hatsuma was done fighting, which meant she needed to find her friend! Oasis let out a woop and then took off headed for the hospital to find her friend. Oasis ran like a train off its tracks as she all but bulldozered her way through the streets until she located the hospital. "HATSUMA-TAN!" she shouted before pouncing through the doors and looking around energetically "HEY HEY where's my friend!?" she chimes loudly as she looked at the people behind the desk for an answer.

"Please Miss this is a hospital and we have many that are wounded, if you can tell us the name of your friend we might be able to..." A buzzer from the desk intercom sounded off as the melodic sounding nurse tried to calm oasis. "one moment please..." She explained before looking down to the intercom as she pushed the button and began to speak into it. "Yes, is their something we can bring to your room?" the nurse questioned through the intercom taking note of the little light that was lit up next to a number which signified the room the call came from.
"There should be a loud red-headed shinobi who will come looking for me, she is a member of my team and from wind country... allow her to my room... that is all..." The stoic voice of Hatsuma came through the small speaker.
"Very well I'll send her in then..." The nurse responded before clicking off the intercom and looking to Oasis again. She quickly spotted the head-band around the red-headed girl's waist which had the hourglass like symbol which signified her as a wind country shinobi. Deciding this was the person who was supposed to come she took a scrap of paper from the desk and scribbled down the number thirteen upon it and held it out to Oasis. "She is in room number thirteen which is at the end of the hall to your left on the first floor... please remain quiet for the other patients are in worse condition then your friend's, there was this strange little girl who wiped out a group of shinobi earlier in the exams it's a surprise they are still breathing... their shinobi life is over that much is certain... anyways have a nice visit Miss" She finished with a dainty little smile before she went back to filing papers and other desk bound tasks.

Oasis grinned brightly as she heard Hatsuma on the speaker, "Huh...?" she states to the nurse telling her she needed to calm down because of the other wounded, which made her interested in seeing them too. She tipped from side to side as the nurse prepared a note for her to tell her which room to head to. "neat number." she mused as she took the note and poked it into the side of her belt, she was about to race down the hall when the nurse told her to be quiet. "Oh...okay!" she says with her usual cheery voice before she broke into a silent skip down the hallway to Hatsuma's room. It didn't take long before she was upon the room numbered 31, she blinked wait no, that wasn't right. she plucked the note out of her pocket and looked at it. 13! duh she turned around and went quickly back until she was at the right room. "Taadaa!" she chimes as she pushed the door open. "Hows my Hatsuma-tan doing?!" she questions as she skipped across the room and stopped at her friends bedside a wide grin plastered across her face, even though her friend had lost it was still pretty neat.

Fuyu faced Jin as he handed over the package. He looked down at the wrapped scythes and then back at Jin. "An 'interesting' match.... ya, I might have had more fight in me if those damned traps would have been a little more spread out..." He sighed and went over to the window, package in hand. As he walked, the wind picked up and the package went limp. "As for my burns, they will heal well enough without medical attention. Keep them wrapped and there will be no infection." He paused for a moment, looking out the window blankly. There was nothing for him to see. Taking a slow breathe in so that it didn't hurt to much, he turned and faced Jin. "Thanks for returning the scythes. Fujin will be... no, he is pleased. As for our match, I should have never even been there in the first place, let alone the second part.... I did mean my promise though, next fight... I won't give up like I did today, not a chance. You're well trained... I'll give you that, but as it is apperant... I still have quiet the hinderance to over-come yet still" At this point Fuyu was reaching behind his face and untied the wraps. He placed the eye covers in a back pocket and looked at Jin with his completely bloodshot eyes. After a moment, he looked round and sat on a seat near him and the window. "As it stands with age, I should have been a genin several years ago.... eighteen and having just graduated from the academy... all because the accademy wouldn't take a student in due to blindness, thinking I was useless.... maybe I will be useless, but I plan on proving them wrong that's for sure. I.... I just wish that there was someone out there that could look at me and realize that I maybe have potential.... I don't know.... Normally I don't speak this much Jin, just after all the failures I've gone through in the past week, week and a half.... I seem to not know what's going on anymore..." Fuyu looked down for a moment, remembering everything that had happened. Always useless or a failure in everything he'd done... the only positive part was that he somehow managed to graduate the accademy... as a tracking nin none the less.... he sighed and the looked up at Jin yet again. "I sound pathetic don't I? Hmmmm..... oh well, nothing left to do but get back into training after all this is over." With that, Fuyu turned around and looked down at the battlefield, pondering on random things here and there.

Ka'rinth exhaled slowly as the fight began, his eyes hidden by the mask he wore flickered around the faces of the arena curious if there was anyone of interest nearby and observing as much as possible with his sharingan. Having decided on his plan of battle for his fight it was now simply a matter of it starting. A soft symphony was beginning to echo in his mind and he felt as though he were beginning to understand the desire to kill when bored. It was simply the lack of entertainment and the hope that someone somewhere might do something unexpected to preserve their life. He neatly cut off the train of thought before he accidentally allowed his killing intent to spread outwards. It was a momentary lapse but had long been the result of him having nothing to keep his mind occupied. His leg began to bounce up and down steadily at a quick pace as he sought something interesting other than death to fill his mind. It was times like this that a new puzzle would have been appreciated though of course he did have ways to depart the area while killing.

Hisaki ran out of the shop, cash in hand. He had a mission, and time was of the essence. Hisaki darted up to the stadium again, and pushed by groups of chatting people. He sprinted up rounded stairs up level by level, until he reached the near vacant circle where the sky boxes where. Hisaki ran down the hall, and skidded by his own room. He jumped back to the door, and entered quickly. Hisaki leaped into the center of the room, and through his arms around, pointing as he called over employed people in the room.
"ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL BUTLERS, WAITERS, ETCETERA IN THE ROOM!" Hisaki called over a few of the stadium employees, and said, "Okay, we got a job to do. In this bag here, I have enough ryo to pay for every expense this far. On top of that, I have five thou' extra, to pay for another round of the fastest but best food you can find," he said, pointing to the waiter, "A group of security to stop guests from pumping up my bill without my permission," Hisaki pointed to a butlerish employee, "and maybe a few maids to pick up the rest of the room posthaste!" He finished with another point at a stadium-man.
Hisaki clapped, "I only have five thousand, but that should be more than enough for what I ask. Any extra can go into tips for the staff. Understand? That means don't rack up any extra bills on me, and you'll get paid." Hisaki turned around, and continued, "This all must be done quickly. I have a guest that may arrive at any moment, so I need something to be set up for her arrival. If not... I fear the consequences..." Hisaki tapped his foot, "NOW GO!"
The waiters and butlers and maids ran around frantically before splitting up, and doing their separate jobs. Hisaki retreated to the windows as the room began to reconstruct behind him. Yuki, apparently, was in hiding, and the battle wasn't too far along. Yua was still standing in the middle actually. The battle thus far was very still, and guests seemed to be getting impatient.
Hisaki smelt something sweet, herbal, and spicy. Hisaki turned around to see where the herbal bouquet was coming from, and saw that one waiter had already appeared with food. He put a few metal gastronorm containers on the table, and uncapped them, letting the smell get stronger. Hisaki meandered over, and took a look at the triple set of food.
"Three things of Ziti... Ugh... Whatever, as long as we get a better selection later on..." Hisaki stepped back from the table, and saw a security guard approach him.
"Sir, is there a guest list that we should follow?" The large bouncer said, holding a clipboard and a pen. Hisaki thought for a moment, then said, "No, not nessessary. If someone new comes to the party, just tell me, and I'll tell you whether or not its OK for them to come in. I shouldn't be leaving this room until my match, so I should be around." The man confirmed the command, then left the room into the hallway.
Hisaki shrugged, and returned to the window, "Well then," he said to himself, "Now all I have to do is wait for something to happen..."

Hatsuma sat up in the bed the gown only had two arm holes so her additional limbs were wrapped about her waist making her appear rather standard save the dark skin and light hair color. "There are no lasting injuries so I am fine... I'm currently waiting for my things to become clean before I leave, they are covered in some kind of adhesive that would be difficult to get out on my own..." Hatsuma explained rather calmly to Oasis before thinking of something important to tell Oasis. "Listen Oasis, wind country has yet to win a fight... you are probably aware of this however, do not let some sense of pride blind you against your enemy, if they are to powerful don't hesitate to get out of the situation, it isn't worth showing all of your techniques to everyone here just to lose in the end. If you can defeat them then that is fine just remember to stay within reasonable limits and don't allow the other countries to learn to much about our countries skills or techniques..." Hatsuma's voice had a more serious edge then normal as she looked at Oasis steadily awaiting her response.
