urban: All but Fragmentation Grenade is Accepted. Also, no matter what the smoke grenade cannot kill. Not that I doubt anyone would stay in a room with a smoke grenade for 20 posts, but it still isn't something I'm going to allow on this one.

why can't we have frags? That's the most common grenade out there. Or is that your point? That anyone should be able to get those anywhere?

Anyone should be able to get those anywhere, but I also generally disagree with the power it has despite being such a low ranking and easy-to-make weapon.

While realistically speaking getting hit with a frag grenade would probably kill you, in fantasy-related worlds you could have five grenades go off simultaneously around a character and they'll still just run through it like it was nothing. Is it realistic? No, but its still badass, and I like being badass. >.>

Yea, but still. I could always nerf the s**t out of it. Or modify it. i mean, humans will die almost instantly. But Dogs, cats, and all the other bloodlines could survive a few.

Now can continue with the story. Even though the plants couldn't have hurt me anyway.

You mean Arise? Eh, it's amplified water. It uses energy etc, so it's not just reg water.

And uh, Wave Lock isn't just used as a combo with Bash. It's used for other things, too. Alot of skills can be used with Bash..

RPC name: Rein Rois

Is it a Free skill?: Nope:

Name: Soul Song
Rank: Varies
Description: Each Siren has their own personal tune that their soul follows for its entire life. Known as the Soul Song, the effects, abilities, and even name of this technique varies from Siren to Siren, growing with its performer over time. It is possible to play the Soul Song on an instrument but it can only be performed properly by its owner. While the Soul Song is able to cause things that regular music cannot (ex: levitating weapons), there are limits to what it can do. As a result, each rank of it must be approved in the custom skills section.

Type of skill: Siren Bloodline

Skill name: Soul Song (A Call To Arms)

Rank: C

Limits: Must be Rein Rois.

Skill description: Rein will sing, unleashing her Soul Song, and depending on the energy expended, the song will have weaker/stronger abilities. Basically, her song calls to random non-ally target(s), appealing to them to stop whatever they are doing; instead, they want to join her and help protect her in battle, maybe even fight for her. She does not control them: they will continue to fight 'freely' but they will not seek to kill her enemies as Rein does not seek to kill. They merely wish to protect her. *Rein can only sing this song once a day. **The song can last up to 5 posts; she must sing the song for the duration of the five posts in order for it to last that long. If she stops sooner, the song's effect will end in the target(s)'s next post. ***Once her song ends, the target(s) must wait 1 post to gain their wits back before they can resume what they were doing.

((Yes, there is no E rank for this skill.))

[D]: Can turn 1 target of E rank to her cause.
[C]: Can turn 1 target of D rank to her cause. (2 Es)
: Can turn 1 target of C rank to her cause. (2 Ds or 3 Es)
[A]: Can turn 1 target of B rank to her cause. (2 Cs, 3 Ds, or 4 Es)
:
Can turn 1 target of A rank to her cause. (2 Bs, 3 Cs, 4 Ds, or 5 Es)

((Also, any combination in between that makes sense. Por exemplo: At S Rank: 1 B rank and 2 Ds to her cause. Will still cost S rank energy.))

Sample: Rein found herself caught off guard, outnumbered, and surrounded. She didn't know how many of the wolves it would take to take her out, but she knew how many they were going to use...seeing no other options, she decided that she had to do it or accept death. As they started to close in slowly, fangs and claws beared, she parted her lips, letting slip through the song of her very being. A song that called some of them to her side, if only momentarily. She saw some of them stop moving towards her and glance around now at the others. She had to keep singing or else they would break free and help the others attack.

Of course, the ones that her song had taken hold of could not allow the remaining wolves to hurt her. They each pounced in succession, taking out the nearing threat. As Rein continued to sing, she watched and cried, remorseful at having caused the wolves to harm each other, but she needed to survive. In the end, she had not had them killed, only maimed enough to leave her alone. She ended the song and quickly took flight before the other wolves came out of their stupor and continued their attack on her.

RPC name: Elizabeth Bishop (cause I'm that damn creative)

Is it a Free skill?: I'd like to keep it personal. Make it like a thing my RPC learned

Type of skill: Kiranu Bloodline

Skill name: Flying Claw

Rank: D

If it uses ammo how much: 0

Limits: Kiranu, and must know "Claws"

Skill description: Basicly it's like the use extending their claws, except instead of extending the full blades, they fire off a smaller sharper bullet type thing. The strength and range depends on rank, and the bullet gets weaker the further it has to travel.

D= cut through flesh, travels no more than 50feet
C= cut's through stone, travels no more than 100 feet
B= cut's through iron, travels no more than 150 feet
A= cut's through steel, travels no more than 200 feet
S= only the hardest things can stop this, travels no more than 300 feet

Sample:

Elizabeth had taken an assassination job, and she had found her target. He was a leader of a local group of bandits who had been pillaging farmers. Using her stealthy cat like abilities, she snuck past the initial guards with ease, but when she got to the main chamber, she saw that she was greatly outnumbered. The leader was surrounded by several bandits of many classes, some looked even stronger than Elizabeth. She didnt want to risk exposure, so she climbed up to the nearest window as an escape route. She then pointed her fingers at the Bandit lord, and whispered, "Good night". As she spoke, her nails suddenly shot forward, then detached, forming small, spear-like bullets. They pierced the Bandit Lord's head, and he collapsed to the floor. With the cover of the panic, Elizabeth made her escape.

Sine: Speak with Kage on that, and get back to me. I do believe we already have a skill for this.

Snuff: Denied miss. It's more of a custom weapon thing then a skill.

For Cats? You should have said that. When you said assassin, I assumed you meant that you were using the metal kind of claws that you attach to your hands.

Speak with Miss Neko, as the bloodline is hers.

Bom bom bom...**taps her finger** I'm going to have to think about this. It's a good skill to have for a Kiranu assassin, that is no doubt, but I wonder if the strength is really needed. Considering most people here don't seem to wear armor and all. Give me a few moments to ponder this one.
