Aegle walked among the valks, speaking to those who stopped her and just drifting around. She paused to take a goblet filled with wine, and drink deeply. Drinking was normal in the celebration of the valks, and they had plenty to celebrate! A victory like this was grand!
She touched her eye patch to make sure it was on secure still and took another drink. Maybe if she had enough wine she'd take one of the males to bed with her. Maybe. That would take a lot of wine though. Then she spotted a valk she knew, though she tried to know all of them well enough.
"Vernadette, come from the books to see what happened! The battle was glorious!"

Vernadette, hearing her name, turns to look who called for her. Looking around, she finally sees her tribe leader and walks to greet her. "Ah, I imagine it was! If only I had been there to see it myself and record some of it! If only to see how the Goddess has blessed our warriors so. Tell me, were there any interesting males?", she said, obviously interested in the males.
((I just reread ^ and realized how repetitive it is. xD So very tired, but wanna see the outcome of the raffle dealie.))
