*The beast gasps in shock as the supposed "finishing blow" is blocked with ease. Feeling a chill at his feet, the demonic being looked down, eyeing the unusual mist that was enveloping his feet. Suddenly, he is made aware of a presence equally as menacing as his current foe approaching at great speeds from his left. Seemingly at the last second, his wings spread and he hops backward in the blink of an eye, a hard wave of air rushing past him as the other figure sped past him.*

So that's what shot me. I must admit, it was quite a good shot, but as you see, it didn't have much effect. What a pity. If that slash didn't get you, perhaps something a little more... potent... would.

*With that, the berserker's left hand becomes engulfed in hellish flame, and his right hand in a deep blue shadow aura. Silently, they spiral quickly up the length of the 9 foot Masemune, which was barely taller than the beast himself. When these auras merged with the natural demonic aura of the Masemune, a swirling blueish-black flame engulfed the length of the Masemune. This aura not only made the demon's slashes stronger, but also has the ability to cause the slow burning away of the body of whatever it struck. With the flame-engulfed blade in both hands, Seth took to the air a mere foot off the ground. He flew at his foe with speeds in excess of 30 times the speed of sound. Just inches away from being able to hack away the Devil, He teleported exactly 7 feet behind him. He then stabbed at the center of Fierce's spine with the force of one million speeding trains, a force that could remove the heads of every human on earth in one slash.*

::The original devillish monster remains still, staring off into the sky in a carefree and unthreatened manner. His left arm appears to loose its function, going limp and continuing to dangle lifelessly at his side. He ignores the movement of Kagioto as he rushes about, closing his blackened eyes and broadening his twisted smile. The attack comes from behind, but just as Seth reappears, another swift attack comes crashing in from his right.

The other Fierce, so blithely ignored, is suddenly standing there, the two-inch sharp claws at the ends of his fingernails extended and prepared to rip a canyon into Seth's chest with an upward open-palm swing. If connected - even if the attack did not pierce the skin - the sheer force from the strike would leave the swing of the mighty sword little more than gravity letting it fall to the ground. That, and the demon would probably be thrown into the air.

The first beast would remain in his position, uncaring as to what Seth may do. The power of the demon's sword may be enough to bore holes through humans, but one can gather that this creature is far from human. Even if it could tear him apart, he has nothing to fear from it. Still standing idly with his head tilted back, Demonic Fierce opens his absymal black eyes to look up at the sky, the sun beginning its course across to the horizon. Somewhere in the distance, he can pick up the scent of more humans, approaching from the water. They will die next, shortly after this one does. Finally, he turns his head, glancing over his shoulder and taking a look at what Seth is doing in reaction to the attack. Though at this moment, he can almost be said to have eyes in the back of his head.::

::As if grabbing at air, the once-tight grip on Fierce's wrist is suddenly turned into an empty hand, Berserker Seth now having absolutely nothing to squeeze. The figure attacking him is gone quicker than a blink of the eye. It is as though the grabbed devil was never there, the lightning-quick strike from the tip of the sword finding nothing but the charred asphault of the dirt-blanketed roadway underneath the two warriors. With the 'second' Demonic Fierce nowhere in sight, and in the exact instant that Kagioto prepares to move in with his sword attack, the right sole of the original Fierce screams upward to the demon's chest, aiming to cave the boy's ribs in like they were made of wood.

As expected, Kagioto has fallen for the trick of the Doppelganger Illusion. There was in fact only one incarnation of the monster, his movements between the two constantly moving positions so unimaginably swift that his enemy could never have realized this fact. He was fighting a single being who was playing the roles of two. The juggernaut's speed is unfathomable to perform such a feat.

The massive mule kick sent at Seth's chest is powerful and swift, Fierce bending over and punching his left fist into the ground. This causes a thick tremor to rattle the earth as his arm drills into the ground through the road. His arm imbedded in the ground to his elbow, he uses this as an anchor, his other three limbs open for further attack should anything hinder the movement of his right foot. For a mindless freak of nature, he is showing some sort of strategy.::

::Such anger. Such malice. These emotions and actions only feed the devil's own ambition, arousing him more and provoking him to be even more savage than ever. The more powerful and destructive an opponent can be, the less chance they have at surviving this monster.

Demonic Fierce's legs are suspended in the air for only a moment, his left lifted up from the force of his own attack as Kagioto flies backward. The soles of his leathery boots land once again to the street surface, stomping down forcefully and crushing a few small pebbles of debris underneath them. He drops his left knee to the ground, kneeling on the street as he faces his incoming opponent. Under the ground, he extends his fingers as much as he can before bending them inward, his arm galvanized with a charge of ki, electrical bolts rushing and spiralling down the length of the appendage.

The beast grins a broad, inconscionable smile, his right arm likewise beginning to quicken with energy, his upper body glowing vividly with bloody crimson force as his black aura flares up around him. A dense but short-lived invisible shockwave of ki twists and distorts the lightwaves it passes through, creating huge cracks in the asphault and blowing the smoke and dust away like a typhoon. From seemingly nowhere, a thick red pillar of ki explodes up from the ground underneath Kagioto as he comes in to attack, aiming to bore a hole directly through whatever it hits. If he ceases his sword strike, fine; otherwise, he'll be hit. The surface tension of the technique is strong enough to not be breached in the small timeframe in which Seth encounters it - it won't explode. At about a foot and a half in width, it will very possibly kill the demon if it hits him directly, easily capable of taking his head off.

Should the Berserker stop or hold any other possible surprises, Fierce has his own little bag of tricks ready for when the beam flies completely from the ground and soars into the sky. This being - this creature, or whatever it is - presents the most fun the Red-Headed Devil has had since his reappearance, none of the other toys having been so strong. While the monster has no interest in eating this one - as he did so recently in the young foxling - he can never turn down a kill. Fierce will kill everything on this planet. It's fun.::

::Interesting. The Red-Headed Devil arches an eyebrow behind his mystical black headband, the dark mist at his feet spreading out and expanding somewhat as Fierce looks on in curiosity. Portals are relatively new to him, only a handful ever having appeared in his lifetime of awareness. Still, it's no real cause for concern, and is safely ignored.

His red irises flashing brightly, a sudden push of force slams into Seth's path, immediately stopping him in his tracks should he continue, and hurling him backward through the air should he stop. The huge kiai is similar to the one Fierce originally used against this boy: fast, large, and powerful. A similar portal in such a case will be useless, the attack simply too large. That, and Kagioto would go into the portal himself.

Ripping his left arm from the ground, the juggernaut glares up at Kagioto only a moment after his kiai before his expression melts into a sickened frown. His left lower eyelid spasms for a second before he smiles again, bearing his sharp canines like a wolf. He clenches his right fist, his arm still pulsing wildly with untamed ki energy, leaping from his crouched position and into the air towards the demon. Bolts of energy sparking up and away from his muscles, he thrusts his arm out to the Berserker's chest as if to punch, his fist only a meter away.

He then suddenly stops, that sick smirk still on his face as his palm opens. He unleashes a massive unfocused blast of black ki, firey red waves of energy coursing through the huge wave as electric bolts blast outward and along the ground. If resisted, which the Berserker's body should be able to and may very well do, a great deal of burn damage would still be sustained, not to mention the force of the resulting explosion. Then again, there will be no explosion if it totally disintegrates the boy; unlikely. The strength of the blast causes Fierce's body to tremble slightly, the untamed nature of the technique making itself known as it tears into the crust of the Earth.

Behind the building cloud of dust and smoke, and amidst the ringing sounds of rumbles and detonations, there is now another gargantuan hole carved out of the side of the planet, lowering the horizon a few thousand feet as far as the eye can see. Though this will be hidden from the devil who has caused this devastation until the smoke clears.::

In that post, I do not contradict myself. You posted that you leaped into the air for the blast. However, you never posted that you landed, so that means that you're still in the air, and can therefore be ducked under. As far as the blast goes, The berserker moved under Fierce just before the blast was released, so he was out of the way of it.))
