Kai lifted her head at the smell of food and opened her eyes, only seeing a bowl first she grabbed it and the chopsticks to eat it down fast. She was halfway down whens he finally noticed Gage right there and since her mouth was full she just waved her chopsticks to say hello. Swallowing her mouth full of rice she spoke, "Oh when did you get there Gage? Did I fall asleep again?" She asked, looking at a clock she sighed, only a half hour of sleep right there. But why wasen't her food cold? She peeked a eye at Gage suspicously.

Genin  "To protect something is to fight for it; to die for it" Gage smiled as Kai finally noticed his presence. “Yes, you where sleeping, for awhile acctually. I just woke you up.” Gage said as he began to slowly eat his ramen. He was rather surprised at how fast that Kai ate. ‘Not much of a girl, by the way it looks…’ Gage thought as he made conversation, amidst the awkward silence. “So, uhhh…, do you have anything planned for today?” He asked as he took a sip of his water then resumed eating his ramen."I am willing to fight; to die protecting" -l ₪ l -

"I see, so you got me a hot bowl of rice." She wasen't a Nara by just blood. She was smart at times. Smirking as she ate the rice, probaly faster then Tsunade could eat then go for a pig. "I gotta shtop shleeping all the tshime." She said through bites of rice. Putting the bowl down for a second she wiped off her hands and put them to her head where cat ears laid. Ruffling in her hair she took out a pin and took off the cat ears, putting them down then the pin next to them. Kai started to eat the rice again, the cat ears were a bit loose so she would fix them later. Hearing Gage's question she looked at him. "I might try to get a mission from the kage."

Genin "To protect something is to fight for it; to die for it" “Actually, no, I didn’t get you a fresh bowl of rice.” Gage said rubbing the back of his neck. “The waiter did.” He said as he finished up his ramen. “Sleeping problem, eh? Good luck with finding a cure.” He said as the waiter walked up. He tossed the man a few more dollars and the waiter smiled. He picked up Gage’s bowl and walked away.
“So a mission from the Kage, huh? Good luck with, I don’t think much is happening for a Chuunin to attend to…” He said as he drank his water. Gage had a different plan in mind. He was going to finish his Katon Training then go straight to fire-style jutsu training. In his mind he had it all figured out, but did he really have the guts to do it? She rolled her eyes gobbling down the rest of the rice pretty fast. "Probaly Isomnia since I can't sleep at night." She said, licking her lips of the rice taste. She was glad this village didn't depend on meat products like the Leaf did. Or fish products like mist. "I can do high-ranked missions as a chuunin, but alot count for me bringing a squad so I might drag Emily with me when she has finished her medical training."

Genin "To protect something is to fight for it; to die for it" “Hmm…” Gage said finishing off his water. “I’d be happy to come along, so long Shinji approves, but knowing him, he’d might want to come along.” Gage said reminiscing on yesterday’s training. He took a glance at his left hand. It was still burnt some, but it was a lot better then yesterday. “Speaking of Shinji, are you finished? I was thinking we can both head to the training grounds now.” He said noticing that she was finished her food. Gage leaned back in his seat and waited for Kai to answer. He was ready to get back to training, so he maybe able to move on with his life. Once Gage completed his Katon training, he would immediately move on with a different training, that is, if Shinji doesn’t find something for them to do. Gage had a lot on his mind as he leaned back, looked at the ceiling, and waited for Kai’s response. "I am willing to fight; to die protecting" -l ₪ l -

"Sure you and Shinji, if he approves, can come along." She handed the bowl to the waitor when he came by. "Ya I'm finished, hmm sure." She got up and pulled him right up.

He waited at the door for her to follow before leaving. ‘Man I have a lot of things to do…’ He said glancing at the clock, which said 10 o’clock on the dot. ‘Plenty of day light…’ He thought as he shifted from foot to foot waiting on Kai."I am willing to fight; to die protecting" -l ₪ l -

Genin "To protect something is to fight for it; to die for it" Gage nodded and re-adjusted his hood before leaving the grill. He nodded his thanks to the hostess, grabbed a toothpick, then walked out. He stuffed his hands into his pockets then followed Kai to the training grounds, where he’d most likely resume training with Shinji. There was no doubt about it, Gage had a lot ahead of him before the Chuunin Exams…

The surroundings of the Yakitori Grill were hardly silent, as there were almost always customers in the restaurant. But just as suddenly the tremor started, the people ran as fast as they could out of the building. Unlike the library, the damage was not that big, but there were several fissures on the walls, the building wouldn't last long the way it was.

Kai dropped her wagon handle by the entrance and walked into the place. She went up to a counter and waved to her friend who was redoing their menu. "Come for the tree? It's in the back behind all the boxes so no one would steal it." She nodded and walked back out; grabbing her wagon again and walking around the builden. Moving some of the boxes she backed the wagon to the tree and lifted the tree apon the wagon. Tying it down in a certain way as she walked off with it in the wagon to the kage's office.

Rue walked in, with Cerru on her head, as the chef looked rather disgusted over that fact. Rue looked confused, as Cerru hopped down from Rue's head, and down on a seat at the table. Rue sat down by Cerru,as she looked around." I think this would be the first time I've been in here, Momoiro-chan; mhm...." Rue said once again, calling Kai the nickname she had gaven her. Cerru was alittle nervous, as he hopped onto Rue's lap; while they were both thinking the same thing: they hoped there was no rabbit-based dishes here.
