Coloration is that of a Blue Roan, leaning more towards the "grey" aspects of the coat and less towards the surreal blue tones. {Reference}
Coat darkens on legs, along back (Note: Should NOT have a dun dorsal stripe, rather coloration should darken naturally and show variation so he doesn't appear "flat"), and on face. {Reference}
White "snip" marking on nose. {Reference}

"Heron"-style Wings colored like red-tailed hawk's, except in shades of black and grey. {Reference}

Thick, heavy Black mane and tail. Forelock is overlong and hangs rakishly across forehead (eyes should be visible) {Reference}. Mane falls just past chest- parted haphazardly so clumps fall on either side of neck {Reference}. General style somewhat like the top-right (black) mane in {Reference} Feel free to have fun with the exact style! xD
Tail barely brushes the ground, matches mane in terms of style.

Eyes are very light grey- almost white.

• Main Body: White, maybe with some marbling of grays or tans? Whatever you think looks good. Hoof color up to you. Whether they are cloven or regular is up to you.
  
• Eyes: The whites of the eyes would be black, the irises would be a deep crimson, maybe slightly glowing
  
• Hair: Edited as seen in the main reference image. Black, with white and crimson worked in. Maybe streaks, or fading to crimson? It would look somewhat ratty and messy, with silver beads worked in randomly.
  
• Tail: The leonine uni tail, with the tail fluff edited to be longer and ratty looking, colored and edited to match the mane(up to you).
  
• Horn: Edited to look longer, maybe with a slight curve. Crimson or white. Maybe have it look damaged or chipped?
  
• Wings(Is it possible to have the upper wing be style 2, and the bottom wing be style 1? If not, just style 1 will do =]): The bottom wings to match the body, marbled white, with crimson feathers to match his markings, and slightly transparent. The upper wings black, with crimson and white feathers. The wings I’d like to be ratty looking, like the hair, and to have beads worked in as well, if possible.
  
• Markings: Markings like the form of Shadowlegend shown in the ref. Down the nose, under the eyes, and on the body like shown in the ref. In crimson and maybe black details. It’s up to you~ A crimson star on his rump. Triangle markings on his forelegs(see ref)
  
• Accessories: A jade ornament around his neck, on a black string wrapped around his neck multiple times. Multiple piercings in his ears.
  
• Expression: I’d like for him to have a stern, cold expression.
