"Don't make me burn all your pretty hair off!" Kyoujin growled, huffing his way all the way to where Yana and Sachi were.
"Jeez..."

Yana probably shouldn't have pitied the man soon to cause her death. But she did anyway, helping him onto the top of the mountain. "At least all that hard climbing got us somewhere. Take a look."
She pointed out to Omashu. The city was as pristine and amazing as it was the first time Yana had visited. And King Bumi, almost a hundred and thirty years old, was still ruling it.
They entered the city with much relief. "We'll see if King Bumi won't have somewhere nice for us to stay when we see him."

Sachi rolled her eyes. "You try anything, anything firebender, and I'll guarentee that you won't have to worry about your destiny anymore. Because I'll end it right there. Permenantly." She said, turning around and starting to walk over the top of the mountain.

"Once again...you two are crazy," Kyoujin murmured, staring at the scene. "Who is this guy anyways? Is he the crazy-eyed one that-..." He stopped, grinning at Yana. "Nevermind, nevermind! Merchant stories to keep ourselves entertained..."

"-The crazy-eyed king who was able to take back an entire city by himself in the war? Yes. He is."
Yana couldn't help the strict reminder. She liked Bumi enough for his madness, and it would be extremely stupid of Kyoujin to get on his bad side. "Don't look down upon him like that Merchant Boy. He's a king, a very powerful and clever Earthbender to boot."

Sachi grinned. "No, Yana... Let him run his mouth. Maybe he'd get the oppourtunity take the three legendary tests." She said sarcastically and ominously. She remembered her father telling her about the tests... and the Creeping Crystal. Candy... Hm. Maybe he'd share again!

"Let's see how long that lasts..." He mumbled under his breath.
"Three....what now? Anyways! Are we going or are we not?"

Sachi rolled her eyes. "In case you didn't notice yet, we're waiting for you." She said, gesturing to him. He was still climbing.

Kyoujin rolled his eyes the same way, walked up to Sachi and waved his hand infront of her face.
"Are you blind, waterbender? I'm right here, in case you haven't noticed."

"You'll see...provided you let your mouth run ahead of you."
They approached the gates of the palace, stopped first by the guards. "Halt. What business do you three have with King Bumi."
"I am Yana, daughter to the former Avatar Aang. We need to speak with him on-"
But in a split second, Yana cut off by leaping back, sliding on the smooth bottoms of her shoes as she pushed back Sachi and Kyoujin. A stone had firmly planted itself where Yana had been..she had moved in a split second before it happened.
"Ow!"
Yana squeaked as a pebble bounced off hard against her head. There was a familiar peal of laughter. "Yana, you're still no match for a master."
"Aunt Toph?" Yana looked up to see the blind Earth-bender leap down in front of her. She shook her hand curiously in greeting. "What are you doing in Omashu?"
"Helping with the Avatar crisis, same as you apparently." Toph grinned. Her hair was completely shaded over her eyes, still a rather short woman despite her age. "C'mon. Bumi's been expecting you."

Sachi ran over to Aunt Toph, and gave her a hug. "Aunt Toph!" She said happily. She hasn't seen her in a while...

Kyoujin scoffed at the woman's height, but admired the rest of her. "No shoes, long hair...I think this is an earthbender I could get along with..." he chuckled to himself.
"Must we see the crazy, old thing?" He groaned to Yana.

"Yes, you idiot." Yana said irritably. "If you're so eager to find the Avatar, you can just go off on your own and see what royal advice will be given to a half-wit merchant boy."
They entered the throne room. In his gaudy, over-elaborate robes. King Bumi let out an excited, mad chuckle at the sight of his unofficial nieces. "It's good to see you girls and-" he looked at Kyoujin, "Boy. Welcome back to Omashu!"

Kyoujin seemed to throw himself in the back of the group as Bumi appeared. Whatever Yana had just said was completely thrown out of his mind when he saw him.
"Erm...why do I feel like I'm not welcome here?" he asked himself, crossing his arms.
"'Cause you're not."
"Oh yeah..."

"Are....are you talking to yourself?" Yana hid her grin behind her hand. "You know, that's oddly adorable in a really weird way Merchant Boy."
"Ah! So you're a little crazy too are you?" Bumi looked at Kyoujin in excitement, laughing his snorty giggle.
