Let me just say, somehow making techs here is more tedious than NFS1 for me. Might be creating a new character and not having much time behind them but seriously 40 customs and over a hundred basics is hard to come up with.

Perhaps but after whoring out my creativity for the last few years for NFS as well as other guilds I'm starting to feel disillusioned with my misspent time and I imagine this is what it would feel like to wake up to find you spent all your money on a second rate hooker and have immersed yourself in filth while defiling your best points. So I'm not starting from scratch here or anywhere else and instead I'll just kill people in different guilds and soak in the supposed blood until the filth is washed away and I can truly feel that I'm writing for myself and not being forced to dumb myself down or acting as a cheap literary trick for those I interact with.

Might be creating a new character and not having much time behind them but seriously 40 customs and over a hundred basics is hard to come up with. Zavits pretty much nailed it on the head. It'd be just as bad in the other guild if you had started the character anew and had to come up with hundreds of Jutsu in a short time. The difference with character growth being is as your working your stats up you have much more time to generate idea's one what you want than being handed a platter full of empty slates and going "have at it". (especially for the veteran members with very high stats). As for some however you can just leave them blank until you want more, you don't need to start with every single one filled.

Haha,
Basic Skills are hard to come up with when everyone takes the Idea first.... Looks to blue... "AIR HIKE"
.... Oh well I revamped it and made it more interesting haha.
And Flash-Step got turned into a technique.......Gah... I was going to use it as a Basic skill....
No more Idea's on my behalf you guys take it first minute I say it haha....

I don't like using duplicates of Basic/Custom skills... I think I've only done it twice in NFS.1 and it was because I needed some help so I based a RP effect jutsu and a Cost Increase off of Antonio's Techniques. I Can create basics without having to use other's Ideas. I was bein a panzzy about it because the moment I stated the Flash-Step it was put into action as a normal skill.

Quick question.. I want to make a new character with old stats etc but as my son.. Can i take my rank as chunnin as well.. I knows its probably like a 'of course you cant' statement.. But if i cant keep my chunnin rank then im just going to convert my old character..

Yes, if you transfer a character but want a history/name/clan change you can completely do that and keep your old rank. The only time your rank will reset is if you choose for it to, OR if you make a new "starting" character.
