On a serious note, Captain Bumble Bee, if you would like to contest this charge, would you mind letting one of our crew members take a look at your claydol?

As a means to avoid any further confusion of "what's legal to use and what isn't", a list of all the banned Pokemon has been posted on the first post.
Concerning the battle between Yokubo-chan (Pee Pee) and captain_bumble_bee, the end result of the battle is being null void until further details can be obtained in favor of proving Claydol's legitimacy.
@ Yokubo-chan (Pee Pee) - You may just have to battle someone else on the list to obtain your required preliminary victories but even if captain_bumble_bee's pokemon is found to be hacked, I'm afraid I cannot award you any victory by default.
@ captain_bumble_bee - If you wish to have this battle posted as a preliminary victory, you will need to allow one of the four captains of D/P Gaming to inspect your Claydol to confirm it's legitimacy. Only if it is found legit, will this victory be counted. Furthermore, if you wish to keep battling in the tournament, you will need to allow one of the guild captains to inspect your Claydol or replace Claydol until it is found to be legitimate (any future reports about other suspicious Pokemon may lead to further actions if you chose this route). Rest assure if you do not come clean now about it's legitimacy and it is found to be hacked, you will be kicked from this tournament and banned from entering guild sponsored tournaments in the future.
All of that aside, to everyone else involved in the tournament, keep up those battles! pirate

I wanna make sure before I start battling. ._. It is concidered hacked if an outside devices or coding tampers with the game's original coding. Anything within the game, no outside interferance, is concidered Legit.

Well, we have had many before, though the recent tournaments our guild has been hosting was just to liven things up.
Perhaps in the future, I may host another UU tournament, or Luther may host another cosmo tournmant (if he ever finishes it this time around. blaugh ).
