(( No crossovers, please. ))
Dalvar stared at the screen for a long moment and then sighed, pressing her long fingered hands to her face. What was so hard about the phrase 'no unnecessary risks'? She wondered dismally. Still, she couldn't be too hard on the boy, she had done plenty of potentially deadly things when she had freshly gotten her badge. And before that. She sent the information about the machine to Sharad with a murmured "Not that you'll need it anymore...".
She smiled as Toki left. No, it wasn't a training exercise, but new agents needed to learn to stand on their own two feet. Acceptable risks. After a thoughtful pause she opened up communications with Pent.
"Are you okay, Agent?"

(Okays, no crossovers... sweatdrop ) Agent Pent fiddled with the comm unit, the message from Dalvar was filled with static, either the Zurg placed the Control Room underground or they had a low grade jamming device. Shifting his pants a bit using the belt he managed to dislodge the crossant and let it fall harmlessly to the ground... Just before it turned into water... More changes were visable now, his eyes changed colors and some gloves had appeared.

Sharad grinned as a random croissant fell out of Pent's trousers, then liquefied itself. "Weird stuff's happening today, hmm?" he said evilly, nudging a door open and padding through silently.

Pent followed, though creeping is slighly difficult wile carrying a lance-cannon and a sword. They reached an even larger control panel, with a screen.

Sharad sighed with relief. "Finally, an interface." He sat down in the squishy bucket seat. "What I'm about to do is probably illegal, but whatever.
Pulling a small Flash drive form his pocket and plugging it into the right socket, Sharad managed to activate the computer. He started typing furiously.
"Standard universal hacking procedure..." he said, not bothering to look up while talking.

Pent sat there on a conviently placed chair, something was familiar about the code being tranferred, words in Zurg were translating themselves in his mind, 'Abduct', 'Mental Tranasfer', 'Draxio', 'Dalvar'...
Sharad was busy with the hacking and didn't realise the plans the Zurg had made...
(Setting up next plotline or RP, no crossovers, promised Dalvar)

(HAY scream I'M the one setting up the next RP. Sycophant Main Phase o3o. And everyone from N.E.E.W.D. is abducted invited along. =D)
Sharad smiled. "Okay, first layer down. Only..." He checked the counter. "... three layers to go!" He blinked. No response from Pentigan.
Getting out of the seat, he turned to look at Agent Pent. The normally-bubbly Agent was drooling in his seat, vein twitching. "Awww s**t..." Sharad exclaimed, pulling an anti-knockout serum from a pouch on his belt and injecting it into the semi-conscious operative while praying for the best. A beep sounded from the terminal. "Layer two, down..."

Pent's mind was racing as the concienceness that had been transfered into him was starting to reveal itself...
'I know who you are' Pent yelled inside his mind, 'You are the Zurg from the tube...', a raspy sound whispered back 'Yessss.... I are Dra... Dra... Drax... Draxio, and now all your mental are belong to ussssssss.....'

Sharad blinked. "Ummm... wtf?" He looked into the agent's eyes, which were twitching madly. The serum apparently hadn't worked.
"Pent. Snap the f**k out of it, Pent. Pent!" He slapped the agent's face. Nothing. He was mumbling something unintelligible... 'All your mental are belong to us?' What the hell?

Sharad blinked curiously. "Uhm. Okay. Me give com to Pent. Pent talk Dalvar."
He laughed weakly and scratched his head, then put his eyepiece on Hologram Mode and tried to contact Dalvar. "Hey. Uh, Dalvar? I think we have a prob... I mean a question." He blinked again. "Dalvar? You there?"

The Zurg being inside Pent started to gain further control and better grammer with it, 'Shard, when we get back to base... I need you to let me and Dalvar have a talk... Alone... Now, where is my com link?'

Sharad looked at Pent curiously and peered into his eyes. "Sir, have you been drinking tonight?"
Wait. What was that?
He looked closer into his eyes. "Pent... what's the name of the agent that left halfway through the mission? The girl?"
Of course he still remembered... he was testing Pent to make sure his mind was still in control.

'I remember the Albion Mercury, she always carried that DoLl with her and then she left, but remembered to take her weapons with her in her UFO' Pent/Draxion said, 'We had that mission in ToKiO last time, now, where is the link with Dalvar? Oh and those blades, nice job Ginji did with his cyber forge...'

Dalvar cursed as she lost audio, moments later the screen became fuzzy. She squinted, just barely able to make out what what was going on. The sound was still off when Sharad contacted her, all she got was a light saying he was trying to communicate.
"Say that again Agent Darkangel. Can you hear me?"
She waited for a long, tense, moment before sighing in frustration and pushing herself away from the wall screen with her foot. He could not hear her. For the first time since she had gotten this position she had no idea what was going on. "Computer, attempt to find out what is interfering with communications and correct the problem," She ordered, rubbing the sides of her head to stave of the beginning of a headache. Well this was just wonderful.
