The appearence of the ANBU representative did nothing to the cool, stoic expression on Tensai's face, his teal eyes taking in the scene with a seeming lack of interest. He slowly nodded his head as the Mizukage explained his intent on visiting the Kazekage but the edges of his lips dipped into a ghost of a frown, but no other expression conveyed any displeasure.

He would watch Luo's action as the Mizukage, intervening when nessecary but allowing the young man to grow and learn by himself. He shifted his weight discreetly, his glorious kimono shifting as the elegant folds changed position. Suddenly, at the revelation of the Gobi and Sanbi's presence in proximity to Kirigakure, Tensai would frown heavily now. "The Sanbi will not wish to leave the confines of a lake without consierable reason and even so it is not the wisest of it's kind. I would advise blocking off the lake from villagers and most ninja, just in case. The Gobi however, is capable of moving and is quite intelligent but it's multi-elemental ability and large chakra signature should alert us to it's activities,"

When Tensai spoke it was obvious he had knowledge of the tailed beast and their mannerisms. Due to the new turn of events he would have to remain in the village for quite a while, putting a hold on his own plans.

As LT landed and the boy dodged well. He would have to work on speed but that would come with more time and training. LT cocked his head to the side as he heard the will of his Kage and activated a clone. Out of the smoke curling from the jutsu LT's clone flew in closer to Kai drawing his sword back to attack the boy again. The swing would come at waist height as it is the boy's center of gravity.

Meanwhile the real LT flashed next to the Mizukage and bowed the traditional ANBU bow on one knee. LT knew the protocols and that technically the mizukage and Sannin were almost the same strength, it was the Kage who commanded more respect, so it was to Mizukage Luo that he bowed to, even though he wanted to show the Sannin the same respect as well. LT would stay in the bow until acknowledged by his superiors. Another ANBU or was it the same one appeared behind LT's shoulder and whispered into his ear the information LT assumed the mizukage already received.

Raising his blade to parry the boy's attack, the clone rolled backwards anticipating where the boy would land. With that in mind, he leapt forward a short distance, rotating his body like a top with the blade outstretched, predicting precisely that his blade would connect with the boy's chest the moment he landed.

LT nodded and signaled with one hand as an ANBU shinobi appeared coming from the rafters. It would be a safe bet to say that where ever the kage went inside the village there would always be at least a squad of ANBU in hiding, watching, and waiting to protect the mizukage, not only that but they act as rapid messengers for classified news. The ANBU member crouched next to LT and LT relayed the mizukages orders. In an instant the ANBU agent phased into a swirl of mist to execute the will of the MIST.

Kanzuki nodded at the clone of the Kage and took in the advice he had just given him, "So what is next sir?" Kanzuki asked him.

As the clouds above the facility gathered, giant bolts of lightning rained down upon those inside of it. The lights inside flickered as one bolt hit the roof, making it pitch black inside. Suddenly, an even larger bolt of lightning tore straight through the ceiling, exploding beside the group of shinobis. Unfortunately, it wasn't the end...several dozen bolts of intense lightning rained down upon the group...all those inside the facility would only get one chance to avoid the raining bolts...or else the results would be shockingly irrevirsible.

"s**t!!" Kanzuki yelled as the first bolt tore through the facility. He then noticed all smaller bolts. Thinking on his toes he quickly rolled out of the way of one of the bolts, then just as one on was getting ready to strike him, he preformed a backflip, the bolt going in between his legs as he flipped. As he came round to land, he noticed another bolt coming to where he would be landing. Thinking quickly he sheathed his katana and useing the katana in the sheath he slammed it into the ground and kicked off the hilt to get away from the bolt. The bolt slammed into the katana, but Kanzuki remained unharmed," WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!" Kanzuki yelled at whoever was still alive.

Kai's eyes grew wide as a massive bolt of electricity struck the ground just feet away from him and the rest of the shinobi that were training there. He felt the hairs on his skin rise, and he could smell the distinct smell of ozone that precedes a bolt of lightning. "EVERYBODY RUN!!!", Kai cried out as he ran to the exit. There was no one close enough for him to try and pull them along with him, the real LT was with the Mizukage and everyone else was training. As he entered the lobby once more he grabbed the receptionists hand and tried to drag her with him to safety. "Unless you want to be barbecued I suggest you come with me!"
