LT raised an eyebrow toward the mizukage and folded his arms, "You treat him like a puppy sometimes." LT sighed, "But i guess thats his way of motivation, and i works.." LT shrugged, "then it works." LT took one last swig from his coffee cup and refilled the mizukages cup with fresh coffee before heading to the door. LT walked past the three students calling out behind him, "Kai, Kan! Come my minions, we have work to do." LT smiled under his kakashi like mask, his three headbands trailing behind him as he walk to the door. At the door way he turned and bowed to the mizukage and left. ...Before LT left the building an ANBU ninja appeared to his side and whispered something to him. After listening intently to the shinobi, LT nodded and the ninja disappeared out of sight. Exit to training facility.

Kai stared after LT, slightly confused by the minion remark, then bowed to the Mizukage, and said, "It was an honor meeting you, Mizukage-Sama". Then Kai turned on his heel and followed LT out of the building.

Luo sighed slightly as he looked out toward the village. LT didn't know it, but the comment given frustrated Luo, especially coming from him. Luo despised those who used shinobi as pawns or guard dogs. He went through every efort to take a shinobi's emotions into question. Mybe LT had just never noticed in their years as squadmates that Luo had rarely touched Zane unless to hit him, and had only twice touched LT. The fact that he could recall touching each of them was testament to that. Luo regarded none of his men as dogs, and in earnest resented the comment. His actions were made based on his own emotions. He had not spoken or seen Fordon since he became kage, even sending a messenger to deliver the boy's previous mission to him because Luo was too busy to do it himself. He simply missed the boy, much like an older brother who had not seen the younger brother he'd cared for everyday for years, missed him after such separation. The boy granted Luo a sense of normalcy in his position. Fordon had called Luo lord befor the new position, and had never changed the way he acted towards him, much like he found the demeanors of others suddenly becoming polite. As he heard Kaizen speak and leave the office, Luo muttered a last phrase to himself so no one could here on his troubled thoughts. "It seems no one knows why he is so eager for affection. It is ironic that he longs for such emotions because since birth it was never given to him, however when he receives it finally, he is regarded as a lapdog. The heart and the mind cannot effectively communicate with one another without understanding both. Perhaps LT's mind compensates for what his heart does not understand."

"Umm, Mizukage sir?" Yamatano asked, waiting until the Mizukage was done speaking to himself. "What should I do now, If those two are going with L.T. sensei? Should I just, um, go train by myself?"

Turning face the boy, Luo smiled politely. "Nope. Well Yamatano, it seems today is your lucky day. I'll accompany you to the training facility and help you improve your fighting methods with the daggers." Writing a note and sticking it to the outside of his door to inform others of his absence and location, Luo walked out before stopping and turning to face the boy. "Well, shall we?" With that Luo headed for the training facility.

"Really? Yes, sir!" Yamatano said, trying (but failing) to contain his excitement. The Mizukage himself was going to train him! He felt so honored that the Mizukage was willing to take time to train him, a mere academy student, in how to use his daggers. He walked beside the Mizukage, never more proud than at this moment to call himself a shinobi of the mist.

Fordon walked up to the office but before he could nock on door the secretary said "he is not here. is there something you need?" stepping over to her he said "I have my mission report to give to the Lord Mizukage" she gave Fordon a quizzical look "done already?" he replied "yes. i got bored on the trip back." he put it on her desk and asked "so where is his lordship and LT-sempai?" picking the report up she looked up at him and said "um last i heard they were both at the training facility." he nodded then walked away toward the training facility EXIT toward training facility

A giant fireball lights up the sky as the clouds part from its power. The fireball hits the middle of the tower head on as a large explosion could be heard throughout the entire village. The tower of the Mizukage begins to crumble as all those that are trapt inside get only once chance at getting out alive.

Arriving at the tower, Luo looked around, shaking his head at the destruction. The support beams which were still standing at least, were fully exposed, and most of the concrete outer-shell was obliterated. As ANBU men flocked in a line in front of Luo on one knee, he loooked around before clearing his throat finally. "Strip down the rest of the concrete and finish rebuilding the supports. After the supports I want two 1 3/4 thick plates of tempered steel to be built, followed by a coolant system by rerouting already exposed pipes to the rivers near the gates. After you've rerouted the pipes and before you begin pouring water in front of the steel plates, add a second layer of tempered steel in front of that. Essentially, sandwhich the water and be sure that the pipes keep the water constantly exchanging back and forth from the river, and the building. On each plate, build small upward facing rivets to direct electricity flow towards the lightning rod on the top of the building. Follow that layer with the usual layer of concrete. That is all." Nodding, the men seemed to disappear to work at incredible speeds, Luo waiting for the metal to arrive to work on the rivets himself.

Fordon arrived soon after his Lord Mizukage and listened to the orders given. he folded up the Mizukages robe and set it next to his lord. "would you like me to assist with this construction my lord?" he asked figuring it already be a yes. yet he showed none of that reaching his face. in truth it did not matter yes or no cause he would obey regardless.

As the sheets of metal began to arrive, Luo nodded to Fordon. "I need you to use water manipulation to stop the flow of water from the pipes until both sheets of metal are in place, otherwise we'll flood the area." Unsheathing his sword, Luo sighed as he activated the chakra edge technique to help slice the metal to the correct proportions.

Fordon nodded and helped then re work the pipes and soon as the water started flowing he did as his lord instructed. he held the water back. occasionally he would get a little splash of cold water spurt onto himself but he didnt mind. he kept at it and began to thought of it as a form of training. at a point it did seem like it was getting harder and harder to hold the water back but eventually it stopped and stayed the same with the exceptions of the spurts

As Luo finished slicing the metal sheets, he lined up the sheets carefully, fully aware that they would have to be put up at one time around the cylindrical form of the building. Coughing up silvery gelatinous substances on his index finger, he carefully ran down the lines of the metal which needed to be welded together, careful not to apply to much. Snapping his finger to cause a spark, the globs burst into flames, running across the large sheet of metal, before Luo poured water onto the now solid sheet. Getting help from his men, they carefully wrapped the layer of tempered steel around the frame and supports of the building, ANBU members welding it down. He then repeated the process as a few Doton users had created the perfect ditch around the building to place the next layer. Cutting multiple holes in the second layer, welding the top, and cementing the bottom, Luo looked over at Fordon and the men holding the pipes. "Alright, connect the pipes for the coolant system."
Katon: Shouidan no Jutsu (Fire Release: Incendiary Technique) Description: Recently developed, this technique is much akin to the Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu in a few ways. Using almost the identical set of seals, the user instead coughs out globs of what looks to be silver-tinged mucous. These flammable, gelatinous balls can be scattered along any area and even on other people and are highly combustible. Anything from the slightest spark can ignite them and set off variable explosions based on the level of the shinobi as well is leave a lasting flame going.
Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique) Description: Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.

"right then" Fordon said and along with the rest of the men holding up the pipes turned and let to cool water gush forth. as the water moved it sprayed a little causing the water in the air to shimmer like gold. the Fordon thought to himself 'thats a good sign. this plan will work well'
