On MS Paint, save both your avi and the card. Open your avi and if you have a lime green background, change it to white with the Fill Bucket tool and save it.
In a separate Paint window, open the card in paint, then click Edit>Paste From and choose your avi.
Your avi will have a white box around covering the card. In the tool bar, you'll see two pictures. One with a dotted box filled white, and one that's transparent. Choose the transparent one, and the white box should go away. Move your avi around until you are content, fix it up with the paint brush tool, and you're done.
