Invasion is my favourite block because I got my first legend from that block. (go Treva!)
Oddysey is my favorite set because battle of wits just makes me laugh because of the time that my friend came over with his entire collection of search cards in a massive six hundred card tower.

I like Champions of Kamigawa but not Betrayers and Saviors looks kind of dumb to me. I would have voted for Kamigawa but the two ladder sets are lame. I voted Onslaught because it is a decent set and it was the only good, affordable block since I started Magic. I did not buy many cards before that although I played. Many abilities in the Onslaught block are to my distaste, but there are still many good cards.

I belive that Urza block was good for one thing only, and that's to show that Green can be a good color. Everything about it was overpowered and unfun, in my opinion.
I think that if R&D stuck with the power level that Green had in Urza through all the blocks, green would be just as good as the other colors. Honestly, R&D doesn't give green enough good cards, or good abilities.
I didn't like Onslaught, save some of the White cards. It was kinda boring. Mirrodin was great for someone like me, because I played 4 Molder Slugs and 4 Oxidize in every deck, so I won a lot (after I abandoned Affinity, thank god). Ravager Affinity had nothing on me biggrin .
Kamigawa is a lot of fun. R&D is finally realizing what it takes to make green a competitive color (note: Haru-Onna, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Arashi the Sky Asunder, Kodama of the North Tree, etc) by giving it good solid utility and not just crappy beat sticks (see almost every beast from Onslaught Block, save Ravenous Baloth).
My favorite block would have to be Kamigawa, as a whole. Urza, because they actually made good green cards (but overpowered everything else, so it didn't matter), and some of the less-broken black cards. Kamigawa has everything I would want in a block: Creatures, not-overpowered blue, a well-balanced metagame, and every strategy is a viable one. There is no card thats "If you're not with me, you're against me" like Tolarian or Skullclamp or Wild Mongrel (with madness).

Do not disrespect the trees! Besides, look at some of the green cards from that era. Defense of the Heart Argothian Enchantress Compost Gaia's Cradle Deranged Hermit Elvish Piper the "Hidden" Cards, Hidden Gibbons especially Multani, Maro-Sorcerer Rofellows, Llanowar Emissary Priest of Titania Patter of Rebirth Plow Under I mean...c'mon man!!!! Those cards are awesome! Green had it goin on back in tha day.

I like the dark best- sure, they were painful, but they were powerful.
By the way, green is a shadow of what it used to be, but don't count it out yet.
