"Blame Hei!" Kokei shouted back to Zique "Were not trying to be loud...but if someone does something like he just did oh yeah there is gonna be something happening!" Kokei hoped Zique would hear her. She didnt like him telling her to shut up for getting mad at something like that. That was obvious she would get mad.

Hei now stood in an open alley between two very long buildings with a large transmutation circle "tattooed" into the ground around himself. Several minutes before, Kokoro no Kagayaki's spirit had spoken to him for the first time in a while and he found he was able to briefly able to use ability that was lost to him before. It was the light Bankai, but he found it slightly useless for combat. At least he did in all of his previous fights. Hei stood straight up with his palms together like he was praying, there was a small tube wedged between both of his index and middle fingers. Inside the circle there was nothing but him and the air around him. There was no one in sight save himself and it looked at though he was daring anyone to follow him.

Tsukiko took one look at the object in her hands and squinted a little, holding it away from her body as it went off. "What... was that for?" She released it from her hands and let it fall to the rooftop.

Hisagi, like Kokei fled the scene as well, and headed for the Soukyoku, to hide out in the woods, and observe the festival from above.

PSSST! I am leaving in a bit to go the LA Philharmonic, so I will not be posting until later on at night. So please don't get me involved in a lot of things, I don't want to come home to find out my leg has been eaten on by a grue or something xD

"Eh? Y'know,to have some fun?~" Carefully aligning the rockets along the edge of the building, she lets them loose with a small jet of flame,eyes twinkling at the sight. Sighing at the idea on what her captain has deprived her from,she sticks another sparkler into her open hand and watches the rest die down. "Let loose~"

"End of the line, Hibiki-tan." The transmutation circle glowed slightly as Hibiki entered. There came currents of electricity from his body and the Oxygen became Hydrogen. Hei pulled his hands apart and released the tube, it fell to the ground and released a spark, igniting the newly transmuted hydrogen in the air. Hei vanished the second he released the tube, leaving Hibiki to take the blast that would wipe out the surrounding buildings in a 200 ft radius. Not out of luck, but due to planning and placement, no one else was around in that area.

Hei came to the bench Kokei was sitting on, only he appeared above her. He was walking upside down in the air, and his face was level with hers. He reached out and poked her chest playfully, though he might have meant something else by it. "Boo." The chest handling was mostly to snap her out of her funk.

"Father was right, you are weird." Tsukiko eyed the object he was so intent on her holding. Feeling there was no way to escape this, she sighed and let the girl have her fun. Tsukiko never held fun in high regards, it was part of the fact that she spent most of her life working. Ever since age 3 she had been a Lieutenant and had worked in the lab, she just gained more duties each year.

"Eh?!" Turning around, she groans lightly. Taichou,don't teach the young ones thw wrong things in life!... Turning around, her smiles falters. "R-really? And just where exactly does he know me from?..." She had to go home and check her data on him, she just knew he might give her job a little more......fun. "Hey,hey! Lieutenants are always in the office,right? We need to go out and enjoy ourselves~"
