"Oi, Oi! Tomomi!" She groaned as he dissapeared in a shunpo, the back of her hand covering her eyes in a theatrical sigh. "He's still a runt under all that,ne?" Lifting a lone eye, she watches as the boy gets handed a haori, a captain's trademark symbol of position and power. "Didn't know kids become captains just because their entire squad is empty. I'd like to train this kid for his bankai, then I might consider him anything worthwhile." Rising from her chair, she beckonsto him with a finger, a wicked smile playing on her face. "Hei if you train him, he might not come back alive, at least with me he'll come back, charred or not." It was also a good oppurtunity to train again. All this sloppiness was starting to show itself, and she needed a target to tune her skills with.
"So how bout it Aki-bozu, wanna have a match?" It made little difference on her schedule. If he refused, she supposed she could return to her office and kick out her Superior, rank or not. Honestly the boy can be very chummy when he wants to be and that is fine, but for him to lazily lounge in her office, he should know better, and if not, she will teach him.

Hei said, lifting his head from his hands and pulling his long black hair from his eyes. He stood up and flicked his hand towards Nu, indicating he meant for her to be silent. "Stupid woman, I have no intention of training him. Such a task is far beneath myself. Honestly... to even think I would......... consider such a thing." The long pauses in his speech was caused by the fact that by the time he reached Akiri, he had slid his left pointer finger under his chin, tilted his head up and then taken a pen light to his retinas, checking for several things that wouldn't be revealed to anyone any time soon. "I might be present, but I shall not do anything training wise. It would be useless to spar, little girl. He needs to subjugate Gekido Tamashi by himself, not compete with someone who's hardly capable of doing so to begin with. And by that I mean, you are careless. Terribly so." Releasing Akiri, he turned and made his way towards a back room. "He'll use my Tenshintai. I've no use for it as I've already attained Bankai. Tsukiko used it though, and she's quite powerful." He said, his voice fading as he disappeared into the room, then emerged carrying medical bandages that he demurely tossed over his shoulder to Yuki. As if he forgot something, Hei did a small hop in his step and turned back around, disappearing once more. he emerged carrying a strange doll-like object which he plopped in front of Akiri. "Shove your Zanpakuto in its chest and the rest is all up to your spirit." He looked at both of them, gaze flicking back and forth. Then he whistled in a high pitch, and waved them out of the labs. "Get out!" Looking to the side, he saw that Elisa and Eriko were still hanging around. Curling his lip, he let out grunt of displeasure and turned on his heel. He wanted to do stuff to Yuki, but there were still people hanging around. It was just as well that they were, however, since he was still waiting on Tetsunosuke. If they left, he'd just try to start something, then he might show up and ruin it. Either way, he had something to give the boy for the future.

"Yeah yeah Doc, go do yer thing." Waving the two girls off, she stands slowly then dissapears in a rather lazy shunpo, her next destination was her bed, and if Tomomi was there, he would either have to train her, or leave.

☇【ｓｑｕａｄxｆｏｕｒxＬＩＥＵＴＥＮＡＮＴ 】 Somebody said Elisa. Wait, what? Elisia shook her head in confusion. Apparently Captains found it hard to remember her name. Ah well. She winced slightly as Tomomi started to lecture Hei, Yuki and Nu. This was…an awkward position to be in, to say the very least. She had been meaning to tell Nu that it was alright, but unfortunately, Tomomi hadn’t finished lecturing yet. Wow. He didn’t seem to be making too much sense to her actually, but maybe he was just tired. A side effect of aging so fast? Maybe, maybe not. She could only speculate about these things at the moment, since she couldn’t really ask him outright. Not only would something like that be extremely rude, it would be inconsiderate to ask him now, since he looked extremely stressed. As Nu and Tomomi had left, she couldn’t really say anything to reassure Nu that it wasn’t her fault. Turning to Akiri, she smiled.
“Yes, congratulations on your promotion,” she told him cheerfully.
Anyway, she was most likely as tired as Eriko right now so sparring now would be good. She tapped Eriko on the shoulder.
“Anyway, since everyone seems to be doing their own things now, do you want to spar for a bit? We’d best keep it minimal, since there’s a liability that both of us might collapse from tiredness. Only if you have time.” she asked Eriko. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

Rubbing the back of her neck gingerly, Yuki was silent as Tomomi lashed out at her. She wasn't entirely sure what had brought on this reaction, perhaps he had misunderstood what she had said. After Tomomi had left, Yuki relaxed a little and her mind wandered a little. She started to think about what had just happened, and she couldn't help but feel a little useless after almost dying and being unable to save herself. She was temporarily snapped out of her funk when Hei began to speak with Akiri. She watched out the corner of her eye as Hei wandered about the labs in that cute, serious way that she loved about him. "Oh don't be so mean to him nii-chan, he's a cutie." Yuki stated with a smile, catching the medical bandages that Hei had thrown at her, which she set down on the nearest table. They would later be wrapped around most of her upper body once she decided to put her uniform again. Moving her hand to her mouth, Yuki yawned and looked on at Hei. "I suppose he gets trained for Bankai while the rest of us, do what? Well... I would like to go to bed, personally. Don't be too hard on him." Leaning forward, Yuki pulled herself away from the sink, picked up the bandages and whisked right by Hei, brushing her hand against his just to make him go crazy. Stepping past Akiri, she smiled and gave him a pat on the cheek without breaking her stride. "Good luck." With a sway in her hips, she disappeared out the front door to the labs, casting Kyōmon on the hole in the wall once she was outside.The winds will blow their own freshness into you,xxxxxxxx

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko looked over at Elisia. Since their decision to have the friendly spar, it had been the utmost thing on her mind until of recent times. Lee wanted to speak with her, had been saying that for almost the whole day. She could not believe that it would be fair to make him wait anymore than he had to. The Sanseki shook her head sadly.
"Sorry Elisia, I can't make it for now. My Taicho has been wanting to discuss something with me and I don't want him to wait much longer especially if it's important. You understand, right? Maybe we could do it later when we're both fully rested and able?" The girl looked over at her friend and waited for her response before leaving for her Captain's office. Jesus is my Lord ♥

It was true that Akiri was very young in comparison to the other shinigami and Captains present in the area but even so it did not mean he was any less capable of getting the job done and proving himself worthy of wearing the Haori Hei had presented to him. Moving forward while unsheathing his Zanpakutō Akiri nodded to the others who had offered him slight congratulations though he did not care very much for them for the position was given he assumed to fill ranks and prepare Seireitei for the worst possible outcome in which they would need strong warriors. Stopping before the doll like object Akiri waited for a moment before he would stab the thing. In those few seconds of self motivation Yuki had walked passed him and rubbed her hand on his cheek though it did not cause any response from the boy just the normal nod of acceptance. Looking at Hei one last time he retracted his pure black Zanpakutō and stabbed it into the doll.
For a moment nothing happened until finally flames began to swirl around the blade and doll before it suddenly seized and there amidst the smoke and remnants of the fire stood a towering 9 foot flaming armored demon like creature. In his right hand he held tight to a flaming sword that was Akiris shikai and up along the same arm was the same blackened chain on the end of which was the familiar hook. Though for now the chain was not ablaze. Looking around the humanoid manifestation of Gekido Tamashī regarded everyone in the room before his unseen eyes fell upon Akiri and before it seemed Akiri could think Gekido pulled back his left fist and launched a punch right for the boys face. Although it seemed Akiri had been waiting for such a reaction and had managed to raise his Zanpakuto with the blade facing downwards and blocked the strike with the flat of the blade just below the hilt. A rush of wind shot passed Akiri causing his new Haori to flap wildly. "Weak child. You expect to gain Bankai after that pathetic performance today. Fool" The burning voice of Gekido was far worse then Akiris, it carried power within his words though if it was meant to illisitate a response from the boy it failed as Gekido removed his hand and looked sideways at Hei. He said nothing but just waited to be told where they must go so he could beat Akiri senseless for his weakness

“Seriously, don’t worry about it. We’ll make time later if we need to, alright? Catch ya later then. You’d best start moving soon. It’s not good to let your Captain worry too much about where you are.” she replied easily, no hint of disappointment etched on her face.
They would be able to spar later. Anyway, she felt like her entire body was about to collapse at the moment. The quick healings she had been having to do ever since she woke up, were draining most of her energy reserves. Waving goodbye to Eriko, she walked away, towards Squad 4. She needed sleep badly.

It was like his crack. He nearly grabbed Yuki's hand right then and there, but he restrained himself for the sake of getting important things done. With great interest, he watched her walk out of the room, keeping a vacant stare upon his face for the moment. He didn't look away from where she had vanished until Akiri used the doll right in the middle of his labs. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he buried his face in his hands and turned away for a few seconds, if only to purposefully hit his head on the table. Standing, he strode over to the spirit and Shinigami just after Akiri was struck. "The idea was to not use it in my labs. It's cramped enough in here as it is. The last thing I need is a great stupid person hitting the ceiling. Out!" Hei waved his hand towards the door, hoping they'd just leave right away. He was clearly agitated with the current situation, most, if not all of it. He was gone from sight after this motion, as he had moved to the back room where he began to assemble several small canisters that would project and create a barrier when they were set up correctly. The other side to them was that they would contain liquid nitrogen which would eject with the press of a button.

Akiri was under no illusion that Hei more then likely wanted him to release his soul elsewhere but Akiri wanted to do things quickly. He was still young after all and prone to impromptus acts. Now that Gekido Tamashī was released all that was left for Akiri to do was beat the crap out of him. But looking up at the towering knight it was definitely not going to be easy. So with that he decided to leave the room followed closely behind by Gekido and the two departed to the squad 12 training area where they could get things under way.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ |Enters|
Tetsunosuke landed outside of the Lab. He pocketed his hands inside of his clean and brand new hakama. After walking some into the laboratory, he removed his right hand and rested it on his sash. His Zanpakuto was rested in it's sheath by his left hip. And his kimono was dangling open, reveling his muscular physic and tattoos. "Yo.... Taic-" He felt and then saw the spirit form of the Zanpakuto that belonged to Akiri Minami, he guess... and... what the heck?! When did he get a haori... Tetsunosuke hadn't been gone that long, he just stopped by his room to grab some clean Shihakushō and this happened. Jeez, he was really confused right now. And Tomomi wasn't even here, he could tell. He gritted his teeth and a slight aggravation. A small black spot was over his throat from where the Chiyudō #29: Version A - Kagenui stitched up. His breathing was normal though.
It seemed like this lab was very exuberant, which suited Hei very well. Tetsunosuke didn't pass anybody on his way into the Lab, so he must have been really late, so he thought. 'That materialized Zanpakuto spirit... it must have been one of Hei's devices; because that kid wouldn't have been able to do it on his own. Though it seemed outlandish... it's possible, I'm sure.' Tetsu peered at the new Taichō with his peripheral vision. Tetsunosuke was still going into the lab, even though he didn't feel anyone else was around beside- "Jūnibantai Taichō..." Tetsunosuke's voice echoed into the lab as he took a few steps in. He actually wanted to talk to him... he wanted to find out why Hei chose to become Hollowfied. And why he let the Hollow attack his Captain. His expression was blank, but his eyes held a slight ting of anger.

"What is it?" He snapped quickly. Honestly, he was less than happy to see him, even though he needed him to begin with. It was a complicated sort of thing. He wanted to get out, to go to Yuki and be by her side, but he also needed Tetsunosuke's help just the same. Still, he wanted to be gone more so than ******** short posts...]

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke knew that Hei was stronger then himself. And he knew that he shouldn't be disrespectful to a Taichō. He followed the voice and found Hakase Hei fiddling with his fetishes. Tetsu twitched his brow at the thought of his experiments; hoping to never go "missing".
"Take note... even if you're higher ranked than me, Jūnibantai Taichō..." He brought his hands out of his pockets and hung them at his side. "... if you insist on doing your warped experiments on yourself, and that hollow gets out again. I'll be sure to come faster next time and attempt to kill you." Tetsunosuke stated with authority, though he didn't have much authority to back it up with. When Tetsunosuke is angry, he sometimes forgets how to act around people and what to say what was originally on his mind. "So please... try not to let it happen again." His voice was softer, he really wanted to understand Hakase Hei, but this was probably an impossible feat for anyone besides Iwakuro, and Hei's sister. Though, Tetsu wondered if they truly understood Hei. After a few moments of train of thoughts. He expected Hei to not reply or say something cruel toward Tetsu. So Tetsunosuke bowed in respect then was about to turn on his heel and leave the lab...

Rising to his feet, Hei disappeared into the back room, emerging a few seconds later holding what appeared to be an ammo belt, yet it had several larger slots rather than smaller ones. He stopped at the desk, and slid the containers into the belt one by one. He then approached Tetsunosuke and shoved the belt into his stomach, "Just wear them at all times." Those were his only orders and after giving them, he ushered the boy out, shut the door in his face, then turned off the main lab's lights and disappeared into the surgery room. Once within the room, he administered several different drugs to himself before going through several different body modifications upon himself that took him nearly 5 hours to complete. He had to use a regeneration serum every now and then to help his body adapt to his modifications. He was now 5'3" in height, but no one would be able witness this for he wasn't to be heard from anyone for quite a while. Once he was recuperated from his surgery, Hei was swift to exit the building out the back and take off into the night ******** short posts... mad ]
